INCI LIST OF INGREDIENTS Sodium Lauryl Sulfate 2, 3, Cocamidopropyl Betaine 1, Ethylene Glycol Distearate, Disodium Cocamido MIPA Sulfosuccinate 1, 5, Cocamide MEA 1, 2, 4 OVERVIEW ColaDet LPC is designed to give an intense, persistent pearlescence in shampoos and conditioners. It can be added at any point in the formulation but is preferentially added at the end when any heating of the product has been reduced. The solubility of ColaDet LPC also allows use in cold blends. The addition of a blue or green dye to the product will further enhance the overall appearance by increasing the reflectivity of ColaDet LPC. TYPICAL USE LEVELS A light opacifying peralescence can be achieved in 3% ColaDet LPC. More opaque formulations need 6% - 8% ColaDet LPC. Concentrates designed to be let down will need 10% - 12% ColaDet LPC. Avoid excessive heat when preparing any pearlized product; otherwise the desired effect can be greatly reduced. STORAGE / HANDLING It is recommended that ColaDet LPC be stored in sealed containers below 30C. Avoid overheating or freezing. Handle between 25C - 50C. ColaDet LPC is available in poly 55-gal drums, net weight 450 lbs.
