NATIONAL FORUM OF EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION AND SUPERVISION JOURNAL The NATIONAL FORUM OF EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION AND SUPERVISION JOURNAL was founded in 1982 by Dr. William Kritsonis. The journal was founded in the interest of publishing original articles on a variety of viewpoints for persons interested in educational administration and supervision. Professors, school superintendents, principals, supervisors, teachers, consultants, school board members, college administrators, graduate students, community leaders and many others represent the cosmopolitan readership of the NFEAS JOURNAL. A function of the NFEAS JOURNAL is to strengthen the established common bond among professors in higher education and practicing school administrators and supervisors. The NFEAS JOURNAL seeks to help maintain a healthy mutual respect and awareness of the roles, the problems, and the progress of educational administration and supervision in all appropriate settings. WRITING FOR PUBLICATION IN THE NATIONAL FORUM OF EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION AND SUPERVISION JOURNAL The NATIONAL FORUM OF EDUCATIONAL ADMINSTRATION AND SUPERVISION JOURNAL is a nationally recognized scholarly publication. Rejected manuscripts are not returned unless the writer provides a self-addressed envelope with the necessary postage.
