The contribution of the workers to the organization growth is very essential. it will make easier to build a better relationship between employees and employers. they attribute their satisfaction to work itself. There should be a reason for employee to have a satisfaction on his or her job. and to make the employer awareness on employees’ job satisfaction in their actual expectations from the company. it is still a prime concern for managers. Extent of the job satisfaction of employee mostly depends on their expectations from the job. But it depends on person to person and powers of their job also. How much the employee gives his contribution to the organization what does he get from it. Job satisfaction has been studies as the outcome of some factors or as the cause of some sequence. And this understanding will guide to save resources as well as money and time productively without wasting on ineffective aspects.4. And it will effect to the company growth and to the improvement of the employees’ living as well. 5. The procedure follows when selecting a garment factory  The factories cater to reputed brand names in USA. Limitation The research will be limited to the garment industry. The information’s privacy of the people who subjected to the research is not revealed.   Each factory is not located in the same area with the others.
