How To Avoid The Top 5 Budget Busting, Stress-Inducing Mistakes When Moving Your Office
Moving is always a pain in the rump, but it doesn’t have to be a horrific, expensive experience. The number one lament from someone who’s experienced a “bad” move is, “I didn’t know I needed to…” followed closely by “I completely forgot that…” In other words, it’s what you don’t do that makes the move a disaster. To make your move easy and effortless, here are the 5 most common mistakes you want to avoid: rendering them useless. You don’t want to let the movers do this job either; they may be great at moving furniture, but a network is a lot more sophisticated and sensitive. Be smart and hire an IT pro to pack and move your network. Doing so will help you avoid communication blackouts and extended downtime. Mistake #3 — Not Hiring The RIGHT IT Firm To Move Your Network

overruns on network moves are caused by failure to properly plan voice, data and electrical installation in advance. Just because the prior tenant had computers and telephones is no guarantee that the cabling is suitable for your phones and your computer network. Advance planning will help you avoid emergency rush fees or band aid fixes to make things work. Internet and telephone connections require as much as six weeks advance notice to be installed, tested and ready the day you move in.

Make a cell phone list of important phone numbers (like tech support contacts, the phone company, cable company, etc.) and give it to your employees. You may also want to provide vendors and customers with a list of employee cell phone numbers to use during the communication blackout that will take place during the move. Confirm, confirm, confirm! Spring Clean Your Computer For Maximum Performance
With Spring in the air, now is a good time to do an annual clean up of the computers, servers and electronic equipment in your office, both inside and out. Failure to thoroughly clean your computer at least once or twice a year will result in decreased performance and possibly even system failures. Here’s why: Dust clogs the computer’s cooling system causing it to heat up, damaging sensitive electronic equipment. Dust can also cause fan noise and (believe it or not) slow performance! Crumbs and dirt in your keyboard can cause keys to stick and crunchy sounds when typing. Plus, it’s just gross and unhealthy; do you know there are more germs on your computer keyboard than the average public toilet? Dust, fingerprints and dirt build-up will make your computer monitor dim and fuzzy. But the physical “dirt” is only the beginning... Delete temporary files and unused programs taking up space and slowing things down. Defrag your hard drive (Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Defragmenter). Get rid of clutter on your desktop by removing shortcuts and files you don’t need. Make sure you have the latest security patches and updates installed and configured properly. Check your backups and conduct an emergency “restore” of the data. Remember, the best time to check your backups is when you DON’T desperately need to recover your data! No Wonder Monkeys Love Bananas!
Bananas are a great pick-meup, according to authors Mehmet Ozz and Michael Roizen in their book, YOU Being Beautiful: The Owner's Manual to Inner and Outer Beauty. They also contend that bananas not only help you think faster, they help you think happier thoughts. A banana a day may help brain cells communicate and enhance the effects of feel-good neurotransmitters, such as serotonin. They are rich in antioxidants and a good source of vitamin B6.

Pregnant Female Gets Pregnant Again!
The saying "they multiply like rabbits" probably refers to the ability of hares and rabbits to conceive a second litter while still pregnant with the first. It's not surprising that rabbits became fertility symbols. The saying "mad as a March hare" refers to the wild antics of male hares as they compete with other males in the spring. Mating behavior with females often looks like a crazy dance.
