1.1. The purpose of this document is to show how to find the Primary Scrambling Code thru the UMTS OSS platform utilizing Common Explorer.

4.1. It is the responsibility of the OSS Engineer to confirm with Field Technician the Primary Scrambling Code for each sector during call testing in the field.

Requirements
ATTUID – your personal id on the AT&T’s private-network Citrix Program Neighborhood – software used to connect to the SE OSS platforms Computer – To access the AT&T network Internet – needed to connect to AT&T network Phone – needed to communicate with Field Technician Remedy Software – Software needed to put sites in EIM Site Master Tracker – an AT&T export with has many of the site details UMTS SE Login – your login for access to RNC’s and RBS in SE VPN Software – Software used by AT&T for network security
