The United States Peace Corps is seeking one Administrative Assistant. Under the general supervision of the Financial Assistant and Administrative Officer, assist with all aspects of the administrative support of Admin Unit
Job Responsibilities can include or assist with the following duties: ADMINISTRATIVE/FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:

Maintain and update the vendor files. Maintain and update administrative files Prepare faxes, cables, and other correspondence as needed Assist with processing volunteer allowances and reimbursements Assist with transactional accounting. Follow up with vendors when needed Assist with Medical Inventory and check Medical Supplies. Assist with inventory processing in BarTracks inventory system Prepare all Travel Authorizations (TA) and vouchers for official PCV/PCT/MedEvacs travel. Book airline tickets and other travel components for PCVs/PCTs/MEdEvacs Assist with administrative projects Back up the Financial Assistant in PCV banking Provide administrative support to Volunteers University degree or equivalent is required. One to three years of related work experience required Strong Language ability: Written and Spoken English, French and Arabic required Patience, confidence, flexibility, ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude Excellent organizational, administrative, teamwork and interpersonal skills required. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel required
