Many times we ask for guidance and help by support from various companions along
with each other.

But is not often but do remind myself to Thank those for their support.

If it is a friend , Elder or other .

So would like to Take this time to remember those who have been there every step of
the way

Our Goddess's , Guides, our own personal source the Higher source , Arch Angels ,
Elders who have came a Long way , Words of Wisdom passed down along with
Priceless Knowledge.

If it wasn't for these companions that help when we ask for it we would be more lost
then we would even comprehend.

Although they are said to be of service to us .. We are a service to the mass and our
Sources should be Thanked and appreciated and recognized in their assistance..

With that want to Thank them all for the knowledge and insight they have gvin me to
do what I do at any givin moment and Lit a candle for them in sign of appreciation.

Much peace

MM! Theres 2 sides to every coin my friends and today youll read of the many benifits
of burning incense. I do urge you to not burn dollar store incense because it IS full of
things not good for our health. Also, I burn resins on a charcoal puck. Usually its either
frankencense or myrr. I get these resins directly from my neices mother-inlaw who
lives in Yemin!
WHY BURN INCENSE?

It’s generous. It connects you to the elements. It sparks appreciation. It is healthy. It
brings you back. It joins heaven and earth. It offers a lesson. It makes you prepare.

Those who never or rarely use incense often think of it as merely an air freshener or an
odor eater and are unaware of the many benefits of incense to the mind and body. Even
many incense fans who use it regularly may not fully appreciate all its physical and
psychological benefits.

The list below will make it clear why just about every religion since the beginning of
time has used incense for its spiritual powers, why tribal healers and physicians
throughout history have used incense for its healing powers, why monks have used
incense for thousands of years for its concentration powers, and why artists use incense
to inspire creativity.

1. It’s generous. Ritual is an important part of living, even small rituals that may seem
inconsequential. The significance of offering a stick of incense is key. It doesn’t move
you any closer to stated goals. It doesn’t seem to address your current concerns,
whether they are about personal relationships or world hunger. Yet, offering —
without expectation of something in return for your gesture — is training in generosity,
the act of letting go.

2. It connects you to the elements. Incense has to be lit. It requires fire to ignite and
oxygen to burn. We need oxygen to breath and fire to live. It is a truism to say that to
survive, we need a relationship to our world, our elemental world, the world of our
senses. By striking a match, lighting and sensing a stick of incense, you have reignited
a relationship with the world that sustains you.

3. It sparks appreciation. It takes time to find incense that appeals to you. Many
varieties can be delicate and floral. Indian incense evokes a warm, earthy quality. There
are many subtle differences and endless varieties. But you will offer incense that
pleases you. What do you like? Do you know? Another way of putting this is: what
makes you happy? By enjoying incense in the context of practice, you set a positive
tone for your session. Practice is about appealing to the part of you that is able to relax,
slow down and appreciate. Cultivating appreciation is the ground of discipline.

4. It is healthy. Incense enhances concentration & focus, prevents infections, relieves
headaches, fights depression, reduces anxiety & tension, aids insomnia.

5. It brings you back. When you sit down to practice, the smoke from your incense joins
you. Some even select the length of their incense stick to time their practice session.
You may be lost in thought when, suddenly, you are brought back to the moment by
the scent from a plume of incense wafting by. At this moment, you can recall the
intention to practice that prompted you at the time you offered the incense and gently
return to your discipline.

6. It joins heaven and earth. Smoke moves in space. Space extends everywhere. When
you light incense you can invoke space. You can do this by letting the smoke go where
it wants. Who would try to tell smoke where to go? At the same time, space is a
reminder of earth. Eventually, after enjoying the space of heaven, smoke will settle into
dust and land on earth. We can’t forget to enjoy the space of heaven in our practice.
Practice takes effort –fire—but it can be lighthearted. It doesn’t have to be so serious. It
is natural to enjoy space. It is natural to settle on the earth.

7. It offers a lesson. The incense stick begins at a full length and then grows shorter as
it burns. There is no way to repair or retrieve a stick that has burnt. At first the scent is
strong, soon the stick is gone and the scent will be faint. Sometimes the ash sits on top
of the stick, like a memory of past glories, before toppling off into the incense bowl.
The smoke may rise slowly like white ink from the stroke of an invisible brush or may
disperse, fanned by hidden currents of air. All experience is fleeting — like the smoke
from a stick of incense. This is a true lesson.

8. It makes you prepare. To offer incense, you need incense, matches, a bowl. You need
to think about this before your practice session. To practice, you need time, a place, and
intention. You have to work to gather what you need for practice. You have to plan and
organize your life so you can sustain a practice. Your time and your space have value.
They are the very commodities of existence and essential resources for practice. Always
in short supply, they can be squandered or not. Prepare well and your practice will go
well.

“Peace be with YOU”

MM, I have often been asked about lightworking and how did I become a lightworker.
First of all you could discover what exactely who and what we are by reading this blog.
Once youve reviewed the message then youll have a pretty good understanding. Then
we pray that you find the lightworker in each of you. Ive posted this article before in
the forest group "Lightworkers"

If you think its your Spiritual calling then join our little group and be inspired to
lightwork yourself silly. Everyone loves a lightworker but not everyone can be a
lightworker. I urge you to pray, study, and meditate to find your spiritual calling
wether its being a lightworker, starseed, wayshower, or even Clergy of your faith.

Lightworker (now-n);Any being dedicated to the cultivation of inner presence and the
elevation of awareness in self and other selves. This being is called a lightworker and is
an evolutionary step toward a state of "LightBeing" What's happening in the world?
There is an awakening happening all around the world. And that awakening involves
you and every being that exists on our lovely home planet, mother earth. We are truly
entering a renaissance of spiritual evolution, an evolutionary process that proceeds and
transcends the physical. Our wisdom stems from coming to understand how little we
conceptually know about life, god, the universe and everything, and embracing the
fundamental truth of inherent divinity within all life.

What is a Lightworker? Everyone is a Lightworker whether they know it at all. Just as
truth is truth whether anyone knows it or not. The real question arises then, "Am I
aware of who I am?" Behind all labels, behind all self created illusions of mind and
ego, or social dogmas and masks, there lies the truth, the answer to that question. Just
as the Sun shines bright both day and night, it is only the movement of the planet and
clouds that obscure it from view. But the sun is always shining. A Lightworker is
awake to this truth, aware of their true presence and living in accordance with the
divine plan. All beings that exist are a channel between eternal, formless heaven and
the temporary world of form and illusion, earth. Why am I here? One does not always
need to consciously realize the answer to this question, but living your life purpose is
achievable in every moment, right now. Sit in peaceful contemplation, in pure
awareness. Allow yourself to be present in every moment and feel within the depths of
your heart for your inner truth, your guidance. The work is easy and the burden is light.
Your true essence of being is so vast, it is beyond any concept, any word, thought or
form. A Lightworker then is any being, who is aware of their true non-dual nature, their
eternal "I Am" Presence and acting in accordance with it. A Lightworker is active in
enlightenment, or in cultivating enlightenment.

What is Lightworking? Just as the sun rises each morning, to shine its light into the world,
so it is with lightworking. To walk upon the face of the planet lightly, light in spirit and
bearing, and shine love, happiness, tranquillity and peace into the world. To calm the
inner turmoil, to just be, and be at one with who you truly are, to love and honour life as
an expression of divinity, to love all that is, that power some call god, and of course to
love one and other unconditionally. In being true to the divine presense within all beings,
and releasing all false thought forms, all masks and illusions, is the essence of
lightworking. In this lightworking emanates love, happiness, joy, faith, hope and
inspiration into the inner and outer world. This not only helps to awaken the lightworker,
but also to awaken others to their own natural state. What can be called enlightenment,
what may be called ascension. A Lightworkers divine mission then comes to life, as one
enters the flow of creation and maintains the presence of awareness without being caught
up in the turmoil of the creation. This is done in the service of all. For all beings (self
included), all the time.

What does a Lightworker do? All life exists for a sacred purpose. A Lightworker, that is a
being, aware of their true presence, their inner awareness and non-dual nature then
becomes a vehicle for divine activation. This role is a very simple and a natural one. When
the illusionary self is dissolved into the true sense of being, the IAM presence, a being
begins to shine and resonate this mandala field of pure state bliss. The transition starts
from Lightworker to Light Being. This activation can occur anywhere, in any situation, in
all places, roles and demographics, from the mother at home to the soldier in the military,
even in the depths of the darkest regions of human nature this blossoming occurs. It can
be slow, or instant. It has been this way for eternity. For all the people, all the time. All for
one and one for all. This is the effortless state of being, devoid of all grasping, all seeking.
This is existence under a blue sky, and bright sunshine, exposing all to the life giving
energies of our divine source.

What is the Light Energy? Light Energy has many names. Some names include, the
oriental Chi, Yin and Yang, the Indian Prana, and the Greek Aether. The light Energy
pervades all. It encompasses all things. It is of the source, but not the source. It is the
flow itself. It is the essence of all things. The primordial essence of spirit before it
manifest into form. It is from where all things emanate, and all things return. It is the
stuff of stars and the stuff of souls. We see it, and experience it in this material world as
both form/matter and energy vibration. We experience it as thought and emotions. All
these things are waves on the primordial ocean, resonating in various frequencies. All
energy is frequency, and all frequency is harmony. Everything before you now is
connected through frequency.

The sounds you hear.. Do Re MI Fa So La Ti DO.. to the light you see.. Red, Orange,
Yellow, Green, Blue, Magenta, Violet, RED, winding its way up through the
frequencies. Even the course elements of matter are connected to this harmony
H,He,Li,Be,B,C,N. Each is the same, just operating on a different frequency, at a
different harmonic. All is Light.. All is Energy. And its master is divine consciousness.
We are constantly, directing spirit into form, thought, actions and endeavours. The
question arises. "From what level of consciousness to I create?" This will determine the
results and experiences of life. Each being, operates in various levels of consciousness.
Yet when creation emanates from the source itself, free from resistance and obstruction,
divine will manifests. Heaven is made manifest on earth. The cards are stacked for
growth and learning. We will be guided by angels or pushed by demons.

Where do I start? Being a Lightworker is both very easy and very hard. How hard is it to
be the real you? Are you prepared to let go of everything? Think of who you will be
when all form and material life is gone. That is the real you. Are you prepared to
forgive and release all? There is nothing you must do, it's all about what you no longer
need to do. To stop hiding, to face the true awesome reality of who and what you are,
free from all illusions. Are you a thinking, breathing, centered person? Do you control
your ego, or does your ego control you? Do you live in a state of awareness or reaction?
Where are you looking for your answers? Within or without? These are all serious
questions we must contemplate and come to accept for ourselves.. To "Know Thy Self"
beyond mind, beyond ego, beyond words is the first and only step.

Is there anything else I can do? Once the flow of creation is embraced, great energy is
released, life becomes the adventure it truly was meant to be. What needs to be done,
will present itself in every moment. All that needs to be accomplished, resolved and
understood, will be. Be present, be still within the vortex of creation, in humble awe.
We are all children of the one source, we are all babes. Take time out, take it easy,
awaken and reconnect within yourself at your own pace. Take nothing personaly.
Meditation, practicing awareness, observing your thoughts and mind flow are all stages
of re-awakening to your true enlightened nature. Allow it to happen just as a flower
opens itself to the sunshine each day, so too will you blossom when the time is right.
Remember, in this creative experience, this world of perpetual change and form,
everything is a perfect manifestation in relation to the consciousness that is creating it.
The world is a mirror. Every moment brings with it a perfect experience that is tailored
by you, for you. Learn from it. For many, this can be a hard truth to face.

Are Lightworkers religious? Lightworkers are not bound by any religion or ideology. If
you are part of a religious organization then so be it. That's just perfect for you. But in
this world of form, change is inevitable. Lightworkers are not a religious ideology.
There is a vast difference between spirituality and religion. Many religions formed to
assist the process of re-awakening in practitioners and adherents. They can all point the
way, but only serve as tools and methods. The tools used to build the house, are not the
house.

What about God? There is no concept that can define God. That power some call God is
the source of all. It is the over arching divine consciousness that guides and directs all
life in form and non form. We know God by knowing our true selves. We do not need
to consciously understand, rationalize or define God for God to be real. Like us, God
Just IS. We accept there is great power in who we are, and the processes of how we each
came to be. Yet each is free to formulate their own interpretation of what that power is,
yet to do so may prove futile. HOwever we can come to understand aspects of God.
LIke the fact that God pervades each and everyone of us, exists both within us, around
us and is intricately connected to us. God works, with us and through us and for that
we honor and love God through divine service and existing in a state of least resistance
to God. We honor the process and honor our own role within it. To see through the
illusionary nature of form and see clearly each and every beings, non dual nature. To
see the God aspect in each other, and to love God.

What about Ascended Masters, Messiahs & Prophets? Each are free to follow their
inspirational hero's and teachers throughout history. And each should never fear to
question, rationalize, or reason. But realize the ever changing nature of thought. Go
within to the source for guidance. Believe what you will, but do so in deep consultation
with the inner master. In Spiritual teachings you will surely find wisdom, in your
questions you will find reason, and in your doubts, you will find learning and growth.
But in awareness you will find the only perspective that truly matters.

Shine on. Love always..

I love Mullein. I am not sure why but I love the way it looks. Something about this
plant makes me feel warm inside. I can't explain it but it is the truth for me. I had no
mullein growing around my house or up the hollow.

Two summers ago I was in Thurmond, an old ghost town in West Virginia. I found a
huge mullein plant growing beside the road. The stalk was full of seeds. I took the
stalk...brought it to my house and shook the stalk free of it's seeds in front of my house.

Nothing happened. I was kind of disappointed. So disappointed that my husband
ordered Mullein seeds for me. I didn't plant those seeds until this spring. They are still
growing out in a pot on my back porch.

I was hoeing up weeds around the rose bushes and wild onions about 6 weeks ago. I
planted some horseradish I had received from a kind person in my Herbal Class. And I
noticed a small green plant that was growing in the corner. I hoed around it. It caught
my attention so fully and I didn't know why.

After I was done working in this planting bed, I sat down and drew the little green
plant in the corner. I had no idea what it was but it pulled my attention so intently. For
weeks I had no idea what it was. I just let it grow because I loved looking at it...

And then one day I noticed it was growing a stalk with small yellow flowers on it. It
was mullein. I was so ecstatic! No wonder I was so enthralled with this plant. Now it
makes perfect sense. Well, at least to me.

The indigenous peoples of America span the planet, sharing many different physical
aspects. These First Nations as many now refer to them, are not just native Americans
in North America. They include all the peoples of the lands who have similar DNA
markers to the Inuit and North American nations, thus the group extends to the Asian
peoples as well. As one studies these indigenous peoples around the continents, one
begins to see many similarities in culture and heritage. Harvest Festivals is one such
example.

In America, First Nations and Native Americans marked time by the sun and the moon,
a moon being a month, with the Full Moon being the most important night/day of each
month. This is similar to the Lunar Calendar used by many Asian cultures in the past
and present. Feast Days (festivals) were held at each Full Moon around North America,
the type of celebration led by the customs of the Indigenous Nation involved.

However, Autumn seems nearly always to have been the time of Three Native Nations
harvest thanks celebrations.

• the Green Corn Moon
• the Harvest Moon
• the Hunters Moon

Thus, there were three thanksgiving feast days (holidays) every fall before the "white
men" came to the Western Hemisphere.

The Green Corn Festival is a three day festival of Thanksgiving and Forgiveness.

Native Americans have celebrated this festival after the first full moon in August
(sometimes September), when the corn is a certain height - the young corn for a first
tender harvest. The nations that celebrated and celebrate this holiday include: Iroquois
(7 nations, including Mohawk, in New York, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas, also
near New England), Creek, Cherokee, Seminole, and Yuchi. The Santa Ana Pueblo
people of New Mexico, celebrate again on July 26, before August and sponsor a dance
and fiesta as well.

This ceremonial harvest celebration begins with initial fasting and cleansing, praying,
and building a scared fire that is not to burn out during the days of feasting (like the
Olympic Torch). Some groups believed that the young harvested corn contained a
female spirit that they called First Woman. Otherwise, the Great Spirit was thanked for
everything.
Roasted corn is first eaten in celebration of the first young harvest and is followed by
cornbread, corn soup, tortillas of maize in the Southwest, game caught by the hunters
of the group, fruits, and other vegetables. Here are also games, dancing, and singing.
Drumming circle cannot be forgotten.

The Harvest Moon Festival

This is the Thanksgiving of September when a full harvest of corn, fruits, vegetables,
grains, nuts, fish, and small game. and other foods are gathered together. Originally,
the Native Americans thanked every living thing around them for helping them to live
through sacrificing themselves to be food and clothing.

This is similar in part to the Animistic religion of early Korea and some other Asian
nations, in which all living things have a spirit. With Native Americans, the animals
and crops were not worshipped, but they were thanked. Festivities have included a lot
of dancing now held at Pow Wows, singing, drumming circles, games, and other
activities.
This holiday has historically presented thankfulness for life, food, shelter, and
clothing. The Great Spirit, a single God, was thanked for all of it. After this celebration,
hunting big game for the winter food supply began at full force.

Feast of the Hunters Moon

This holiday is celebrated in September or October. In Indiana, for instance, it is
celebrated at the end of September.
Before the 1700s, and especially prior to 1500, the Native Americans in the Midwest and
Northeastern US celebrated by themselves, or with neighboring hunting bands.

The Native Americans had, in fact, celebrated it for centuries and, as other sources
describe, had begun to drift away from it as the Europeans began over-hunting the
ranges of America.

In Kentucky, the holiday is celebrated in Grand Rivers in October. There are also
several small celebrations throughout southern Ohio. The Hunter's Moon Festival is
not celebrated as widely overall today as the Green Corn Moon and Harvest Moon
Festivals. This may be because hunting is not such a large part of life any longer for
many Native Americans.

I read in a magazine it say" 87% percent of communication is nonverbal, and
most of it is body language"

I remember 5 yrs ago when I was recovering in the hospital, from cancer, I
will sneak out from my room and go to other rooms , and touch patience
hands, some brushed me off and turn their back on me , I felt the inner
wound inside them and I felt sad.... but others when I hold their hand they
smile at me, other like embrace. it was a very wonderful feeling full of light.,
(this is my secret why I recover very fast....)

I believe that our greatest hunger isn't food , I believe our greatest hunger is
for love and to share light to others and one of the most important ways of
receiving and sharing love and light is through our skin.

BIG HUGSSSS TO EVERYONE!!!!! LOVE YOU!!!!!

The woman I am
is not what you see
I'm not just bones
and crockery
--Dorothy Livesay

As our bodies age, our spirit remains young. When we look at old people, too often we
see only the "bones and crockery," the disturbing image of brittle frailty that lies ahead
for us all. Seldom do we take the time to evoke the ageless spirit of an old person.
Yet those of us who are privileged to have close relationships with old men and women
see beyond the mask of age. What we often find there is a distillation of experience,
sometimes wisdom, always keen memory, and almost always a fresh and ruthless
impatience with hypocrisy and lies.
Old people are wonderfully shameless; they have no time for false pride or prudery. In
the process of living so many years, whatever pretensions they might have had seem to
have dried up and blown away, like corn husks or last summer's leaves. This quality is
as bracing as sea air.
The very old share it with the very young, who are too new in the world to be polite.
The lessons that old people can teach us aren't written anywhere.

I have gained many insights from simple quotations taken from masters of the mind.
They reminded me of what it was I was doing again, they put things in a new light, in a
new and often broader perspective. Reading different perceptions of the same process
is also very enlightening and stimulating at times. I noticed that every time I
'accidentally' read a spiritual quote, it made perfect sense to the situation that I was in
at that particular time in my life and it was often exactly what I needed. love to share

some quotes by osho

"Nobody is here to fulfill your dream.
Everybody is here to fulfill his own destiny,
his own reality."

"Experience life in all possible ways -- good-bad,
bitter-sweet, dark-light, summer-winter.
Experience all the dualities.
Don't be afraid of experience,
because the more experience you have,
the more mature you become."

"Knowledge is not information,
it's transformation."

"Remain in wonder if you want the mysteries to open up for you. Mysteries never open
up for those who go on questioning. Questioners sooner or later end up in a library.
Questioners sooner or later end up with scriptures, because scriptures are full of
answers. And answers are dangerous, they kill your wonder."

"Truth cannot be defined, although it can certainly be experienced. But experience is
not a definition. A definition is made by the mind, experience comes through
participating. If somebody asks, "What is a dance?" how can you define it? But you can
dance and you can know the inner feel of it.

Osho quotes on Osho:

"I am not much of a religious person, I am not a saint, I have nothing to do with
spirituality. All those categories are irrelevant about me. You cannot categorize me, you
cannot pigeonhole me. But one thing can be said, that my whole effort is to help you
release the energy called love-intelligence. If love-intelligence is released, you are
healed."

We all know that watching fish swim, chickens peck, or cats stretch can be very
relaxing, but did you know that you can actually extend the art of animal watching to a
meditation that can offer you deep insights into the wisdom of animals?

One of our favorite teachers, Abraham-Hicks, likes to say that whenever you want to
attract something into your life, feel the desire for that thing and then pet the cat. Why
should you pet the cat? Because almost by osmosis you get that relaxed, go-with-the-
flow, allowing feeling that cats automatically exude, and Abraham teaches that
allowing is the key to manifestation.

Animals, by their very nature, are more in touch with Spirit than we are, and tend to be
connected to all that is higher. If you want to relax, get back in touch with Spirit, and
connect with the higher, try this simple animal meditation.

1) Get into a comfortable position where you can see the animal you want to meditate
with. Make sure the animal you’ve chosen is in a relaxed state of being. You can choose
a cat, dog, horse, cow… any animal that seems to have the spiritual you’re looking for.

2) Observe the animal closely. Notice the color of their coat or skin, the way the light
catches different parts of their body. Notice anything that comes to you about the
animal’s appearance. Keep this level of observation for a minute or two.

3) Next, begin to mimic the animal’s breathing. Match the animal breath for breath.
Now extend that mimicry to include the animal’s expression and focus of attention. Are
the eyes open or closed? Where is the animal’s attention? What is he or she looking at?
Is the animal’s attention inwardly or outwardly focused? Stay focused on this aspect of
the meditation for a few minutes, until you really begin to feel that you are being
“breathed” by the animal’s rhythm.

4) Finally, if you want, mimic the animal’s action. If a cat is twitching its tail, imagine
you have a tail, then twitch it in the same rhythm. If the horse you are watching is
chewing grass, move your jaw in the same motion. How does that feel? Stay with the
meditation as long as you wish, or until you get the connection you’re looking for.

If you’ve chosen an animal that is truly in a connected state of being, and you mimic
that animal’s actions, expressions, breathing and attention, you will begin to feel the
same sort of spiritual connection that most animals feel all the time. Plus, it will give
you a lot of insight into how your animal perceives the world.

This exercise works because of the law of “as above, so below.” When you physically
mimic your chosen animal, your mind and spirit will also mimic the animal’s mental
and spiritual state. In fact, some horseback riding trainers encourage their (human)
students to follow their horses around for an entire day, mimicking everything they do.
This gives the students an opportunity to really understand the world from the horse’s
point of view.

Animals have so much wisdom and connection to share with us, and we often miss
their special gifts because we don’t take the time to really “be” with them.

We are multi dimensional beings of light embracing
harmony, unity and peace. We seek soul development
and spiritual evolution that we may manifest and create
miracles. There is joy in the present moment if we
engage the heart and accept the full bloom of lifes

How can you tell ....
People with memories of Atlantis
When Atlantis sank, the people spread out
far and wide on a global resettlement. They intermarried with other cultures and thus
the DNA was spread out among many cultures.
So now the thinking has then turned to the possibility that there had to be something
that would be in the DNA.
They looked to the Palm readers, little over a hundred years ago before the
Atlanteans first started to incarnate. The books on palmistry had all
configurations of lines denoting your past and future. Then a new line emerged,
one that made a distinct mark on the palm of the hand. The red line denotes the
new line that has emerged, this symbol on the hand has become accepted as the
symbol of a reincarnated Atlantean.

The "Dark Night of the soul" like a little death - death of the ego

very common for people during the process of soul transmutation

Many people on the ascension path will experience the dark night of the soul several
times throughout their journey to higher and higher states of consciousness. During
this time period one may feel very alone, confused, sad, depressed, overwhelmed and
uncertain of what direction they are headed in. The dark night of the soul can be a
lengthy and profound absence of light and hope. Many people have said they feel like
they are dying inside.....and actually, the old energies within them, that no longer serve
them, are dying

The best way to move through this very difficult time period is to simply surrender to
the process. It is our resistance to our pain that creates more pain. When we allow the
density within us to rise to the surface and we fully feel it.....we let go of it. And this is
the key ~ TO LET GO OF IT.

We need to learn to take the medicine (soul lesson) and leave the pain behind. Feel the
pain, understand that it has a lesson for you.....learn from it, gather the wisdom it has to
offer, give gratitude for it, and move forward without getting stuck in your "story". If
we get stuck in our "story"....we have not taken responsibility for ourselves and we
have not gained the wisdom! The "story" will drain our precious life force energy!

The Dark Night Of The Soul is temporary. Just like a baby moves through the darkness
of the birth canal before its birth..... an ascending soul will also move through the chaos
and darkness of the void before the birth of it's magnificence.

I believe there are many other psychic ability I have witnessed personally or read about
which defy accepted scientific laws and mostly ignore by most people.

for example I have seen a man in y country hold with his bear hands a red hot cauldron
of boiling oil without getting hurt. later he even dipped his hands into the boiling oil
for a few seconds and then removed it without any sign of burning or scalding. Neither
did he show any expression of pain on his face. In somewhat more dramatic manner I
have seen religious cult we called in my country "haring bakal" ( king of steel) who
believe in amulets. hack initiates three times on the thights and three times on the
stomach with a razor sharp two edge sword with out getting wounded.

I may self experience such dangerous ritual. It hurt every time the metal hit my body
and developed hematoma afterwards (lol) , but the process did not inflict any wound
on my body. I felt I was in the alter state of consciousness at the time.

Ive read about the incredible psychic Feats of Ted Owen of texas, who could command
at will to have lightning strike anywhere he wants to, even if there was no rain clouds
or thunderstorm. His uncanny ability reported by Dr.Jeffrey Mishlove in his book The
PK Man, published by Hampton Road Publishng Co. Inc.,2000 in Virginia.

you must seen Indian fakirs lie on a bed of sharp nails or people who could eat glasses
without being hurt

again how do we classify all of these, We do not know what else the human mind is
capable of doing, I am sure these things I have enumerated here are only a small
portion of a vast mysterious field.

MM Friends, I have drawn much knowledge from the Akashic records. Some people
call Akasha the Spirit that encompasses all mankind. The circle around the elements..
Have you ever wondered what they are? Where are these so called records? What do
they contain? How can you access the records? Here's an article that explains them
easily that we might understand. Many blessings, Rev Willow
Akashic Records

Overview

References to the Akashic records, or the eternal Book of Life, date back to antiquity.
References in the Old Testament and beyond give us the sense that there is a collective
storehouse of knowledge that is written on the fabric of reality.
WHAT ARE THE AKASHIC RECORDS?

The Akashic records are like the DNA of the universe. They are the soul's journey
over time, so every thought, word, and deed is registered in the Akashic records. Each
soul has its own Akashic record, and there are collective records of all souls or all
journeys.
They way we receive information from the Akashic Records is in
encoded Light language, which is Sacred geometry of words encoded in fire, so
learning how to interpret the information is crucial. We start learning to use our inner
senses to give words and interpretation to what we receive; we also start getting fine-
tuned to this new energy.

The Akashic Records are the individual records of a soul from the time it leaves its
point of origin until its return. At the time we make the decision to experience Life as
an independent entity, there is a field of energy created to record every thought, word,
emotion, and action generated by that experience. That field of energy is the Akashic
Records. Akashic because it is composed of Akasha, (the energetic substance from
which all life is formed); and Records, because its objective is to record all life
experience.
By opening the Akashic Records with a Sacred Prayer, we align
ourselves to the vibration of the one receiving the consultation (either ourselves or
another). The Prayer works with energetic vibration to "key in" to the specific "name"
of the life form, and carries with it Gods protection through the Masters, Teachers and
Lords of Akasha.

The information in the Akashic Records helps us bring our past, present and future in
to the "now". By accessing the Akashic records, we can identify and release anything
that we have created, that has become a block to our present realization of our oneness
with God.

'We can look at why we have addictive patterns, why we choose the relationships we
do, why we have created our habitual responses, and how to create action in our lives
instead of re action.
The heating energy of the Akashic Records allows us the freedom to
choose grace in all things; therefore, overriding any illusion we have created that
causes us to believe we are separate from God/Spirit/Source.
It is one of the most powerful tools available on the planet today, to
help us remember our oneness with God/Spirit/Source.

We all go through times when we wish we could press a fast-forward button and propel
ourselves into the future and out of our current circumstances. Whether the situation
we are facing is minor, or major such as the loss of a loved one, it is human nature to
want to move away from pain and find comfort as soon as possible. Yet we all know
deep down that we need to work through these experiences in a conscious fashion
rather than bury our heads in the sand, because these are the times when we access
important information about ourselves and life. The learning process may not be easy,
but it is full of lessons that bring us wisdom we cannot find any other way. The desire
to press fast-forward can lead to escapism and denial, both of which only prolong our
difficulties and in some cases make them worse. The more direct, clear, and courageous
we are in the face of whatever we are dealing with, the more quickly we will move
through the situation. Understanding this, we may begin to realize that trying to find
the fast-forward button is really more akin to pressing pause. When we truly grasp that
the only way out of any situation in which we find ourselves is to go through it, we
stop looking for ways to escape and we start paying close attention to what is
happening. We realize that we are exactly where we need to be. We remember that we
are in this situation in order to learn something we need to know, and we can alleviate
some of our pain with the awareness that there is a purpose to our suffering.
When you feel the urge to press the fast-forward button, remember that you are not
alone; we all instinctively avoid pain. But in doing so, we often prolong our pain and
delay important learning. As you choose to move forward in real time, know that in the
long run, this is the least painful way to go.

Although it is nice to know that our presence of Positive and Light presence is always
there within us for the ones who know it and are confident in it..sometimes find
ourselves going places we would preferably not want to..but as a Light being Light is
needed in many places ..some not so nice .. but we cant always try to keep it fluffy for
ourselves..maybe we can do our best to smooth things out for others but for ourselves
as Light beings who spread energy has to take it to levels unknown to others..

Which has happened to me recently. I have dealt with things in past and manged to get
beyond them and then I found myself in a situation that was kind of hairy but in all it
is what it is in the real world..

Even if you get around those who seem to be hopeless or careless sometimes all it takes
is a hint of wisdom for them to see a spark that may change their presence and intent in
the near future. sometimes some of these people have not seen the right spark..

many try to pretend their is no such existance in the real world ..people do kill ..things
happen..we would rather not .. wars and Famine.. but as you reach people one by one..
the hope builds up.. is the purpose of the collective in trying to make such changes to
spread that energy ..to let people know its there and possible..kind of hard without
instant proof .. but words can reach into a soul and tell the inner self of a person
therefore clicking in their brain to make them think..

are many out there wont even try or just dont know how being too caught up in it all
and cant slow down.
and will be some who will be in fear for you or worry of your challenges..but as long as
you got confidence in what you do ..that person shouldnt feed you doubt ..its not giving
you power..

it takes it away or tends to weaken it..subliminally..
others will always be unsure of another they dont feel what they feel or feel that
confidence or just the know of being .. "I am"

and during these times would expect many Light and energy workers finding
themselves in places they would rather not but they know Light is needed even in the
craziest scenarios..
keep your head up..your energy up and dont let others belittle your chance or intent or
confidence level.. we were givin the energy to do these things for those that know..

do your best and is all you can do..
Much Peace Shadow

The trees sway to the warm breeze
As they glisten under the clear sky
They under the tree tops
Who hide from prying eyes
Have come out o play
They sway, spinning and twirling
To a song a rhythm only they can hear
The song of mother nature they dance to
Around the bonfire they go as
All around others join in
Soon they disappear spinning and twirling
Through the trees they go dancing
To the song
The rhythm
Of life
Mother nature

Many scars I have on the inside
I’d have them on the outside
I’d paint them all
What a painting,
A story they would show
Its beauty would be in its depth
Not in its art
I’d have my scars on the outside
I’d wear them with pride
As I wear the those on the inside
The face would not be judged by its art
But by the depths
Stories told, scars revealed
Pills, potions, therapy and doctors
Tick a box any box
Open the door out you go
Squire, triangle, circle or hexogen
Your diagnosis complete
Your life your person defined by one tick of a box
Your scars your story
All wrapped up in
One sentence
An analogy
Of a painting. ©Saille

This is a scenario I see allot.. many find themselves defending who they are and what
they know.. when it is not necessary. We each have a certain Niche or understanding or
talent and is to help the whole.. being part of that whole is something to be happy
about not sure if boast is good term but close to it.. when we help humanity on Earth
and animals and life progress.

many so wrapped up in the real Norm World..can barely escape ..but some of us can
and help send that energy we have to help smooth things out for all..then they maybe
then can come around more wherever to share their talents.

"Confrontation proving" is not necessary.. no one has to prove they bigger and better is
not what its about..

no one can take that from you and as long as your confident in your gift can not be
takin away.

Many have found themselves in position of defending themselves when they should
never..it is others who have doubted another to a degree it becomes conflict ..when is
conflict of interest of belief to another as it is between Christians and Pagans..

which we all know how that song is played.. drama seekers or those lack of.. are the
ones that are the catalyst for this kind of thing..

Just know yourself.. be confident and never be insulted by one who
misunderstands..forbid I been mis understood many times..but keep moving.. if
something don't sound right ..somethings are just not meant for us all to understand
and again we each are different with our own uses..

Much Peace

Dear Ones, things are moving so fast these days, We are all out of breath. It is an
exciting time, isn’t it? But even with all the positive changes, you probably know some
folks who are getting crankier and crankier because our loving energy challenges the
emotional settings and philosophy of life they are used to. You can see it is a case of
being shaken from their underpinnings, and for people who tend to be a little rigid or
controlling, this can be an enormous challenge. They will struggle to hang on to their
old ways until something reaches a breaking point - either they will stop fighting it and
ease into the new higher vibration, or they will begin to lash out, blaming others for
their discomfort. In this case it may be their relationships which will break. Either way,
they will find the horizons expanding, and everyone will be offered the opportunity to
open their sites to new and different ways to live.

How are you handling the shifts? Do you find yourself exhausted one day, so energized
you can hardly sleep the next? Do you find yourself falling in love with your friends
and neighbors in a way you have never felt before? Do you see the sparkling God
presence in the children around you as never before? Have you experienced animals
coming up to you to get acquainted, even the wild ones? Do you greet them warmly and
without fear? If you do, you will be affirming your connection with all living creatures,
and Mother Nature will smile.

When you open your heart, all the world feels your warmth and will beam up to meet
you. Do not minimize the importance of this attraction. It is the growing evidence of
Our loving presence, which you are feeling as Light beaming down on and through you
as your I AM Presence. Feel it: the stream of Love flows down through your crown
chakra, through the center of your brain, the third eye center, your throat chakra and
down into your heart center. Anchor it there so that you feel the powerful connection
between the center of your brain and the center of your heart. Then let it flow on
downward through your lower chakras and into the Earth. Mother Earth will feel your
loving energy and will respond in kind.

Once you anchor the energy of the I Am Presence in your mind and heart, your life will
unfold in a very different way. The small annoyances that used to ruin your day will
become trivial, hardly worth noticing. The people who used to drive you crazy will
seem a bit amusing in their extreme attitudes. You may find you no longer are attracted
to the material belongings you used to covet; in fact, you may find you are so occupied
with creative work and social interactions that you hardly give those things a second
thought anymore. You may even feel small ripples of repulsion when you hear people
bragging about their new cars or expensive toys.

Do not be alarmed if you have cravings to leave everything you have spent years
building - your business, your career, your bank account, all the things you thought of
as success - to give it all away and begin over in a simpler way. It is a normal response
to the Love Bug. You might say you have been bitten by the energy of Love, and it will
make you itch for the deeply satisfying real experiences you have put on hold for
“later,” after you have completed all the things you planned for.
What if nothing you planned for comes to completion? What if you walk out your door
one morning and discover that the whole world smiles on you, and there is no more
reason to compete with yourself or anyone else because you are perfect just the way
you are, and you have everything you need? This is the New Golden Age you are
feeling being born this very year. It will bring far more than an end to poverty and
want. It will not create unlimited appetite for material possessions, because that was
the false satisfaction for not enough Love. When Love enters your heart - not from the
gift of love from another but from within yourself - nothing can be more fulfilling or
complete.

What will people do if they have no immediate needs? Of course, they will create a new
life for themselves based on the beliefs and feelings that remain lodged in their
systems from The Old Days, if they have not prepared themselves for the real changes
around them. This is where all of you come in. You are the initiates, the leaders who
will show the way when everyone else is trying to replace the old structures with more
old structures just like the ones that have disintegrated. Your talents and your training
will be invaluable. Even the education you thought was irrelevant will serve you well.

Each of you has a special gift; you are often too blinded by the criticism you grew up
with to even notice it. You have, without your realizing it, gathered information and
skills which will increase the value of those gifts. The difference will be that the skills
which would have brought in more money are going to be far less valuable than the
ones which were overlooked in the old system. For instance, good teachers will be of
great value, and we do not mean those who know how to wield a piece of chalk.
Remember the Golden Age of Greece - would you not prefer to be taught by Socrates,
strolling with you through the town square, presenting you with brain puzzles and
challenging moral questions than to be lectured at in a class of two hundred fidgeting,
bored college sophomores?

Look deeply into yourself. Notice how many of the things you have become
accustomed to doing are actually escapist; they helped you to avoid the feelings left
over from a day or a year of doing something you dislike. Watching television, for
instance, is not truly relaxing; it is hypnotic. It may be better than pacing the floor, but
it does not nourish your soul. The same goes for many of the entertainments which fit
into the category of what you call “hanging out.” If it requires or even includes a mind-
altering substance, it is a symptom of dis-ease, dissatisfaction with life, but you
probably feel defensive about keeping it. Of course you do. It helped to while away the
miserable hours. No such activities will be required when you have nothing to make
you feel stifled and misused.

What did you love to do as a child? Don’t discount playing in the creek, or coloring
crayon pictures in your room, or being enraptured by the bean plant you were allowed
to raise yourself. Every activity that is self-initiated indicates inner-directed motivation,
a wonderful trait of all humankind which has been demoted to hobby status by the
current culture. It is this inner drive which will have the chance to flourish in the new
era.

We are giving you these images and ideas of what to think about and what to expect so
that you are not overwhelmed or completely disoriented by the changes. Learn to flow
with it in your imagination, and you will be able to do so in reality. We have been
preparing together for this wonderful change for years now, little by little. Think back
on the past 5 years, and you will realize how you have evolved. No single shift may be
obvious as you are living it, but the cumulative learning experiences have had a life-
changing impact, have they not? Ten years ago would you have been attracted to
channeled messages from Mother/Father God in the eager way you are now? How
many of you have said to us: “Thank you! I just can’t get enough!”

We delight in your thirst for Truth. Many of you have left dogmatic religions but felt a
bit rudderless, without a replacement which could satisfy your soul longing for a real
connection to Us. You were taught you needed an intermediary, someone to interpret
the Word of God for you. We are here to tell you that is not true. Each of you has within
you the ability to feel our presence, to listen to your intuition and follow it, and even to
hear our voices speaking to you as our dear channel does.

We are teaching you what you need to become connected to Us as a constant state of
Love and Light. It is the exercise we gave you at the beginning of this message. This is
the vertical ray of Light which runs through your whole system. Add to that the
centering exercises which teach you to reach the center of your brain (in your Light
channel) as your standard operating procedure, and you will be well prepared for a life
of Love and service.

You see, Love, Light and Service go together. It is what we do, and it is what you will be
discovering in yourself when you do the exercises every day. Join us in Love, Dear
Children. There simply is no replacement or any substitute, as you will discover as you
build your new society to benefit everyone, in every conceivable way.

We will be here to congratulate you every step of the way.

We are Mother/Father God,
with the Legions of Light,
who love you beyond measure.

Today we would like to focus your attention on the topic of free will. We understand
that this can be quite confusing and so it is at this time that we would like to share with
you our perspective on the topic of how you may use your free will on your world and
what you have chosen before you incarnated. Please bear with us as this topic is rather
extensive and we would like to try to clarify as much as we can at this time. We will
elaborate further in subsequent messages as you have time to integrate the information
in this message.

Let us first begin by explaining what your higher self is responsible for choosing
before you have incarnated into this physical reality. You could label these decisions as
being “pre-determined”. Realize that you had the free will to make these choices when
they were made.

When a soul chooses the life they will incarnate into, much time is spent in
determining what lessons and challenges will best serve the good of all. A soul chooses
the parents they will have, and therefore the family they will incarnate into. Perhaps
your choice of family may seem unfitting to you once you are in the incarnation
however all souls chose their family based on the lessons and experiences they wanted
to have ingrained within them at an early age. This allows you to ensure that you
would have a particular perspective that would be the result of the family and beliefs
you were raised within. Souls also choose the location and region of incarnation, as
well as the time period they will incarnate into. Souls also choose main lessons you
wish to explore and the ingrained subconscious beliefs you would like to incarnate
with. This is what is pre-determined before you incarnate.

Now let us explain how free will can be used in this reality. As we just explained, the
family and region you will be born into are chosen before you incarnate. However what
you do with your life from that point on is entirely up to you. Although there are
lessons which a soul would like to further investigate this in no way means that each
experience is pre-determined. Overall lessons a soul may be interested in could be
exploring self-love, trust or judgment just to name a few. There is a tremendous amount
of flexibility in every incarnation and you are free to make any decision you would
like, based on what you would like to experience and create next. The experiences you
have in your life are not pre-determined.

Many find the concept of time to be one that further complicates their understanding of
free will. We do understand that this can be very difficult to fully understand as you
have agreed to view time as a straight linear line, in which you can only go forwards.
And the explanation that we often give when we explain how we perceive time is that
we view time simply as a marker, much like a page number in a book. We simply use
time to locate the experience that we would like to shift our focus to, just as you use
page numbers to find the page you would like to focus your attention on. You are free
to flip backwards and forwards as often as you like, just as we flip through time as
often and regularly as we like. To us, time is a circle, not a linear line; and therefore
there is no beginning or end. Yet, the assumption often made is that because all is going
on concurrently, “then I must have already made all of my decisions”; yet this is not so.

We cannot tell you what decision you will make in the next hour, day, week, month or
years from now simply because we do not know. We can only tell you what the most
probable and likely reality you will create and draw to you based on the vibration you
are pulsing out at this very moment. However you can change your thoughts, decisions,
and vibration in an instant. The decisions that you make in this very instant determines
what experience you will manifest “next”.

Now because there are an infinite number of parallel realities, all decisions that you
could ever possibly make at any moment in your life are all playing out. We can see
them all in the higher dimensions; however the beauty of the 3rd and 4th dimensions is
that you are only able to see one reality at a time. By not being able to see how any
decision you make will play out, you are free to explore your world with wonder and
amazement never knowing what will happen “next”. This is a far different experience
than what the higher dimensions offer.

Know that you have the opportunity to draw to you whatever experience you choose at
any given moment. Your soul has only set a “blue print” for the overall lessons you
wanted to learn from. How you experience those lessons is entirely up to you. You have
chosen to focus on particular lessons that you wanted to master, yet you have the ability
to learn from them quickly or never learn them at all in this life. Also how you
experience those lessons and the reality that allows you to have that experience is
entirely up to you depending on the choices you make and the beliefs you choose to
hold.

You have the ability to attract an infinite number of possibilities to you at any given
moment. This is why we often say that we do not predict the future; we can only share
with you what we see as being the most likely probable manifestation that you will
choose to create at this exact moment. Yet if you choose an entirely different experience
or change your vibration and beliefs drastically you will of course alter the reality you
will experience.

Many have asked, well what if I no longer want to learn how to master lack, judgment
or love for example. How can I change that with my free will? To this we reply, if you
no longer want to experience any more lessons about lack, then you must also be able
and willing to release and replace all limiting beliefs that you have regarding lack in
order to no longer attract and therefore experience these lessons.

You see, although what you have chosen to learn has been pre-determined, how you
learn the lesson and how you choose to view each experience is entirely up to you. We
could compare the overall lessons that you wanted to explore as being more of a general
theme that you will inherently find throughout your life, however there are no pre-
determined experiences of how you will learn those lessons. Do you see?

Many wonder if the person they will marry or the children they will have are pre-
determined. To this we will say that although you have the free will to decide if you
want children, how many children, if you want to get married and if so to whom; you
have already chosen several souls that have agreed to play this role with you. You are
not forced to make the decision to marry that spouse, have children, or be friends. In
fact there are usually quite a few souls that are willing to participate in those
relationships with you if you desire and your experiences and decisions lead you to
each other. It is only a pre-agreement that each soul is willing to participate in if each
soul chooses to make those decisions once incarnated.

All else is determined by the choices you make while incarnated. Whether you choose
to find each other and develop your relationship is entirely up to you once you
incarnate. You are free to choose whether you want children or not, whether you want
to get married or not, whether you would like to stay in this incarnation or not, whether
you would like to live in a new location, a new profession, gain new friends and so on.
These decisions are not “set in stone”. This is why we say that free will is your greatest
asset in this reality. You are always free to make a new choice, make a new start, and
choose a new experience. All that limits you is your beliefs. What you believe, you will
perceive. You are all creator beings; and as a result you are free to create whatever you
choose.

Each soul knows that there are an infinite number of choices and experiences that have
the potential to play out. Which experiences you choose are not determined until you
make them. Now as we have stated quite frequently, you have the ability to choose any
experience you desire, all that limits what is possible is your beliefs. The only choices
which are “pre-determined” are your birth family, the location of birth and the overall
lessons your soul wanted to focus on. Those are the only things that cannot be changed
by your conscious free will at this time. Notice that we say “conscious” free will. By
trying to consciously change the lessons that you wanted to focus on you are trying to
consciously amend an agreement that you do not have the full conscious awareness of.

Your subconscious mind and the lessons you wanted to focus on cannot be changed by
your conscious intent. Why? You cannot change what you do not know. To come here
and learn nothing would not serve you. However and this is one of the most important
points we want to make in this message; just because your soul wanted to learn does
not in any way mean that you cannot enjoy your experience here. You are free to
experience whatever you like, and you are free to follow your joy. You are free to
surround yourself with all that you find peaceful, loving, enjoyable, exciting and any
other feelings you want to have. How you perceive your reality is entirely of your own
free will, remember that all is inherently neutral; it is the perceiver who is tasked with
placing a value to any experience.

The beliefs that you hold are all that stands between you and what you desire to create.
You always have the free will choice to believe whatever you want to. If a belief is not
serving you then you can release it and choose a new belief. You are the maker and
designer of your reality. You choose what you will experience; no one else. You are
holding the keys, and no one else can unlock the door but you. You will only draw to
you what you believe and expect to get, wishing will do you no good. What do you
want to create?

We hope that this message has served you in some way and brought some clarity and
peace to those who are in need of this message most.

In love and light, we are your Angelic Guides

Golden Indigo's

Are you a Golden Indigo?
Last week I sent out the first of many emails announcing the awakening of what we're
calling The Golden Indigos. The response to that email has been overwhelming. We've
received hundreds of letters from people who claim that they've been waiting to have
this group recognized. I've also received letters from younger Indigos who tell me of
the importance of having our elders honored for their role. They say that the time has
come for the Indigo Children (most of whom are young adults now), the Crystal
Children, and the Golden Indigos to work together on the Grid. What is the Grid? Well,
that what we're going to cover in the next email, for it's a critical part of the next step.
If you're wondering if you're a Golden Indigo, I've put together this short list for your
comparison. If most of these match, then there's a good chance you're in this amazing
group. Over the course of the next few weeks I'll be sharing more information on what
that means, but this should at least get you heading in the right direction.
You a "Golden Indigo" if...
1. You are over the age of 60.
2. You have always felt a "stirring" within your soul to heal and bless humanity.
3. That "stirring" has increased considerably over the last five to ten years.
4. You feel a tangible connection with the Indigo Children.
5. You can't keep silent any longer, but feel drawn to share your wisdom.
6. You refuse to sit back and simply "retire."
7. You felt a resolute "YES" when you first read or heard about the Golden Indigos.
We are standing at the edge of an exciting new world, and the Golden Indigos have an
extremely important role to play. Please stay tuned as we share more and more
information, as well as some new exciting programs we're putting together. For
example, we're in the process of producing two films on the Goldens, the first being a
feature film called "Redwood Highway," as well as a documentary called "Golden
Indigo." Stay tuned.

This simple exercise to contact your spirit animal totem can be done either inside
or outside. If you are outside a Physical One may appear as well. The technique
remains the same. If you don't hear, see, or get any impressions this is alright. You are
creating a sacred space around you, in mind, body and spirit, to allow communication
to take place. Above all be patient with yourself.

In whatever pose and place of comfort you choose, find your calm center. You may opt
to hold a stone, gem or crystal or place personal sacred objects near you. You can also
play meditational music if this helps you achieve a peaceful mind. There are many
ways and means to achieve a meditational state, do what you feel guided to do.

Breathe deeply several times and allow your mind and body to relax. Shift your body as
necessary to accommodate your relaxation. Keep breathing deeply with conscious
effort. At this time you may state your intent such as, "I would like to meet my animal
totem," or you can say a prayer of your choosing.

Let your thoughts come and go like leaves floating on a stream. Don't hang onto them.
Watch them float by and let your mind empty. This may take some effort depending on
your meditational and visual ability. Just try your best to relax in any case. You may
notice after a while, the more you find your calm mind, your breath will naturally slow.

Using the stream analogy, use all of your senses toward the stream; hear the sound of
the water, see the ripples, feel how cool and refreshing it is. Observe the water and its
behavior. Allow the purity of the stream to refresh you.

Gaze at the stream and listen carefully to the sounds around you. Do you hear walking?
Do you hear noises, calls, sounds? Do you feel that something is watching you? Animal
totems can be any size so watch for even the smallest animal kin to appear.

If you do hear or feel something, it can be bring out a little anxiety and excitement.
Remain calm and know that you are perfectly safe. Take some deep breaths, watch the
stream and continue to observe your senses. If you are too scared at any point in the
meditation you can return. You will eventually learn to be comfortable however long it
takes. This is part of the process. The dialogue has begun. They are very patient
teachers.

When you are ready, slowly turn your gaze upward along the stream bank. Watch and
observe any animal or animals that may appear near or in the distance. They may be
fleeting or they may remain and approach you. They know your feelings. If you are
uncomfortable at any time, simply say in your mind for instance, "I am uncomfortable
right now". This is for your benefit only, not theirs. They have no fear. In most cases,
the animal will halt contact until you either stop the process or leave the meditation. If
you are comfortable the animal may come closer. Listen and watch for its messages.
Open your heart and mind to greet your animal. Allow the animal, lessons and any
messages to arrive at its own pace.

The animal can simply make an appearance and leave without any imparting thoughts.
This is perfectly fine. Contact has been made and the dialogue has been opened. The
animal can also become so close you can feel its breath or feel its skin, fur, feathers etc.
The experiences vary greatly according to your comfort level and familiarity with the
animal. It is always good to tell it "Thank You" and send energy of appreciation. Trust
in the relationship with the animal will build over time.

Often the animal departs on its own accord and you return feeling refreshed with a
wonderful sense of amazement for your new friend.

We are between the worlds,
Beyond the bounds of time,
Where night and day,
Birth and death,
Joy and sorrow,
Meet as one.

STARHAWK

Witches work their magic in a special place between the worlds, a time outside of time.
It is this technique which makes us supremely capable, above almost all other mortals,
of entering into the Faerie Realm. The realm of Faerie is the place of enchantment and
magic, and throughout history Witches have been frequent visitors to this world.
Consorting with Faeries was even one of the many accusations levelled against them
during the Witchcraze.

According to Margaret Murray, author of The Witch Cult in Western Europe and The
God of the Witches, in almost every case of Witchcraft from Joan of Arc in 1431 down to
the end of the 17th century, the most damning evidence against the accused was
aquaintance with the Faeries. But what exactly are Faeries?
What do they look like? Where do they live? And most importantly, can a modern
Witch still visit them?

What are Faeries?

When we hear the word Faerie most people think of little winged beings belonging to
children’s story books, supernatural creatures who work magic and indulge in
mischief. As we will soon see however, there is a lot more to them than this simple
description.

There are many theories about the origin of Faeries, one of the most popular ones being
David McRitchie’s famous ‘pygmy theory’ which was prevalent in the 1890’s. This was
also subscribed to by Margaret Murray, who suggests in God of the Witches that
Faeries were once real human beings. The Faeries, she says, were the descendants of the
early people of Northern Europe. These dark-skinned survivors of the Stone Age were
smaller than ‘mortals’ and lived in the wild, uncultivated areas of the country, they
were herders of animals and unacquainted with agriculture. As civilisation advanced
the Faerie population mingled more with the settled people until many of them entered
the villages and became indistinguishable from other humans.

This euhemerising explanation for Faeries explains why they are small, fear iron
(which they had not yet developed) and live in hillocks (round turf houses sunk in the
ground). ‘Euhemerism’ is the idea that supernatural beings can be traced back to
historical, factual people. This particular Faerie theory appears in Marion Zimmer
Bradley’s novels about the Arthurian Legend, the popular Mists of Avalon series.

Many Folklorists of the early 20th century suggested that Faeries were the Pagan Gods,
reduced in stature. As Christianity made inroads into Pagan societies the native deities
lessened in importance, power and function. For example, the Faerie Queen Mab has
much in common with the Celtic Goddess/Queen Maeve. The Green Knight (from the
story of Gawain and the Green Knight) is often seen as a Pagan god, the Green Man.
Celtic history records that the famous Irish deities, the Tuatha de Dannan, after the
coming of Christianity, left the Earth’s surface and dwelt underground in hills or
Neolithic graves and became known as the ‘Aes Sidhe’ the ‘People of the Hills’ or
Faeries.

Traditional Witch, Nigel Jackson, suggests that Faeries are beings from the Underworld
and that humans become Faeries after death. He explains that “the soul descends into
the Faerie realm, sojourning as a Faerie in the Otherworld while awaiting the right
cyclical patterns which will enable its Earthly rebirth to occur. The ‘human’ and the
‘Faerie’ are two poles of our own being, between which we oscillate back and forth
through our cycle of rebirths. In other words, Faeries are ourselves awaiting birth and
we are the Faeries awaiting our return to the Enchanted Realm.”

Irish peasants believed something similar to this up until around fifty years ago;
women that died in chidlbirth, people that died young or children that became sicky
and turned into ‘changelings’ were ‘away with the Faeries’. They were not dead
however, they could be expected to return at any time and sometimes did.

Theosophy recognises the world of Faerie as a part of a hidden spiritual world that
coexists with our physical world. Theosophists, and consequently New Agers, see the
function of Faeries as being to absorb vitality from the sun and distribute it to the
physical. For example, the flower Faeries are nature spirits who provide the vital link
between the sun’s energy and the soil’s minerals. Certain Faeries are responsible for the
structure and colour of flowers, others work under ground around the roots, some work
on a molecular level and are concerned with cell growth, and other Faerie species aid
the development of the mineral, vegetable and animal kingdom. These Faeries, or
‘Devas’, work as personific- ations of natural energies.

Yet another popular contemporary theory based on Jungian psychology is that Faeries
are archetypal images created by a shared, common concern, they are personifications
of birth, sex, fertility and death and are a way of approaching these subjects in
symbolic form.

Perhaps Faeries are actually a combination of all of these ideas. English Witchcraft
author, Doreen Valiente, suggests that Faeries might very well be composed of several
factors: spirits of nature, Pagan deities, souls of the Pagan dead, folk memories of
aboriginal races, and the widespread belief in an Underworld under the earth. No
matter what these creatures are, Faeries exist in the realm between the worlds along
with Elementals, Spirits, Angels and Gods and thus can be contacted by magickal
practitioners who journey into such territory.

The Faeries’ appearance

The Faeries’ appearance will often reflect our own preconceptions of them, their forms
are both manifold and varied. Sometimes they cannot be told apart from humans, at
other times they resemble animals. They can be extremely beautiful or hideously ugly.
In northern Scotland, Ireland, Brittany and France, the Faerie is the size of a human
being and has all the characteristics of one. An Irish eyewitness from the 11th century
recorded that “fifty Faerie women were seen with purple tunics and green hoods, and
silver bracelets around their arms... All the women were of a like age and like shape,
and like loveliness and like beauty and like straightness and like figure, in the dress of
Faerie women, so that there was no telling one from the other.” There is no mention of
whether they are human-sized or smaller which would suggest that they did not look
particularly different to mortal women.

However, according to author/illustrators Brian Froud and Alan Lee, much of their
external appearance is in fact glamour. Glamour is the magical garment of the Faerie
and without it they appear as a shimmering light, it is a protective coverage and is often
designed to make mortals believe they are dealing with one of their own kind. When
inspected very closely, most Faeries are characterised by a physical deformity of some
kind which marks them out as different. Such tell-tale signs include webbed feet, back-
to-front feet, or even goat’s hooves, noseless nostrils, squint eyes, pointed ears and
cow’s tails.

The Faerie Realm

There are special areas on Earth where the Faerie world and the mortal world meet, at
these sites travel between the worlds can be experienced. Places such as trees, mounds,
hills, caves, rivers, pools, wells, crossroads, boundaries, hedges, the bottom of the
garden and of course Faerie Rings are all doorways to Faerie.

Probably the most well-known entrance to Faerie, the Faerie Ring, is a dark green circle
on a lawn or in a field caused by the presence of fungi in the soil and the rings are often
also outlined with mushrooms. These sites have long been reputed as magical places
where occult power is concentrated and are therefore, favourite places for performing
spells. Faerie Rings can apparently live for hundreds of years and some have been
proved by modern science to be over 600 years old.

Like the Norse Yggdrasil, certain other trees which have their roots in the Underworld,
are also entrances to Faerie. Three Hawthorn trees growing close together are thought to
be especially potent. Other trees most favoured by them are the Blackthorn, Hazel,
Alder, Elder and Oak, hence the saying: Turn your cloaks, for Faerie folks live in old
oaks. Combinations of trees, especially if twisted together, are also powerful sites; two
Thorns and an Elder for example or a group of Oak, Ash and Thorn. The Irish believe
that a single tree in a field, or a group of trees on top of a Faerie hill belong to the
Faeries and that it would be inviting disaster to chop them down.

The Irish word for Faerie is ‘Sidhe’ (Shee), meaning people of the hills. The actual
Faerie Hill is also called a ‘Sidhe’ or a ‘Rath’. These are barrows or hillocks, each being
a door to an underground realm of splendour and delight. The ancient Celts believed
for example, that in the Faerie Realm there were apple trees always in fruit, one pig
alive and another being roasted, and a supply of ale which never ran out.

In The Book of the Dun Cow, the Faerie Queen describes her realm as the land of the
ever-living, a place where there is neither death, nor sin, nor transgression. “We have
continual feasts, we practice every benevolent work without contention. We dwell in
large Sidhe and hence we are called the people of the faerie mound.”

Fairy mounds are entrances to the Pagan paradise, which might be located
underground, under water, or under hills on distant islands across the western sea. An
anonymous Irish author of the 11th century describes a visit to a Sidhe: ‘[A]s I gazed
around me I saw a faerie hill, brightly lit, with many drinking horns and bowls and
cups of glass and of pale gold in it, and I was staring at it for a long time at the doorway
of the faery hill... I went across to the hill and sat down ... in a crystal chair on the floor
and gazed at the house all around me, and I saw twenty-eight warriors on one side of
the house with a lovely fair headed woman beside every man of them, and six gentle,
youthful yellow-haired girls on the other side of the house, with shaggy cloaks around
their shoulders; and a gentle yellow-haired girl in a chair on the floor of the house, with
a harp in her hand which she was playing and continually thrumming. And every time
she sang a song a horn was given to her to drink out of it, and she would give the horn
into the hand of the man who gave it to her; and they were sporting and amusing
themselves all around her.’

Irish people interviewed by Folklorists in the late 19th and early 20th centuries
expressed the belief that the Faeries were ‘Fallen Angels’ who accompanied Lucifer out
of Heaven, thus showing how Christianity eventually influenced, but did not destroy,
Pagan belief.

Witches and Faeries

In the past Witches and Faeries were commonly thought to be the same thing and they
often shared similar attributes such as the practice of magic, the ability to appear and
disappear, shapeshifting, the preparation of magical ointments, dancing in circles and
having wild night time revels. The Faerie Godmother in fairytales has many of the
characteristics of the Witch and she often comes in a group of three sisters like the
Witches’ Triple Goddess. Witches’ deities can interchange with Faerie royalty,
examples being Puck, Robin Goodfellow, Robin Hood, Gwyn ap Nudd, Oberon,
Morgan Le Fay, Dame Abundia, Habondia, Aradia, Diana, Venus, Hecate, Sybil and
Titania. Doreen Valiente says that the leading female witch in a Scottish Coven was
called the ‘Queen of Elphame’, a word which is the Scottish version of the Old Norse
‘Alfheim’, the country of the Elves or Faeries. Nigel Jackson tells us that ‘The
traditional metaphysics of Elfland lie at the heart of true Witchcraft, a body of ancestral
Faerie teachings and arts which formed a hidden tradition transmitted down the
centuries across Europe and the British Isles.’

English Witches, Agnes Hancock in 1438 and John Walsh in 1566, said that they treated
wounds made by fairy magic. John Walsh said that he consulted the ‘little people’ for
advice between the hours of twelve and one in the afternoon and at midnight. Scottish
Witch, Bessie Dunlop, in 1576 saw eight women and four men “the men were clad in
gentleman’s clothing, and the women had plaids round them and were very seemly-
like to see’. She was informed that they were ‘from the Court of Elfame’, and said that
she had previously received a visit from the Queen of Elfame though without knowing
at the time who her visitor was, she described the Queen as ‘a stout woman who came
into her and sat down on the form beside her and asked a drink and at her and she gave
it’. Bessie related how she was initiated and instructed by a Faerie man called Thom
Reid who had originally died at the Battle of Pinkie and was now one of the Sidhe. He
appeared in the form of ‘an honest well elderly man, grey bearded, and had a grey coat
with Lombard sleeves of the old fashion; a pair of grey breeks and white shanks,
gertered above the knee; a black bonnet upon his head... and a white wand in his hand.’

Alesoun Peirsoun in 1588 was ‘convict for haunting and repairing with the good
neighbours and Queen of Elphane, and she had many good friends at that court which
were of her own blood, who had good acquaintance with the Queen of Elphane’.
Alesoun had been healed of a sickness and had become a healer herself through the
agency of a green-clad Faerie man who came to her. Christine Livingstone said that ‘her
daughter was taken away with the Faerie folk and that all the occult knowledge that
she had was by her daughter who met with the Faeries’. One woman told the judges
that ‘what skill so ever she has, she had it of her mother and her mother learned it at an
Elf-man’. A Wizard called Andro Man said that he was the husband of the Queen of
Elphane, with whom he lived for thirty-two years and by whom he had several
children.

In 1623 Isable Haldane gave an account of how ten years earlier she had been caried out
of her bed to a Faerie Hill which opened before her and that she spent three days in
Elfland. She was brought out by a ‘man with a grey beard’ who was her Faerie teacher
and companion and who aided her in divination, healing and cursing thereafter.

An unnamed Yorkshireman, accused of witchcraft in 1653 said that a Faerie had taken
pity on his poverty-stricken condition and had admitted him to the Faerie Kingdom.
There he had been shown how to administer a special Faerie powder to treat the sick
and was thus enabled to make a living. In 1670 the witch Jean Weir described how the
Queen of Faerie laid a spell upon her so that she could magically produce large
amounts of yarn in a short space of time.

The most famous Witchcraft case dealing with Faeries was that of the Scottish Witch,
Isobel Gowdie (d.1662), who confessed without torture (very unusual in Scotland) that
she had been initiated as a Witch in 1647 by a ‘man in grey’. She described how she
placed one palm on her head and the other under her feet and promised him everything
in between. She then received the Witch name, Janet, and a Witches’ Mark on her
shoulder. Isobel told of flying to the Sabbat on a bean stalk by putting it between her
legs and saying ‘Horse and Hattock, horse and ho, horse and pellatis, ho, ho’.

She also described how she entered the Faerie Realm, ‘I was in the Downie Hills... the
hills opened, and we came to a fair and large braw room in the day time... and I got
meat there from the Queen of Faerie, more than I could eat. The Queen of Faerie is
brawly clothed in white linen, and white and brown clothes: and the King of Faerie is a
braw man, well favoured and broad faced. There were elf-bulls, routing and skoyling
up and down there, and affrighted me.’

Up to as late as 1895 in Ireland, Bridget Cleary was attacked and burned to death by her
deranged(?) husband because he thought she had been exchanged for a changeling by
the Faeries of nearby Kylenagrangh Hill. The children of the district still sing the
skipping chant: ‘Are you a Witch or are you a Faerie, or are you the wife of Michael
Cleary?’

Evidently some other humans, not Witches, but those especially favoured by the Faeries
are also allowed access to the Faerie Realm. Faeries are thought to especially favour
gifted poets and bards, lactating women, young men and children. Thomas the Rhymer,
a 13th century poet experienced enchantment of Faerie. One day, as he lay down on a
river bank, the Queen of Elphame dressed in green rode past him on a horse whose
mane was plaited with fifty-nine silver bells. Thomas was trapped by a kiss and taken
on the back of the horse across deserts and rivers of blood to a green garden in
Faerieland. An apple gave him the gift of prophecy and a tongue that could not lie. He
lived with the Queen for seven years before he returned to earth to write poetry and
make true prophecies. Some say he eventually went back and still lives on as an advisor
to the Faerie court.

How to contact Faerie

Faerie Wicca is a system of techniques used to connect the human and Faerie domains
through activating what is known as the Second Sight. This is the spirit vision, the
inner sight, the faculty used in the performance of scrying or crystal gazing on the one
hand, and astral travelling on the other. Everybody has this ability, in some it is
developed and in others it is latent. With practice the Second Sight can be activated and
strengthened.

Second Sight Exercise

1. Find an Elder, Willow or Hazel tree and cut yourself a Faerie wand. The wand should
be approximately the same length as your forearm from the elbow to the tip of the
middle finger. Leave an offering of pure water for the tree as thanks.

2. Go to a quiet place and inscribe a circle around yourself with your wand and then
chant seven times:

Oy-thear,
Too-ay-skeert,
Ee-ar,
Dess.

3. Sit down, place the wand on your lap and close your eyes. Visualise your third eye,
situated in between and slightly above your brows and see it opening wide. Try to see
through this eye, look at your hands and feet, look about you, take note of your
surroundings. What can you see? Take as long as you like, with practice you will begin
to see between the worlds and be able to use the Second Sight at will, eventually using
it along with your normal sight.

Faerie Offering Ritual

Before trying to enter the Faerie Realm, it is wise to first make contact with them by
leaving offerings to show your good will. The Faeries love foods such as wholemeal
breads and cakes, they relish cow or goat’s milk, cream, cheese and butter. They also
love milk, honey and saffron mixed together.

1. Go to one of the Faeries’ favourite haunts such as a ring, a hill, the bottom of the
garden or another place where you intuitively feel Faeries, and find a flat surface on
which to place your offering. Your gift could consist of, for example, of a bowl of milk
and a cake or piece of bread.

2. Consecrate the offering with these words:
I offer this drink and this bread to Oonagh, the Queen of Elphame, and to Finvarra, the
King of Faerie, royal rulers of the Daoine Sidhe (pronounced ‘Theena Shee’). My name
is (say your name), as a Witch I seek to make contact with your tribe and to learn the
secrets of Faerie.

3. With your wand, trace a star over the offering and say:

Blessed Be those who live in the Hollow Hills. Blessed Be the Faerie race within the
Earth and the Faerie Blessing be upon me.

4. Leave the offering and walk away without looking back. You can return to the site
the next day and if any or all of the offering has gone, you will know that it is safe to
continue on and enter the Sidhe. If the offering is still there, take it away and try again
another time with a fresh gift.

Entering Faerie

Timing is an essential ingredient when attempting to contact Faerie. The best time of
day for Faerie sightings is either dawn, noon, sunset or midnight. These liminal times
mark a transition from light to dark or vice versa. Full Moon is also a good time, as are
the Greater Sabbats, Imbolc, Beltane, Lughnasad and Samhain. The Faeries move house
on these days, legend tells us that for thousands of years they have changed their
abodes on the Cross Quarter days and in the process have created magical pathways, or
Ley Lines, between their residences. The whole Earth is covered with these paths
running between what humans call ‘sacred sites’.
The following Faerie-contact techniques can be used as many times as you like, start off
with practice runs and then when you feel confident you can make actual journeys. You
might be successful at the first attempt, or may have to try several times before you gain
access to the Faerie Kingdom. With all of these adventures be sure to remember all that
happens and to write down any important information when you return.

Faerie Ring Spell

1. If you choose a Faerie Ring as your entrance place to the Sidhe, sit in the center of it
holding your wand, close your eyes, open your third eye and when you feel ready say:

Upon the green,
Betwixt and between,
I go with a laugh
to the Faerie’s hearth.
Through land and sea
I have the key.
As I do will
So mote it be.

2. Using the Second Sight, see yourself descending into the Earth, becoming ‘one’ with
the ring site, co- terminus as it were, with the actual soil. In this case the Faerie Ring
being a bit like a mossy elevator going down to the Under- world Realm. All round you
is the dark Earth, you can even see worms and other bugs in the dirt.

Look up and see the sky receding as you go further down. Soon you will find yourself
in the Faerie Kingdom.

3. Greet the beings who you meet there and tell them who you are and where you are
from. You will probably be taken to meet the Faerie Court and offered food, drink and
perhaps gifts. Before accepting any of these things, formally state your purpose in
visiting, be it to seek knowledge, a special skill, a blessing, fertility or to form
permanent alliances with Faerie, and when that is done you may accept their offerings.

4. To leave the Land of Faerie, will yourself back up to the light of day the same way as
you entered.

Faerie Hill Spell

This method of entering Faerie is via a Hollow Hill, it can be a mound in a suburban
park or a hill in the country. You just need to intuitively discover a mound or hill which
you believe holds Faeries.

1. At one of the auspicious Faerie-contact times, go to the hill and walk nine times
deosil around it.

2. Sit down at the bottom of the hill and close your eyes. Using the Second Sight find
the entrance to the hill. It may appear as a dark tunnel or as a wooden door.

3. Knock three times upon the ground outside the tunnel or upon the door if there is
one, and then enter the passageway into the heart of the hill. The passage turns to the
left and descends spirally. Following the passage you move downward ever more
deeply until you begin to enter the Faerie world. As in the previous spell, greet the
beings you meet and explain who you are and what you seek.

4. To leave the Hill, find the passage you entered by and return to the surface.

Precautions

Faeries are not always pleasant, sometimes they do not want to be seen by mortals and
some Faeries are bad tempered. In 1555 a Witch called Joan Tyrrye said that she had lost
the sight in one eye after catching a glimpse of a Faerie at a market. Just like in the
human realm the majority of beings will be friendly, but you may run into the
ocassional malevolent character.

Despite the storybook image of cute, cuddly faeries, they are not all sweetness and
light. In the 17th century many people believed that it was risky to even say the word
‘Faerie’ and used such euphemisms as ‘Good Neighbours’ instead. It is wise to
maintain a healthy respect for the Faeries, just as you would if you were encountering
the inhabitants of any foreign country.

Be careful about accepting Faerie food and drink, it can be a means whereby you
become trapped in the Otherworld. Remember the story of Persephone eating just one
pomegranate seed in Hades? Also be aware that, in Faerie, time passes differently from
time in our world and a traveller to that realm might find that in what seems the blink
of an eye, many years have passed on Earth, or that what seemed aeons in Faerie was
really only a few minutes.

Faeries do not like iron therefore it makes sense to use iron as a protective amulet when
visiting them. (Other protective devices are: turning your clothes inside out, bells,
running water, salt, a red ribbon, daisy chains, stones with holes, horseshoes, St John’s
Wort, a twig of Broom, Rowan or a combination of Oak, Ash and Thorn).

Valerie Worth’s Iron Charm.

Take an iron nail and place it upon a small flat stone, and with a hammer strike it three
times, at each stroke saying:

Clavus ferrus
Malleus ferreus
Ferrum rufulum
Ferrum nobilis.

Score the stone thrice across with the nail’s point, then take the stone away and bury it
in the Earth. The nail should afterwards be carried with you during all Faerie dealings.

Banishing malevolent Faeries

If you find yourself in a sticky situation with a rather mean Elf, hold your chosen
protective device, such as the iron nail, wave it towards them and say:

If of air the grey mist fold thee,
if of earth the swart mine hold thee,
if a Pixie sink thy ring
if a Nixie seek thy spring.

A Last Word

Faerie magick is a fascinating part of Witchery and one well worth aquainting yourself
with. Faeries are far more interesting than their public image suggests and the Witch
who forms a good relationship with them will find herself well rewarded. Much of
Faerie Wicca is taught by the Faeries themselves and is usually tailored to the
requirements of the individual Witch. Some Faeries will specialise in specific forms of
magick such as healing, divination or glamour and others will be masters of many
techniques. It is by forming a familial relationship with the members of a Sidhe that
you can find the right partner/teacher for yourself. Faeries can be powerful allies and
such a close working relationship can often result in a deep affection between the
Witch and the Faerie. It is perfectly fine to have a Faerie lover, husband or wife and was
actually quite common amongst Witches in the past. But first you must set out upon the
Third Road, the road that leads to Elphame, initially you must make friends with the
Faeries before expecting any teachings from them.

Shield Yourself From Negativity Psychic Workout
Posted by Rev. Carol A. Ingle (Raven)

I have been practicing Gnostic meditation particularly to counter stressful situations in
my job that happen on a daily basis. My question is when dealing with angry people
who make demands of me, how do I deal with them without getting angry and keep
myself protected from their negativity?

Everyone can benefit from psychic protection, not only healers and those involved in
the psychic arts, but those with more mainstream careers like teachers, doctors, and
customer service representatives. Additionally, people sensitive to surrounding
energies and emotions will find themselves less influenced when their psychic shield
of protection is up.

Protection rituals can be used both for prevention and for the occasional need for
protection during a specific situation that simply won't resolve itself in the normal
course of action. Psychic protection is easy to create and can be done in a moment's
notice without any fancy tools. Get ready to manifest your own psychic shield with this
exercise that takes merely seconds to perform.

1. Begin by visualizing the "essential you" that is the soul or core of your existence.

2. Mentally put on a thick cloak or robe. It can be of your color choice, but traditionally
black is used for protection, as it absorbs, or you can visualize a white robe, which is
used for reflection.

3. Now imagine that your robe has become an impenetrable shield. It is brilliantly
repelling any potential negativity that you may encounter, whether it's a customer
yelling at you or an argument with your partner.

4. Imagine the robe protecting you so securely that you remain clear and unaffected by
the negative energy around you. When the negative energy is reflected in this manner,
it is often "returned to sender" and the sender will become aware of their own negative
actions or intentions, putting an end to arguments or harsh words.

5. The stronger the visualization, the stronger the protection. You may wish to begin
with a soft cloth robe that is capable of evolving into a shield of armor when necessary.

6. You may chose to add prayer, thereby communicating your specific request of
protection to the divine.

Now that you know this simple technique, imagine the endless possibilities for
performing protection magick:

1. Engulf your house in a protective blanket before you leave for a vacation to keep
your home safe from theft or fire hazards.

2. Surround yourself with a protective armor as you head out onto the field to keep
yourself safe during physical contact sports.

3. Send a healing protective barrier to a loved one who is struggling with drug or
alcohol addiction to help them resist temptation.

4. Each time you put your keys into your car's ignition, create a safe shield for traveling
around your vehicle.

5. Worried about your child, who is away at summer camp or school? Meditate on a
photograph of them and surround them with a protection robe.

6. Have a relative on active duty in the military? Visualize them wearing their
government issued uniform, or fatigues, and see that attire as a protective barrier,
repelling enemy fire.

How will you put a psychic shield of protection to use?

What to Do
Posted by Rev. Carol A. Ingle (Raven)

Do you keep losing your keys and other small objects? Hear cabinet doors slamming in
the middle of the night? Is something causing your dogs to bark at nothing at all?

If so, then you may have one or more unwanted spirits in your home. This is not
unusual, nor anything that you need to particularly fear. Many times spirits who have
not "moved on" hang around a house, either because they are familiar with the house or
simply because they like something about the house.

For instance, when we moved into our current house, we would often see a spirit sitting
in an old barrel chair in our living room, particularly during our morning meditations.
When we described this spirit, a very thin old man wearing jeans and a red checkered
shirt, to one of our neighbors, we discovered that he used to live in our house. He
simply "hung around" during meditations, liking the feel of the barrel chair.
Eventually, though, he made my wife uncomfortable so we gave the very old chair to
the pastor of a church. The spirit of the old man never returned.

>> What to Do if You Have a Spirit in Your Home >>

So what should you do if you have an unwanted spirit in your home? There are
multiple options, none of which are difficult or scary. You might try one of the below
options.

>> 1. Learn to Live with the Spirit

Our neighbors live in a very old farmhouse, which is inhabited by a spirit who is
mischievous rather than dangerous or harmful. He likes to slam kitchen cabinet doors
at night, when the house is dark and quiet. What do our neighbors do? Nothing too
drastic. When they hear him banging the doors, they just yell "Stop that!" or "Cut it
out!" Oddly enough, that's all it takes to keep him quiet. Since he doesn't get up to any
other kind of trouble, they leave him be the rest of the time. Most spirits don't like
yelling or loud noises, so this often works when a spirit is up to naughty tricks.

>> 2. Talk to the Spirit

Many spirits have no idea that they no longer have bodies and are "hanging around"
where they are unwanted. If you can see, sense, or feel the spirit, then you can talk to
him or her. You hold a conversation with a spirit just as you would with another
person. There are two main differences. First, some spirits are quite "down tone" and
may not respond to you right away. Don't worry. Just keep
asking questions and talking to the spirit until you get a response. Second, the spirit's
"answers" may sound like a voice in your head rather than an actual voice. This is
perfectly normal since the spirit doesn't have a body, so can't speak out loud.

Once you engage the spirit in conversation, start asking questions about the last
lifetime in which the spirit had a body. Ask for a name, the time period in which he or
she lived, and other relevant details. Finally, bring the conversation around to the
happiest time the spirit can remember in that lifetime. This memory of a happy time
should bring the spirit up the tone scale, and allow him or her to move on. You may
want to help the spirit by asking him or her to move on, or offer to help him or her find
a new body (in a tree, cloud, or rock, for instance).

>> 3. Banish the Spirit

This option is a last resort, and should only be used if the spirit in your home is really
bothersome or harmful. While these kinds of spirits do exist, most spirits are relatively
harmless. One way to discover whether a harmful spirit is inhabiting your space is to
cut a clove of garlic in four equal sections, and place one section in each cardinal
direction in your home. If the hearts of the garlic cloves turn dark within 24 hours, then
you do indeed have a darker spirit cohabitating with you. At this point, you will need
to either do a banishment or have someone do a banishment for you. Shamans,
magicians, and other spiritual practitioners can do this using a keyed athame and
electric blue energy.

Explore these three options if you have an unwanted spirit living with you. As
discussed earlier, most of these spirits are fairly harmless, and will move on if you
simply ask them to leave.

Good luck!
