DEED OF ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:

This deed, made and entered into this 16th day of June, 2013 at the Municipality of Concepcion, Tarlac, by and between: _____________, Filipino Citizen, of legal age, widow, with residence and postal address at 362 Vicente G Cruz St., Manila, hereinafter referred to as the "ASSIGNOR"

-and-

_______________ , Filipino Citizen, of legal age, married to ____________, with residence and postal address at 428 Brgy. Jefmin Concepcion, Tarlac, hereinafter referred to as the "ASSIGNEE".

WITNESSETH that -

WHEREAS the ASSIGNOR is the lawful possesor/ buyer of four parcels of land/ lots ,located at Brgy. Jefmin, Concepcion, Tarlac, with an area of three hundred (300) SQUARE METERS more or less per lot, covered by Certificate of Land Title No. __________, __________, __________,___________, of the register of Deeds of _______, registered in the name of ____________. Further described as:____________________________________________________________________________.;

WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR has offered to to assign all his rights, title and interest over the above parcels of land, and the ASSIGNEE hereby accepts the assignment.;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and the sum of ONE HUNDRED FORTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (145,000), PHILIPPINE CURRENCY, which the ASSIGNOR hereby acknowledged to have received from the ASSIGNEE, the ASSIGNOR hereby assigns, transfers and conveys unto the ASSIGNEE, all his rights, title and interest to the aforementioned property and appurtenant interest thereto and the ASSIGNEE by these presents hereby accepts the assignment.
