Rodrozen Designs recent project : Kanavero Real Estate Group

Clean, contemporary, worldly, and unique;

what do these words hold in common? They all can be used to describe the KanaVero Real Estate Office. The first direction from what Milad wanted at KanaVero was it to be clean. The essence behind an organization, composure, and confidence was a clean look. We chose to use white to convey that concept. White gives off a sense of immaculateness that cannot be duplicated by any other colour and/or shade. With all this white open space we had a chance to work on what people will first focus on when they walk in. That is where the custom made Cambria Quartz reception desk and custom map of the world came into play. The beautiful blue against a white backdrop naturally draws the eyes. The soft curves of the desk make all the difference in comparison to a

normally jagged corner. It is a soft beauty that makes everyone feel welcome right away. The secondary focal point is the world map, situated right beside the meeting room and work spaces. It really gives us the impression of worldly aspirations and connections. With the contemporary design, combination of white

environment and glass, everyone that comes in is left with a unique, sense of clarity and open impression. A welcoming feeling that reflects the Coal Harbour Community that KanaVero represents.

n evening dedicated to the grand opening of Kanavero Real Estate Group was commenced on Saturday April 13th 2013 at 1425 W Pender Street. Invitations were sent out to friends and neighbours of Coal Harbour for a meet and greet over an evening of wine tasting food pairing. That evening the office was transformed into a sleek party with a fire lit patio accompanied by the live music mix by the popular DJ Alkatraz. Guests were taken in by the fabulous red carpet and greeted by the cheerful owner Milad Khavari and his Marketing Manager, Agnes E. Tang. Orchestrated and hosted by the both, the party guests reviewed the event to be fantastic and memorable. After having such a great experience of getting to know the neighbour, they are looking forward to continuously host events in the future building a stronger connection with the community.

JOINING FORCES : RE/MAX KANAVERO


Interviewing John Lichtenwald & Milad Khavari was definitely an inspiration of great influences and ideologies. John is a long time owner/operator of 9 offices for RE/MAX Metro Vancouver Properties with about 550 sales associates, all making a record that surpasses many sales volume of other RE/MAX entries worldwide. Amongst all the awards received and accomplishments made in the past 25 years of Johns professional life, John was also once awarded the Governor Generals Award of bravery for

saving lives in multiple situations; many that involved risking his own. Despite these many outstanding experiences, John genuinely continues to keep a very warm and humble attitude, treating each and everyone just like family. Milad, on the other hand, is a young, smart and upcoming entrepreneur with many of the same values. Growing up in Coal Harbour has made Milad a specialist of not only the real esate market in the area but also the people. Milad commits to connect with his community. He wants to give back and create a special

hub for all his friends, neighbours and clients. A few questions I had for John Litchenwald. How do you feel about the new business decision inviting Kanavero to join the RE/MAX family? Why do you think the RE/MAX collection marketing system is a good fit for Coal Harbour?

J: Its all about finding the right people to join RE/MAX and thats what we are all about; a big family /group of independent owners that are all just really great people in general that way we, as a group, will continue to improve. Milad is a great example of bringing in and creating a new identity. Hes young and energetic. He reminds me of the younger me!

J: First Class. There is quality here. Definitely strong belief and commitment for Milad to have invested in an office here in this neighbourhood. I can see that he is hardworking. And judging by all the details ; artfully designed office. Its the small things you know. Those small things reflect the persons character.

J: Definitely better than anticipated. There are many sophisticated buyers in this area. When you have reasonable buyers and sellers it makes it a much better market for everyone.

Breakfast at Soirettes!
On Sunday May 26th, 2013 a high tea event themed to call for every female to dress up inspired by the 1961 film Breakfast at Tiffanys , starring the elegant Hollywood actress Audrey Hepburn, was held at Soirette Macaron & Tea on West Pender block. Tickets were sold out for that afternoon at $30 each and the event was a full house. A professional photo booth was set up inside for all guests to have a little fun with props embracing the Audrey Hepburn theme. People spilled out onto the West Pender block hosted by a white canopy set up with tables surrounded with gorgeous flower statements as they tasted through the list of decadent goodies such as the new Mint macaron that Soirette has come out with. With a passionfruit mimosa in hand, Ms.Shobna Nadkarni ( Soirettes owner ) had everyone buzzing of old hollywood glamour, placing the high tea experience at its finest. The experience didnt stop there! A special gift from Tiffany & Co. was given out to a guest, Megan McCan, winning the Audrey Hepburn, best dressed award while our neighbourhood doctor, Dr. Monam Ravaghi, won the raffle Gift Basket! The event ended with loud cheers of excitement from both guests. The event, as Breakfast at Tiffanys says, Is Delicious!. Aside from all the fun that everyone had we would also like to mention that partial proceeds were donated to The Cinderella Project Society.
