13-08-05 Israel: Attorney General is asked to instruct Israel Police to launch criminal investigation of the Office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court
On March 7, 2002, then Chief Clerk Shmaryahu Cohen died in the Supreme Court under suspicious circumstances. Since then, Ms Sarah Lifschitz occupies the office of the Chief Clerk with no lawful appointment record, and none of the Supreme Court's decision is duly certified by the Chief Clerk.

Former Chief Justice Aharon Barak, the late Chief Clerk Shmaryahu Cohen, Supreme Court of the State of Israel Occupy Tel Aviv Encampment, August 5 - letter, filed with Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein, asks that the Attorney General instruct the Israel Police to initiate criminal investigation of the office of the Chief Clerk of the Supreme Court of the State of Israel. [1] According to Israeli law, criminal investigations against the judiciary branch must be authorized by the Attorney General. The request, filed today, refers to three requests for investigations, previously filed with the Israel Police: a. Complaint, filed on March 27, 2002 by Oholiva Peretz Izescu, pertaining to the death of then Chief Clerk Shmaryahu Cohen, z”l; b. Complaint No 158921/2012, filed on April 16, 2012 by Dr Joseph Zernik against today's “Chief Clerk” - Ms Sarah Lifschitz; c. Additional Evidence, filed on June 2, 2013 by Dr Joseph Zernik. The 2002 Complain is related to the death under suspicious circumstances of then Chief Clerk Shmaryahu Cohen in the Supreme Court on March 7, 2002, in the Supreme Court, which was described by media as "cardiac arrest". However, the 2002 Complaint of suspected murder could not provide a reasonable motive. The 2012 Complaint pertains to the conduct of “Chief Clerk” Sarah Lifschitz, who occupies the office of Chief Clerk since the death of Shmaryahu Cohen

and to this day with no lawful appointment record, and who issued falsified certifications of Supreme Court decisions, alleged as fraud. The 2013 Additional Evidence ties the two Complaints together, claiming that the plausible motive for alleged murder of Shmaryahu Cohen was related to unlawful takeover of the electronic record systems of the Supreme Court, which were under his authority. The additional evidence also relies on the State Ombudsman's Report 60b (2010), which details the implementation of invalid new electronic record systems in the courts of the State of Israel over the past decade, in violation of the law of the State of Israel. Two US-based corporations, IBM and EDS were involved in the project. [2] The request for investigation was filed by Joseph Zernik, PhD, of Human Rights Alert (NGO). The Human Rights Alert (NGO) submission to the Human Rights Council of the United Nations documented that Ms Sarah Lifschitz occupies the office of the Chief Clerk of the Supreme Court with no lawful appointment record, the existence of dozens of falsified decision records of the Supreme Court, and the conducts simulated proceedings and issues simulated court records on a routine basis. [3] The Human Rights Alert (NGO) submission was incorporated into the 2013 Periodic Review Report of the Human Rights Council of the United Nations regarding Human Rights in Israel, with the note, "lack of integrity of the electronic records of the Supreme Court... in Israel." The letter to Attorney General Weinstein claims that the complaints are material, relative to the nature of the regime in the State of Israel today. _____ Joseph Zernik, PhD Human Rights Alert (NGO) * The Human Rights Alert (NGO) submission to the Human Rights Council of the United Nations was incorporated into the 2010 Periodic Review Report regarding Human Rights in the United States, with the note: "corruption of the courts and the legal profession and discrimination by law enforcement in California". * The Human Rights Alert (NGO) submission to the Human Rights Council of the United Nations was incorporated into the 2013 Periodic Review Report regarding Human Rights in Israel, with the note: "lack of integrity of the electronic records of the Supreme Court, the district courts and the detainees courts in Israel." _____ LINKS:
