Breakdown of what will be discussed in this issue of

First of all I would like to apologise for the lateness of this issue. Here it is already nearly May 20th and I am just getting this underway. I won't give you any boring excuses as to why I am late publishing this month (AGAIN!) but I will say that I have been busy. In light of what I published in the special edition (HOW THE SYSTEM COVERS UP FOR IT'S CRIMINALS WITH NEWS BANS AND MEDIA BLACK OUTS on the media controlled corruption eminating from our governments, I would like to devote an article to what's at the root of this corruption along with it's ensuing brainwashing/mind control tactics. I have touched on this in past issues but by isolating it in this issue perhaps we can get a bigger picture of how this works. I will also get into the structuring of the Illuminati and New World Order and there role in controlling the masses. As well, I will touch on some new information I have been noticing on a group or two large enough and powerful enough to be a formidably menacing enemy of the Illuminati – which will result in the 3rd World War moving beyond a psychological world war to world war as we are more familiar with. That's a lot to deal with so I will be doing a lot of 'URL pointing' – mostly to what is on my network ( this time besides a few other links as well. Seeing as I am so late this month with publishing this I will make this an introductory edition to the topic that will be continued in next month's issue of 'Issues' when I will cover who/what the Illuminati and New World Order is and the ways in which they control the masses. Ok then... Now for a breakdown (on the next page) of categorical topics specifically as will be discussed in this first of two issues on...

(Part I)
(in this issue)

I will explain with explanation and reference what is meant by this term. What/who are it's sources and what are the types of media offered to us as the consumers/spectators/viewers/readers?

Ever notice how pop culture follows what's popular on television or in magazines? Whatever teenagers (and all age groups now really) see their celebrity idols doing, wearing, saying, being... is considered what's 'cool' and the 'in thing to be doing, wearing, saying or being. The news does the same thing to get a country hyped up over a war so that we end up taking sides with whatever agenda the governments have against or for other countries, groups or ideas of each. I will attempt to explain this tricky business of mind control and how it relates to the corruption we see around us.

(Found at )

(Part II)
(in our next issue in June)
➢ WHO/WHAT ARE THE ILLUMINATI AND NEW WORLD ORDER??? If their is control of our minds and control of the government in this way too (yet on a much larger level with government) then there logically would have to be some one or some one group in charge of doing this. Sound logical? Ever heard of the Illuminati? Ever heard of the New World Order spoken of through the media yet? Adolf Hitler was the first to coin the term. HE WAS AN ILLUMINATI! What does that mean? What is an Illuminati? How does this relate to this term 'New World Order'? And WHAT is this 'New World Order'? ➢ WHAT ROLE DO EACH OF THESE PLAY IN MANIPULATING/CONTROLLING MASS MEDIA, OUR MINDS AND OUR GOVERNMENT???

Have you ever heard of the Montauk Project or MK1? This WAS a mind control project that IS having an effect on many to this day. In fact the very ones that have been influenced or controlled through this secret government agenda have had a direct influence on things that we see going on around us. There were similar projects and agendas in play over the years throughout the world. What really were these agendas and projects brought on by the secret government behind very tightly sealed and closed doors? What impact did/do these have on the ones used in these experiements? What bearing does that have on us? ➢ HAS THE ILLUMINATI MET IT'S MATCH?

There purportedly is a group that is a threat to the Illuminati. It isn't the truth seeker movement either. Believe it or not, the truth seeking movement fits right into the Illuminati's agendas! (If time for, I will explain what I mean by that in this issue. If not, then another time.) The group I am referring to is one of similar wealth and power that rivals the Illuminati on many levels. The Illuminati is extremely powerful, having nearly complete control of the governments of the world (at least the G-20 anyways and a powerful influence over most other countries besides). They control 90% of the media, 100% of the banking systems in the G-20 countries and most of the education systems in these countries as well. However this other organization has it's own underground system that is almost equally as powerful! Getting back to the N.W.O... It WAS an ally of the Illuminati having similar objectives. Yet notice has been given that these no longer are as close knit as they once were. This, as well, I will attempt to explain in this issue.

SIDE NOTE: See if you can sign up to this and have time to check it out. It seems to contain a wealth of info though it is probably controlled as well by the Illuminati, as it allows only 'certain' new knowledge to get out there. This is called 'mixing information in with dis-information' or 'only allowing a little bit of truth to leak out'. I do not have the time as of this time in writing this to look into it. Again, something else for a 'back burner'. Here is the link: AND:

In this section I will discuss what 'Mainstream Media' entails and curtails. I personally consider Mainstream Media to be a huge network of inter-connected networks in one way or another. First let me explain what 'media' is or a 'media source'. 'Media' according to The New Lexicon Webster's Encycloepedic Dictionary of the English language (Canadian Edition) has this definition: “the middle membrane of a blood or lymph vessel” Huh? Ok that is one definition. Though this doesn't directly relate to what we would think of as 'the media' in the sense or idea of news, information or entertainment it does paint a picture of the same notion. In a blood or lymph vessel streams a fluid (blood or lymphatic fluid in the version of media in this definition). If it's the middle membrane of the vessel then that would entail that everything else related would surround this and draw it's source of fluid from the center of the stream just as any kind of stream works. For a massive stream of information to flow it also must come from a central source, middle membrane or media. Again, HUH? (Lol!) Ok. Here's the other definition given from that dictionary: “alternate plural of medium” - Hmmm. Well what does 'medium' fully mean? Ok. You ready? This definition is definitely longer! I will only hi-lite the pertinent parts: “n. a means (money is a medium of exchange) a middle quality or degree something through which a force is transmitted (ether is the hypothetical medium for light waves) the material that an artist works with ('watercolor is his medium') ... MASS MEDIA (as a noun still) environment the substance in which displayed or preserved specimens are put a substance in which a culture can be grown (spiritualism) a person credited with special powers for communicating between the living and the dead ... MASS MEDIA (as an adjective) of that which is a mean with regard to quality, degre, size, distance etc. average (medium height)” Ok. Now I am going to pick this definition apart. “a means (money is a medium of exchange)” - The news networks, newspapers, magazines, schools,

government etc are mediums or means of information or entertainment whether true or false, fact or fiction. “a middle quality or degree” - The quality of the information we receive or the degree (extent to which) we are shown depends on the source of the 'stream'. “ something through which a force is transmitted (ether is the hypothetical medium for light waves)” - As the first quote of reference (article) to follow my shpeel indicates, the mainstream media (or mass media as it is also called) is a 'force to be wreckoned with' in that the corporations which finance the 'main stream news networks, magazines and newspapers dictate what gets published/aired and what doesn't. “the material that an artist works with ('watercolor is his medium')” - Outside the big cities where the corporations hold their ultimate control of print, press and publication there is not a more 'reliable' source for the small town journalist and private broadcaster to receive what is 'the latest news' than from the large corporate networks and newspapers. Any other source does not have what the mass population (in the more densely populated and pop culture areas) are watching or reading. Any other medium will not be as widely accepted due to it's unpopularity with the masses. Therefore profits cannot be as readily made outside the 'mainstream'. “environment ” - Usually mainstream, through mass dollars invested, presents the information and entertainment (which is also full of propaganda and corporated agenda as the following article will clue us into) with suave or and sophistication to entice the eyes and ears. The environment in which we receive our media is catered to appeal to our human natures and thus, like the environment in which we physically live, is nearly impossible to avoid. “the substance in which displayed or preserved specimens are put ” - Isn't what is displayed in movies, television programs and the news (including what is in print) preserved for us through digital or anological records, either through video, audio or publication? “a substance in which a culture can be grown” - I know this is referring to a biological culture but the 'cult of personality' in our cultured society is a sociological culture that is molded or shaped by what we receive through the main (or sometimes only) substance available to us. Before the internet did we not all receive our information from the same basic substance or source – TV and popular press... hence 'pop culture'? “(spiritualism) a person credited with special powers for communicating between the living and the dead ” - Do not the popular TV shows, news networks, movies have a special power over us? Between what is a true or real life/living and what is presented to us as to what life is 'supposed to be like' (in the family, work place, on the street etc) through our sitcoms, TV serials, dramas etc we have, in a way, a crossing over between the 'living' and the 'dead'. How? Well, soon what is portrayed on TV becomes what we want our own lives to be like. We then forget what we were doing and how we were doing it before the TV showed us what was important, un-important, right, wrong, wise, ridiculous, funny, serious, cool, stale etc and how we could be that way too. Then that inanimate (non-living) box of picture tubes and wires 'magically' appears and comes to be the 'source of our life'. It becomes the source of our information, entertainment, views, ideas and eventually our heart, soul and mind (IF/WHEN we allow the television programming to program us for it eventually consumes us all – UNTIL WE UNPLUG!). “ MASS MEDIA (as an adjective) - of that which is a mean with regard to quality, degree, size, distance etc. average (medium height)” - Once the masses are consumed by mass media (the news, movies, newspapers, magazines, educational system (schools) and/or government propaganda – which is another way of saying 'manipulation') then we 'all' tend to 'measure' or rate things in life

the same general way. Everything is compared to what is of the general consensus or most common. Where do we get our general consensus or ideas on what is 'most common'? You guessed it! Mass media – our measuring stick for all of life's licks, ticks, tricks and flicks! :) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This article by Noam Chomsky puts the definition of 'Mainstream Media' in a nutshell:>

What Makes Mainstream Media Mainstream Noam Chomsky Z Magazine, October, 1997 ( Part of the reason why I write about the media is because I am interested in the whole intellectual culture, and the part of it that is easiest to study is the media. It comes out every day. You can do a systematic investigation. You can compare yesterday’s version to today’s version. There is a lot of evidence about what’s played up and what isn’t and the way things are structured. My impression is the media aren’t very different from scholarship or from, say, journals of intellectual opinion—there are some extra constraints—but it’s not radically different. They interact, which is why people go up and back quite easily among them. You look at the media, or at any institution you want to understand. You ask questions about its internal institutional structure. You want to know something about their setting in the broader society. How do they relate to other systems of power and authority? If you’re lucky, there is an internal record from leading people in the information system which tells you what they are up to (it is sort of a doctrinal system). That doesn’t mean the public relations handouts but what they say to each other about what they are up to. There is quite a lot of interesting documentation. Those are three major sources of information about the nature of the media. You want to study them the way, say, a scientist would study some complex molecule or something. You take a look at the structure and then make some hypothesis based on the structure as to what the media product is likely to look like. Then you investigate the media product and see how well it conforms to the hypotheses. Virtually all work in media analysis is this last part—trying to study carefully just what the media product is and whether it conforms to obvious assumptions about the nature and structure of the media. Well, what do you find? First of all, you find that there are different media which do different things, like the entertainment/Hollywood, soap operas, and so on, or even most of the newspapers in the country (the overwhelming majority of them). They are directing the mass audience. There is another sector of the media, the elite media, sometimes called the agenda-setting media because they are the ones with the big resources, they set the framework in which everyone else operates. The New York Times and CBS, that kind of thing. Their audience is mostly privileged people. The people who read the New York Times—people who are wealthy or part of what is sometimes called the political class—they are actually involved in the political system in an ongoing fashion. They are basically managers of one sort or another. They can be political managers, business managers (like

corporate executives or that sort of thing), doctoral managers (like university professors), or other journalists who are involved in organizing the way people think and look at things. The elite media set a framework within which others operate. If you are watching the Associated Press, who grind out a constant flow of news, in the mid-afternoon it breaks and there is something that comes along every day that says "Notice to Editors: Tomorrow’s New York Times is going to have the following stories on the front page." The point of that is, if you’re an editor of a newspaper in Dayton, Ohio and you don’t have the resources to figure out what the news is, or you don’t want to think about it anyway, this tells you what the news is. These are the stories for the quarter page that you are going to devote to something other than local affairs or diverting your audience. These are the stories that you put there because that’s what the New York Times tells us is what you’re supposed to care about tomorrow. If you are an editor in Dayton, Ohio, you would sort of have to do that, because you don’t have much else in the way of resources. If you get off line, if you’re producing stories that the big press doesn’t like, you’ll hear about it pretty soon. In fact, what just happened at San Jose Mercury News is a dramatic example of this. So there are a lot of ways in which power plays can drive you right back into line if you move out. If you try to break the mold, you’re not going to last long. That framework works pretty well, and it is understandable that it is just a reflection of obvious power structures. The real mass media are basically trying to divert people. Let them do something else, but don’t bother us (us being the people who run the show). Let them get interested in professional sports, for example. Let everybody be crazed about professional sports or sex scandals or the personalities and their problems or something like that. Anything, as long as it isn’t serious. Of course, the serious stuff is for the big guys. "We" take care of that. What are the elite media, the agenda-setting ones? The New York Times and CBS, for example. Well, first of all, they are major, very profitable, corporations. Furthermore, most of them are either linked to, or outright owned by, much bigger corporations, like General Electric, Westinghouse, and so on. They are way up at the top of the power structure of the private economy which is a very tyrannical structure. Corporations are basically tyrannies, hierarchic, controled from above. If you don’t like what they are doing you get out. The major media are just part of that system. What about their institutional setting? Well, that’s more or less the same. What they interact with and relate to is other major power centers—the government, other corporations, or the universities. Because the media are a doctrinal system they interact closely with the universities. Say you are a reporter writing a story on Southeast Asia or Africa, or something like that. You’re supposed to go over to the big university and find an expert who will tell you what to write, or else go to one of the foundations, like Brookings Institute or American Enterprise Institute and they will give you the words to say. These outside institutions are very similar to the media. The universities, for example, are not independent institutions. There may be independent people scattered around in them but that is true of the media as well. And it’s generally true of corporations. It’s true of Fascist states, for that matter. But the institution itself is parasitic. It’s dependent on outside sources of support and those sources of support, such as private wealth, big corporations with grants, and the government (which is so closely interlinked with corporate power you can barely distinguish them), they are essentially what the universities are in the middle of. People within them, who don’t adjust to that structure, who don’t accept it and internalize it (you can’t really work with it unless you internalize it, and believe it); people who don’t do that are likely to be weeded out along the way, starting from kindergarten, all the way up. There are all sorts of filtering devices to get rid of people who are a pain in the neck and think independently. Those of you who have been through college know

that the educational system is very highly geared to rewarding conformity and obedience; if you don’t do that, you are a troublemaker. So, it is kind of a filtering device which ends up with people who really honestly (they aren’t lying) internalize the framework of belief and attitudes of the surrounding power system in the society. The elite institutions like, say, Harvard and Princeton and the small upscale colleges, for example, are very much geared to socialization. If you go through a place like Harvard, most of what goes on there is teaching manners; how to behave like a member of the upper classes, how to think the right thoughts, and so on. If you’ve read George Orwell’s Animal Farm which he wrote in the mid-1940s, it was a satire on the Soviet Union, a totalitarian state. It was a big hit. Everybody loved it. Turns out he wrote an introduction to Animal Farm which was suppressed. It only appeared 30 years later. Someone had found it in his papers. The introduction to Animal Farm was about "Literary Censorship in England" and what it says is that obviously this book is ridiculing the Soviet Union and its totalitarian structure. But he said England is not all that different. We don’t have the KGB on our neck, but the end result comes out pretty much the same. People who have independent ideas or who think the wrong kind of thoughts are cut out. He talks a little, only two sentences, about the institutional structure. He asks, why does this happen? Well, one, because the press is owned by wealthy people who only want certain things to reach the public. The other thing he says is that when you go through the elite education system, when you go through the proper schools in Oxford, you learn that there are certain things it’s not proper to say and there are certain thoughts that are not proper to have. That is the socialization role of elite institutions and if you don’t adapt to that, you’re usually out. Those two sentences more or less tell the story. When you critique the media and you say, look, here is what Anthony Lewis or somebody else is writing, they get very angry. They say, quite correctly, "nobody ever tells me what to write. I write anything I like. All this business about pressures and constraints is nonsense because I’m never under any pressure." Which is completely true, but the point is that they wouldn’t be there unless they had already demonstrated that nobody has to tell them what to write because they are going say the right thing. If they had started off at the Metro desk, or something, and had pursued the wrong kind of stories, they never would have made it to the positions where they can now say anything they like. The same is mostly true of university faculty in the more ideological disciplines. They have been through the socialization system. Okay, you look at the structure of that whole system. What do you expect the news to be like? Well, it’s pretty obvious. Take the New York Times. It’s a corporation and sells a product. The product is audiences. They don’t make money when you buy the newspaper. They are happy to put it on the worldwide web for free. They actually lose money when you buy the newspaper. But the audience is the product. The product is privileged people, just like the people who are writing the newspapers, you know, top-level decision-making people in society. You have to sell a product to a market, and the market is, of course, advertisers (that is, other businesses). Whether it is television or newspapers, or whatever, they are selling audiences. Corporations sell audiences to other corporations. In the case of the elite media, it’s big businesses. Well, what do you expect to happen? What would you predict about the nature of the media product, given that set of circumstances? What would be the null hypothesis, the kind of conjecture that you’d make assuming nothing further. The obvious assumption is that the product of the media, what appears, what doesn’t appear, the way it is slanted, will reflect the interest of the buyers and sellers, the institutions, and the power systems that are around them. If that wouldn’t happen, it would be kind of a

miracle. Okay, then comes the hard work. You ask, does it work the way you predict? Well, you can judge for yourselves. There’s lots of material on this obvious hypothesis, which has been subjected to the hardest tests anybody can think of, and still stands up remarkably well. You virtually never find anything in the social sciences that so strongly supports any conclusion, which is not a big surprise, because it would be miraculous if it didn’t hold up given the way the forces are operating. The next thing you discover is that this whole topic is completely taboo. If you go to the Kennedy School of Government or Stanford, or somewhere, and you study journalism and communications or academic political science, and so on, these questions are not likely to appear. That is, the hypothesis that anyone would come across without even knowing anything that is not allowed to be expressed, and the evidence bearing on it cannot be discussed. Well, you predict that too. If you look at the institutional structure, you would say, yeah, sure, that’s got to happen because why should these guys want to be exposed? Why should they allow critical analysis of what they are up to take place? The answer is, there is no reason why they should allow that and, in fact, they don’t. Again, it is not purposeful censorship. It is just that you don’t make it to those positions. That includes the left (what is called the left), as well as the right. Unless you have been adequately socialized and trained so that there are some thoughts you just don’t have, because if you did have them, you wouldn’t be there. So you have a second order of prediction which is that the first order of prediction is not allowed into the discussion. The last thing to look at is the doctrinal framework in which this proceeds. Do people at high levels in the information system, including the media and advertising and academic political science and so on, do these people have a picture of what ought to happen when they are writing for each other (not when they are making graduation speeches)? When you make a commencement speech, it is pretty words and stuff. But when they are writing for one another, what do people say about it? There are basically three currents to look at. One is the public relations industry, you know, the main business propaganda industry. So what are the leaders of the PR industry saying? Second place to look is at what are called public intellectuals, big thinkers, people who write the "op eds" and that sort of thing. What do they say? The people who write impressive books about the nature of democracy and that sort of business. The third thing you look at is the academic stream, particularly that part of political science which is concerned with communications and information and that stuff which has been a branch of political science for the last 70 or 80 years. So, look at those three things and see what they say, and look at the leading figures who have written about this. They all say (I’m partly quoting), the general population is "ignorant and meddlesome outsiders." We have to keep them out of the public arena because they are too stupid and if they get involved they will just make trouble. Their job is to be "spectators," not "participants." They are allowed to vote every once in a while, pick out one of us smart guys. But then they are supposed to go home and do something else like watch football or whatever it may be. But the "ignorant and meddlesome outsiders" have to be observers not participants. The participants are what are called the "responsible men" and, of course, the writer is always one of them. You never ask the question, why am I a "responsible man" and somebody else is in jail? The answer is pretty obvious. It’s because you are obedient and subordinate to power and that other person may be independent, and so on. But you don’t ask, of course. So there are the smart guys who are supposed to run the show and the rest of them are supposed to be out, and we should not succumb to (I’m quoting from an academic

article) "democratic dogmatisms about men being the best judges of their own interest." They are not. They are terrible judges of their own interests so we have do it for them for their own benefit. Actually, it is very similar to Leninism. We do things for you and we are doing it in the interest of everyone, and so on. I suspect that’s part of the reason why it’s been so easy historically for people to shift up and back from being, sort of enthusiastic Stalinists to being big supporters of U.S. power. People switch very quickly from one position to the other, and my suspicion is that it’s because basically it is the same position. You’re not making much of a switch. You’re just making a different estimate of where power lies. One point you think it’s here, another point you think it’s there. You take the same position. @PAR SUB = How did all this evolve? It has an interesting history. A lot of it comes out of the first World War, which is a big turning point. It changed the position of the United States in the world considerably. In the 18th century the U.S. was already the richest place in the world. The quality of life, health, and longevity was not achieved by the upper classes in Britain until the early 20th century, let alone anybody else in the world. The U.S. was extraordinarily wealthy, with huge advantages, and, by the end of the 19th century, it had by far the biggest economy in the world. But it was not a big player on the world scene. U.S. power extended to the Caribbean Islands, parts of the Pacific, but not much farther. During the first World War, the relations changed. And they changed more dramatically during the second World War. After the second World War the U.S. more or less took over the world. But after first World War there was already a change and the U.S. shifted from being a debtor to a creditor nation. It wasn’t huge, like Britain, but it became a substantial actor in the world for the first time. That was one change, but there were other changes. The first World War was the first time there was highly organized state propaganda. The British had a Ministry of Information, and they really needed it because they had to get the U.S. into the war or else they were in bad trouble. The Ministry of Information was mainly geared to sending propaganda, including huge fabrications about "Hun" atrocities, and so on. They were targeting American intellectuals on the reasonable assumption that these are the people who are most gullible and most likely to believe propaganda. They are also the ones that disseminate it through their own system. So it was mostly geared to American intellectuals and it worked very well. The British Ministry of Information documents (a lot have been released) show their goal was, as they put it, to control the thought of the entire world, a minor goal, but mainly the U.S. They didn’t care much what people thought in India. This Ministry of Information was extremely successful in deluding hot shot American intellectuals into accepting British propaganda fabrications. They were very proud of that. Properly so, it saved their lives. They would have lost the first World War otherwise. In the U.S., there was a counterpart. Woodrow Wilson was elected in 1916 on an anti-war platform. The U.S. was a very pacifist country. It has always been. People don’t want to go fight foreign wars. The country was very much opposed to the first World War and Wilson was, in fact, elected on an antiwar position. "Peace without victory" was the slogan. But he was intending to go to war. So the question was, how do you get the pacifist population to become raving anti-German lunatics so they want to go kill all the Germans? That requires propaganda. So they set up the first and really only major state propaganda agency in U.S. history. The Committee on Public Information it was called (nice Orwellian title), called also the Creel Commission. The guy who ran it was named Creel. The task of this commission was to propagandize the population into a jingoist hysteria. It worked incredibly

well. Within a few months there was a raving war hysteria and the U.S. was able to go to war. A lot of people were impressed by these achievements. One person impressed, and this had some implications for the future, was Hitler. If you read Mein Kampf, he concludes, with some justification, that Germany lost the first World War because it lost the propaganda battle. They could not begin to compete with British and American propaganda which absolutely overwhelmed them. He pledges that next time around they’ll have their own propaganda system, which they did during the second World War. More important for us, the American business community was also very impressed with the propaganda effort. They had a problem at that time. The country was becoming formally more democratic. A lot more people were able to vote and that sort of thing. The country was becoming wealthier and more people could participate and a lot of new immigrants were coming in, and so on. So what do you do? It’s going to be harder to run things as a private club. Therefore, obviously, you have to control what people think. There had been public relation specialists but there was never a public relations industry. There was a guy hired to make Rockefeller’s image look prettier and that sort of thing. But this huge public relations industry, which is a U.S. invention and a monstrous industry, came out of the first World War. The leading figures were people in the Creel Commission. In fact, the main one, Edward Bernays, comes right out of the Creel Commission. He has a book that came out right afterwards called Propaganda. The term "propaganda," incidentally, did not have negative connotations in those days. It was during the second World War that the term became taboo because it was connected with Germany, and all those bad things. But in this period, the term propaganda just meant information or something like that. So he wrote a book called Propaganda around 1925, and it starts off by saying he is applying the lessons of the first World War. The propaganda system of the first World War and this commission that he was part of showed, he says, it is possible to "regiment the public mind every bit as much as an army regiments their bodies." These new techniques of regimentation of minds, he said, had to be used by the intelligent minorities in order to make sure that the slobs stay on the right course. We can do it now because we have these new techniques. This is the main manual of the public relations industry. Bernays is kind of the guru. He was an authentic Roosevelt/Kennedy liberal. He also engineered the public relations effort behind the U.S.backed coup which overthrew the democratic government of Guatemala. His major coup, the one that really propelled him into fame in the late 1920s, was getting women to smoke. Women didn’t smoke in those days and he ran huge campaigns for Chesterfield. You know all the techniques—models and movie stars with cigarettes coming out of their mouths and that kind of thing. He got enormous praise for that. So he became a leading figure of the industry, and his book was the real manual. Another member of the Creel Commission was Walter Lippmann, the most respected figure in American journalism for about half a century (I mean serious American journalism, serious think pieces). He also wrote what are called progressive essays on democracy, regarded as progressive back in the 1920s. He was, again, applying the lessons of the work on propaganda very explicitly. He says there is a new art in democracy called manufacture of consent. That is his phrase. Edward Herman and I borrowed it for our book, but it comes from Lippmann. So, he says, there is this new art in the method of democracy, "manufacture of consent." By manufacturing consent, you can overcome the fact that formally a lot of people have the right to vote. We can make it irrelevant because we can manufacture consent and make sure that their choices and attitudes will be structured in such a way that they will always do what we tell them, even if they have a formal way to participate. So we’ll have a real

democracy. It will work properly. That’s applying the lessons of the propaganda agency. Academic social science and political science comes out of the same thing. The founder of what’s called communications and academic political science is Harold Glasswell. His main achievement was a book, a study of propaganda. He says, very frankly, the things I was quoting before—those things about not succumbing to democratic dogmatism, that comes from academic political science (Lasswell and others). Again, drawing the lessons from the war time experience, political parties drew the same lessons, especially the conservative party in England. Their early documents, just being released, show they also recognized the achievements of the British Ministry of Information. They recognized that the country was getting more democratized and it wouldn’t be a private men’s club. So the conclusion was, as they put it, politics has to become political warfare, applying the mechanisms of propaganda that worked so brilliantly during the first World War towards controlling people’s thoughts. That’s the doctrinal side and it coincides with the institutional structure. It strengthens the predictions about the way the thing should work. And the predictions are well confirmed. But these conclusions, also, are not allowed to be discussed. This is all now part of mainstream literature but it is only for people on the inside. When you go to college, you don’t read the classics about how to control peoples minds. Just like you don’t read what James Madison said during the constitutional convention about how the main goal of the new system has to be "to protect the minority of the opulent against the majority," and has to be designed so that it achieves that end. This is the founding of the constitutional system, so nobody studies it. You can’t even find it in the academic scholarship unless you really look hard. That is roughly the picture, as I see it, of the way the system is institutionally, the doctrines that lie behind it, the way it comes out. There is another part directed to the "ignorant meddlesome" outsiders. That is mainly using diversion of one kind or another. From that, I think, you can predict what you would expect to find.

GOVERN. synonym control Ment: meaning mind. GOVERNMENT = MIND CONTROL

"Basically, as far as technology is concerned, for every calendar year that transpires, military technology increases about 44.5 years --Phil Schneider: May 1995 [He's the one who slipped and 'accidently' killed himself] My rule of thumb is it will take you twenty years to find out what your government is doing today. In 20 years ultimately the truth comes out, by then everyone is saying, oh my god that’s terrible but I’m glad we’re not doing it anymore but every 20 years we say that and every 20 years we find out we are doing it still --Gary Webb And as the good capricorn said in an interview: You really need to know what’s been happening in the world while you were asleep-Jordan Maxwell

The following are all some good videos on what constitutes a mind controlled zomby, how to recognize a drone and how to break free from such mind control! I, for one, do not like to be either a 'brown-noser' OR one to be duped! By becoming aware of what goes on unbeknownst to the masses of controlled drones we become prepared to break free, to see for ourselves and perhaps to even BE ourselves!

How The Media Controls Your Mind (Alan Watt)
• Added by Fire Fly in the Dark on May 20, 2009 at 11:06pm This video is an edited version of one of Alan Watt's Blurbs from November 23 2006. I put this video together to provide a brief introduction to the subject of predictive programming and how the mainstream media has been used to subtly manipulate our minds to guide us down a particular path. There is so much to this whole subject that it is impossible to cover everything within a short video like this. But I have at least tried to get you started by providing a summary of how predictive programming works. If you go to and check out some of the many talks that Alan has given on this subject, you'll be amazed at the sheer extent of the use of predictive programming in the media. Predictive programming comes in many forms and many degrees of subtlety. If you have never looked into this subject, you wouldn't even notice how often predictive programming is used in fiction. But when you know how to recognise the signs, you realise that the mainstream media is infested with it. As Alan Watt has said many times: "All fiction is propaganda", and that is so true. When you watch your favorite TV cop drama, you probably assume that it is produced solely for the purpose of providing drama and entertainment for your viewing pleasure. And that's true to an extent. But there's another side to it that most people rarely think about. And that's the fact that these types of programmes are also used as a way of conditioning our minds to accept certain ways of thinking about certain things. When we see a character in the drama react in a certain way to hearing news of a certain thing, we will then be far more likely to react in a similar way. Even though you know you have your own

mind, and you know that you are an individual who is free to think in any way you choose, there's no getting away from the fact that you will be influenced by the way other people react to things. We've done it since the day we were born. For example, let's say your'e watching your favorite soap opera and one of the characters gets the wrong end of the stick and comes up with some crazy idea about how their partner is cheating on them. And then the character's friend says "See, there you go again with your crazy conspiracy theories". This is a typical example of counter-intelligence or propaganda, as it would have the effect of altering the way the viewer thinks about anyone who comes out with any valid idea about how things are not what they seem. Counter-intelligence is often used when a secret has leaked out into the public domain and the establishment tries to attach some false or ridiculous association to the secret so that people will not want to believe it. The term conspiracy theorist was invented for the purpose of discrediting anyone who disagrees with the establishment's interpretation of reality. Due to the effect of predictive programming over the last half century, the term "conspiracy theorist" is now so loaded with negativity that it has become more of an insult than a description. Occult symbolism is also used extensively in the media, particularly in Hollywood movies, and especially in cartoons targeted at children. From the Wizard of Oz to Mickey Mouse to Buzz Lightyear, the symbolism is put right in your face - hidden in plain sight - and anyone who knows about occult symbolism can see it a mile off. I was amazed at how much occult symbolism is in the Toy Story movie. Virtually every scene contains images of pentagrams and other masonic symbols, like the compass and square. David Icke: Problem Reaction Solution
• Added by Fire Fly in the Dark on February 15, 2009 at 2:41pm This is a video that I originally put together in 2006, but I wasn't entirely happy with it. If you watched the original version, you might remember that in the description I said that I will do a better version, so here it is. What happens in terms of creating wars is a mind-manipulation technique called "Problem-ReactionSolution". And it works like this: Let's say you want to centralize power into fewer and fewer hands through the UN or NATO. If you did that openly and said, "This is what we want to do", there'd be a reaction against that. People would say, "Hey, this is a fascist state you want to create. We're not having this". But through this technique of Problem-Reaction-Solution, you can actually manipulate people to demand you do what you want to do anyway.

So it works like this: First of all, you create the problem, but you get someone else to be blamed for it. You then report that problem through the media in the way you want it reported - because the media is owned by the same people who own the banks, etc. You get the public to react to your problem by saying, "Something must be done; this can't go on; what are THEY going to do about it?" And at that point, THEY, who have covertly created the problem, and blamed someone else, who gleaned that reaction of Do Something, then offer the solution to the problems they have created. So if you take the world wars for example - after the 1st world war, which the financial centers of London and Wall Street, etc, funded all sides, power on this planet was in fewer hands than ever before (via the League of Nations). After the 2nd world war, it was even fewer hands on the wheels of power. And as a result of the 2nd world war, we had the creation of the United Nations and NATO; and we had this great centralization of global power. This "Problem-Reaction-Solution" technique is not just used to create and control wars, it can be applied to any situation where you want to produce a particular outcome. For example, this technique is currently being used to centralize power in the financial world. It can also be used to introduce new laws that restrict our civil liberties. So, whenever you see some big news story - whether it be an alleged terrorist attack, a run on a currency, an accidental loss of people's personal data, an assertion that everyday people are causing "global warming", or an allegation that some poor country has developed nuclear weapons - the first question you need to ask yourself is this: "Who benefits from me believing this story?"

Drugs in Drinking Water Mind Control and Others Must Watch
• Added by Fire Fly in the Dark on February 15, 2009 at 2:23pm In the Associated Press they did a report that over 41 million people are exposed to pharmaceutical drugs in TREATED drinking water. We have all heard the saying 'There is something in the water' Well There IS. Time to Stand UP and Get Pissed for Once AMERICA. Remember your baby's formula is now being contaminated with drugs. And there is NO FEDERAL or STATE REGULATIONS ON WATER TREATMENT FOR DRUGS. 'There Is Something In The Water' well this saying is no more just an idea of a conspiracist. This is

what is really going on across America from major cities to suburban neighborhoods. Are you the Americans going to take this with a smile. Are you going to trust the government to fix this problem when they dont even have any regulations for it. What are you going to do. The New World Order, Big Corporations taken over, 911 inside job, Alex Jones, Micheal Moore, George Bush, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, IRS, Illuminati, Free Masons, WTC, Major Media, Corrupt Politicians, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Jews running the world, Terrorist trying to take freedom, etc. All of this does not matter when Americans cannot even get up and DEMAND CLEAN WATER. All these pharmaceutical drugs and more were found in TREATED WATER SUPPLY. Below (in the tags) is a list of some of the pharmaceuticals they found in TREATED drinking water.

The Global Ponzi Scheme pt.1/2
• Added by Fire Fly in the Dark on April 28, 2009 at 2:42pm An Argentine opinion on the Global Financial Crisis. Adrian Salbuchi describes the whole Global Financial System as one vast Ponzi Scheme. Like a pyramid, it has four sides and is a predictable model. The four sides are: (1) Artificially control the supply of public State-issued Currency. (2) Artificially impose Banking Money as the primary source of funding in the economy. (3) Promote doing everything by Debt. (4) Erect complex channels that allow privatizing profits when the Model is in expansion mode and socialize losses when the model goes into contraction mode. context=listByAuthor&authorFirst=Adrian&authorName=Salbuchi

BRAINWASH? Is America brainwashed by the mainstream media?
• Added by Fire Fly in the Dark on May 26, 2009 at 4:25am BRAINWASH? Is America brainwashed by the mainstream media?Brainwash? is the political road movie of the 2004 Presidential Election. This clip is the actual beginning of the film, before we left for our quest. In fact, we've spent 32 days driving all around the US to do a documentary on why part of America was still supporting Bush with all we knew about his first four years. Is America "brainwashed" by the mainstream media or what ? How can they support Bush knowing that he lied many times to go the Iraq. In this clip, you see us, Chico and JP, 2 Canadian documentary filmmakers preparing a trip to try to make sense with the Bush Mania in 2004. The war in Iraq was fierce, the "Lies" about the war were known, the economy was going down the drain in the US... how can they support that Guy with all we knew. Original Music by Robert Mailloux. - 'Bits 'n pieces' from “TOP SECRET: Silent weapons for quiet wars”

Silent weapon technology has evolved from Operations Research (O.R.), a strategic and tactical methodology developed under the Military Management in England during World War II. The original purpose of Operations Research was to study the strategic and tactical problems of air and land defense with the objective of effective use of limited military resources against foreign enemies (i.e., logistics).

It was soon recognized by those in positions of power that the same methods might be useful for totally controlling a society. But better tools were necessary.

Social engineering (the analysis and automation of a society) requires the correlation of great amounts of constantly changing economic information (data), so a high-speed computerized data-processing system was necessary which could race ahead of the society and predict when society would arrive for capitulation.

Relay computers were to slow, but the electronic computer, invented in 1946 by J. Presper Eckert and John W. Mauchly, filled the bill. (This is followed by further history on the augmentation of the computer era and it's relation to controlling society) ........................................................................................................ Continuing further on in the book...

Everything that is expected from an ordinary weapon is expected from a silent weapon by its creators, but only in its own manner of functioning.

It shoots situations, instead of bullets; propelled by data processing, instead of chemical reaction (explosion); originating from bits of data, instead of grains of gunpowder; from a computer, instead of a gun; operated by a computer programmer, i nstead of a marksman; under the orders of a banking magnate, instead of a military general.

It makes no obvious explosive noises, causes no obvious physical or mental injuries, and does not obviously interfere with anyone's daily social life.

Yet it makes an unmistakable "noise," causes unmistakable physical and mental damage, and unmistakably interferes with the daily social life, i.e., unmistakable to a trained observer, one who knows what to look for.

The public cannot comprehend this weapon, and therefore cannot believe that they are being attacked and subdued by a weapon.

The public might instinctively feel that something is wrong, but that is because of the technical nature of the silent weapon, they cannot express their feeling in a rational way, or handle the problem with intelligence. Therefore, they do not know how to cry for help, and do not know how to associate with others to defend themselves against it.

When a silent weapon is applied gradually, the public adjusts/adapts to its presence and learns to tolerate its encroachment on their lives until the pressure (psychological via economic) becomes too

great and they crack up.

Therefore, the silent weapon is a type of biological warfare. It attacks the vitality, options, and mobility of the individuals of a society by knowing, understanding, manipulating, and attacking their sources of natural and social energy, and thei r physical, mental, and emotional strengths and weaknesses.

Give me control over a nation's currency, and I care not who makes its laws.
Mayer Amshel Rothschild (1743-1812)

Today's silent weapons technology is an outgrowth of a simple idea discovered, succinctly expressed, and effectively applied by the quoted Mr. Mayer Amschel Rothschild. Mr. Rothschild discovered the missing passive component of economic theory known as economic inductance. He, of course, did not think of his discovery in these 20th-century terms, and, to be sure, mathematical analysis had to wait for the Second Industrial Revolution, the rise of the theory of mechanics and electronics, and finally, the invention of the electronic computer before it could be effectively applied in the control of the world economy.

What Mr. Rothschild had discovered was the basic principle of power, influence, and control over people as applied to economics. That principle is "when you assume the appearance of power, people soon give it to you."

Mr. Rothschild had discovered that currency or deposit loan accounts had the required appearance of power that could be used to induce people (inductance, with people corresponding to a magnetic field) into surrendering their real wealth in exchang e for a promise of greater wealth (instead of real

compensation). They would put up real collateral in exchange for a loan of promissory notes. Mr. Rothschild found that he could issue more notes than he had backing for, so long as he had someone's stock of gold as a persuader to show his customers.

Mr. Rothschild loaned his promissory notes to individual and to governments. These would create overconfidence. Then he would make money scarce, tighten control of the system, and collect the collateral through the obligation of contracts. The cycl e was then repeated. These pressures could be used to ignite a war. Then he would control the availability of currency to determine who would win the war. That government which agreed to give him control of its economic system got his support.

Collection of debts was guaranteed by economic aid to the enemy of the debtor. The profit derived from this economic methodology mad Mr. Rothschild all the more able to expand his wealth. He found that the public greed would allow currency to be pr inted by government order beyond the limits (inflation) of backing in precious metal or the production of goods and services.

For a section of the book discussion is elaborated on as to the power of using money to control people...

In recent times, the application of Operations Research to the study of the public economy has been obvious for anyone who understands the principles of shock testing.

In the shock testing of an aircraft airframe, the recoil impulse of firing a gun mounted on that airframe causes shock waves in that structure which tell aviation engineers the conditions under which some parts of the airplane or the whole airplane or its wings will start to vibrate or flutter like a guitar string, a flute reed, or a tuning fork, and disintegrate or fall apart in flight.

Economic engineers achieve the same result in studying the behavior of the economy and the consumer public by carefully selecting a staple commodity such as beef, coffee, gasoline, or sugar, and then causing a sudden change or shock in its price or availability, thus kicking everybody's budget and

buying habits out of shape.

They then observe the shock waves which result by monitoring the changes in advertising, prices, and sales of that and other commodities.

The objective of such studies is to acquire the know-how to set the public economy into a predictable state of motion or change, even a controlled self-destructive state of motion which will convince the public that certain "expert" people should t ake control of the money system and reestablish security (rather than liberty and justice) for all. When the subject citizens are rendered unable to control their financial affairs, they, of course, become totally enslaved, a source of cheap labor.

Not only the prices of commodities, but also the availability of labor can be used as the means of shock testing. Labor strikes deliver excellent tests shocks to an economy, especially in the critical service areas of trucking (transportation), com munication, public utilities (energy, water, garbage collection), etc.

By shock testing, it is found that there is a direct relationship between the availability of money flowing in an economy and the real psychological outlook and response of masses of people dependent upon that availability.

For example, there is a measurable quantitative relationship between the price of gasoline and the probability that a person would experience a headache, feel a need to watch a violent movie, smoke a cigarette, or go to a tavern for a mug of beer.

It is most interesting that, by observing and measuring the economic models by which the public tries to run from their problems and escape from reality, and by applying the mathematical theory of Operations Research, it is possible to program computers to predict the most probable combination of created events (shocks) which will bring about a complete control and subjugation of the public through a subversion of the public econo my (by shaking the plum tree)...

A silent weapon system operates upon data obtained from a docile public by legal (but not always lawful) force. Much information is made available to silent weapon systems programmers through the Internal Revenue Service. (See Studies in the Structure of the American Economy for an I.R.S. source list.)

This information consists of the enforced delivery of well-organized data contained in federal and state tax forms, collected, assembled, and submitted by slave labor provided by taxpayers and employers.

Furthermore, the number of such forms submitted to the I.R.S. is a useful indicator of public consent, an important factor in strategic decision making. Other data sources are given in the Short List of Inputs.

Consent Coefficients - numerical feedback indicating victory status. Psychological basis: When the government is able to collect tax and seize private property without just compensation, it is an indication that the public is ripe for surrender and is consenting to enslavement and legal encroachment. A good and easily quantified indicator of harvest time is the number of public citizens who pay income tax despite an obvious lack of reciprocal or honest service from the government.

Experience has prevent that the simplest method of securing a silent weapon and gaining control of the public is to keep the public undisciplined and ignorant of the basic system principles on the one hand, while keeping them confused, disorganized, and distracted with matters of no real importance on the other hand.

This is achieved by: (1) disengaging their minds; sabotaging their mental activities; providing a low-quality program of public education in mathematics, logic, systems design and economics; and discouraging technical creativity. (2) engaging their emotions, increasing their self-indulgence and their indulgence in emotional and physical activities, by: (a) unrelenting emotional affrontations and attacks (mental and emotional rape) by way of constant barrage of sex, violence, and wars in the media - especially the T.V. and the newspapers. (b) giving them what they desire - in excess - "junk food for thought" - and depriving them of what they really need. (3) rewriting history and law and subjecting the public to the deviant creation, thus being able to shift their thinking from personal needs to highly fabricated outside priorities. These preclude their interest in and discovery of the silent weapons of social automation technology. The general rule is that there is a profit in confusion; the more confusion, the more profit. Therefore, the best approach is to create problems and then offer solutions.

Media: Keep the adult public attention diverted away from the real social issues, and captivated by matters of no real importance. Schools: Keep the young public ignorant of real mathematics, real economics, real law, and real history. Entertainment: Keep the public entertainment below a sixth-grade level. Work: Keep the public busy, busy, busy, with no time to think; back on the farm with the other animals.

Do this Keep the public ignorant Maintain access control

To get this Moins d'organisation publique Recquired reaction to output (prices, sales) Moins de défenses Control of the education of the young

Create preoccupation Attack the family unit

Give less cash and more credit and doles More self-indulgence and more data Attack the privacy of the church Social conformity Minimize the tax protest Destroy faith in this sort of government Computer programming simplicity Maximum economic data, minimum enforcement problems Simplicity coefficients Simpler computer input data - greater predictability Problem simplicity / solutions of differential and difference equations Less data shift and blurring Minimum resistance to control Destroy the faith of the people in each other

Stabilize the consent Tighten control of variables

Establish boundary conditions

Proper timing Maximize control Collapse of currency

The successful application of a strategy requires a careful study of inputs, outputs, the strategy connecting the inputs and the outputs, and the available energy sources to fuel the strategy. This study is called logistics.

A logistical problem is studied at the elementary level first, and then levels of greater complexity are studied as a synthesis of elementary factors.

This means that a given system is analyzed, i.e., broken down into its subsystems, and these in turn are analyzed, until by this process, one arrives at the logistical "atom," the individual.

From the time a person leaves its mother's womb, its every effort is directed towards building, maintaining, and withdrawing into artificial wombs, various sorts of substitute protective devices or shells.

The objective of these artificial wombs is to provide a stable environment for both

stable and unstable activity; to provide a shelter for the evolutionary processes of growth and maturity - i.e., survival; to provide security for freedom and to provide defensive protection for offensive activity.

This is equally true of both the general public and the elite. However, there is a definite difference in the way each of these classes go about the solution of problems.

Media and Mind Control

It's amazing what a box of tubes and wires can do! I clearly see that the mainstream media is definitely influencing, has influenced and will continue to influence the people more and more. What we wear, how we walk, talk and think, where we go for education, entertainment and social outings, when we work, eat and sleep... is all influenced in some way by what we have watched on TV, heard on the radio or popular songs or read in a newspaper or magazine. Am I mind controlled? Yes. But I have 'unplugged' to find my own mind again... And so can you!

In light of what I published in the special edition (HOW THE SYSTEM COVERS UP FOR IT'S CRIMINALS WITH NEWS BANS AND MEDIA BLACK OUTS) on the media controlled corruption eminating from our governments I would like to continue this issue to explain what's at the root of this corruption along with it's ensuing brain-washing/mind control tactics. I have touched on this in past issues but by isolating this issue perhaps we can get a bigger picture of how this works. I will also get into the structuring of the Illuminati and New World Order as well as touch on some new information I have been noticing on a group or two large enough and powerful enough to be a formidably menacing enemy of the Illuminati – which will result in the 3rd World War moving beyond a psychological world war to world war as we are more familiar with. But dealing primarily with 'mind control' I will elaborate on government mind control experiments implimented on the public both openly and behind closed doors.
