INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS Intending Tenderers may obtain prescribed Forms of Tender Schedules with drawing and condition for the works in person or through their Authorized Agents from the Office of the Divisional Engineer (Highways) NABARD and Rural Roads concerned up to the specified date during Office Hours on all working days, on producing necessary receipted Treasury chalan towards the cost and sales tax and surcharge (Not refundable) duly remitted in the following head of account within the jurisdiction of the concerned Divisional Engineers (H) ) NABARD and Rural Roads or demand draft obtained in the favour of the concerned Divisional Engineer (H) ) NABARD and Rural Roads towards the cost of schedule.
