PROFESIONAL OF NURSING

1) Professionals of nusing are nurses who can care for and protect people and the sick, injured and elderly that health problems that befall him is resolved Professionals of nusing is a nurse who provides nursing services, service-shaped bio-psycho-socio-spiritual comprehensive and more attributed to individuals, families, and society, both sick and healthy which covers the entire cycle of human life. professional nursing is a nurse who is able to help individuals or groups to maintainor improve optimal health throughout the life process by reviewing the status, diagnose, plan and implement nursing strategies to achieve goals, and to evaluate the response to treatment and treatment .

2) I think nurses in Indonesia has not been able to say in professional nursing. Because of the methods
and the provision of nursing care services such as fulfillment of basic human needs are studied in nursing education in college only a few are implemented and fulfilled in patients when a nurse is working. but that I see now mostly oriented nurses more dominant compared task completion rather wanted to know the outcome of nursing care in provide it to patients whether or not those needs are met in patients when giving nursing care .

3) excess nursing practic in Indonesia is Indonesia has a lot of nurses and have a high school

science class international nursing in banjarmasin that makes its graduates to work outside and inside the country . deficiencies nurising pratice in Indonesia is the lack of nursing in Indonesian shrimp law, the lack of government support and concern for nurses, the shortage of professional nurses and adequate technology to support peformance nurses in providing nursing care in order to meet the needs of patients and many others .

4) validated nursing law in Indonesia, lift and introduce the nursing profession in the eyes of the world Indonesia, develop and improve the science and nursing education so that more Indonesian nurses in the work and provide professional nursing care, program created modern science and

technology and adequate increase for nurses to work more steadily and professionally, improve the welfare of nurses in order to nurse the spirit in the work

5) I will be starting from myself that made me become a professional nurse and Islamic ethics in providing nursing care and after I'd achieve success then I'll make another nurse to be a nurse and an Islamic ethical professional in providing nursing care .
