Title: Agronomist Placement: all around Indonesia Responsible to: Project Manager Requirements: Min. Bachelor degree in agronomy or a related area, such as soil conservation, agriculture education, or general agriculture Agronomists are plant and soil scientists who study and try to improve on the process of growing farm crops. They help farmers use their land more effectively and suggest methods to increase yields. Agronomists also aid in solving or preventing problems with soil and crops. The responsibilities are:

Conducts experiments or investigations in field-crop problems and develops new methods of growing crops to secure more efficient production, higher yield, and improved quality

Plans and carries out breeding studies at experiment stations or farms to develop and improve varieties of field crops with respect to characteristics, such as yield, quality, adaptation to specific soils or climates, and resistance to diseases and pests

Studies crop production to discover best methods of planting, cultivation, harvesting, and effects of various climatic conditions on crops. Develops methods for control of noxious weeds, crop diseases, and insect pests

Qualifications : 1. Master or bachelor degree in Civil engineering or equivalent from reputable university projects. 2. At least 10 years in relevant management in the construction or telecommunications industry and min 7 years in managerial level. 3. Min 37 years old, mature and independence in solving problem, and target result oriented. 4. Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and analytical skills a necessity. 5.
