OBSERVATIONS IN THE COMPANY What I have observed at Diamond laboratories INC. all the Employees are friendly, all of them are happy even though their Boss , The strength and challenges of this company is that they Are hard working person and they also care about what happened to their Works and also the Co-workers. V. I think the best practice of this company is To improve my communication skills and be respectful persons , To be a Good leader in every people W. My over-all observation in Diamond laboratories Inc. is a Very strong and Happiest Company that I’ve ever see and also the good communication skills. X. Skills and current technology learned/enforced: The current technology that I learned in my ojt is I learned to use the fax machine and use also a Xerox machine, And also answering the calls properly and to be come confidence . B. Equipment, tools, testing apparatus handled (softwares used included) The equipments that I use is the fax machine, Xerox machine ,Computer . I used MS word, excel, telephone, printer C. Strong points versus weak points My strong points is that the task they give to me is I do is to finish to filing the documents and I arrange it very well and My weakness is the first I handle the Fax machine I feel nervous to use that because I worried that I do is wrong .
