Tech (Sytems), MBA Experience: Experience in designing and enabling business processes in pharma/pr ocess industries The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for developing business process models to represent current processes and possible improvements. He/She will be responsible for presenting technology options to realize these improvements. He /she will be a change agent in bringing to effect these improvements in the rele vant functional and will act as a liaison between project stakeholders, departme nt leads and external client/vendors in implementing the change. 1. Building process efficiency : Analyze the business unit"s activities and docu ment current processes. Develop key metrics to measure the business and improve operating processes. Investigate and identify process performance drivers and ro ot causes of process inefficiencies, correct or develop new processes, as approp riate in order to achieve improved performance. Systematically break down comple x issues into manageable parts. Present findings and work with business unit lea ders and other key stakeholders to frame tactical and strategic goals. 2. Business Analysis: Assists BU Leaders in developing tactical and strategic pr oduct, services and or programs to support the business units goals (Financial, quality, production, customer service, operational efficiency, market share, etc ). Work closely with business partners to identify and maximize opportunities to use information and technology to improve product, service and/ or program busi ness processes. -Review, analyze and create detailed documentation of business systems and user needs including work flow, program functions and steps required to develop or mo dify computer programs. Translate business requirements into appropriate technic al specifications. 3. Leverage IT to enable business: Recommend technology solutions to improve bus iness processes. Develop, define and build business cases for process/technology change. Support leadership in key decision such as build vs buy and selection o ff-the-shelf technology solutions. Understand critical business and information technology risks. Balance technology and business issues as well as communicatio n appropriately with both technology and business experts. Develop use cases and other technical documents with IT project staff to ensure business requirements are adequately reflected in technical planning documents. Ensure that all tests are conducted and documented according the standards agree d upon by the business unit and IT. 4. Project Management: Work closely with the project management team to understa nd upcoming project concepts, objectives and approach. Take business process imp rovement projects from the conceptualization phase to the final implementation. Proactively lead the development and integration of formal project management te chniques and software development methodologies to provide a consistent methodol ogy for managing complex and/or multiple strategic projects. Manage and monitor projects and report progress and issues. 5. Change Management: Develop communication and change management plans as they relate to process improvement. Act as change agent to instill continuous improve ment culture and project management discipline. He sh ould be able to adjust into it and drive change. 2. He should be up for challenges and resistance as change is something for which people are against it so he should be able to persuade and satisfy managem ent at every step about the implementation of HR policies. Excellent negotiation skills, persuasion skills are must. 3. Astute professional who has a large experience and knowledge of HR polici es. By understanding company existing culture he should be able to formulate and implement 360 degree HR reforms including Recruitment & Induction, Talent Acqui sition, Performance Management, Mid year and annual Performance Appraisals, Trai ning & Development, Talent Retention. Theoretical knowledge and a good amount of practical experience are necessary for this. 4. Designing the interview process with test, simulations and Q&A. We expect Head HR to prepare detailed organization chart which shall show the amount of people we require at various departments and positions, and then compare to the existing scenario.
