Le Dôme
This 1,000-case blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot is fashioned by Jonathan Maltus. Most of the Cabernet Franc
emerges from a vineyard near l’Angélus. This is a fashionable wine made in the spirit of the famed Cheval Blanc
with no compromises by a very passionate uncompromising proprietor.

Les Astéries
This 100% new oak-aged cuvee, a blend of 85% Merlot (from 70-year-old vines) and 15% Cabernet Franc,
emerges from the visionary self-styled revolutionary Jonathan Maltus, who is better known for the wines he
fashions at Le Dôme.

Le Carré
The 2005 is the debut offering of this garagiste wine from a vineyard next to Clos Fourtet. A modern-style wine

The Colonial Estate, Barossa Valley

The Colonial Estate is the Australian project of Englishman and Bordeaux Château owner Jonathan Maltus. His 45
hectares (111 acres) in Saint-Emilion encompass Le Dôme, Château Laforge, Clos Nardian and Château Teyssier. His first
vintage in Australia was 2002. Current production is up to 25,000 cases.
