B. Without Any Proper Investigation, Documentary Proof, How Mr. Barot Can Say
To Court On ‘Oath’

Been Recorded By Mr. Barot Since 28/07/2008” (Was To Be Completed

Payment To Mr. Jayesh Mehta Or To M/S. Universal Impex ?
D. Mr. Jayesh Mehta Has Invested Rs. 42,75,000/- And Not As Stated Rs. 2,00,000/-
E. Mr. Jayesh Mehta’s Company Universal Impex Uses To Manufacture Certain
Products By Paying Job – Work / Excise, Etc. Etc. As Per Agreement And
“Gmbell Healthcare (India) Pvt. Ltd.” Uses To Supply All This Products To
Universal Impex / To Its Agents (Gmbell Healthcare (India) Pvt. Ltd. Has
Diffrents Products And Diffrents Agents).
F. M/S. Gmbell Healthcare (India) Pvt. Ltd. Has Purchased From Universal Impex
Product Called ‘Saldin’ Manufactured At Time Pharma Worth Of Rs. 13,50,000/-
(How Can Gmbell Healthcare (India)Pvt. Ltd. Asked This Payment From Sadguru
Pharma Of Niteshbhai Mehta)
G. Mr. Jayesh Mehta Use To Draws Salary Of Rs. 50,000/- Per Month From Gmbell
Healthcare (India) Pvt. Ltd. (Bank Leder A/C. In Gmbell Healthcare (India) Pvt.
Ltd. Is Proof Of This.)

I. 4% Sales Commission Of Universal Impex / Jayesh Mehta Has Given To M/S.

May’ 07 The Same Way Jayesh Mehta / Universal Impex Has Given 4% Sales
Commission To M/S. Sadguru Pharma For Rs. 5,17,000/-.
J. And 2% ‘F’ Form Agents For Universal Impex Agents In Maharashtra State .
K. Also Jurisdicatin Navrangpura Is Not Correct But Sanand Police Station Is
Correct To File Complaint/Transfer To Sanad Police Station.
L. Without Any Investigation, Without Any Documentary Proof, How Mr. Barot Can
File Wrongful Affidavit On Oath In High Court? Any Informs That All Above
