*Terms & Conditions for Ryman Student Genius Card In these Terms & Conditions the Company means Ryman Limited and the Customer means any Student placing an order for Goods with the Company. Card means the Ryman Student Genius Card. Goods means any items supplied by the Company. 1. Application a. Any Student possessing a valid Student ID Card may apply for a Ryman Student Genius Card, the Student ID Card must be shown before completing this application form. b.  Applications can only be made by completing a Ryman Student Genius Card application form. Customer must register the Student Genius Card with Ryman to ensure the card remains valid. 2. Ryman Student Genius Card Use a. Ryman Student Genius Cards must be signed immediately upon receipt. b.  Customer will only receive a discount on goods purchased in store upon production of a valid Ryman Student Genius Card. Over the phone by providing the individual card number along with postcode and online by providing email address. c.  Ryman Student Genius Cards remain the property of the Company and the Customer must ensure that they return to the Company all Cards issued immediately upon request. d.  The Company reserves the right to charge a 5 administration fee for any replacement Cards it issues. e. ** Ryman Student Genius Cards will be valid for a period of 3 years from August 2012 until August 2015 subject to registration. 3. Order/Purchase a. The Company is under no liability in respect of a Customers order until specifically accepted.  b. The Company will not under any circumstances be obliged to accept cancellation of an order once it has been despatched to the Customer. c. Register your card in store or online at www.ryman.co.uk/genius. Email confirmation will be sent once password is reset and registration is complete. The Gift Voucher will be sent to you by email and is valid for 14 days from date of email. Gift Voucher valid in store only, not valid online or for over the phone orders. Only one voucher per customer.
