The purpose of this paper is to analyse the American presidency, together with the famous people who were

elected and changed the world so dramatically. I have chosen this theme mainly because I have always been interested in American politics and especially American history. The paper is devided intro four chapters. In my first chapter I focused on the White House, the official residence and principal workplace of the President of the United States. - It has been the residence of every U.S. president since John Adams in 1800.

Obama will always remain as the first ―black‖ President from the White House.He was 60 years old at the time of his death.. By electing him. the second in 1961 and the latter is the current President of USA. Moreover. the reason I chose these particular presidents is because I find what they did for the world very significant. Thomas Jefferson. In my opinion.
