5th Due Engine: Report to the exposure 3 of the building and hook up the hydrant located in front of 23 Rosella Court. Have their manpower report to the staging with 200” feet of 2 ½” hose with a smooth bore nozzle to hook up to the 5” manifold as a back up line. An attack line an a back up line will be connected to the 5” manifold an used to extinguish the fire. Once the fire has been located a 5” manifold will be pulled to the closet entrance to the fire. Special Units: Due to the size of the building and limited access command should consider staging a Rapid Intervention Team on the 1 side and on the 3 side of the building. Unit assignments: 1st Due Engine: Report to the front of the building stretch a 2 1/2” line to protect the search teams until the fire has been located. This allows to good access to the 3 2nd floor widows on the 2 side. Each search team should be equipped with a search rope. Have their manpower report to staging. 4th Due Engine: Hook up to the hydrant in front of 189 Route 109 and supply the 3rd due engine which will be hooked up to the FDC. the truck should pull across the parking lot so it is facing out towards 109 and the rear of the truck just past the 1 / 2 corner of the building. 2nd Due Engine: Hook up to the hydrant in front of 165 Route 109 and stretch 5” supply line to the 1st due engine. If extended operations are expected the 3rd due engine should get positive supply from the 4th due engine. 1st Due Truck: The 1st due ladder should Arnold Ave to Route 109. These windows grant access to the office space which is your highest life hazard. Multiple skylights in the roof will allow for quick ventilation of the building if heavy fire conditions are discovered consider trench cutting the roof early into the operation.A 2 1/2” pre-connect should be stretched to protect the search teams until the fire has been located. 3rd Due Engine: Report to the 1 / 2 corner of the building and supply the FDC with a 2 ½” hose at 120 PSI. Once the fire has been located a 5” manifold shall be stretched to the closet entrance to the seat of the fire. the truck should pull across the parking lot so it is facing out towards 109 and the rear of the truck just past the 1 / 2 corner of the building. The crew should gain access to the build conduct . Ladder Operations: Standard operations procedures shall be followed except as noted: Best access for the 1st due Ariel ladder is to take Arnold Ave to Route 109.

The crew should help the 5th due engine gain access to the hydrant located in front of 23 Rosella Court. cut the lock on the gate and processed to the exposure 3 side of the building. forcible entry and roof operations as needed.a primary search. begin forcing all exterior doors. conduct a 360 of the building and gain access to the roof. The 2nd due truck will also assist the 1st due truck searching. . 2nd Due Truck: Report to the 4 side of the building.
