Officer Requirements Template

An Officer within the Templar Brotherhood must meet these or exceed these guidelines in order to be vetted as an officer within our ranks. 1. Operations: Officers are required to run operations or fulfill leadership roles within operations on a twice weekly basis, for a total of four hours a week or more. -Applies to any type of Operations including Open or Private combat ops in game, Open or Private ops on Public Test Server, Open or Private Training on either server. -When running Open Squads, Squad and Platoon leaders will consistently relay all orders through Squad/Platoon chat in order to keep all non-outfit members on target with the Templar Squad/Platoon. -Secondary Squad/Platoon officer positions that should be filled/managed when running public or private ops are: Echo Officer, Recruitment Officer, all Squad Lead positions. 2. Training: Officers are required to participate in organized Outfit Training for all members, as well as a personal training program with a Templar Commander (Grand Master/Seneschal.) -Must attend group Outfit Training on a monthly basis (at least.) -Must attend Officer Training by Templar Commanders at least once. 3. Recruitment: Officers are expected to meet recruitment guidelines, through their own means or through the Recruitment Standards set forth by Templar Command (see Recruitment SOP.) -Initially, to be considered for officer status, a potential member must have 3 (three) recruits to their name, through referral/recruitment or direct join. -Must maintain recruitment standard of 3 (three) members a month, whether through in-game, website, referral, or direct recruitment. -Officers are expected to post in the Templar Recruitment thread on PS2 Recruitment Forums on a WEEKLY basis. This thread should always be at the top and have conversation/Templar propaganda on the most recent posts. -Officers are expected to pursue and maintain recruitment standards of their own initaitive, in whatever means possible. 4. Vetting: Officers will be appropriately vetted and certified by Templar Command and existing officers before being awarded rank. -Must run Operations session attended by Templar Command, Commanders will serve as regular soldiers in order to observe the Officer-in-Training fulfilling PL/SL roles.. -Existing Templar Officers will also be viewing and assisting Officers-in-Training, existing Templar Officers will have a say regarding vetting of Officers-in-Training -Officers-in-Training, of their own initiative, must fulfill all the above standards set forth before being considered for an Officer position with the Templar Brotherhood.
