In accordance with LAC 33:1II.211.B.l3.c the minimum minor modification fee is assessed, since there is no increase in
the capacity at the facility. Per LAC 33:1Il.211.A, the 25% NSPS surcharge is applied as the new BenFree Reboiler is
subject to NSPS Ja and the fugitives associated with the new BenFree Unit are subject to NSPS GGGa and NSPS VVa.
Additionally. the 10% Air Tories surcbarge is applied since some emission rates will increase by an amount greater than
the Minimum Emission Rate listed in Chapter 51.
Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT): If paying the permit application fee using an Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT), please
include the EFT Transaction Number, the Date that the EFT was made. and the total dollar amount submitted in the EFT.
