Knowledge Management
(Institutional additive value road map)

Abstract

This study has dealt with the subject of knowledge management
both scientifically and practically, so it encompasses two sections.

The first section set forth the theoretical conceptual notion of
knowledge management, clarifying an obvious definition of
knowledge, its classification, kinds, besides setting succinctly the
way it is conveyed between individuals and work's groups, and to
what extent its correlation with the institution's strategy, and
contribution to performance.

The second section has dealt with the suit of conveyance,
communion, and knowledge exploitation hindrances along with the
ways of overcoming them.

A wide range of examples and realistic experiments were set
forth as well as the incorporation of numerous exhaustive exercises,
which aim at generating knowledge; ameliorating knowledge
management skills, education, training, and human development in
the arena of knowledge management and its exploitation so as to
achieve innovation and creativeness in work. The study also
differentiated between the knowledge - generating institutional
atmosphere and the knowledge – importing institutional one.

The study has embodied an epilogue in which the most salient
findings were set forth along side with the recommendations, which
aim at activating knowledge management on the institutional level
in the Arabic environment, as regards mechanisms of work,
education, training, development, and the institutional knowledge
assessment.
