Refundable equipment deposit-$100 Set-up and delivery in the greater Cincinnati area $50.00(within 20 miles of Northgate Mall). 50 cents per mile beyond area. Pick up must be pre-arranged for a specific time. We are not responsible for any cake we do not deliver. Acceptance at pickup assumes completion of work order. Tasty Cake and Confections Terms and Conditions of Sale Any order over $100 is not booked until a deposit is made to reserve that date. The reservation deposit for a specific date is $50 (non-refundable). The price you agree to pay is the price quoted on your signed order form. 50% of the balance is due 30 days prior to the event. The balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event. This includes the cost of the cake, delivery charge, and the refundable equipment deposit if applicable. Late or non-payments could result in the loss of your booking date. Set up of the cake/confections implies completion of work order. Pick up implies completion of work order if items are picked up. All equipment must be returned within 3 days of the event. Equipment deposit will be refunded within 7 days if all equipment is returned in satisfactory condition. The reservation deposit is NOT refundable. An event may be cancelled up to 14 days before the event and payments made refunded (minus the $50 deposit). Once final payment is made there are no refunds. Cancellations must be made in writing. Any date changes are subject to TCC’s discretion based on availability.
