‫أھﻤﯿﺔ اﻟﺒﺮﻧﺎﻣﺞ‪:‬‬
‫ﺗﺪوﯾﻞ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻢ ﯾﻔﺮض اﻟﻌﺪﯾﺪ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺘﻐﯿﺮات اﻟﺘﻲ‬
‫ﺗﺴﺎﻋﺪ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻮﺻﻮل اﻟﻲ ﻧﻈﻢ ﻣﻌﯿﺎرﯾﺔ ﻋﺎﻟﻤﯿﺔ‬
‫ﻟﻠﺪراﺳﺔ و اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻢ ﺑﻤﺎ ﯾﺴﮭﻞ اﯾﺠﺎد ﻓﺮص ﻋﻤﻞ‬
‫ﻟﻠﺨﺮﯾﺠﯿﻦ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺪول اﻟﻤﺘﻘﺪﻣﺔ او ﻓﻲ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺎت‬
‫ﻣﺘﻌﺪدة اﻟﺠﻨﺴﯿﺔ‪.‬‬
‫و ھﺬا اﻻﺗﺠﺎه اﻟﻌﺎﻟﻤﻲ ﯾﺘﺘﻄﻠﺐ ﺗﻌﺪﯾﻞ اﻻﻃﺎر‬
‫اﻟﻌﺎم ﻟﻠﻤﻘﺮارات اﻟﺪراﺳﯿﺔ ﻟﯿﺴﻤﺢ ﺑﺎﺳﺘﺨﺪام ﻧﻈﺎم‬
‫اﻟﺴﺎﻋﺎت اﻟﻤﻌﺘﻤﺪة‪.‬‬

‫ﺗﻌﺮﯾﻒ اﻟﺴﺎﻋﺎت اﻟﻤﻌﺘﻤﺪة‪:‬‬


‫ھﻲ اﻟﻮﺣﺪة اﻟﺪراﺳﯿﺔ اﻟﺘﻲ ﯾﺴﺠﻠﮭﺎ اﻟﻄﺎﻟﺐ ﻓﻲ‬
‫اﻟﻤﻘﺮر اﻟﺬي ﯾﺪرﺳﮫ و ھﻰ ﺗﻌﺎدل ﺳﺎﻋﺔ دراﺳﯿﺔ‬
‫ﻟﻠﻤﻘﺮرات اﻟﻨﻈﺮﯾﺔ و ﺳﺎﻋﺘﯿﻦ ) أو ﺛﻼث( ﻟﻠﻤﻘﺮر‬
‫اﻟﺘﻄﺒﯿﻘﻲ أو اﻟﻌﻤﻠﻲ‪ .‬و اﻷﻗﺴﺎم اﻟﻌﻠﻤﯿﺔ ﺗﻘﻮم‬
‫ﺑﺘﺤﺪﯾﺪ ﻋﺪد اﻟﺴﺎﻋﺎت اﻟﻤﻌﺘﻤﺪة اﻟﺘﻲ ﯾﺠﺐ أن‬
‫ﯾﺪرﺳﮭﺎ اﻟﻄﺎﻟﺐ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﻘﺮررات ﻓﻲ ﻣﺠﺎل‬
‫اﻟﺘﺨﺼﺺ‪.‬‬

‫• ﻣﻮاﻛﺒﺔ ﻧﻈﻢ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻢ اﻟﻌﺎﻟﻤﯿﺔ‪.‬‬
‫• ﯾﺘﯿﺢ ﻟﻠﻄﺎﻟﺐ ﺣﺮﯾﺔ اﺧﺘﯿﺎر اﻟﻤﻘﺮرات اﻟﺘﻲ‬
‫ﯾﺮﻏﺐ ﻓﻲ دراﺳﺘﮭﺎ وﻓﻘﺎً ﻟﻘﺪراﺗﮫ و ﻟﻠﺨﻄﺔ‬

‫• اﻷﻋﺪاد اﻟﮭﺎﺋﻠﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻄﻼب ﻓﻲ اﻟﻌﺪﯾﺪ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻜﻠﯿﺎت‪.‬‬
