Now, we're going to start just by settling the energy down a little bit. So we're going to do just a very quick meditation-type exercise to help all of you open up and join yourselves as a group consciousness on another level, so that you will be assisting each other energetically through the shifts and changes that are facilitated this day. Chakra Meditation [Note: We recommend that you record this meditation in your own voice, and then follow the recording as you meditate.] Sit as comfortably as you can and close your eyes and place around yourself a beautiful Golden White Light. Allow this Light around this body to feel very warm, safe and comfortable. We're going to take you very quickly through the chakras, and again we realize this is our version of them; if you have your own, you may choose that one, or you may do ours. Place your attention at the base of your spine. Place there a beautiful red ball of energy. Feel as if there's a doorway there at the base of the spine that is opening up and receiving the red energy, the red ball of energy. Then place your attention below your navel and place there a beautiful orange ball of energy. Feel as if there's a doorway there that's opening up and receiving that orange energy. Remember to breathe deeply. Then place your attention at the solar plexus below your ribs, and place there a beautiful ball of yellow energy. Feel as there is a doorway there that is opening up and receiving that yellow energy. And you can feel now from the base of your spine all the way up to your solar plexus, you feel it coming into an alignment, a balance. And don't forget to breathe. Place your attention at your heart. Place there a beautiful green ball of energy. And there's a doorway there that opens and absorbs that green energy. That's it. Continue to breathe. Now place your attention at the throat, and place there a beautiful ball of blue energy, the shade of blue will be yours uniquely. Allow the doorway there to open and to absorb that blue energy. And remember to breathe. Then place your attention at the third eye between your brows, and place there an indigo ball of energy, indigo being a purplish color. Place that indigo ball of energy there. And a doorway opens

there and absorbs in that indigo energy. Remember to breathe. And then place your attention at the crown chakra at the top of your head, and place there a beautiful ball of violet energy. And a doorway there opens, and you absorb in that violet energy. Feel that violet energy travel down your entire spine, right to the base, and then back up again to the crown. All the colors of the chakras now blend together. They begin blending together and forming the Brilliant White Light around your body, and feel that Light around you expand and grow so that you open and can feel the flow of energy coming into your being. And now allow that Golden White Energy around you to be around you at a particularly comfortable space for you, at a particularly comfortable distance that you expand it. And this will be where you will remain through the workshop. So expand that Light outward until you are comfortable, or bring it inward until you are comfortable. And that will be your safe space, your space where you allow yourself vulnerability. It is also a space of strength. And now become conscious of your physical body here in the room. Come back slowly. Be aware of your feet on the floor, yourself sitting on the chair. And when you feel comfortable, you may open your eyes. So we ask that you place your attention at the base of your spine. Place there a beautiful red ball of energy. Feel as if there's a doorway there at the base of the spine that is opening up and receiving the red energy, the red ball of energy. Then place your attention below your navel and place there a beautiful orange ball of energy. Feel as if there's a doorway there that's opening up and receiving that orange energy. Turning Challenges into Strengths Now, we're going to talk a little bit about some of the challenges that are facing you in the next decade, and how you can turn these challenges into strengths for yourself. So we're going to use our magnificent board over here. We are very thankful for the appropriation of it, whoever was responsible. Now, we apologize in advance. We did not go to art school; we are even worse than the channel, so you will not get insulted if we do not draw your human bodies quite correctly. The Energies of the Chakras We started off with a chakra meditation because many of the things we're going to talk about today are related to the energy of your chakras, and we'll demonstrate that to you in this way. You start at the root chakra here, and that's the one at the base of your spine. Now, each of the chakras that we're going to talk about have correlations in your life about things that you may be working on, challenges. So the root chakra represents survival and Earth identity. Chakra number two, below the navel -- we say that in a general way; each of you has it in a different place -- represents sexuality, male/female integration, relationships of the mating kind, and (how shall we relate this) we'll put lower emotions, but we don't mean lower in any kind of judgmental way.

Third chakra, at the solar plexus, will represent intention/motivation, emotional strength, gut intuition -- we could list a lot more for these, but we'll be a little bit conservative. Fourth chakra, at the heart, will represent of course unconditional love, the higher emotion, self-love, very important one. (If anyone's having trouble seeing, we will eventually move out of the way.) Fifth chakra (these may not be quite lined up right, but you get the point), fifth chakra, communication, expression, receptivity, receptivity to Spirit, let's say. Number six, intuition, psychic ability, visualization, visualization as it's related to creation, we'll say. And seven is Spiritual connection, integration and transformation. These you are going to find are going to be the main challenges, well in your lifetime, but definitely in the next decade, these different areas. And if you ever find, for instance, that the issue that you're working on, let's say is communication, then also pay attention to the energy of the corresponding chakra, because if you attempt to energetically work with that chakra, you are going to be able to significantly boost your capability to move through the challenge faster. Since energy manifests physicality, if you start on that energetic level while you're processing the physical aspects in your life, you're going to find that because it's being done on all these level simultaneously that you're then going to be able to bring about change in a much more complete way with less pain, perhaps. So you want to look at all different levels. Facilitating Physical Changes Now, we're going to talk about these a little bit more in a short time. We wanted to get those up there so that we could refer to them in what we're going to talk about. Now, some of you who have been present over the last couple of lectures here in the city perhaps heard that we were talking about some of the physical changes that the bodies are going through and will go through as your vibrations accelerate. So, we're first going to address the physical level. What kind of physical changes can you expect, and what can you do to help facilitate the process in a much more easy way? The Electrical System of the Body Well, the first, primary change is in the electrical system of the body. The electrical system is a system that you don't necessarily consciously know is operating all of the time, but the electrical field of your body is literally the energy that translates Spirit to matter. And you being 90 some-odd percent water, the electrical current is always running through your body. Well, the voltage is going to be upped. So, plan accordingly.

The Importance of Water Now, what this means is, for one thing, absolutely top of the list -- water. Water will become perhaps more important to you than it ever has. Not just the ingesting of it, but the submersion in it, whether it be your baths, your showers, your jacuzzis, whatever. Also, the presence of it, either in your auric field or in your sacred space, which would be your home. So our suggestion then would be that you drink as much water as you can, preferably water than is not from the tap but purified or reverse osmosis, whatever your choice is. We would recommend distilled, purified, but you will know what is right for you. Remember to eat foods that have water content. That will be fruits and vegetables. And allow yourself to feel fluid. This is rather abstract, but anytime you're feeling fatigued or raw emotionally, imagine yourself as being a river, a current. The more you can imagine yourself fluidly moving like water, the more you're going to facilitate the electrical changes that your body and the planet are going through. Now, another suggestion, other than ingestation, is in keeping water (now, again, no need to get neurotic about this, because nothing will happen is you don't do it), keep water close to you if you can. Now, there is some jewelry, for instance, that incorporates water. So, if you feel attracted to that, wear some of it. It will be in your auric field. Also, sit by a lake, put your feet in the water, fill your bathtub, whatever. The closer that you can get to the water when you feel you need recharging will be very, very helpful for you. What about the sound of water, the environmental tapes? Yes, because the sound is one of the senses that will trigger your actual feeling of being with water. Excellent suggestion. Excellent suggestion. Now, again, showering, bathing. The water will clear out the electromagnetic field, not only when you ingest it, but when you ingest it it helps release the toxins in your body. When you bathe in it or shower in it, it helps release the emotional toxins which help to keep you clear. Now, if you want to put crystals in your bath, that's perfect fine. Some of these things we're saying specifically like this, we're saying specifically for people perhaps who live in an urban area like yourself, who may not get out to the water or to the beach very often. You could get one of those fishtanks, fill it with water and pretty stones and crystals and whatever you want to put in there, so that it feels like a peaceful place to you. Put it next to your bed or put it somewhere in your home where you can look at it, and you can feel the environment of that water. It will be a conversation piece as well; we guarantee you. That's one idea. You may even want to get some fish. But the one you can be reminded of the water idea, yes through sound as well, the more the body is going to respond and continue the process of cleaning itself out and boosting

the voltage of the electrical field. Are we in a sense clearing out the third dimension to make room for the fourth dimensional energies? Let's say you're clearing out the toxins of the third density, because there are foundational qualities that are not necessarily going to be cleaned out but transformed instead. Many of the fourth-density planets -- you know, in the galactic heritage we've talked to you about many of the fourth-density planets have very large amounts of water. Actually, your planet is somewhat unique to have so much water in a third-density reality. Very, very unique. Now, we also, just as a side note, would like to remind you -- some of you were there; some of you were not -- about the idea that your planet is also a consciousness, of which you are a part. You are symbiotic. And you reflect each other in your own transformations. So, your planet also recognizes its need for water, and even though it looks like you all are creating these horrible hole in the ozone layer, really what you're doing is assisting the planet to melt the icecaps to get the water it needs. So, again, it's all connected. Your planet is also going to be doing what it needs to do to get the water that it needs. So water is definitely on the top of the list. Detoxification Along with water comes detoxification. Many of you already are on programs of detoxification. We cannot tell you how much this will benefit you. Well, maybe we can, so we will. We realize the limits of your language sometimes when it's expressed. It's very beneficial to you to go through some type of detoxification program, and whatever one works for you, whether it's colonics or juicing or fasting, whatever, or very specific types of strict diets, it's up to you. But in the long run, it's going to be a tremendous boost to your body and to your electrical system because there will be less interference. Toxins can be seen as interference. [Did someone call on us over here? Must be one of your Spirit Guides.] So detoxification. Pay attention in your life where that could be something that you could do very easily. Are television and microwave ovens a bad thing? Excellent question. Generally speaking, in a general way, no. If you are a normal person with a normal television and a normal microwave, it's not going to do enough damage that you would even notice it, if it does any at all. Now, of course, if you're living under power lines, we're talking the big power lines You're talking New York City lines...

Well, we could be wrong because we don't know the land of your city, but we're talking like within 100 yards of major transcontinental electrical power lines, that is a little bit much in terms of energy, but normal household usage, no, no. Now, computers -- we would recommend if you use a computer a lot that you -- there are several options available to you. You get a computer that has a liquid crystal display screen, LCD screen; you see these on your laptops. That's an optimum situation. Another is if you can't do that, there are on the market radiation screens, perhaps between $100 and $200 price range, and these can be put over your CRT screen and can significantly reduce the amount of radiation you are exposed to. It's not going to damage you, but it can slow the detoxification and healing process if you spend a lot of time in front of the computer every day. Meaning daily for hours? Is that what you mean by a lot of time? Yes, like four hours at one sitting, without getting up, you can significantly slow your own healing abilities. Now, we do have to state here that we are talking in generalities and that all of this is dependent on your belief system. If you believe that nothing outside of you can affect your health, then you can live under a power line and sleep with your computer, and it's certainly not going to do anything. So, these are guidelines, and the ultimate voice is your own belief system, and that's very important to stress. Belief Systems and Sovereignty Can I ask one more question before we go on? The Pleiadians adamantly tell you to throw your televisions and microwave ovens away. Why are they so adamant about that if indeed they're harmless? Each entity and each channel have their own belief systems through which information can come. Look at the different things that you have learned in your growth. If you believe in the idea that you create your reality and no one can be a victim, then you cannot subscribe to the idea of something outside of you affecting you. It's got to be one or the other. If you really don't believe that idea, if you believe you can be a victim, then absolutely anything can get you. Now, as to why that information is said, that is for them to answer. But what we can say is that it is valuable that they say that, because it makes you think. From our point of view, when this type of information, fearful type of information, is given, you are faced with an opportunity to think about what you really want to believe in and not listen to an outside source without checking it with your own self. Information that is fearful allows you to process your own fears. We have always said that information is meant to be taken as information, information to be added to your storehouse, information to make you think. Information that we bring through is not so you will believe us, but so you will take what is given and learn to grow from it by

discovering your own truth. It is not our understanding that you will ever, ever be affected by anything outside of you unless you hold a belief system that it can. And so this is about processing belief systems. This is about learning sovereignty, where you are the only creator of your reality. No television, no computer creates that. No evil government with a sinister plot, no. Belief Systems and the Chakras What chakra do you hold your belief systems in? Good question. You're on the ball. Again, it will depend on the specific belief systems, all right. Belief systems about survival, meaning financial, meaning the basic primal instinct of survival, belief systems about your identities and your role here on Earth -- held in the first chakra. Also, we would say, belief systems about victimization, whether it be robbers or evil governments or televisions or evil extraterrestrials or whatever, those types of belief systems tend to be held in the lower three chakras. Again, it will depend on which belief system you're specifically talking about. Belief systems about sexuality, about your male/female energy and relationships, all of that in the second chakra. Belief systems about your ability to love, in the heart even the negative belief systems in the heart. The number one, we think, last we heard, killer disease on your planet is heart disease, and the number one difficulty most of you seem to have is in the loving of the self. Heart disease, lung cancer, breast cancer, palpitations, anything in the area of the chest, has some issue having to do with love, whether it be afraid to love the self, afraid to love another, you name it. Those are held in the heart chakra. Belief systems about your ability to express yourself, in the throat. Belief systems about your ability to know intuitively, in the sixth chakra. Belief systems about your connection to God, crown chakra. Now, this system that we set up here for you is applicable in many different ways, as we've just shown. If you have a question about where some of the energy is held in your body, look at that chart. The chart will also help you identify some of your issues. The chart will also help you know perhaps what colors to use or what energy to run in certain areas of your body. It will really help you in understanding the energy that is actually physically blocked in the body. Intuition and Gut Intuition What's the difference between intuition and psychic intuition? You mean the one we wrote as gut intuition? Gut intuition is more animalistic, in the sense that gut intuition utilizes the other senses of the animal kingdom that you do not necessarily yet recognize. For instance, in the wild animals may sense danger; without any smell, without any movement, they sense it. That's gut intuition. It also is responsible

for any of those decisions that you have to make like that. So if you are walking down the street and you suddenly get a hit to buy a lottery ticket, and it's an unusual characteristic, and you act on it immediately without even thinking it, that's a gut instinct. The higher intuition is more multidimensional in nature, and the sensors of the higher intuition are more numerous than with the gut intuition. What happens when they both blend together, like I feel is happening with me? When they both blend together, you have the opportunity to become a very empowered being. When they both blend together, you learn to live in the moment. A lot of different things happen when they blend together, and yes, it is beginning to happen. When they blend together, the energy of the intellect and the emotions will also have blended. Does this also represent one more masculine type of intuition and the other more feminine type of intuition and that's blending also? Yes. Yes. Very good. You're all on the ball today. Wonderful question. It's also known as that gut in the solar plexus the other brain that you sense things, and the endocrine system works with it, you feel a rush of adrenalin there if there's a fear. Yes, the solar plexus chakra would be the center of the lower chakras, and in a sense, the chakra system parallels the development through the densities of evolution. So the third chakra now, which is -- the third and the fourth being very, very challenging right now on your planet -- the third chakra is representative of third density, the fourth chakra representative of fourth density. So in terms of physical ailments on your planet, a lot of them are within this part of the body -- ulcers and heart things and all of that, because you're making a change, you're making a shift from a more gut-type way of living, a more animalistic (not meant in a judgmental way), a nonthinking, nonconscious way of living into a more heart-centered way of living, which is gentler, which is more fluid, but which evolves from the lower chakras. So everything below it is very important also. The throat chakra would be like fifth density. The third eye would be like sixth density, and the crown chakra would be like seventh density. That's our scale. Each person has a different scale, but the body is a microcosm of the macrocosm of creation. That's how you always remind yourself who you are. In cleansing the body physically with waters and things like that, what about different deodorants, for example, what can we do to allow our lymph nodes and our cleansing process to allow this cleansing to take place, because a lot of it has been blocked? We would certainly say in terms of cosmetically taking care of your body that the optimum circumstance is to use cosmetics which do not contain artificial products,

because if you are working toward a detoxification idea, if you use cosmetics with more chemical than natural ingredients, your body simply has to work that much harder to detoxify itself. There's nothing wrong in and of itself of using deodorant, in the sense that you need to be comfortable, and there are and have been for hundreds of years plenty of natural-type deodorants. Now, some of you like it, some of you don't; you may want to try the deodorant stone. It is irritating to some people, yes; some people can use it. Again, it's a matter of trying out the different things. But right now on your planet, everything is available to you; it's simply a matter of trying what works and what doesn't. There are people who are sweating a lot. Which chakra is that? Primarily our understanding of the idea of sweating, especially it seems we've talked to a lot of people lately who have been sweating more. That is a detoxification process, and that is less related to an issue with the chakras, and more related to the body's response to the chakra work you've done previously. The body is trying to cleanse itself of the energy and the toxins that have been held. So the cleansing is not so much related to the chakra, but it's a response to the chakra work that's been done. Body Fevers It's quite interesting because one of the first things many of you do in the case of a fever is to bring the fever down. But the body is heating itself for a very specific reason. It heats itself to kill organisms and to allow the body eventually for the sweating, for the detoxification, so we would suggest that if it's possible for any of you, if you get a fever, to let it run its course and not attempt to bring it down unless of course you don't like that situation. Also, we've talked to many of you who have been running low-grade fevers a lot, for no apparent reason. And this is another symptom of the changes that are going on, because as you are taking in more voltage, you're creating more heat. And so the low-grade fevers are a way to acclimate your body to more electrical energy. We would actually suggest that if you are feeling that you have low-grade fevers, that something you may want to do is run a bath with Epsom (magnesium) salts and soak in it. The salt works with the electrical field and in combination with the water will help to draw out toxins and actually help the low-grade fevers not to have to be so long term. Epsom salt is a wonderful, wonderful tool. Can you use it even if you do not have a fever? Oh yes, absolutely, absolutely. I'm very glad that you brought that up because I've been doing that this winter, off and on. Low-grade fevers?

It's not enough to really sweat; it's almost like the Kundalini is rising or something. And having colds that stay around, go away for a couple of days and then they come back. Haven't been able to shake it. Same idea. Same idea. A cold or any kind of manifestation like that is inherently not a negative thing. The body is attempting to cleanse itself of something. At the same time, the body may be attempting to communicate something to you. So in and of themselves, they are neutral symbols, and we would suggest giving you leeway. Allow it to do what it needs to do, and if you work in cooperation with it, it will not inconvenience you. Cardiovascular Exercise One other thing regarding the idea of cardiovascular exercise. We're certainly giving the channel a message with that one. We were telling you about the movement of energy from the third to the fourth chakra, third to the fourth density. So as you're making this move, the aspects of you in fourth density, or the things in fourth density that can help you make the transition will need to be exercised. So when you are working with unconditional love, you're exercising the energetic heart chakra. When you do physical exercise, you are exercising the physical aspect of the fourth-density chakra. So we would suggest as much as you are able, to work with cardiovascular exercise. It may at first feel like it drains you, but it will eventually charge you, and it will eventually help you in moving the energy from the solar plexus to the heart. Moderation, always moderation. So that is another idea. Changes in the Ears and Eyes I have a question if I may about what I have been experiencing lately is that sometimes there's a ringing in my ears and sometimes it feels like there's these cotton rods that somebody is sticking in my ears, an almost tingling sensation. Is that an indication of it? You're shaking your head. Go for it. We have spoken to many, many, many people who have both had the ringing and the weird ear sensations and have also seen flashing lights. Now, both of them are an indication of the movement more into a fourth-density reality. The ears -- the best way to describe what is happening to the ears is like what happens when you go in an airplane. There's a change in air pressure. This isn't related to air pressure as much as it's related to, that could be analogous to the idea of cosmic pressure or cosmic energy changes, and the natural sensors on your body will pick up the changes in any type of cosmic energy. So you may feel pressure. Some of you actually may feel light-headed like there's some kind of equilibrium imbalance. Some of you may hear the ringing. It's all an aspect of that change in pressure, we say figuratively. The lights that you see -- different things for this. One is simply you being more receptive to Spirit Guides, to entities, to your Higher Selves, and frequently their energy will break through enough into your reality that you can actually see it physically. But another idea

similar to the one with the ears is that it's similar -- again it's an analogy -- but it's similar to the idea of when you stare at something red for awhile and then you close your eyes, you see green. That's an optical phenomenon. In a sense the lights you are seeing is a cosmic optical phenomenon. It's analogous to the idea of you staring at something, staring at third density, and then momentarily looking away, and when you look away into fourth density you see an after image or you see an energy that you did not know previously was there. So that's a similar idea as well. May I say something. We have to in a sense divorce ourselves from the medical profession because if you have ringing in your ears, it's called on this human level tinnitus and if you see flashing lights, it can be the cause of a detaching retina which can be extremely serious. We have to then go into our Higher Self so as to not be running to the doctor all the time. I rarely if ever go to any doctors, not to be fearful but this is what's happening on the other side. Yes, and here's a challenge for all of you, because we have spoken to people who have rejected the medical profession but have still maintained the belief that the medical profession is the only one who can heal them. So in that sense they're not doing themselves any favors. If you want to work with your health in a different way other than with traditional medical practices, we would always suggest that you examine very deeply, very closely your own belief system about the medical profession because if there's any beliefs that you need that or that they are the only ones that really have the cures, then we would suggest you continue to interact with them until you can first heal the belief system. Do you all follow what we mean by that? So, instead of running in the opposite direction, get yourself centered, know your belief systems before you act, because when you act from knowing your belief systems, you'll act with strength and integrity and in that strength will not create an unpleasant circumstance. So we acknowledge what you've said, yes, and you will find that as far as many of the grand illusions that you have all created on your planet, the medical profession is to some degree one of those illusions as well. Fourth-Density Impressions May I ask you a question that's been bothering me for some time? There are various things that I've been seeing, and I'm not quite sure what they are. I have two cats, and I leave my bedroom door open so I can see into the hall from my bed, and I have a tree that is by my bedroom window. On one occasion I saw these chainlike things in the hallway, black, moving, kind of like not human figures. The only ways I can say is they're like lines and chains. Now, there are three different things that I've experienced along this line. Then I was about to fall asleep but woke up and looked out the window and saw this height of activity around a tree out in the air itself, like little threads moving at a terrific pace. This was on separate occasions. Then on the third occasion, my cat sleeps on my bed beside me, and these little stringy, thin things were all around the cat, moving. The ones outside were of a different variety; the ones inside were different. I just want to explain one other thing. Before I would fall sleep, I used to see an awful lot of human figures like a parade of them.

They would come into my third eye, look at me; some were kind and nice, some were a little questionable. This has stopped. Now I get the most incredible colors and shapes, so much so that I don't want to stop it. I do see a lot in my third eye; I have seen beings walk around in other times of my life. But this gets me. I thought maybe they were thought forms, the little stringy thing. I would like to know what the explanation is for that. Some of it is simply your awareness opening, your sensitivity to energy is opening, so you're able to peer into other dimensional realities that you previously were not able to. The fibers were -- again don't take this too literally -- but the fibers are like strings of light. Where do they come from? Again, we have to do this by analogy because it's very abstract. Let's use the board. Third-density reality can be likened to a tapestry. And this tapestry is very tightly woven, and because it's tightly woven, if you held it up to the light, it would be nearly solid. But as you're moving into fourth density, the tapestry of reality looks a little different. It's a tapestry that's very loosely woven. So when we hold that up to the light, it looks like fibers of light shining through. That's the closest way we can describe it. It is the light that is filtering through to your reality. There seems to be a lot of activity there, not unpleasant, like they're all about some kind of business. And it's very nice, like a ballet. Yes. Yes. You are seeing nature of reality itself, which is choreographed, absolutely perfectly synchronized. Moving From Linear to Spherical Thinking What about mental activity, the changes that are happening as we go into fourth density? Is there a rewiring in the brain happening, because almost everyone I know has some kind of transient or Alzheimer's symptoms? Memory losses, spaciness, general loss of IQ level. Well, the reason for this has to do with, yes, a rewiring of the brain in the sense that in third density you relied on linear thought. In fourth density you rely on spherical thought, circle. Now, you can imagine that as you are transitioning from third to fourth, there's a point in there where you're going to have to learn a new way to utilize memory. And as you're learning, it will require you to start giving up the old way and moving toward the new way. So what you're seeing in these friends and even in yourselves is that you're starting to give up linear thought, linear mentality while still having one foot in third density and one in fourth. So it seems like you're losing your marbles. You're not really; you're actually learning a new game to play with the marbles. How long is this going to go one before we start functioning again?

Well, we'll go back to the trusty board. How do you see with the channel's eyes closed? We're curious. We will give you a secret. We are peeping a little bit, not much but enough so that her body feels satisfied. Why do you keep her eyes closed? Because in the way that we work with her in channeling, if the eyes are open, the ego of the channel has more likelihood of being curious and getting in the way of the clarity of the communications. So it just seems to be the thing to do. How's that for an answer. Now, linear -- past, present, future. This is the way that your thought processes are wired right now in your brain, based on a past, which has created a present, which will then create a future. You have called it cause and then effect. Now, this is representative of third-density reality, third-density thought. If you are a little bird, and you're sitting on this line. You look down at the line and that's what you see. Now, let's say this little bird flies up a certain distance above the line. The little bird is going to notice, "Oh, my goodness, the line is not a line. I was just looking at this piece of a greater thing. The line is really a circle." So from the bird's eye view, you realize it's a different thing. So you can see then that using this model, there cannot be a past which creates a present which then creates a future. It must all exist simultaneously. It's all there already. So the wiring in your brain is making a shift from this bird view to this bird's eye view, which is even more expanded. Do you follow this? Now, we'll take it one step further. You're not at this point yet. It will be conceptual right now, but it will be another thing to add to the pile. Let's say this bird flies even higher. What's he going to see? Well, this is technically a sphere, but we have a flat board. If we had a holographic board, it would be a sphere. A wider amount of the sphere. And in that wider amount of the sphere this is what you're going to see. All right, here's the sphere. That's what you're going to see from an even higher bird's eye perspective. And again, we're drawing it on a two-dimensional surface. This is a multidimensional idea. Then you start seeing that this, each time it makes a full circle, it's never the same thing, so it's not like you're going around the circle all the time and that's all you do. You're actually spiraling, and that's how change can occur. That's how you can go through the same lesson and learn from it and move on. So this would be more the idea of a fifth-density type expression.

Is that what they mean when they move interdimensionally? Like they're going through a tunnel? Yes. It is in a sense the bird's eye view, this one. Is that also what's meant by an open-ended universe? Well, we've not quite heard that term, but if we take this further, again forgive the twodimensional surface, but let's put this on its side. There's a gateway right here. You've heard of parallel universes. Now, we're going to be a little more specific with this parallel universe idea, and the analogy that we use, because we have the channel's memories to grasp from, is your Star Trek. Any of you who are familiar with this, there was a universe that was there's. And when they went through a strange thing in the transporter, they then went to a opposite universe. This plays out that idea -- positive, negative. Now positive is not good; negative is not bad. It's just like the ends of a battery. But the reality template that you have all agreed to be a part of is a dualistic template. It's polarized. So you're going to find that reality structure will take on this flavor. But there is a gateway here in the center through which you can pass from one to the other, and you do do this when you make choices, "Do I want the black one, do I want the white one?" You are integrating the energy from both, and so as the natural evolutionary process continues of your consciousness, this polarity will be a lot less accentuated and the integration will start. Now, that's really as far as we're going to take this for now, but you can see that this perspective, the linear perspective has served you quite well up until this point, but you're now desiring to expand, and in that expansion you will thus also need to change your thought processes, your wiring. So many of you who are having these memory lapses and also just remembering things in a different way, that's what's going on; you're shifting. You're shifting from a linear perspective of reality to a bird's eye spherical-type perspective. So it's a little like learning to ride without training wheels for awhile, then you'll eventually get it and it's a skill you'll never forget. So, is that clear for everyone? I see the 60s as the first big increase in voltage that occurred on this planet and a lot of the people were involved in psychedelics and that certainly presented them with new ways of seeing things, like bra-burning and free speech movements and disillusionment with government and Vietnam, etc. Was that the first start of the spiraling toward this more holographic thinking, I guess you would call it, away from linear? Let's say that was the time when the membrane started breaking through. Before that, there was an attempt at breaking through that membrane. For instance, the person you know of as Tesla provided an energetic force that helped to break through that membrane, yes.

His presence or what? His presence, and his thought processes and how he interacted with you on the planet. Was he -- we're all extraterrestrial in origin -- but was he somehow constructed differently? Outside the scope of the workshop, we will simply say that he simply was a pioneer, and in that pioneering desire chose to do whatever he could to break through the membrane. Skeletal Structure Also Changing Now any other questions about your physical body and your physical life? Arthritis, speaking physically. Is that also in the same category as the other changes mentioned in which we are making a transition so that some will actually go through this bone inflammation and destruction as a part of detoxification? Some will use it for the transformation, yes. Some will use it as you would use any type of "dis-ease" to give yourself a message. It will depend on the person. But recognize also that your skeletal structure is also changing and also rewiring. And so this is why in this time period, the practitioners who you know of as chiropractic and Rolfing and ones such as that are so valuable, because genetically, cellularly, you're carrying the body memories of your ancestors. So you need a boost to create a new identity of your physical body structure that you will carry onto your descendants. So those people on your world who are working with physical restructuring are circumventing a process that could actually take a very long time. They are really getting at the root of it quicker. So you may notice changes in the skeletal structure. Do not be alarmed. Again, the water will help. Now, just as an idea so you will understand where some of the other civilizations have gone to in their evolution from third to fourth density. The Pleiadians, for instance. They no longer have bone the way you have bone, but they have varying degrees of density of something that would be called cartilage. It's much more flexible, and that's one of the reasons why you don't see Pleiadians with broken legs. Who sees Pleiadians, period? [Laughter] Well, you haven't read about any contact cases where the Pleiadians have had their arms in a sling. Good Time to Work on Bodies Is there any possibility that we can utilize this period when the body is in flux to suggest to ourselves one way or another beneficial changes while the body is in flux? Do you know what I mean?

Do you mean how to do it? Is it possible that this is a good time to... It's a perfect time, because as you are in flux, you are in a power point where different choices can be made. If you're not in flux, if you're rigidly in something, it's much more difficult to incorporate a new idea. So now, yes, is a very good time, very good time (hint, hint) to work on your bodies. You're going to find that of any other time in your past, your body is going to respond more now. Could we actually rejuvenate it? The idea is theoretically possible. It will depend on the individual agreements that any individuals may have. But theoretically, yes. Agreements before we came to earth? Agreements before you came into birth. Agreements you continue to hold now. How long, how many years do we have to go through all this change? If it's going to be that long, can we speed it up? What do you think you're doing? Any quicker and you'd be all crippled. Now, there's no set date, all right. So, we sense that for each of you the discomfort will not be long lived. It will be a short period, anywhere from three months to five years at the outmost whereby the intense work will be done. Again, it depends on the individual because if there's something in the individual that's resisting the change, it will take longer. Emotional Detoxification I have two questions, and they're related. One is that in the past few years I have attracted to myself experiences and circumstances and situations that have brought out just great emotions and gut-wrenching, soul-wrenching pain... Excellent! Excellent! ...and to surrender to that and allow it to move through me is like breaking me apart, and then I would have a period of respite and another such thing come along. What has me wondering now, does my physical body limit the amount of, the rate at which I can accelerate my vibrational frequency or something? Is that what I'm feeling so much of the pain because of? Or am I accelerating and my body isn't catching up? Because I feel like I'm about to perceive other dimensions, but there's something in my way. The pain that you're feeling is not because of any type of resistance. The pain that you're

feeling is the release of emotional toxins perhaps back to your birth and other lifetimes as well. And for the change to take place in the most optimum way, the emotional bodies will need to be as clear and detoxified as possible. Recognize because the emotional body's toxins are stored in the physical body. So emotional outbursts may also be accompanied by spasms, because the body, as the emotions are being released, is literally restructuring itself, rejuvenating itself. A key to rejuvenation is total and absolute emotional flow, which humankind has a big challenge regarding, they have some difficult with. In other words, just let it all hang out? Always. Always. That doesn't mean acting out all your stuff, does it? No, no, no. No, it's interesting. You all have perhaps, you have, what is the word, snuck around and stole our itinerary, because you're on the next subject before we got to it. So let's hold this because we're going to go back to it in a moment. Anything with the physical? Miscellaneous Physical Way back in the 60s psychedelics were quite useful if used properly. Would that be helpful? I'm not talking so much about acid, but like mushrooms, things of that nature? It's our understanding, first of all, if that's what the person believes, maybe. However, you're going to find that any substance, even a substance that may be a natural substance, if you are asking it to do something that you believe you cannot do yourself, that may actually draw out the process. Hmmm, giving your power away to it. Yes. Now, again, it depends on the individual, but some people have found "God" that way. But it is not our suggestion because we know your capabilities in terms of brain power, in terms of spiritual expression, and you do not need anything outside of yourselves to have a revelatory experience. If you choose it, that's up to you, but you don't need it. Sweat shops? What do you call them? Sweat lodges. Absolutely wonderful idea, because what they do is encourage the body to dump toxins. Now, some people who are very toxic will find that it may be very uncomfortable, so use your discretion with sweat lodges. But it can be a magnificent experience for those who want to go the distance with it, for sweat is one of the ways to

really release toxins. Hot Flashes, Menses and Childbearing; the Pleiadians So hot flashes would be considered wonderful? Well, hot flashes can mean a lot of different things. Anyone else on physical? What about spirituality and the endocrine system, the flashes, the hormones? There are challenges I'm having with hormone levels that give pain in certain parts of the body. Isn't there something one can do to balance these out or just follow inner guidance? Well, we can't be too specific with this, but what you are doing now is eventually going to lead to the balancing of that out. Because now you have separation between certain parts of your life -- your adolescence, your childhood, your adulthood, your maturity perhaps after menopause for women. These are all segmented ideas of the human expression. But as you move into fourth density, the boundaries between all those are going to change and eventually in the future women can be fertile until death. [Everyone speaks at once.] Well, you already see it somewhat. You're already seeing women having children well into their 40s and their 50s. So it's conceivable you may see it in the next 25 years. What about changes in the body where menses would not be that necessary? Well, we can talk to you about, for instance, the Pleiadian body. Now, we say Pleiadian because it's a good example. There's the closest related to you genetically. They do not have regular cycles in terms of menstrual cycles, but they have a cycle that is emotional or spiritual in nature, which is what the human menstrual cycle is. During the time of menses there is a internalization. You know the Native American cultures, some of them go into seclusion, some of the women go into seclusion, and it does not have anything to do with shame. So what humans have done in many ways is created the actual physical cycle to force you to take that time to go inward. Now, the Pleiadians can create a menstrual flow to some degree for their own symbolic reasons. Some of the women may do it for purposes of cleansing, but they do it through their own will and through their own inner knowingness. It is not something that happens to them. Just like conception is not something that happens to them. And that is another subject entirely, because where you are all heading on your planet is controlling conception, not by safe sex, not by, at the risk of being crude, by pulling out or whatever. No. You will know when you are to conceive, and when you are to conceive is when you release an egg. It's not even that you have to say, "Oh, I'm sensing that it's time

to conceive; let me release an egg." No, it's a flow whereby there's simply a knowingness, maybe a recognition of the consciousness of the child, a knowingness in the timing, an interaction in the sex act, and a knowingness from that point that there has been conception. Conception is something that is extremely sacred to the Pleiadians. The birthrate is very low, not because of any problems but because they do not use birth and childrearing and "abortion" as ways to teach themselves lessons. They have already in essence healed those specific issues. So when a conception occurs, it's always the timing, it's always known it's right. You are moving in that direction. Many of you women are going to find your menstrual cycles may be changing. Your sensing of your bodies and its cycles may be changing. You may actually find -- not we're not saying to do this, so don't misunderstand us -- that your need for contraception may lessen. So it's gradually, gradually shifting. In terms of the Pleiadian men, when they are having sexual relations with someone, there's no need for the idea of fertility, fertile sperm, to be used all the time. Again, when the woman, when the timing is there, the sensing of the timing is there, the woman releases the egg, the man knows also that the sperm will be fertile. We're getting trapped in our language here. They will know the semen will be fertile. It just happens that way. It's a response to synchronicity and timing. Is it possible in our culture that PMS and menstrual discomfort is from resisting using that time to go inward? Thank you very much. Absolutely so. One reason, of course. It would be different for different people, but yes, as an overall symbol, yes. That time exists for the purpose of remembering your own spirituality, your own connection to God. It's interesting that some religions consider that time to be evil, because that time is the time when you can naturally connect with your own spirituality. Now, men have their own cycle. But if a man is with a woman in an ongoing relationship, their cycles will most likely merge, so that when she is menstruating, it will be the cycle for both of them to go inward. She is simply carrying out the physical representation of that. If a man is alone and does not have a female partner, he will manifest his own cycle, and it's less blatant because the body does not necessary have the cycle, but there is a cycle that can be felt if the man is observant. You would find that if every woman on your planet honored their time as a sacred time and felt their empowerment in that time, many of the pains and the discomforts would not be here on the planet. For one thing, the religious structure would have to change. Interesting stuff. Potentials of the DNA Structures; Zeta Reticuli This may seem like a silly question. Oh, we doubt it.

And what triggered it in my mind was I saw awhile ago that last Star Trek movie, and in there, there was a character that could transform herself into all these different... Shapeshifter, yes. And what made me think about that is that when I started to think about the DNA that we have, the two helixes and how the DNA contains all the genetic information that we are, and the cells keep replacing themselves in the same spot, like as a liver and as our skeletal system instead of somewhere else. I was wondering, if we had a more intricate type of DNA, would we indeed be able to transform ourselves at will at an instance, our entire cellular structure from one form to another. Well, in one way you do have a more intricate form of DNA, but you've not yet -- at least your scientists have not yet found it. We call this the metatomic level. It is the level that is the bridge from nonphysicality to physicality, and it is on that level where the codes exist that are from your own. So your DNA structure is a lot more multidimensional than you've seen it, and you will eventually discover the other qualities of it that can be actually be physically manipulated in time. However, if you had discovered that now, it may not necessarily be in your best interest. We're really going in a way that we don't want to go yet, but other civilizations such as the Zeta Reticuli have this capability, and it is from those levels, those metatomic levels before physicality that they attempt to create the hybrid genetic structure. And you will eventually gain that knowledge, but we will say you will not gain that knowledge until your scientists put in the equation the nature of consciousness. If that is left out of the equation, the equation will not be complete. What do you mean by the nature of consciousness? Not the nature, the existence of consciousness. You're already finding in laboratories doing quantum physics tests that the observer affects the observed. "Well, I just can't figure out why." If the element of consciousness were put in the equation, they would have their answer. Is that belief systems, choices that are being made? Yes, it would all be under the label of consciousness, the way we're using it right now, yes, but that element has not yet been embraced. And so a total, complete understanding is still at arms-length, but you are moving toward that idea. Now, as you heal a belief system that's been painful for you, you actually change your genetic structure. Experience changes genetics, and this is why the Zeta Reticuli, being that they're time travelers, will instead of going to their past to get their past genetics, come to you for your present genetics, because your thousands of years of experience as a civilization are valuable to them because of the changes and the adaptations in your genetics, which are

actually, eventually, in the long run going to serve you greatly. We do need to take a break right now. When we come back, we will address the emotional and mental levels of the change. Greetings to all of you. We decided to kick Germane out and come here. It's our pleasure to be with you, and the same rules apply. If you have any questions about what we talk about, please feel free to speak up. Processing Fear Now, the next thing that we're going to talk about is the changes with your emotional body, and the things that you can do now to assist in those changes. The first and most important thing will be the processing of fear. So we're going to give you a little bit of an exercise here. Now, you can take this home with you and do it when you're home, because you might want to take some time with it to be as thorough as possible. This is a process where it has three steps. We call this the fear exercise -- what an original title, yes. The first thing is ask yourself the question, "What do I fear?" When you answer the question, answer the physical fears (snakes, bugs, whatever), also answer emotional fears (I fear being alone; I fear being loved, whatever). Write down as many, as many of the fears as you possibly can. Don't stop until you are totally dry. Now, second question: Before we go to the second question, when you are writing down the answers to "What do I fear?" after you're finished, look at the list that you've written down. See if you can find a common theme to these fears. For instance, it might be that your greatest fear is losing control, not being in control, and it might be that a great portion of those fears on that list are simply manifestations of that one fear, afraid of losing control. So see if you can rearrange the list so you can get a couple of themes that encompass all the things that you've written down. Now, with part number two, you're going to ask yourself, "How does this fear manifest in my life?" We'll explain in a moment. Meaning that sometimes when humans are afraid -- let's give an example. Let's say that every time you are afraid, you ridicule someone else, and therefore fear manifests in your life by ridiculing another person when you are afraid. What you want to do is discover the behavior, the behavioral pattern that you engage in when you are in fear. So this one may take some thinking and some working with. But the reason for doing this is that if you can understand what behavioral pattern you do when you are in fear, you will be able to know when you are in fear, whereas otherwise you may not know that you are living from fear. Does that make sense?

Now, one way to continue to work with this aspect of the exercise is that before you go to bed every night, have a journal or a tape recorder (but a journal would be easier in the long run) and write down the behaviors that day that you engaged yourself in which were uncomfortable, which did not serve you, which were painful -- any behavior you engaged yourself in that didn't feel clean. Be very, very, very honest with this, as honest as you can. And then when you do that, you're going to look at what you've written down, and you're going to ask yourself, "Are any of those behaviors based on fear?" And if so, "What fear are they based on?" So, if you wrote down that you ridiculed and judged your brother or sister, then you might recognize that you did that because you were in fear. What you do is that you identify your patterns so that eventually you can catch yourself in the behavior of your pattern and stop it right then in its tracks. And that is how you rewire. So, let's say then that you've done this exercise and you're aware of some of your fears, and let's say that you're out at a family party, and here comes your brother, and you are feeling fearful because he represents a loss of control for you or whatever. And he starts talking to you. You ridicule him, you put him down. Right then, in that moment, if you can learn to recognize that behavior that is demonstrating your fear, you can stop, and in that moment you can change it, and therefore rewire yourself so that you will not continue to act out this behavior. Now, the next question might be, "How can I stop it in that moment?" Again, there's many different techniques. But there's a technique that Germane gave, and it's called the Shock Value Technique. Some of you may know this from the tapes. In that moment, when you're standing there and you are ridiculing your brother, stop, take a deep breath. Now, if you're in the middle of a party, it may be difficult to do this. Go into the ladies' room or the men's room. What you want to do is you want to do is to engage in a behavior that is extremely unusual for you, something that does not fit in your reality. So an easy thing might be that if you can go in the rest room and take off your shoes and socks and put your feet under the cold water. That's an example. You can come up with your own. If you want to do cartwheels on the front lawn, that's perfectly fine, too. What this is doing is it's causing your subconscious, which normally just runs a tape loop to stop and say, "Wait a minute. What is going on?" While you've got the subconscious's attention, that's when you are going to communicate with it. And it is then that you are going to, while you have your feet under the faucet and your subconscious is saying, "What's going on?", you're going to then start reprogramming yourself, so the tape loop that is played by the subconscious is one that clearly supports you instead of causes you pain. So for instance, there you are in the bathroom, you've got your feet under the sink. Start thinking and feeling this idea: "I know longer choose to take out my fear on other people. I take total and 100% responsibility for my fear." Say this over and over again. Mean it.

Feel it emotionally, while you are doing this strange behavior. Your subconscious is going to start patterning it. And it may take you several more times to do this, but continue to do it, continue to do the shock value technique, and you're going to notice change in your behavior the more you do it. Your subconscious is literally going to be rewired. Many, most, most, absolutely most of the dysfunctional behavior that you have on your planet is based on fear, whatever the fear may be. Each person is very creative in what their own fears are. And if fear can be processed and transmuted, the power on your planet and the potential of who you can become is extraordinary. Now the third aspect of this we call personify your fear. Now, we prefer to do this through drawing because the drawing will address the archetypal level in your consciousness, so in that respect it's very helpful to get on the deep levels. We'll describe what we mean by personify your fear. Many of you feel that your fear is this big thing that moves over you, that is unseen and is intangible so you can't deal with it directly. So because you can't see it you don't know how big it is, and for all you now it can overshadow you entirely, so you keep yourselves immobile. What you want to do is personify the fear. Make it into a person so that you can bring it on your level. So take a pen and paper and be creative. You're playing. No one's going to give you a school mark on this thing. Draw what you believe Mr. and Ms. Fear inside of you really looks like. Maybe it's a monster with big long teeth. You will have your own interpretation of it. But conjure up your own interpretation of your fear in the most complete way you can. After you have gotten this description down and you can picture it in your mind, it is then that you are going to use it in very creative ways when you are feeling fearful. So after you have drawn it, and you know what Mr. or Ms. Fear looks like, each time you feel fear be conscious of the fact of visualizing this entity in your energetic field and dialogue with it. This way you are not talking to some faceless blob; you are talking to something that is personified and put on your level. Remember it is on your level; it is not larger than you. Talk to it, dialogue with it, understand it, send it love, support it. Hear what it has to say. It's really going to be of tremendous assistance to you. If you like doing meditations, we would suggest a type of meditation where you go into some very secret place, a place that is all your own, like a cave or a house. And take yourself through a visualization where you meet Mr. or Ms. Fear, and we ask you to look at Mr. and Ms. Fear in its eyes and own that it is a part of you. Feel that connection with it. Allow yourself to send it love. Allow yourself to embrace it and to draw it within and transmute it with your own Light. You can get very creative with this, if you so choose. There are no rules of the game other than what you make up. This is a very powerful exercise because Mr. or Ms. Fear taken on this archetypal level

interacts with your unconscious mind, the part that does not possess words, the part that merely expresses feelings, thoughts and patterns. It communicates with that level so that from that foundational level the energy of fear can begin to be healed. It's very, very, very powerful. The Importance of Processing Fears It was spoken about one of the evenings how one of the most important things that you can do now is to process your biggest fears, and that if you choose to do this before August of this year 1992, you're going to feel that the mass consciousness will be very, very supportive of you as you do this. You will feel that you are able to move through these fears with a lot less effort than you previously thought. Now, if you choose to do it after August, nothing terrible is going to happen to you, simply that the energy of the mass consciousness will be very supportive of this idea, and you will have that energy behind you. When you're moving from third to fourth density, the emotional patterns that you've had in third can no longer be carried in the same way in fourth. So if you're feeling a tension or a friction in the movement from third to fourth density, you're going to find that there is something that you are attempting to carry into fourth density which cannot be carried because it is a definition of separation. For instance, third density, based on separation -fear and judgment and things such as things such as that are emotional patterns that are representative of separation energy: Separation from the Source, separation from the Whole. When you move from third to fourth, if you try to take any of the qualities with you, which are qualities of third separation, they won't fit through the doorway. So this is why we suggest the processing of fear as being the number one thing. This is why you are given such a myriad of fearful information, from extraterrestrial invasion stories to sinister government plots to television making you zombies, whatever. These ideas are extremely valuable because they trigger you, and they trigger you to process your fears. They're never meant to be taken at face value. They're meant to be used for the energy of release that you can gain from them. So the more fearful things you're seeing around you being presented, that is an indication of how much more willing you are to work with your own fears. Do not be concerned that something is out to get you, but that you are giving yourself the opportunity to grow and change as you confront your fears. Do you all follow? Comments or questions. Channels and Channelings Are you saying that most of the information that has been given to us by entities outside our third dimensionality are purposely giving this information to us to induce fear and to move us through fear, or is some of the information guided by some basis of truth?

Very good question. It is not our understanding that any of the "higher level entities" (and we don't like using that term, but you know what we mean) who are communicating with you, it is not our understanding that they are deliberately misleading you, no. However, there are a lot of different factors to deal with in the channeling process. And we as entities are limited by the vehicles through which we communicate. You are in a dimension of limitation, so that is natural. If our vehicle, Lyssa the channel, was very, very fearful and paranoid, our information would take that tone, because simply that is the toolbox through which we must work. So there is an amount of distortion between the entities' realm and the realm that eventually comes through and is spoken in your plane. The level of distortion has many factors, too. One is the channel. Another is the mass consciousness. Another is the audience, because if the audience is a very fearful and paranoid audience, no matter what you say they will interpret it in their paranoid way. Sasha, the entity that would pick a channel that is paranoid though, well, not pick, but the attraction of the channel to the entity, would that, in other words, an entity would probably not want to choose a channel who had a great deal of fear in them if they were of the nature of wanting to spread the Light of Integration, for example. Well, we all have our missions, if you want to call it that. And it's not that we have to go out and interview channels to see which ones will carry out the mission. It's the same thing at play: Attraction, like versus like. So entities will be attracted to channels who have similar vibrations. Now, even though the stories that the entities might tell are embellished or magnified through the channel, entities do have different points of view. And there are, for instance in the extraterrestrial realms, there are entities who are lesser evolved, and those lesser evolved entities may be more paranoid. It's not our understanding in most cases that it's a deliberate deception. But one must look at it from the bird's eye view, and the bird's eye view is whatever is coming through must be necessary because it's coming through. There's nothing extraneous, there's nothing unwanted. There are no mistakes, because it could be that people on your planet need the paranoid information to get them to the next level of their growth, so that is why all levels, all methods of communication with you are very, very valid. And it comes right back to you. You cannot choose to listen to one entity because they have the truth and no one else does. You must listen to the entities, see what works and see what doesn't, but know that for you, you are the only one that has that truth, for their is not one truth. If there was only one truth, there would only be one person. There are many of you; there must be many truths, and all the truths interweave and balance each other. Anyone else?

Work on the Easiest Fear; All Will Move Sasha, I have a slight confusion about two different teachings. What you've just been speaking of about fear and processing it, and there's other times that Germane has spoken of look to our fears as the source of, as the area in which we should be working and acting. Do you know what I'm talking about, our true path is behind that fear? What you fear most is also what you desire most. Yes, that one. The contrast between the two, it's hard to determine which kind of fear needs to be processed and which is a fear that you need to move through because there's something behind it that's really important. We would say in all cases if there is fear it eventually will need to be moved through. So for instance, if you are paranoid, for instance if you're a paranoid person, being what you desire is what you fear the most, it's possible that what you desire is true freedom and true self-responsibility. And therefore, being paranoid is not self-responsible, is giving your power to something else. So if you can look at that idea of the fear and the paranoia, you will realize that what is behind that is your desire to be truly sovereign. Does that make sense? Does this answer? No, I think it's hard sometimes...let me put it this way. When Germane has taught us to follow our excitement, to know what is right, what is our path, what is best for us to do, and then there's other times he said what you just said, what you really want lies behind your fear. Sometimes it's really hard to tell whether something is fearful and it's needs to be removed or whether it's a fear that ... I'm getting confused, too. Well, fear itself can never really be removed. It can only be processed. I see it as a resistance. One is a resistance to something you should be doing, that's right, that's on your path, as opposed that you want to get rid of. Let's reword this, and you tell us if we've got it. Let's say that you want to become a dress designer, but you're afraid of doing it, but yet being a dress designer may be on your path. And let's say on the other side you have a fear of snakes. It is likely that, well more than likely, that both of those types of fears are related to the same thing. Many of you have heard the idea of the concept of the holographic universe. You contain all of it. And so, if you have a pile of cucumbers in the supermarket, and you pull out one from the middle. They are all going to shift; they're all going to tumble. If you work on the easiest thing for you to work on in any given moment -- your fear of snakes or your fear of being a dress designer -- it's going to be like pulling like one of those cucumbers and everything is going to shift. Do you see what we mean? Oh wonderful.

Fear of Being All of Who You Are Now we would like to progress forward with this. This is still connected to fear, but it one of the most difficult things on your planet right now that you are wrestling with. Now, let's give you an example. We'll use Joe and Mary as an example. Let's say that Joe is an alcoholic, and Mary is his wife, and Mary recognizes that Joe is an alcoholic. They both work. Joe goes out and cracks up his car from drunk driving. Mary will work overtime to pay for the fixing of the car, and the cycle continues. Mary thinks that she is helping Joe. Mary thinks that she is providing him a way to keep working so his selfesteem will go up. However, what Mary is really doing is stopping Joe from facing the consequences of his actions. Your traditional psychology calls this enabling. Humans have a tendency to enable other humans in a very deep and profound way. It's so subtle that we would say most of you do not even know when you're doing it. You've all heard the idea to follow your excitement, to act in the moment on your excitement, and that excitement is a barometer of your true self. Now, if all of you acted from that excitement and from your integrity, what that would mean is that you would never ever withhold from another person. You would never stop telling them they are an alcoholic. You would continue in the moment to express the you that you are by never withholding. How many times have you not told your friend something that you thought they wouldn't want to hear? But it was something that you really needed to say. How many times? In the situation with Joe and Mary, they are in a situation that could be enmeshment. They are enmeshed. Their realities are tied together and dependent on each other. If Mary does not tell Joe he's an alcoholic, she does not allow him the option to react from her information and perhaps heal himself. She withdraws. She in a sense supports his pattern, and she loses her own self-esteem. This cycle continues in all areas. It continues in relationships. It continues in friendships. It continues with the person on the street. This is one of the ways that humans are not being their truest self. If you can learn to not be afraid of expressing 100% who you are, if you can do that and begin doing it, if everyone on your planet did that tomorrow, your entire planet would change, because you would be honoring your true selves, which would then force you to honor the true self of another. When you do not be 100% who you are with another person, in a sense you lie. You present a facade, and that facade is what they react to. So, really what is going on is that all of your facades are reacting to each other. Your true selves are not even connected. You are creating the illusion that you are totally separate from each other. We guarantee you that if you had a relationship, whether it's with a friend or a lover or a parent, if you had a relationship that was truly supportive, whereby you could tell each other everything, every observation. You could say to your lover, "I perceive that you are angry. What are you angry at?" That's not the example we want to use. You could say to

your lover, "You are being inconsiderate today," not from judgment, not from being picky, but as an observation, really with no hidden hostility behind it. You give the opportunity to your lover to say, "Maybe I am," or to react, to get his button pushed. If his button is pushed, it's his issue and he can then have the freedom to investigate that issue. If there are truly no victims, then every emotional thing that you feel is yours and yours alone. No one has made you feel that way. If you can have relationships where nothing is taken personally but you are totally devoted to growth, literally the very fabric of the foundation of your lives on Earth will shift. You will see each other for who you truly are, and you will discover that there's nothing to be afraid of. Honesty and Third- and Fourth-Density Relationships Wouldn't this cause a breakdown in relationships? Isn't that how relationships do break up on earth because people come out of their facade and tell the truth and the other person is too weak to accept that? If relationships are built from a facade, then yes they will fall apart, but they can rebuilt and this time be rebuilt on honesty. So it's up to you. Do you choose to have relationships the rest of your life based on the facade? It's very safe. It's very enticing. But it's also very limiting. Or do you choose to have relationships built on the solid foundation of truth and trust, because with truth comes trust. Then you're going to find your relationships are limit-less. And that's real intimacy also. That's real intimacy, yes. And we're telling you, coming from a fourth-density planet, that you cannot expect to work comfortably in fourth density if you have intimacy challenges, because third density is separation, fragmentation. You can shut down in third density. Fourth density is reintegration, and to reintegrate, intimacy must be present. But it's your choice. This is the beauty of this. Are you saying that you cannot shut down even if you want to not tell in fourth density? Once you are in fourth density, you would never even think of wanting to shut down. It's just an idea that does not exist there. But where you said that you have the options and you have the choices, what we mean by that is know what comes with the package deal in third density and know what comes with the package deal in fourth density, and if you choose anything that has to do with separation, then you get the package of third density. And it's perfectly fine if you choose that, but know what you expect to get if you make choices from the separation viewpoint. Now, with your relationships you may find that one person wants to grow and one

person is afraid of it, and one person starts telling the truth and the other person freaks out. What is more important? Your relationship which is based on a lie or you fully expressing and growing from own Godself? Which is more important to you? Some people do choose that the relationships, even if they're based on a lie, are more important. And if you choose that, know that's your choice and know that you can live from that choice. It will be unfulfilling. It will be unfulfilling if you retain a certain sense of awareness. If you let yourself go "unconscious," you won't know the difference whether you're fulfilled or not. It will simply be there. I've invested years in opening up and intending to tell another exactly what you say, and they're turn around and say, "Well, that's your imagination, that's this," or they'll shut the door in your face or make up all kinds of other stories and you're the one with the problem and all kinds of things. That's because they do not trust. It's not that they have to take what you say as the truth. No. But if they trusted you, they would listen, and that's the key. They don't trust themselves primarily. Exactly. Now one other aspect of this is that when you enable another person, when you don't tell them something that could eventually cause them tremendous growth and you think you are protecting them from pain, in a sense the only one you are protecting from pain is yourself, because if they reject you, you will feel pain, so it's easier to not say anything and therefore not take the chance of rejection and therefore not feel pain. The prime example of this is, let's say, this is a rather humorous example, all right, but it's the one that comes to mind. Let's say a woman has come out of the restroom and her skirt is a little bit up and tucked in the top so that her legs are showing. And she walks down the street and is totally unaware. Now, are you going to feel comfortable telling her? Some of you would, but are you going to feel comfortable. But some of you wouldn't, because if you tell her, her attention will be drawn to it and she might feel embarrassed and you don't want her to feel embarrassed, so you would instead let her walk down the street rather than let her feel embarrassed. The mind works in very interesting ways. You convince yourself you're saving her embarrassment. What you're really doing is saving yourself embarrassment or thinking that you are. In third density -- well, we'll say third density supports dishonesty. Not that it has to be that way, but that the environment of third density can support dishonesty. Fourth density is cannot. Secrecy has no place in fourth density. It can't fit. It can't be carried there.

So, as you make your choices about what you want to do and how you want to evolve, recognize the package deal that comes with your choice. And there's no judgments, no choices better than any other. Just simply recognize what you're getting yourself into when you make certain choices. I don't exactly what fourth density means, but what I'm curious about is with all these entities that seem to communicate from there that they seem to be communicating by telepathy, and I wonder if that's the reason why such limitations don't fit in that realm because if everyone was hiding things from everyone else there would be such chaos in Excellent. This is why you don't have societies in third density who are telepathic. The Orions managed to evolve telepathy into third density, and because of it severe psychic warfare was able to be done. You on your planet have chosen not to be highly telepathic and still be in third density, but as you move into fourth density you will become more and more telepathic, as you give yourselves permission to not be secretive, because you're going to find that if you have nothing to hide, you are certainly not going to probe another person. There will be a mutual trust. In being completely honest with people, there is a little snag that we run into on this planet when two people are in relationships in the same work situation where it's unequal, where one person is in a position where they can fire you but you can't fire them, just to use that as an example. Then to be in a position that's less powerful have a lot more ramifications to it. If you're dealing with equals or if you're dealing with a child, it's easier to be honest in those circumstances. Then the choice must be made. What is more important, protecting yourself or honesty? Sometimes dishonesty protects you from unemployment. This is an illusion we will say, all right, because if you are totally centered in what you have to say, you can choose a way to say it that will be neutral because you will be cocreating the circumstance. If the person chooses to get their buttons pushed, it will not affect you. Recognize you are the co-creator here, and this desire to be dishonest in the business situation is a prolongation of the inevitable, because the inevitability is honesty and trust. Can we give you an example so that maybe it might tighten the scene. Take for instance the female harassment on the job where the boss threatens her with a loss and she doesn't give in to this. In that situation, how does the woman who is very vulnerable co-create an unequal situation? If she can act in her empowerment. Now, we're not necessary talking about her anger and her desire for vengeance. We're talking about her empowerment. Then the outcome will be satisfactory to her. Even if she is fired, she will feel satisfaction and will benefit from it. This is also going to teach you, when you want to communicate with someone, to punish

them or to hurt them, and when you want to communicate in the sense of balance. It's going to teach you a lot about yourself and your motivations in your communication. Sasha, wouldn't this also be an aspect of a manifestation of fear possibly between these two people, one representing Ms. Fear and Mr. Fear in that situation? Yes, and that's a wonderful way of looking at it because you could actually process this by using your Mr. Fear exercise. Now, we know that if you walked into your boss's office, he might not allow you to blend with him, all right. But if you do it in your head and you carry that energy, he is going to shift. He is going to shift. Or you will shift so that you will not be affected by his energy. Isn't that easier said than done? No. Would this also not be as the woman was explaining before about people resisting her truth that she in turn could represent their fears in speaking. Exactly, yes. You are all naturally here to be of service to each other. And you are of service to each other by triggering each other. If you refuse to go near each other, you can't trigger each other, how are you being of service? If she in her empowerment asserts that empowerment, he is given the opportunity to face his fears and to move through them. And this is how they are of service to each other. If you hide from each other, hide from conflict, it's only prolonging the inevitable, and the inevitable is that one day you will have to confront, whether it be yourself or yourself symbolized in someone else. Importance of Feeling Emotions All right, we have to move along here. We understand there are limitations upon your dimension. So we are told. Now, one other idea we would like to talk about which was somewhat addressed a little bit before, we're just going to say it very, very briefly, and that is that as you are moving toward these changes, one of the most important things that you can do is Feel (with a capital F). Most of you are very adept at stuffing your emotions, and you're so adept that most of the time you don't even know you're feeling them and that you've stuffed them. So we would suggest that whatever way you can, start training yourself to feel in the moment. Feel your emotions in the moment. Now, some people have said to us, "Well, Sasha, we would always be in chaos then." No. When your emotions are overpowering and chaotic, it is because those are the ones that have been stuffed; those are not the ones in the moment. Those are the ones behind the dam that has just burst. If you can learn to first work with the emotions you've stuffed and then teach yourself to feel in the moment, your emotional flow is going to be very, very different, and your emotional expression will not be harmful or painful. It will be

naturally fluid. The only reason now you feel emotions cause damage is because most of the time when you emote, you're not in the present, you're in the past. So keep that in mind. Train yourselves. Start to learn first to release the past -- and you can do this in many different ways, even your John Bradshaw videos are very, very good, one idea among many. And then train yourself to feel in the present. And you're going to see that your emotional body will be much, much more stable, much more balanced. Follow Your Excitement Now, the next thing is to practice the idea of following your excitement. You've heard this maybe over and over, some of you. We cannot express to you how impactful this will be on your transformation, because humans we have found talk themselves out of their excitement 80% of the time. Imagine that if you are in your excitement, the life force is flowing fully through you. You are empowered as a Divine Being. When you're not following your excitement, you're just getting a tiny stream of energy from your Divine Self, just enough to animate you, just enough to keep you here and moving. And you may find that then it's very difficult to go forward with the goals that you have. Every aspect of your life, allow yourself to learn to follow your excitement in the moment. Your reality will shift and change as you do. We can hear the thoughts that some of you are having, "Well, how can that fit into my life at work on a day-to-day basis?" Start with the little things first. Start with the choices about what movie to see or what friends to go visit. And we have a little exercise for you. Take a day -- a day if possible, half day at the least. And this day is totally devoted to following your excitement. This means the minute you open your eyes in the morning you're going to say to yourself, "What do I feel like doing? Well, I feel like reading this book." So you pick up the book and start reading. Now, here's the catch. Many of you will say to yourself mentally, "After I finish this chapter, I'm going to go into the kitchen and get some juice." That's not in the moment. When you feel the desire for juice, put the book down and go get the juice. Drink your juice until you feel the excitement to go turn on the TV. Do not in any way plan ahead. Do not look in the paper for a movie you will go to in two hours. Our reality in fourth density is such that because we follow our excitement, if we are excited to go to a movie, then we get ready (this is an example; we don't have movies the way you do) we get ready, we go, we arrive at the theater and we arrive when it's starting. The synchronicity works with your own natural excitement, and you will start to see this as you work in following your own excitement. A lot of the pain that is caused is because people are not following their excitement. Give yourself permission. Start in a small way, and then you'll gradually know what's appropriate in waking up. Some of those things do take, if I got up and I said, "I want to go to the sea today," and if I don't live near the sea I have to take the train or maybe two trains and a bus to get there. Now, that still would be following through but it would take a measure of ... Well, in your reality right now, if you wanted to go to the sea. Let's say you want to try this exercise. So, get yourself ready, pack your picnic basket, go down to the train station. Now you get there. There may not be a train leaving for an hour. Do not attach yourself to the expectation. Keep yourself in the moment. Because the train is not leaving for an hour, it must mean there's something else to do now. So now, what excites you? Oh, reading this book excites me. So you read the book. You follow your excitement and you read the book. And when your excitement is no longer to read that book, then there's the train. Or you miss the train. Or, if you miss the train, you were meant to miss it because you were following your excitement. So when you decide to go to the seashore, don't attach yourself to that outcome. The decision to go to the seashore is the impetus that will carry you through your day. It is not necessary that you get there. All kinds of adventures could be there, if you open yourself. It could take you right in the opposite direction, and it's wonderful. I understand. Exactly. Exactly. I have lived that way, but not all the time. I would say that most of us are involved in situations workwise and familywise even and relationshipwise where the keynote has not been to follow our excitement. It's been to fulfill someone else's expectations... You've been trained that way, yes. ...duty or just a fear of unemployment. How does one start, I guess I know the answer but I'd like to... When you start with the little things and then... Yes, there you go. How very intuitive of you. How do we break our enmeshments is the question? You start with the things that don't count as much, I guess. Start small. There's nothing wrong with starting small. It actually makes you feel more strong.

This propels everyone into another dimension, or we leave some people behind because we just can't all go around wanting doing what we want in the moment. Nothing is going to function here in third density. Yes, it can. But it will not be the way you're used to it. The pilot that takes off on the plane, all these things. It can be done, but it will be very different. You would find for instance that if -- because every planet is balanced as an ecosystem (that's not the correct word), but as a complete system. If everyone on your planet tomorrow woke up and did what excites them for a living... We're going to use the example of the job. You might say, Oh, well, there will be 50% of the people in the world would be actors. The planet would shift itself, yes. But because everyone is part of the system of the planet, all of your excitements are entwined together, and you would find that everything would get done. The only difference is you would be happier. For instance, you might say, "Well, who's going to pick up the garbage?" Well, if everyone was following their excitement, we guarantee you there are some inventors out there who are just dying to invent refuge disposal in a new way. There's your answer. Each system is complete unto itself. It only looks incomplete when it is not allowed to live to its natural self. So, whether you wake up tomorrow and it happens like that or you do it gradually, you're going to still do it in balance and you're still eventually going to manifest a fourthdensity type experience for those of you who want to have that. But the mass consciousness is not ready to do that yet, and you're ready to just bolt right into just having an exciting life. Would that still work? Well, in some ways. If you see that the mass consciousness is not ready, then that means you're not. If you see it is and you act on that, you will be supported by that belief system. The more people that follow this excitement, the more will, the more it will be easier and easier. Exactly. Critical mass. And the more you get rid of your mental garbage, you'll have less garbage on this planet anyway. Exactly. Exactly. Absolutely, you are totally limitless. It makes you want to fly. Well, if that's your excitement, let's open the window. Well, I could control it a little.

Meditation: Embracing Yourself All right, now let's see. We would like to do a meditation with you, change the pace a little bit. This meditation is a very empowering meditation that we would like you to if you can remember it so that you can do it on your own. So get yourself comfortable. Close your eyes and take three deep breaths. Remember to keep breathing, and we're going to do the chakras again as you did in the beginning. Start at the base of the spine and place there a beautiful red ball of energy. Then place your attention at the second chakra below the navel and place there a beautiful ball of orange energy. Then place your attention at the solar plexus, and place there a beautiful ball of yellow energy. Place your attention at the heart. Place there a beautiful ball of green energy. Place your attention at the throat, and place there a beautiful ball of blue energy. Place your attention at the third eye, and place there a ball of indigo energy. Place your attention at the top of the head in the crown, and place there a beautiful ball of violet energy. And now blend all of the colors of the chakras back together again Golden White Light around your body, that naturally exists, and feel that warmth and comfort from that Light. And now you find yourself in a hallway, very beautifully decorated, very light. Walk down that hallway to the very end. It's a long hallway. Keep walking, feeling yourself relax as you do so. Come to the door at the end of the hallway. Place your hand on the doorknob. Open the door and walk inside. In the middle of the room sits a beautifully ornate mirror. Allow yourself to walk up to the mirror and see your own reflection in the mirror, a reflection that you see every day. Look at yourself thoroughly, that familiar reflection. And now we ask that you watch as the reflection begins to change, for the reflection is changing into the you that you most fear you really are. Do you fear that you are too fat or too thin or too tall or too short? Look at your body as it transforms in that reflection and make it the epitome of all your fears about yourself. Let that image change, so that you are confronting the you that you really do not like. Look deeply into the eyes of this entity. On the one hand the entity is extremely happy to be released, because you've held this within you so long. It now knows it has your attention, and yet

on another level, this entity carries a lot of pain, because it has held all your judgments about itself. You can sense the pain of this entity. So you place your hands on the mirror, and your reflection does the same. Be conscious of sending energy through your hands into the hands of the reflection, energy of compassion and empathy and great, great love. Also send the energy of appreciation for this entity has manifested a part of you which you have longed to see, which you will feel. And now, allow yourself to hold the hands of the entity in the mirror. The glass just dissolves away. Hold the hand of the entity and pull the entity out on your side of the mirror. Reach out and embrace this entity in empathy and compassion and great love, for you now know that your greatest fears about yourself are so really harmless, are so very small, and are contained within this one sad being. Embrace tightly this being and let your heart chakras come together. Feel the energy exchanged between them. Feel the understanding and the strength which comes from that understanding. In some ways you can feel that this is the best friend you will ever have, because this friend shows you a clear reflection of who you think you are sometimes. This entity is not afraid to lie to you. Hold this entity with tenderness and continue to give it unconditional love. You can feel the energy between your chakras blending so that the boundaries between you are lessened, until you feel that you are standing in an energy sea, and suddenly you realize that you are embracing yourself. Stand for a moment embracing yourself, owning the discovery of this part of you, and allow yourself never to forget its value and its importance to you. It is here, when you have clearly seen yourself and what is inside that you can truly stand as free and move forward into your lives with joy and ecstasy. The changes yet to come are changes, yes, but they are nothing that will overpower you. You have created the changes for your own growth and your own learning, and you are fully capable and empowered to confront these challenges, and become the person that you know you truly are, a person of light, a person of love of God unto yourself, and connected to all of creation. We will take this opportunity to thank all of you for the energy that you have brought to this room this day. We will ask you now to walk out of the room where the mirror is and back down the hall. Start to feel your physical body now sitting on the chair. Coming back, coming back, slowly and comfortably. You have all heard "And the Truth shall set you free." This is indeed a most profound statement. Not only what you do not want to hear perhaps, but the things you haven't wanted to see will set your free. We bid you joy and ecstasy in the unfoldment of your true selves, and we are honored that we may be with you during this time of tremendous change and transformation. From Germane, myself and all your wonderful guides who have come, we all send you our deepest love and gratitude, and we give you the highest encouragement, for you will do it, you will succeed.
