Program Guidelines
The Illinois Currency Exchange Charitable Foundation, NFP (ICECF), believes education is the key to Americas future, and this program will provide classroom supplies in order to help each child in the winning school to be successful. What is the mission of the Illinois Currency Exchange Charitable Foundation, NFP (ICECF)? The mission of the Illinois Currency Exchange Charitable Foundation is to create and support educational opportunities that enrich the lives of Illinois children. What Kind of Program is ICECF Offering? ICECF will award school supplies to each enrolled child in one school. Each child will receive a box (kit) of school supplies - Up to 2,000 individual boxes (kits), which are age appropriate to that individual student. Who Can Apply For The Program? Anyone, can submit an application on behalf of a Chicago school such as parents, students, faculty and community members. The ICECF Win School Supplies Program is open to any Chicago school with students from Pre-Kindergarten up through High School. Who is not eligible? The ICECF Win School Supplies Program is not accepting applications from any ICECF Board member

employee or contracted worker for the foundation, as well as anyone living in their households and their spouses, children or grandparents.

What's the Process? 1. Complete the entire application using black pen. 2. Send the fully completed application to ICECF office (See address below). 3. Application must be postmarked no later than July 25, 2013. 4. Winning school will be selected by the Education Director and the ICECF selection committee. 5. Only the winning school will be notified by mail. 6. School Supplies (kits) will be distributed on the first day of school of the fall term. Fill out the entire application form. Don't forget the essay! 2. Send your completed application to the ICECF office. 3. Applications must be postmarked by July 25, 2013, to be considered. Incomplete applications will not be considered. 4. Recipients will be notified by August 9, 2013.
