If you look at life, lifes a series of connections with people.

The great news is God already has those connections lined up for you. The Bible teaches that God gives you the desires of your heart. Psalm 37:4-5 DELIGHT YOURSELF in the LORD and he will give you the desires of your heart. COMMIT YOUR WAY TO THE LORD; TRUST IN HIM and he will do this This doesnt only mean the Lord will make happen what you desire down deep. It also means the Lord himself placed those desires down deep inside you to begin with. For the desires of your heart to happen, it will require you come into connection with specific people along your way. So, if God placed the desires in your heart then God already knows with whom you need to come into connection ten years from now. Thats Gods part. Your part is to delight/enjoy the Lord.COMMIT YOUR WAY TO THE LORD and TRUST IN HIM. Single people, God already has your mate lined up. You dont have to struggle, or try to make things happen. In fact, if you do, you might get the wrong one. All you do is commit your way to the Lord and trust in him. Too often, we all try to make things happen in our own strength. Thats when we mess up. People marry the wrong person, get the wrong job, or live a life of misery because they forced and manipulated stuff to happen. We all know people who did exactly that. However, there is a realfreedom in knowing God will give us divine connections. That means you dont have to play up to someone, or manipulate a situation. That means you dont have to worry if you havent met the man or woman of your dreams. That means you dont need to be frustrated because you havent met the right people yet to get where you want to go in life. God has it all planned for you. Your primary concern is to commit your way to the Lord and trust him. A divine connection is when you look back and know meeting someone had to be God. You were at the right place at the right time. One of my first divine connections, that I know was a divine connection, was meeting my wife. I was the leader of our MYF youth group. Our group was going to summer camp, but I couldnt go. I had to work and there was no way I could get off. However, someone, without being asked, came along and said they would work for me. I was able to go to the camp for the last few days. It was at that camp, I met my wife and some years later, we married. Coming to this town to pastor was a series of divine connections. I was searching for what God wanted me to do. I went to several churches and ministered, but none felt right. One night I received a call from the area Presbyter of the A/G telling me someone referred me to him and asked if I would come and minister. I did, met some of you, we felt it was a divine connection, and here we are 24 years later. God will take care of our lives and he has the people we need lined up for us. Stop worrying. If you will commit and trust the Lord, he will give you the desires of your heart. If I look back at every major event in my life, spouse, meeting a life-long friend, a special door opening, special events, I didnt make happen or manipulate to happen, I see divine connections. Concerning friendships and relationships, if someone doesnt want to be your friend, dont worry about that and get depressed. Its their loss, not yours. Its God saying, you dont need them to fulfill your destiny and if you manipulate the relationship, they could cause you to miss a divine connection.We go through different seasons. Maybe you were great friends with someone for 10 or 15 years but you seem to be going in different directions now. The season changed. Youre still acquaintances, but realize that season is over and God is trying to take you to a new divine connection. Ecclesiastes 3:11 He has made everything beautiful IN ITS TIME. He has also set eternity in the hearts of men; yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end. That connection was a beautiful thing IN ITS TIME, but God is concerned about eternity in your heart. You are somewhere between your beginning and end. You cant fathom it. You cannot figure it out, so whats the answer? Commit to and trust God for divine connections. I watch young people (and old people) get depressed when the person they care about

breaks up with them. I tell them dont do that to yourself. That simply means God has someone better for you (I dont mean the other person is a bad person rather not the best for you). Trust God. That season is over. I watched my own son, for years wait for his wife. He knew this principle and truth. You can ask him if it paid off. He is happily married with a beautiful family. He could have easily forced things, but he didnt. He committed himself to the Lord and put his trust in him. There was a divine connection. Lance had a friend from LaFayette who, at that time, lived in Mississippi in an apartment complex managed by a beautiful young woman. His friend invited Lance to Mississippi hoping he would meet that woman. Lance went. They met. The rest is history. God has a divine connection for you too. John Attardo lived in Canada. Angela Kittle worked in Chattanooga and through a series of job opportunities, friends, etc, John hears about Angela and gives her a call from Canada. There they are today. It can be a summer camp, a trip to Mississippi to see a friend, or a phone call fromCanada, but God has a divine connection for you if you will commit your way and trust him. This is true in every area of life, not only marriage. God has people lined up for you concerning your education, the school you need to attend, the occupation you need to pursue, or even hobbies you enjoy. I love to fish off Panama City Beach, FL. I met a deep sea captain and he took me under his wing and taught me how to do it right. God cares about everything and if you will commit to him and trust him, he will connect you with everyone you need in life. We need to pray every day for divine connections. We need to pray God will bring into our paths the people we need, and weed out the people from our lives and paths who slow, or hinder our love, and growth in God. God will bring the right people, but if we continue the attachments to the wrong people, it will hinder our progress, or detour us from meeting the right people. As sure as God wants to bring us divine connections, the devil wants to bring us wrong connections. Life is too short to connect to the wrong people. Realize spirits are transferable. When you enter into a relationship with someone, you dont enter only into the natural. You get the spiritual as well. For example, if you are around someone who is extremely jealous, that jealous spirit will get on you. They will place jealous thoughts in your mind. You young people get around friends who are rude and disrespectful. Before long, you back talk your parents and are disrespectful to adults. Maybe a person isnt honest. If you get around that person,you will begin doing dishonest things and lose your integrity. If you are spending your time with the wrong people, you will not be on the path you need be when the right people cross the path you should be on. People ask, Where are my divine connections? It could easily be you are spending your time with the wrong connections. People say, I made a mess of my past. I messed up my job, or my marriage, or my friendships, addictions, etc. No one will ever want me around. No. If you will trust the Lord and commit to him, God will bring your divine connections. Apostle Paul went years persecuting Christ followers. His name was then Saul and he chased Christ followers putting them in prison. One day, Jesus miraculously saved him and told him that Saul would preach the gospel all over the world, but there was a problem. No one wanted anything to do with Saul. Everyone was afraid of him. No doors opened. Saul continued to commit himself to the Lord and trust the Lord. Acts 9:26-27 When he came to Jerusalem, he tried to join the disciples, but they were all afraid of him, not believing that he really was a disciple. But BARNABAS took him and brought him to the apostles. He told them how Saul on his journey had seen the Lord and that the Lord had spoken to him, and how in Damascus he had preached fearlessly in the name of Jesus. Barnabas was a divine connection for Saul/Paul. That divine connection gave us most of the New Testament bringing untold billions of people to Christ. God had a plan. God already had Barnabas lined up for Saul. You may ask how you can fulfill your dreams and ambitions. All

God has to do is send one Barnabas across your path. All it takes is God bringing one divine connection at the right time.Immediately, you go to a completely new level of life. One phone call from Barnabas, not only changed Sauls life, but untold lives. One person saying, Let me make a phone call and see what I can do, can take your life to a whole new level. Have you ever heard the story about Billy Graham? He was running some meetings for The Christian Business Mens Association. The crowds began falling off. Graham thought his meetings were about done. Then, one night, amazingly, the place filled with people and cameras flashed everywhere. Graham asked what happened. A memo came down from a newspaperman named William Randolph Hurst. Hurst attended Grahams service the night before and decided to give Graham a boost. He owned newspapers all across the U.S. He simply said, Puff Graham. Thats all he said two words. That crusade went on for 8 weeks. 350,000 people attended, but after that, Billy Graham Ministries accelerated. Overnight, Billy Graham became a national figure. Why? God sent a Barnabas. Two words from the right person, one memo from a divine connection, can do more for you than you can do for you in an entire lifetime. Did you know God will use a negative situation to bring about a divine connection? Life Gate Church is the product of a negative situation. The A/G was about to ask me to part company. I left before they had the opportunity and several of us began what is today called Life Gate Church. Many of you met me and I met you a divine connection as a result of a negative situation. So, when you are going through something not pleasurable, put that into your mix. God will work it all for good (Rom 8:28) and bring you a divine connection. You might be divorced or a widow. You may think you will be lonely from now on. No. God said its not good for a person to be alone. Remember Ruth in the Bible? She experienced an unfortunate situation. Her husband died, but God cared about Ruth. He knew she would face that tragedy, so what did God do? He had Naomi, Ruths mother-in-law, lined up. Through Naomi, Ruth met, not just a man, but a righteous, wealthy, good man named Boaz. That was his plan for Ruth and through that divine connection, Jesus Christ happened down the lineage. So, maybe if you dont need a Barnabas, maybe you need a Boaz, or a Naomi. My point is, no matter who or what you need, God has a divine connection for you. Joseph had a divine connection with Pharaohs cupbearer. David had a divine connection with Samuel, Silas with Paul. I could go around this church and point out divine connections God orchestrated when people committed and trusted God. 2 Kings 5:1 Now Naaman was commander of the army of the king of Aram. He was a great man in the sight of his master and highly regarded, because through him the LORD had given victory to Aram. He was a valiant soldier, but he had leprosy. Leprosy! The worst of the worst diseases. Do you know who Naamans divine connection was? She was a young servant girl who changed his bed sheets and swept his floor. She told Naamans wife about a prophet in Samaria named Elisah. God put that little girl into Naamans path so God could heal Naaman. People say, That boy or girl is just a child. They cut the grass, or they go to school... You had better listen. That boy or girl could be your divine connection. Young people in high school have spoken into my life. Once God lined up a donkey as a divine connection for a man named Balaam. Whats my point? Dont look at the color of skin, or social status, or age. Look for Gods divine connection. God has divine connections for you, but you too are a divine connection for people. Take time for people. Show you care. Meet a need. Put in a good word. Make a call. What if we lived with the attitude of Who can I bless today? What one need in the world can I meet today? For whom can I be a divine connection today? When we are a divine connection, we can rest assured, God will bring us divine connections. Each of us can look back over our lives and see divine connections your spouse, your job, a better position, salvation, an investment. You look back and you know it was God. If he had it planned then, he has it planned again. The people you need are already lined up. When you pray, every day, thank God for your divine connection. Dont try to make stuff

happen. Commit yourself to God and trust in him. He will line the right people up for your life. There is a Barnabas when you need him. There is a Naomi, and a Boaz. Theres a cupbearer and a Samuel. There is someone who will work for you so you can go to camp. Theres a friend inviting you to Mississippi, or a call coming from Canada. There is a servant girl when you need a healing. Yes, theres even a donkey. God has planned it all out for you. You need PEOPLE. If you will commit yourself to the Lord and trust him, he will give you the desires of your heart.

Divine connections in these days are critical for the Church like never before. The fulfillment of Gods purpose for our lives, fulfillment of Gods destiny He has planned for each of us will depend greatly on us divinely connecting with certain ministries. As I went about getting dressed today the Holy Spirit started speaking to me how important my connection with the ministries I am joined to today is to what God wants to do through my life! It really became powerful in my spirit, the power of connecting with ministries. I have heard it over and over again from other ministries but the Holy Spirit spoke it loudly in my spirit and I got excited because I saw the anointing that was on these ministries I am connected to now operating in me as a result of connecting with them, I saw what that connection has stirred in me and I saw as a result of these divine connections certain gifts that were in me now operating through me and also I am getting even a more clear picture of the calling on my life. I am so excited about my divine connections like never before! All my Christian life I have been associated with ministries. I grew up in the Methodist Church. In my early 20s I became associated with those who were involved in the Charismatic movement. And I received the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking with other tongues. Oh my! How glad I am that I stepped out and received this gift of speaking with other tongues! I know without a doubt my Christian life would not be where it is today without this gift. Then I got involved in ministry where the prophetic was taught and also the grace message. Oh my, thank you Jesus! This ministry truly opened up another important aspect of walking in the spirit and allow God to speak through me to others what He wanted to speak and prophesy in this earth for Kingdom purposes. And the grace message, it certainly opened my eyes to how I had gotten into works in certain areas and then the grace of God could not work affectively in my life. Later God lead me to learn more and more about the operation of His Kingdom and then God led me to a ministry that is called for Kingdom living and operation in this world system. Then I also knew I had a calling to minister to leaders, which at the present I am part of a group who ministers to two local mayors and I am able to pray for them and speak into their lives. I also became aware of another ministry who teaches about taking the Kingdom of God into the seven mountains; family, education, religion, government, the arts, media and business or finances. This was again a divine connection. Now at the present time I am prompted, almost pushed by the Spirit of God to connect with ministries that are teaching about living out of your spiritual senses rather than the five physical senses, using the gift of discernment because of all the deception and the anti-Christ spirit that is working in the earth, the glory of God, an open

heaven with the glory manifested with signs and wonders and creative miracles, the ministry of angels, etc. I believe divine connections in the body of Christ are also what God desires for all His Church all over the world in order for us to effectively reach this world. I believe the revelation of the glory (manifested presence of God) is crucial for the survival of the Church. It is staying in the glory of God that is going to open up this world to hear the Gospel, the Good News, with signs and wonders following. The Church has been so long behind the four walls and now we also are coming out of the closet and out of the four walls and we are ministering to people wherever we go; at work, school, play, business meetings, shopping, etc. I am immediately reminded of Isaiah 60: Isa 60:1-3 Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee.2 For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.3 And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.KJV Hag 2:9 The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the LORD of hosts: KJV I believe this is talking about the glorious Church who has an intimate relationship with God just as Moses had and the glory of God will be so evident in our lives that even our faces will expose the very brightness of the glory that is in us and around us just as Moses face shone after he came off of the mountain spending 40 days in the presence of God. So our connections are so important like never before. I just realized that when I started my ministry here at Gods Word Alive I had the great desire to encourage and empower Christians with the Word of God, empowering them with the Word of God to speak only over their lives. But just in the short time I have been on the web God has enlarged my vision to the present where I desire to not only encourage and empower Christians with the Word of God but that they are empowered to live not as mere men/women out of the vanity of their minds but as the new man in Christ Jesus, in Christs righteousness and in the glory of God. So I want to remind you, as the Lord did to me this morning, that your connection with my ministry here at Gods Word Alive will mean that the anointing on this ministry will become yours as well, which I believe is living by faith and not by sight, speaking the Word of God only, divine healing and divine health that has been such a long part of my own personal life and my familys, experiencing the unconditional love and grace of God, financial prosperity and more. As I grow and as I continue to share with you what God is pouring into my heart by His Spirit through my connection with other ministries, I will be able to minister to you in more and more in other areas that are crucial to the end time body of Christ of which we are a part. The Holy Spirit reminded me of divine connections in the bible that proved extremely beneficial to certain individuals. Their lives were changed forever with the connections they made. The first person who came to mind was Elisha and Elijah. With Elishas connection with Elijah, Elisha was able to do far more miracles then his mentor Elijah. I was also reminded of our Lord Jesus Christ and his disciples. They were fishermen and tax collectors, etc. and yet with their association with Jesus their ministry produced miracles as well and in the books of acts it says of them,

Acts 17:6 These that have turned the world upside down are come hither also; KJV Now with our daily connection with our living Christ and His body on the earth, we are going to be fulfilling the prophecy Jesus spoke over us His disciples today, John 14:12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. KJV This is why I count my connection with ministries from this day forth no small thing but crucial to the purposes and plans God has for my life; the ministries I connected with in the past, the ministries I am connected with today and those ministries I will continue to connect with in the future. If I had not connected with the Billy Graham crusade that came to my town as a counselor, I would not have met my husband, Wayne. So God even has our own personal interests at heart when it comes to divine connections! Just this past week, I realized how important a ministry is my husband and I have joined that is a prophetic Christian investment group. My husband and I have gotten many prophetic words over the years that we were to be stewards of Gods Kingdom wealth. After we joined this group which is so about the Kingdom business, which I loved; then I started seeing how just joining this prophetic group I am developing my sensitivity to hearing God speak to me about finances and investing. I would not have had this greater sensitivity to God speaking to me about this sort of thing through songs, visions, dreams, etc. had we not connected to this group. I am so excited because this group teaches Kingdom principles and Kingdom living. A few years back I became so angry at all the deception of this world system and the stock market. To me it all was becoming a god to even the children of God and not the living God and the provision of His Kingdom! I just hated what I was seeing happen to Gods people with this worlds system making them so dependent on their jobs they couldnt live according to Gods Word and His plan for their lives because they had to depend on a job and this worlds system and they were getting farther and farther away from placing their faith in God and His Kingdom for provision and I was angry because of the bondage of debt many had gotten into because the world system preached to them debt was good. Now with this group being all about the Lords leading in investing and such it has become exciting. The Lord even gave me a song a few days ago and when Wayne and I watched the online Saturday morning meeting of this Christian investment club I found that the same song I had gotten from the Lord was the same song this groups leader had gotten this same week . Now with a group praying together, prophesying together and receiving words from the Lord together concerning investments; this just means this group anointing will flow more and more and more and more right decisions will be made. With this connection I am realizing the responsibility as the steward over the Kingdom wealth is serious business and I see things differently than I ever did before about this stewardship. I also love this group because they always begin with prayer and make confessions of Gods Word before the meetings, and you know if you have been around Gods Word Alive that confessions are important to me! How about when an investment group for the Kingdom speaks the Word? Wow! I heard a minister of God speak this one time, You can become a millionaire in a day. Now I believe that is possible even in a bad economy because when Gods people join together, are divinely connect together and seek God, anything can happen! I am reminded of the

words, Little is much when God is in it. This may seem like a small thing to the world but God always uses the foolish to confound the wise, He uses the weak, the little, the uneducated, the nobodies so that He gets all the glory and none can brag they did it. Praise our God! So I am excited with the divine connections I have made in the past and I am really excited with the divine connections I have today and will have tomorrow because I am encouraged and strengthened with these who have the passions and leadings of the Spirit of God that I have for that time, whether it be for a short time or long term. Let me pray for you a prayer for divine connections. Father, I pray for these who are reading this blog right now. I pray for divine connections for each of them. They will find the people, the ministries with the same passion you have placed in their hearts so that they too will be encouraged and empowered and be challenged as I have been to step out in the gifts and the calling you have given them. I pray this divine connection with my ministry here at Gods Word Alive will bring a love for You, Your Word, speaking the Word only over their lives, live in divine healing and divine health, receive the hope that is on these pages and on this ministry, that they live no longer as mere men/women out of the vanity of their minds but as the new man in Christ Jesus, in Christs righteousness and in the glory of God. Connecting to Gods Word Alive I pray they experience your presence, your power and your glory each visit. In the name of Jesus I sincerely pray this prayer. Amen and amen.
