‫‪ -‬ﺗﺒﻨﻰ اﻟﺨﻄﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ اﻟﺬاﺗﯿﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﺆﺳﺴﺔ‪.‬‬
‫‪ -‬اﺳﺘﺨﺪام ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ )‪ (SWOT‬ﻟﺘﺤﺪﯾﺪ ﻧﻘﺎط اﻟﻘﻮة واﻟﻀﻌﻒ اﻟﺪاﺧﻠﯿﺔ ‪،‬‬
