Week#11 Pro/E Demo Dimensioning the Drawing Adding Symbols and Text to the 0.625 hole Top View Select the 0.625 hole dimension RMB>Properties Select the Dimension Text tab Hit Enter after the @D to start a new line Click on the Text Symbol and select the appropriate symbols

? To switch a dimension to another view 1. Select the Dimension 2. RMB>Move item to view. Pick the new view ? Adding Surface Finish Symbols with a leader 1. Make the drawing active 2. Insert>Surface Finish>Retrieve 3. Open the Machined Folder and select no_value1.sym and Open 4. Select Leader On Entity - Arrowhead 5. Select edge where you require the surface finish symbol to be attached 6. OK Done 7. Pick where you require the surface finish label to be placed 8. OK Done Done Return 9. Click on the symbol to re-locate to a different position 10. For the double leader on the right view just select two edges
