Touch the Heart Youth Ministry Summer 2013 Newsletter PO BOX 591 Bellevue, OH Upcoming Events Continued: Middle School and High School Bible Studies September through May. . Rockfest is usually every September with fun and games and a youth motivational speaker. With other expenses this spring, like the fence and getting Reggie Dabbs for the October Event at the schools we are sorry to say we will not have this years Rockfest, however, next year we will need to do it up big with multiple bands, food, obstacle challenge, food, tug of war, volleyball, football and food. Please consider getting involved to help plan and organize events. To be a volunteer call Trina at 419-343-3722. We do need your continued support to grow this ministry and reach our youth. We need volunteers during different events such as the Rockfest, SuperBowl Party, Field Trips and the Fishing Tournaments. We need donations of food, pop and water for the different events. Currently we are in need of soft sand for the volleyball court and concrete for around the shelter. We need a 12'x20' shed to store our lawnmower and other equipment. We are always looking for sports equipment, footballs, basketballs and volleyballs as well as bad- minton equipment, frisbees, cornhole bags, paddleboat and even horseshoes. We do give out prizes, so if you can donate any gift certificates for youth focused stores or food we would greatly appreciate it. During our Work Days this year we are hoping to have material to build benches and place extra trash cans around the property. We are always in need of yard tools to maintain the property. We will be clearing some land this fall in order to begin building a 21 station obstacle course. Anyone donating the material for any single obstacle or equipment to clear the land will be able to name their obstacle. To see what obstacles we are considering please contact me through the website touchtheheartyouthministries.com and I will send you pictures of what we are considering. We at Touch the Heart are so very thankful for everyone's support and generous donations over the past years.
