Large crowds have been gathering, particularly during the weekends after 2 a.m. Police received a complaint of illegal liquor sales from this residence and began an investigation, said Saintsing. Liquor houses create a ripe environment for crime ranging from littering to homicide. These drug arrests are a prime example.
