: Telemarketer : Sales & Marketing Supervisor : None : Sales Account Executive, Sales Associate & Banquet Coordinator

1. To solicit 8 (eight) appointments a day for every sales executive/ associates from the prospective clients. To promote and transacts stringently over the phone. 2. To offer products or services immediately while gathering all the necessary information that helps recognize the clients to figure out the benefits of the hotel and resort. 3. To get in touch with at least 28 leads and to work on sale to the said clients. 4. To read out a recommended program in order to offer the product of the hotel and resort. B. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Identifies prospects by reading telephone and zip code directories and other prepared listings. Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialling systems, and other telecommunications technologies. Prepare listings for sales calls and furnish a copy of same to the Sales Executive/Associates, Sales Supervisor and General Manager every 5PM (Monday to Friday). A summary of the list should be submitted every Saturday for the Sales Team to prepare their respective marketing collaterals in relation to the said appointments that would commence every Monday. Influences customers to buy services and products by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations. Completes calls by recording names, addresses, and purchases; referring orders for filling & endorsement. Secures information by completing data base backups. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Attend sales meeting every week.

JOB SPECIFICATION The Candidate should have a 1 to 2 years of experience Minimum Education College level & Graduate with: Excellent in Oral Communication Skills, Written Communication Skills, Customer Relations, Customer Service, Professionalism, Computer Literacy, Results Driven, Creative selling techniques, Persistence, Time Management, Telephone etiquette, Prospecting Skills, Motivation for Sales, Handles Rejection and Product Knowledge. D. ACCOUNTABILITY The accountability of this position is described below in terms of the following: Limits of Authority: This position is subject to established and generally defined policies, precedents and practices of the company. Budgets, plans and critical operating decisions are subject to review and approval of higher level management. Impact: The consequence of success or failure in performance of this position contributes to the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team and of the company as a whole. Inefficiency Unsatisfactorily work performance, incompetence, negligence in performance of duties and responsibilities, the same shall be a ground for disciplinary action.
