FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS DEFINITION

Introduction/Background : Business needs a report to review a few of the fields of the Customer Master. Scope/Detailed Description: The Program shall interrogate the Customer database [KNA1, KNB1, KNB5] and provide the report as per selection criteria. The Output should contain the fields of Customer Number, Dunning Procedure, Industry Segment, Payment Method. Also, the total number of Customers in display is to be shown at the bottom. Dependencies: Include predecessor and successor processes.

Business Process Detail: Define all Business Processes that will use this development. Identify specific Business Process and how they are impacted.
