07 God’s Covenant – The Covenant for Redemption (Red letters do not record

)
Saved by faith We are in a place in time sometime before the year 4004 BC, in the Garden of Eden. God has created the universe, all of nature, the animals, the angels, and Adam and Eve as free and autonomous beings with the right to choose to live with Him or to reject Him. On the seventh day God rests from His creation. There is no such thing as death or suffering or hunger or pain for any creature whatsoever. We all live peacefully with each other by God’s standards. There is only one God. No one steals, no one kills, no one disrespects, nor robs, and there is neither greed nor any mistreatment. On the seventh day, a Saturday, we all gather to worship God, Who is love, and Who has given us all things. And together we live in peace and happiness. Then one morning a rumor starts going around, accusing God of being unjust, and now there is a group of angels who see God as evil. The other living beings must decide if they will remain with God or if they will leave this place, which He has provided for us all. Lucifer attracts followers, among them humans, who give up everything that God had given them in the Garden of Eden. The problem is that life was also there at God’s side. Romans 8:23 "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord". God respects their decision and lets His children go voluntarily. We chose “not to believe in God". God provides a means for all those who would like to go and live with Him, a bridge that will lead every one of us back to the Garden of Eden. It is based on “believing in Him”, in what He has promised, in what He had given us. Ephesians 2:8-10: "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9Not of works, lest any man should boast. 10For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them". This passage is generally used for a bad purpose, therefore whoever uses it will cut it here so that the phrase will comply with the purpose they want to teach. It is absolutely certain that we are saved by God’s grace alone, only by the justice of our Lord Jesus Christ. But this truth is combined with the lie that you should not keep any law or obey anything, save for believing only. But if we continue reading the complete passage, we will discover that it says we were "created... unto good works". Faith and good works are inseparable and go hand in hand. The whole context of the Bible supports a faith with good works, and not a faith alone without the production of fruit, or a faith without works. If not, then observe these two passages: Romans and James. One in direct contradiction with the other. Is the Bible perhaps a book that contradicts itself? Not at all, never! But if we study it superficially, we will run into contradictions. Simple! One of these passages is plainly complementary to the other. Both of these speak about salvation. Does God inspire Paul? Yes, He does. James also? Yes, He does. Then how can we balance this? Both Covenants speak clearly. The church that teaches you that you are "saved by faith only", without obeying, is teaching wrongly. It is liberal; it is not being objective and will wind up contradicting itself with many biblical passages. The church that teaches you that only good works will save you is teaching another error. It is being legalistic; it will not be objective either and will also run into many contradictions with biblical passages. The truth, what is written, and the example of Jesus, teaches that there is a mutual dependence of one passage with the other. Observe carefully. Faith, Before and After In the Old Testament as well as in the New, there is only one way for salvation: By faith. Whoever affirms that salvation in the Old Testament was through good works and in the New Testament it is by faith, does not know the Bible as a whole. The confessing of sins in the presence of the lamb was done with the hope that the Messiah would come and restore the kingdom we left in the Garden of Eden. Man with faith was to act coherent to that faith, as Abraham taught: Romans 4:16, 20-25: "Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all" "...He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; 21And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform. 22And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness.

The problem is that the apostles knew the difference between the two laws well enough. and that salvation is just “through faith only and does not include works" (Ephesians 2: 8-9) This goes to show us how little they know about God’s plan for Salvation. 19And the temple of God was opened in heaven.
