HAVE YOU CHANGED?

As a school, we collect a lot of demographic
information on our students that is important in
state reports, communications with the home, and
emergency situations. Sometimes phone numbers,
addresses, places and phone numbers of
employers, emergency names, or guardian status
changes. We as a school need to know this
information to insure that report cards are mailed
home correctly, parents can be notified in a timely
manner, and reports may be properly filed with the
state. If you have had ANY change in demographic
information, please notify the office so we can keep
our information on you current. Thank you for your
help.
