This role is heavily client facing, excellent communication and presentation ski lls are a essential; the role is client based, but does allow for work from home and the consultancies offices (UK Wide). You will need to be mobile across the UK. The successful candidate will be a SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant with significant ECC and SCM implementation experience in the Upstream Oil and G as sector. The candidate will be expected to lead the design, build, test and su pport of SAP driven Supply Chain optimisation projects in the Oil and Gas sector as well as help further develop our wider SCM delivery capability. The candidate will have demonstrable experience of leading full lifecycle Upstre am IS-Oil SAP implementations, including Remote Logistics Management (RLM), as w ell as developing and winning sales opportunities in the sector. The candidate w ill also have a good understanding of the developing SAP Ecosystem, integration to relevant third party partner products, such as Maximo and Primavera, and will bring with them a strong network within SAP itself. Key Responsibilities * Working with our existing Oil and Gas clients to deliver SAP transformation pr ojects that support their business objectives. * Project management and team leadership of SAP solution delivery to our Oil and Gas clients, including working with our colleagues. * Sales proposal content development, project effort estimation and presentation of the same to prospective clients. * Regular contact with the Energy Utilities and Chemicals (EUC) Sector sales tea m to ensure that the Supply Chain Team is fully supportive of all relevant secto r sales activities * Describing best practice Oil and Gas Upstream Supply Chain business processes * Analysis of client legacy systems and business processes * Working effectively with client and consultancy teams, including influencing k ey business stakeholders and other team members The role requires an individual who can speak the language of our Upstream Oil a nd Gas customers and can help translate their requirements into successful sales propositions while retaining sufficient hands-on capability in the SAP product set to assist in the initial delivery of won once it has been won. Personal Profile We are looking for candidates with the following key skills and experience: * Demonstrable and successful leadership of SAP IS-Oil ECC and SCM implementatio n teams in the Upstream Oil and Gas sector is essential. Secondary experience in the Discrete Manufacturing or Utilities sectors would be an advantage.

* Demonstrable contribution to SAP related business development activity, specif ically writing and presenting proposals to prospective customers is essential. * Specific experience in SAP's Remote Logistics Module (RLM), Enterprise Asset M anagement, Project and Programme Management capabilities would be a distinct adv antage. * Knowledge of how to deliver integration with relevant third party products suc h as Maximo and Primavera is highly desirable. * Minimum of three full SAP project life cycles with at least two in a Team Lead or Project Management role is essential. * Strong communications skills are essential as is the ability to influence at a ll levels including team members working remotely. * SAP certification is desirable.
