Alan Springer, 38, of Mancelona, Mich., and two other men were arrested Friday by federal Drug Enforcement Administration agents at an airport motel. When Springer was a member of the Straight Satan motorcycle club in California, he told Los Angeles police that he had visited Manson at a ranch near Hollywood. Springer said Manson told him he had ''knocked over'' five people.
