Guidelines to Voters for the Election of the Kangra Central Cooperative Bank Employees Union (Regd.) 1.

) Who can vote? All employees of the Bank whose name appears eCircular. 2.) What is an electoral roll? An electoral roll is a list of all eligible employees who are entitled to cast votes in the election to the Kangra Central Cooperative Bank Employees Union (Regd.) To exercise your right to cast vote , the first and foremost requirement is that your name should be in the electoral roll. Without your name in the electoral roll you will not be allowed. Therefore, it is your duty to find out whether your name is appearing in the published elecoral roll or not. 3.) Do you have a Photo Identity Card ? The electors have to identify themselves with Photo Identity Card issued by Kangra Central Cooperative Bank Ltd or by any government body/agency/department. Once you have found out that your name is there in the electoral document , you are entitled to vote. 4.) What is the process of voting? a) The poll date is 16-06-2013 and the timing of poll is 11:00 AM to 03:00 PM. b) Entry will be regulated by queues. c) Four number of EVMs will be used for voting. One EVM for each Post i.e. First EVM for the voting of President, Second EVM for the voting of General Secretary, Third EVM for the voting of Sr. Vice President and the fourth EVM for Joint Secretary. d) Stage-1 i. When you enter the polling station, you will go to the First Polling Officer who is incharge of the marked copy of the electoral roll and responsible for identification of electors. ii. You should keep your identity document ready to show to the First Polling Officer. You can also show to him the unofficial identity slip giving your particulars. However, you should note that unofficial identity slip only helps in locating your name in the electoral roll but is not a guarantee of your identification. roll and you also possess an identification in the electoral roll publsihed on the
