Introduction
To understand all physical phenomena like material behavior under load,
transport of thermal energy, light, etc. one needs to know the laws that
govern these phenomena. Scientific hypotheses and theories attempt to
uncover these laws. The strength of a scientific theory is measured by its
ability to explain the phenomena plus its ability to predict the outcome from
certain input conditions such as the deformation of a certain material due to a
known value of an applied load.

Scientific theories that exist today are unable to explain all physical
phenomena. Some theories can explain 30% of the observations from a
certain phenomena and some may reach 40% but the fact remains today there
is no scientific hypothesis, theory, or law that can give a complete
explanation for all physical phenomena.

Allah Almighty has sent down the final revelation to mankind which is the
Noble Qur’an. Allah Almighty describes the Noble Qur’an in sorat Al-
Ana’m:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

38. There is not a moving (living) creature on earth, nor a bird that flies with
its two wings, but are communities like you. Allah (God) Almighty did not
leave anything out of the Noble Qur’an, then unto their Lord they (all) shall
be gathered.

Thus the conclusion is that the Noble Qur’an must contain the best science
and methodology to learn the law that governs His creation.

Allah Almighty states in the Noble Qur’an in sorat Al-Anbya:

5
The translation of the above verse (s) is:

30. Have not the disbelievers see that the havens and earth were one weaved
tapestry then Allah (God) Almighty split them apart and Allah (God)
Almighty made every living thing from water. Will they not believe?

From this Qur’anic verse the conclusion is that all living creatures which are
composed of matter (cells, hair, skin, bone, etc.) and energy (fluid
circulation, light transmission, muscle forces, etc.) are created with the same
structure of matter and energy that exist in water.

This study will show, Allah (God) Willing, that the Noble Qur’an contains
the law that governs energy and matter in the creation of Allah Almighty and
by knowing the mechanisms that govern energy and matter it is possible to
completely explain any physical phenomena. Therefore the Noble Qur’an
contains a complete explanation for all physical phenomena and there is no
other book on earth that contains this level of science.

6
Energy mechanics of water
1. Propagation of energy in water
Studying the mechanics of energy transfer in water will explain energy
transfer in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty since matter and energy in
the creation of Allah Almighty are created exactly like the matter and energy
of water. Allah Almighty states in the Noble Qur’an in sorat Al-Imran:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

Indeed there are signs in the heavens and the earth and in the variation of
night and day for those who understand.

If one examines how energy propagates when a stone is thrown in a pond,

the first matter that one notices is that the location where the stone hits the
water is like a source of energy. Furthermore, energy propagates in the form
of waves and one can’t help to notice the beautiful pattern by which waves
propagate from the energy source as concentric circles enlarging as they
move away from the energy source as shown in figure 1-1.

7
Stone dropping

Figure 1-1: Water waves generated due to the dropping of a stone in a water pond.

Figure 1 shows the propagation of water waves in two dimensions; this

picture can be extended to three dimensions where it can be concluded that
these circles comprise a sphere which will be called from this point forward
as the energy sphere. Whereas the energy density is maximum near the
source and decreases moving away from it as shown in figure 1-2.

Figure 1-2: Three dimensional view of the propagation of water waves.

8
2. Structural arrangement of water
Allah (God) Almighty states in the Noble Qur’an in sorat Al-Infitar that His
creation is generated in a process of assembly.

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

8. In whatever form Allah (God) willed He assembled you.

Thus it can be concluded that water is composed of basic structural elements,

the assembly of which generates the structure and function of water. It is also
stated in sorat Hud that Allah (God) Almighty created the heavens and earth
in six days and His thrown was on water.

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

7. And He created the heavens and the earth in six days and His thrown was
on water to test you to see the one that does the best of deeds. And if you say
that you will be resurrected after death, the disbelievers will say this is great
magic.

It is also stated in the Noble Qur’an that Allah (God) Almighty perfected
everything He created (sorat al-Naml):

9
The translation of the above verse (s) is:

88. And you see the mountains and you think that they are still whereas they
are passing by like the passing of clouds. The manufacturing by Allah (God)
Almighty who perfected everything He created. He is all knower about what
you do.

A very important fact is also stated in the Noble Qur’an in sorat Al-Qamar
that the creation of Allah (God) Almighty is discrete and not continuous:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

Allah (God) Almighty created everything in discrete proportions.

This means that energy and matter in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty
are composed of discrete amounts of energy and matter.

Linking the previous verses together, the following can be concluded:

Water is the first creation of Allah (God) Almighty which can be seen today.
The basic elements comprising water must be arranged in a hexagonal
packing arrangement such that Allah (God) Almighty shows humans a sign
which testifies that He created the heavens and the earth in six days. This
hexagonal packing arrangement for matter and energy is the optimal pattern
for energy and matter to be arranged in, since hexagonal arrangement covers
the maximum volume with minimum amount of material thus obtaining
optimal utilization of matter and energy.

The structure of water found from experiments is shown in figure 2-1. It is

worth mentioning that it is in perfect match with the conclusions from the
Noble Qur’an.

10
Figure 2-1: Hexagonal structural arrangement of water.

Since energy is created with the same structure and function of water it is
logical to conclude that all energy in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty
should have the following characteristics:

1. Composed of quantized amount of energy localized in space (i.e. energy

packets), exactly like water droplets.

2. These energy packets are arranged in a hexagonal packing arrangement

both lengthwise and widthwise as shown in figure 2-2. The arrangement of
water atoms has exactly the same arrangement of bee's habitation; this may
help in better visualization of water atoms in space. This correlates with the
statement of Allah (God) Almighty in the Noble Qur'an that He has created
every living thing from water (i.e. with the same design and function of
water).

3. Energy packets propagate in concentric circles away from the energy

source. These circles expand as they move away from the energy source
exactly like water waves.

11
Lengthwise Widthwise

Figure 2-2: Hexagonal structural arrangement of energy packets.

3. Water waves
Studying the first observation from the experiment stated in the previous
section, which is that energy propagates in the form of waves. A water wave
is generated when the stone causes a displacement of water molecules and
they accumulate in a form of a hill as shown in figure 3-1. This arrangement
gives water molecules energy due to their elevation above the surface of the
pond which can be thought of as a reference plane. Water molecules tend to
go back to the state they were created in (i.e. the reference), thus they start to
gain velocity and go down hill. The energy of water molecules gained due to
elevation which can be described as potential energy is transformed into
another form of energy which can be described as kinetic energy.

The movement of water molecules from the top of the wave downward
pushes the molecules adjacent to them and the process of energy
transformation from potential to kinetic is repeated.

12
Figure 3-1: The generation of a water wave.

It is worth noticing that the first displacement of water molecules is caused

by the stone thrown in the pond. The displacement of water molecules
adjacent to the stone causes the displacement of the water molecules adjacent
to them and the process of the transformation of potential to kinetic energy is
repeated and a water wave is the result. It can be concluded from the study of
the mechanics of water waves that a wave transports energy by the
transformation of potential to kinetic energy and vice versa.

The energy of water waves can be increased by either of the following:

1. Increasing the strength of the wind generating the water waves,

thereby increasing the amplitude of the wave. Such that the wave
delivers larger forces upon impacting a body.

2. Increasing the number of times the wind hits the water surface, thereby
increasing the number of water waves generated in a given unit of time
(i.e. increasing the frequency of water waves).

13
Another observation from the propagation of energy in water is that water
propagates as droplets (i.e. quantized amount of energy and matter) such that
within these droplets there are vibratory states (i.e. vibrational energy).

4. The basic unit of the structure of energy

To understand the structure and function of energy it is important to know
the basic building block of which energy is composed of. Consequently, the
assembly of these units will comprise the overall structure of energy. The
basic unit of energy is described fully in the Noble Qur’an where Allah
Almighty describes the structure of gravitational energy in sorat Al-Thariat:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

7. By the heavens which have weaved ropes and paths within it.
One of the main energies a person experiences on earth is a pulling force
towards the earth which is termed gravitational energy. Linking this
experience with the verse that states that the sky contained weaved ropes and
knowing that the main function of ropes is to develop tension and generate a
pulling force on bodies. Thus the above verse describes that the gravitational
field is composed of waved ropes as the basic structural element of the field.
Linking this conclusion with the verse in the Noble Qur’an in sorat Fatir
which states that the way of Allah (God) Almighty is constant in creation.

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

43. And you will not find any switching in the way of Allah (God) Almighty
and you will not find any deviation in the way of Allah (God) Almighty.

14
Thus the conclusion is that all forms of energy in the creation of Allah (God)
Almighty are composed of weaved ropes as the basic structural elements
comprising the energy field. The structure of energy weaved ropes as
described in the Noble Qur’an is shown in figure 4-1.

Weaved ropes

Figure 4-1: The basic building block of all energy fields in the creation of Allah (God)
Almighty.

5. Discrete structure of energy

The question now arises whether these weaved ropes are continuous (i.e.
having long continuous ropes from energy source to sink or discrete short
ropes) or discrete. The answer can be found in the verse stated previously in
the Noble Qur’an in sorat Al-Qamar where it is stated that everything in the
creation of Allah Almighty is created in discrete proportions. Thus it can be
concluded that the weaved ropes that make up the structure of energy are
discrete in space which indicates that the energy in the creation of Allah
Almighty is composed of discrete (quantized) packets of energy.

6. Structural organization of energy weaved ropes in space

Spatial organization of these weaved ropes in space can be known from the
Noble Qur’an where Allah (God) Almighty states that everything is created
from water. Thus the conclusion is that energy weaved ropes should be

15
arranged in a hexagonal packing arrangement both lengthwise and
widthwise. The same structural organization can be seen in another creation
of a living system which is described in sorat Al-Nahl:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

68. And your Lord inspired the bees to take their habitation in the mountains
and trees and in what they erect.

Allah Almighty highlights in this verse one of His creations which is the
habitation of bees. The structure of bee hives has unique hexagonal structural
organization of its walls. This hexagonal structural organization is the
optimal way for building the architecture of anything (energy and matter).

Thus having these weaved ropes in a hexagonal structural organization is the

optimal way of distributing energy in space since this organization ensures
that the maximum volume is covered with the least amount of material or
energy as shown in figure 6-1.

Figure 6-1: Structural organization of energy weaved ropes widthwise and lengthwise.

Lengthwise organization of these weaved ropes is also in a hexagonal

arrangement for the same reasons mentioned above as shown in figure 6-1.

16
Thus it can be concluded from the discussion presented so far that energy in
the creation of Allah Almighty has weaved ropes as the basic structural unit
and these units are organized lengthwise and widthwise in a hexagonal
packing arrangement.

7. Vibratory state of energy weaved ropes

It is stated in the Noble Qur’an that gravitational energy is in a vibratory
state in sorat Fussilt:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

39. And among Allah (God) Almighty signs that you see the earth barren and
when Allah sends down rain it vibrates and grows

This vibratory state of gravitational energy must come from the vibrations of
the basic building blocks of the gravitational field which are the weaved
ropes. Thus these ropes are not static but are in a dynamical vibratory state.
The vibrations of these ropes are exactly like the flow of water waves (i.e.
the vibrations of water droplets) such that each rope vibrates in exactly a
similar manner to the vibrations of water droplets in a water wave as shown
in figure 7-1.

17
Figure 7-1: Vibrations of a single rope of energy weaved ropes.

8. Modes of Vibrations of energy weaved ropes

Figure 8-1 shows the three ends of a single weaved rope which, as stated
previously, these ropes are in a vibratory state. The question now is to what
are the modes (shapes) of the vibrations of these weaved ropes. Knowing that
each rope should be in a vibratory state and plotting this on the same plane,
the result is shown in figure 8-1.

3rd mode of vibration

2nd mode of vibration

1st mode of vibration

Figure 8-1: Modes of vibrations for energy weaved ropes.

18
It is worth noticing that the three modes of vibrations for energy weaved
ropes map a hexagonal vibratory pattern as shown in figure 8-1.

9. The function of energy weaved ropes

The next logical question is about the function of these energy weaved ropes.
Since Allah (God) Almighty describes these basic building units of energy as
weaved ropes the logical conclusion is that they must perform the same
function as ropes which justifies their description as such.

The function of ropes is to develop tension between objects, thereby creating

an attraction between them. This explanation gives the reason why a person
located in the gravity field of the earth feels an attraction towards the earth
because of energy ropes pulling the person towards the earth and at the same
time pulling the earth towards the person but because of the mass difference
between the two, the person feels the effect more prominently than the earth.

The following examples are given to demonstrate the action of energy

weaved ropes:

10. Propagation of energy

As stated in the Noble Qur’an in sorat Al-Anbya:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

30. Haven’t the unbelievers see that the heavens and earth were one weaved
tapestry and Allah (God) Almighty split them apart and Allah (God) made
every living thing from water. Will they not believe?

The above verse states that Allah Almighty made every living thing from
water. Living creatures are made of matter through which energy propagates
to maintain the various functions of the living creatures. According to the
Noble Qur’an the propagation of all forms of energy needs to be exactly like
the propagation of energy in water.

Water propagates as droplets of matter such that each droplet contains a

certain amount of energy. Thus it can be concluded that energy propagates in

20
discrete amounts of energy (i.e. packets of energy). Such that within these
droplets of energy there are vibratory states (i.e. vibrational energy).

The amount of energy is dependent on the number of energy packets

(droplets) which propagate in a given interval of time. As energy packets
propagate they cause wave like deformations in the medium exactly like
water waves in the seas as shown in figure 10-1.

Figure 10-1: Propagation of energy packets like water waves.

Thus it can be concluded that energy exhibits the behavior of both waves and
energy particles. Energy behaves as a wave due to the propagation of energy
packets in an envelope which has the shape of a water wave and energy
behaves also as energy particles since each unit of energy is packed in a
confined location in space.

The pattern of energy propagation should be identical to that of the

propagation of water waves from an energy source. Such that if a stone is
dropped in a water pond then the pattern of energy propagation can be seen
as concentric circles of water waves emanating from the energy source which
is the site where the stone was dropped. Energy follows the same mechanics
in its propagation as stated in the Noble Qur’an that every living thing is

21
created from water (i.e. matter and energy should follow the same mechanics
of water).

It can be concluded that all forms of energy in the creation of Allah Almighty
have their energy weaved ropes arranged in a hexagonal pattern which is
contained in a spherical shape having the source of energy in its center (this
spherical shape comes about from the propagation of water waves away from
an energy source) as shown in figure 10-2.

Energy source

Figure 10-2: Distribution of energy weaved ropes in space.

The basic units of energy (i.e. energy weaved ropes) are organized in any
plane within the energy sphere as shown in figure 10-3.

Energy

Figure 10-3: Propagation of energy in space.

The amount of energy experienced by a materialistic object is mainly

proportional to the density of energy weaved ropes the object is experiencing
(i.e. the number of ropes divided by the volume the ropes cover). The density
of these ropes is in turn proportional to the proximity of the object to the
source of energy. Such that as the object gets closer to the source of energy
the more energy ropes are experience by the object (i.e. higher energy) and
as the object moves further from the source of energy the density of energy
weaved ropes decreases (i.e. lower energy).

Suppose that a materialistic object is placed close to the center of the sphere
of energy as shown in figure 10-4 then the amount of energy weaved ropes
acting on the object would be large since the density of the energy mesh is
large in this volume of space compared to the case when the object is placed
further from the source of energy since the density of the energy mesh is
small in that volume of space as shown in figure 10-5.

23
A materialistic object

Figure 10-4: An object placed near to the source of energy at the center of the energy
sphere.

A materialistic object

Figure 10-5: An object placed far from the source of energy at the center of the energy
sphere.

24
As seen in figures 10-4 and 10-5 the hexagonal arrangement of energy
weaved ropes is maintained throughout the energy sphere, however, the
distances between energy weaved ropes increases moving away from the
center of the sphere. This increase in the distances between energy weaved
ropes will reduce the density of energy in the volumes of space away from
the center of the sphere since density is defines as the number of energy
packets (i.e. energy quanta) divided by the volume they occupy. Thus
moving away from the center of the energy sphere the number of energy
weaved ropes contained within a certain volume of space would decrease
which would reduce the density of energy in the vicinity.

If each energy weaved rope is visualized for the purposes of illustration as a

dot then the density of these ropes can be seen as shown in figure 10-6.

Figure 10-6: The density of energy weaved ropes seen here as dots.

25
11. The interaction of energy weaved ropes with matter
It is important to understand the interaction of energy weaved ropes with
matter in its vicinity. Allah (God) Almighty gives the answer in the Noble
Qur’an in numerous verses where Allah Almighty tells humans that there are
signs in His creations in the heavens and the earth. The interaction of energy
with matter can be understood fully from studying the shape of the growth of
trees.

Allah (God) Almighty states in the Noble Qur’an in sorat Al-Rahman:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

10. And the earth Allah (God) almighty placed for His creations.

Linking this verse with the one mentioned previously which states that when
rain falls on the earth it vibrates and grows bringing forth plants and trees.
It can be concluded that the source of growth energy for trees emanates from
the earth which is gravitational energy (in the shape of energy weaved ropes
arranged in a hexagonal pattern).

Figure 11-1 shows a model for the interaction of gravitational energy with
the mass of a plant seed. It can be seen that energy weaved ropes are curved
in the presence of matter as shown in figure 11-1.

26
Curvature of
energy weaved
ropes

‫موقع بذرة‬
‫النبات‬

Figure 11-1: Interaction of gravitational energy with the mass of a plant seed.

Since the sunnah (way) of Allah (God) Almighty is constant in creation, then
the weaved ropes that comprise the structure of any energy will be curved in
the presence of matter. The number of weaved ropes harnessed by a certain
object depends primarily on the mass of the object which results from the
weight of the atoms the object is assembled from. For example, as the mass
of a plant seed increases it will harness more gravity ropes and thus the
energy skeleton the plant will grow upon will be larger and thus the plant
will be large and feels a stronger attractive force towards the earth. This
explains Allah (God) Almighty description for the sky as being a building
skeleton for His creation in sorat Ghafir:

The translation of the above verse is:

64. It is Allah (God) Almighty who made the earth as a place of settlement
and the heavens as a structure and He shaped you and perfected that shape

27
and He gave you bounties. That is Allah (God) Almighty your Lord, all
praise be to Allah (God) the Lord of all that exists.

12 The amount of energy experienced by an object

In general, it can be said that the amount of energy an object experiences is
related to the density of the energy weaved ropes interacting with the object
and is given by the following equation:

Number of energy weaved ropes

Amount of energy =
Area perpendicular to the orientation of energy weaved ropes
# of energy weaved ropes
E=
A

Thus if an object is placed near to an energy source the number of energy

weaved ropes will be large and, consequently, the energy harnessed by the
object will be high. As the object is placed further from the energy source the
number of energy ropes the object experiences decreases (i.e. the density of
energy weaved ropes decreases) and thus the energy harnessed by the object
will be lower than the first case.

13. Optimal ratio of the magnitude of energy and the area

experiencing this energy
A very important question in the design of load handling structures is the
optimal ratio between the magnitude of the applied force and the area
experiencing that force. The answer to this optimal ratio is given in clear
terms in the Noble Qur’an in sorat Al-Thariat:

The translation of the above verse is:

21. And in yourselves why don’t you look?

28
In this verse Allah (God) Almighty advices humans to look into themselves
(i.e. the design and creation of their bodies). The human body is a textbook
in optimal design. The optimal ratio between the energy and area
experiencing this energy can be found from the study of the design of the
human musculoskeletal system where the energy source in this case, skeletal
muscles, generate mechanical force in a hexagonal pattern as shown in figure
13-1.

Organization of energy producing

elements in skeletal muscles

Energy packets are produced in

a hexagonal pattern

Figure 13-1: Production of energy packets from skeletal muscles in a hexagonal packing
arrangement.

Structural elements in the human body (i.e. human bones) that transmit and
handle these forces are arranged in a hexagonal packing arrangement as
shown in figure 13-2.

29
Hydroxy apatite

Figure 13-2: Bone structure on the nano-scale.

Thus the energy produced from the muscles is received by a hexagonal

structure within human bone. It becomes clear that the optimal ratio between
the source of energy and the structural element handling this energy is one to
one (1:1). Such that the energy weaved ropes are transmitted as they are
generated from the energy source with no squeezing of the lines the energy
ropes follow. If squeezing of the paths energy weaved ropes occurs it will
produce unwanted additional stresses within the material and similarly no
expansion of these lines should occur because it will result in the use of
unnecessary additional material to handle the applied force.

14. The fabric of energy

It is stated in the Noble Qur’an that Allah (God) Almighty perfected
everything He created. Thus the optimal distribution of energy in space
would be a hexagonal pattern such that energy packets would flow along the
edges of this hexagonal fabric as shown in figure 14-1.

30
Figure 14-1: Fabric of energy and the flowing of energy within it.

The fabric of energy is described in the Noble Qur’an in sorat Al-Thariat

where Allah (God) Almighty describes the heavens as having weaved ropes
and paths within it. Along these paths in the heavens energy flows and they
are organized in a hexagonal pattern as shown in figure 14-1.

It should be noted that the hexagonal fabric of energy results from the
manner in which energy packets (quanta) flow. This fact is deduced from a
verse in the Noble Qur’an in sorat Al-Thariat:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

21. And in yourselves why don’t you look?

In which Allah (God) Almighty directs humans to look into themselves.

Examining the human body it is discovered that an aggregate of collagen
molecules arrange themselves in a hexagonal pattern. Thus the question now
arises as to how these molecules know to arrange themselves in this manner?

Each strand of a collagen molecule is in a vibratory state and due to its

piezoelectric property it generates an electrical field around each strand

31
which in turns generates a magnetic field along the axis of the individual
strand as shown in figure 14-2. The generated magnetic field is responsible
for the alignment of the molecules in a hexagonal arrangement both
lengthwise and widthwise.

Figure 14-2: Magnetic fields generated from collagen molecule.

The molecules are arranged in a hexagonal packing arrangement widthwise

by the repulsion of the strands to each other since they have similar poles
(North or south) as shown in figure 14-3. Lengthwise hexagonal arrangement
is done by the attraction of each strand to another (i.e. North to south pole
and vice versa), however, it should be noted that the magnetic field generated
from each strand is not parallel to the axis of the collagen molecule but it
leaves with an angle of 45 degrees from the longitudinal axis of the collagen
molecule as shown in figure 14-2. This 45 degrees angle makes the collagen
molecules that are attached lengthwise to the original molecules to shift from
the center of the original molecule. Which results in a hexagonal packing
arrangement for collagen molecules lengthwise as shown in figure 14-4.

15 Interaction of water waves

Studying the interaction of water waves will Allah (God) willing explain the
interaction of all forms of energy waves. The following cases for the
interaction of water waves will be studied:

33
Case 1: Two water waves propagating along the same direction having the
same amplitude, frequency, and are initiated at the same time (i.e. no phase
delay)
In this case it is noticed that the two waves will add to each other such that
the level of the resulting water wave will be doubled. This can be explained
by knowing that the amplitude of the water wave results from the energy
supplied to water droplets which will cause the accumulation of these
droplets and if there are two waves then the energy supplied to the water
droplets will be doubled and thus the amplitude will be doubled (i.e. the
number of water droplets will be doubled as well). Since the frequency and
phase of the two waves are identical then the added wave will have a shape
similar to the original wave but with an amplitude double that of the original
water wave as shown in figure 15-1.

Water wave 1
Generated water wave (1 + 2)

Water wave 2

Figure 15-1: Addition of two identical water waves.

Case 2: Two water waves propagating along the same direction, having the
same amplitude, with one wave having a frequency double the other, and are
initiated at the same time (i.e. no phase delay)

34
In this case two water waves are flowing along the same direction; however,
one wave has a frequency double the other as shown in figure 15-2. The
addition of the two waves results in a new wave having a new shape as
shown in figure 15-2. The shape of the wave resulting from the addition of
the two original water waves can be explained by noticing that at time equal
to 200 msec for example, wave 1 has a valley (i.e. water droplets are lower
than the surface of the pond) with an amplitude equal to the full amplitude of
the wave while wave 2 at the same time instant has a hill with half the
amplitude of the wave. The addition of the two waves means that the droplets
of water due to the effect of the first wave will attempt to go a full amplitude
below the surface of the pond while at the same time the same droplets
attempt to go above the surface of the pond by half the amplitude of the wave
(i.e. half the energy) due to the second wave.

The resultant is that water droplets will go below the surface of the pond by
half an amplitude. The same method of explanation applies to all points of
the newly generated water wave shown in figure 15-2.

Water wave 1 Newly generated water wave

Water wave 2

Figure 15-2: Addition of two water waves, one having double the frequency of the other.

35
Case 3: Two water waves propagating along opposite directions having the
same amplitude, frequency, and are initiated at the same time (i.e. no phase
delay)
This case presents the situation where two identical water waves collide with
each other. Water droplets will collide with each other and since the two
waves are identical (i.e. the energy content in each wave is the same) then the
two waves will be reflected such that the valleys and hills of the reflected
wave will have the same pattern as the incident wave, however, the reflected
wave is a mirror image of the incident wave. The reflected wave from each
wave will have the full power of the incident wave.

Case 4: Two water waves propagating along opposite directions having the
same amplitude, one having double the frequency of the other, and are
initiated at the same time (i.e. no phase delay)
If two water waves collide with each other with one of the waves having a
frequency double the other. In this case the time instances where the hills and
valleys for the two waves occur will not be the same. This will result in the
formation of a reflected wave and a transmitted wave. In this case the
reflected wave will have the shape as if the two incident waves are subtracted
from each other as shown in figure 15-3. The explanation for all the resulting
waves lays in the fact that depending on the value of the net energy working
on water molecules, they will be lifted above or lowered below the surface of
the water which can be thought of as the desired level water molecules want
to be in.

36
Figure 15-3: Subtraction of two water waves, one having double the frequency of the
other.

Note: Energy waves for all forms of energy in the creation of Allah (God)
Almighty follow the same mechanics of the interaction of water waves.
Case 5: Water waves hitting a rocky beach
Studying the case where water waves hit a barrier like for example rocks on
a rocky beach as shown in figure 15-4 explains all the mechanics of energy
when energy waves hit a barrier. The parameter that governs the response of
a rocky beach is the weight of its atoms. A water wave is composed of water
molecules having quantized amounts of energy and the rocky beach is
composed of heavy atoms and this result in the following features for the
rocky beach:

1. High density: Due to the large number of atomic gravity weaved

ropes of its atoms the atoms will be densely packed.

2. High stiffness: The large number of atomic gravity weaved ropes will

result in high stiffness for the material comprising the rocky beach.

37
Having a high density for the rocky beach results in the fact that most of the
water droplets will be reflected and very few will be transmitted into the
rocks. The high stiffness of the rocks ensure that most of the energy
contained within the water droplets is reflected back and thus the reflected
wave will have the major part of the energy contained within the incident
wave.

The difference in energy between the energy of the incident and reflected
waves represents the energy contained in the wave transmitted within the
rocks as shown in figure 15-5.

Figure 15-4: Water waves hitting a barrier.

38
Figure 15-5: Water waves hitting a rocky beach.

Case 6: Water waves hitting a sandy beach

A sandy beach is composed of light atoms. Based on this it will have the
following properties:
1. Low density: Due to the small number of atomic gravity weaved

ropes; the atoms will be loosely packed.

2. Low stiffness: The small number of atomic gravity weaved ropes

between the atoms comprising the sand causes the stiffness of the sand
to be low.
The above properties results in the fact that the transmitted wave within
the sand contains the majority of the energy of the incident wave. The
reflected wave will have a small amount of energy. This case is shown in
figure 15-6.

1. Structure of matter
When, for example, someone wants to convince another that he knows
everything in a certain book he would say that I know every letter in the
book. The person will not say that he knows the title of every chapter
because that will not convince the other person that he knows the book
thoroughly. What would convince him is that if the person knows every
single letter in the book which is the basic building block of the book.

In the Noble Qur’an Allah Almighty states in sorat Yonus:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

61. Whatever state you are in and whatever portion of the Qur’an you recite
and whatever deed you do, Allah (God) Almighty is a witness over you when
you are performing that action. And not the weight of an atom in the heaven
and earth is hidden from your Lord and not smaller or larger than that except
that is written in a clear book.

The fact that not even the weight of an atom is hidden from Him in the
heavens and in the earth. Thus Allah Almighty states the fact that not even
the basic building unit of His creation is hidden from Him. This statement
highlights the following points:

1. The basic building block of all matter is what Allah (God) Almighty

describes as Thara ( ) translated into English as an atom.

41
2. The most important property of the Thara (atom) is its weight, since

Allah (God) Almighty links this property to the atom and not other
properties like shape, color, etc.

2. Structure of the atom

The exact details for the internal structure of the atom can be known from the
Noble Qur’an as follows:

Allah (God) Almighty states in the Noble Qur’an that He has created seven
heavens one on top of the other in sorat Fussilt:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

12. Then Allah (God) Almighty created seven heavens in two days and He
inspired the state of each heaven. And Allah (God) Almighty adorned the
lowest heaven with lamps and objects that protect. This is the decree of the
Almighty, the All-Knower.

Linking this verse with the fact that the way of Allah (God) Almighty in
creation is constant, thus it is the modality of Allah (God) Almighty to create
a central object surrounded by seven heavens. Thus the atom should have a
central object surrounded by seven heavens or layers as shown in figure M2-
1.

3. Objects in the seven heavens of the atom

Allah (God) Almighty states in the verse mentioned in the previous section
that He has ordained in each heaven its state and that Allah (God) Almighty
created objects in the heavens like lamps (i.e. light producing objects) and
protectors (i.e. maintaining the structural integrity of the space they are in).
Thus it can be concluded that the objects in the heavens of the atoms should
be light-producing elements and maintaining the structural integrity of the
atom and its heavens.

4. Structure of the objects in the seven heavens of the atom

Allah (God) Almighty describes the sun in the Noble Qur’an in sorat Al-
Naba as the wick of an oil lamp which is glowing:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

13. And Allah (God) Almighty made a glowing wick.

Since the sun is an object in the heaven then the objects in the heavens of the
atom should have the same structure as the wick of an oil lamp. The shape of

43
a wick of an oil lamp is exactly like the shape of weaved ropes as shown in
figure M4-1. Thus the first conclusion regarding the objects in the heavens of
the atom is that they are materialistic objects having a defined and
predetermined mass.

‫الجججسام حول نواة الذرة‬

Objects around the
nucleus in the heavens

Figure M4-1: The internal structure of the objects in the heavens of the atom.

5. Motion of the objects in the seven heavens of the atom

Allah Almighty states in the Noble Qur’an in sorat Al-Anbya:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

33. And He (Allah (God) Almighty) created the night and day and the sun
and the moon. Each is floating in its orbit.

That the sun and moon are not static but performing an orbital motion. Thus
the objects in the seven heavens are not static but performing orbital motion
about the nucleus of the atom.

44
6. Shape of the nucleus of the atom
The question now arises regarding the shape of the object in the center of the
atom (i.e. the nucleus). The shape of the nucleus is given in perfect detail in
the Noble Qur’an where Allah (God) Almighty describes in sorat Naziat:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

30. And the earth after that it is made like the shape of an egg.

That the shape of the earth is similar to the shape of an ostrich egg which has
a geospherical shape. Thus it can be concluded that the nucleus of the atom
should be geospherical in shape.

7. Status of the nucleus of the atom

The question now arises about the status of the nucleus of the atom whether
it is static or dynamic. The answer can be found in the Noble Qur’an in sorat
Al-Naml:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

88. And you see the mountains and you think they are standing still,
however, they are passing by as clouds. The manufacturing of Allah (God)
Almighty who perfected everything He created. He is
All knower about what you do.

In the above verse Allah (God) Almighty states that when you see the
mountains, which are objects in the heavens of the earth, you think that they

45
are standing still. It is worth noticing that Allah (God) Almighty used the
word (think) and not a word like (they are) which indicates that the
mountains are not standing still. However, how can a person think that they
are standing still?

The only way this can happen is if the mountains are rotating with the same
angular speed as the person who is viewing them. Thus it can be concluded
that the earth is performing a spinning motion about its axis.

The reason a person sees the clouds moving is that the wind supplies the
clouds with additional energy which gives the clouds an increase in their
angular speed and thus the difference in angular speeds between the person
looking at the clouds and the clouds results in the person seeing the clouds
moving.

Another verse which sheds light on the status of the nucleus of the atom is
the following verse in sorat Al-Zumor:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

5. He (Allah (God) Almighty) has created the heavens and the earth with
truth. He makes the night to go in the day and makes the day to go in the
night. And He has subjected the sun and the moon. Each running (on a fixed
course) for an appointed term. Verily, He is the All-Mighty, the Oft-
Forgiving.

In this verse Allah (God) Almighty states that He merges the night into the
day and the day into the night. However, the description given for this merge

46
is that of a somewhat spherical shape being rotated to accomplish the task.
Thus it can be concluded that the nucleus of the atom is doing a spinning
motion about its axis.

The nucleus of the atom is also vibrating about its centroid. This conclusion
is found from the following verse in sorat Fussilt:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

39. And among Allah (God) Almighty signs that you see the earth barren and
when Allah sends down rain it vibrates and grows

Thus the conclusion is that the nucleus should be in a vibratory state about its
centroid.

8. Number of objects in the heavens of the atom

It is stated in the Noble Qur’an that Allah (God) Almighty ordained the order
in each heaven. This order for the atom is the number of objects in each
heaven and the number starts from one object in the first heaven to 114
objects in all seven heavens. The reason for stating that the number of objects
in atomic orbital should have a maximum number of 114 is the correlation
between the way of Allah (God) Almighty in creation and the order in which
the Noble Qur’an is revealed which contains 114 chapters (sorah). It is worth
mentioning that the atoms created in their original form should have a
maximum of 114 objects in their heavens and this does not apply to hybrid
atoms which are fed objects in their heavens using various techniques.

47
9. Energy within the seven heavens of the atom
The seven heavens do not only contain objects that are described as lamps
and protectors (maintaining the integrity of the atom) but also as stated in the
Noble Qur’an in sorat Al-Thariat:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

7. By the heavens which have weaved ropes and paths within it.
That the heavens contain weaved ropes and since the way of Allah (God)
Almighty in creation is constant which reflects the oneness in the Creator
Allah Almighty, then the heavens of the atoms should contain energy weaved
ropes in it.

This conclusion could be thought of as the seven heavens of the atom having
a fabric composed of weaved ropes of energy organized in a hexagonal
arrangement lengthwise and widthwise, and within this fabric the objects
which are lamps and protectors perform orbital motion.

10. Stability of the atom

Allah (God) Almighty states in the Noble Qur’an that His creation is in a
state of balance. In sorat Al-Hijr:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

19. And the earth Allah (God) Almighty has spread and placed therein
objects that stabilize its crust (i.e. mountains) and He has grown in it from
everything in a perfect state of balance.

It is stated that everything in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty is in a

state of balance. Balance is a main feature in the creation of Allah (God)

48
Almighty. Thus the atom should be in a state of balance which means that
since the objects in the heavens of the atom are performing orbital motion
then the forces acting on these objects in the radial direction should be equal
in magnitude and opposite in direction as shown in figure M10-1.

Figure M10-1: Balance of the atom

Force (2)
Object in the heaven
of the atom

Force (1)

Direction of
orbital motion

Nucleus

The two forces shown in figure M10-1 are acting on the objects in the
heavens of the atom. Force (1) represents the pulling force on the orbiting
object due to atomic weaved ropes in the heavens of the atom trying to pull
the object towards the nucleus and force (2) is the outward centrifugal force
trying to drive the object away from the nucleus out of its orbit. For the atom
to be in state of balance and stability as described in the Noble Qur’an then
these two forces must be equal in magnitude and opposite in direction. Thus

49
it can be concluded that the energy responsible for the stability of the atom is
the gravitational force resulting from the action of atomic weaved ropes in
the heavens of the atom.

11. Absorption of energy by matter

One can conclude from the Noble Qur’an that the energy in the creation of
Allah (God) Almighty is composed of weaved ropes vibrating at certain
frequencies. Taking the case where these weaved ropes of energy are incident
on matter which is in turn composed of atoms having objects with the shape
of a wick of an oil lamp orbiting the nucleus. In this case energy will be
absorbed by matter. More precisely energy will be absorbed by the objects
orbiting the nucleus. Allah (God) Almighty states in the Noble Qur’an that
He created everything in a perfect state in sorat Al-Naml:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

88. And you see the mountains and you think it is standing still whereas it is
passing by like clouds. The manufacturing of Allah (God) Almighty who
perfected everything. He is All-Knower about what you do.
Thus it can be concluded from the Noble Qur’an that energy absorption
should occur with no loss. For this to occur, there should be a perfect match
between the structure of the incident weaved rope which can be expressed by
the frequency of the weaved rope which defines the locations of the hills and
valleys in the structure of the weaved rope and between the locations of the
hills and valleys in the structure of the objects orbiting the nucleus which has
the shape of a wick of an oil lamp as shown in figure M11-1.

increase in the amplitude of hills and valleys of the ropes (i.e. more tension in the
ropes comprising the structure of the objects orbiting the nucleus of the atom))

Figure M11-1: Perfect absorption of energy by matter.

This state of energy absorption with no loss can be termed as resonance

energy absorption. Thus the Noble Qur’an contains the full explanation for
resonance phenomenon.

12. The energy that drives the objects in the heavens of the
atom
The objects in the heavens of the atom are performing orbital motion; and for
this to happen the objects need a source of energy. The question now is about
the source of this energy? The answer is found in the Noble Qur’an where
Allah (God) Almighty describes vibrational energy as the energy that drives
the growth in His creation (i.e. vibration in a bio medium which provides the
energy for its growth). Taking this concept and applying it to the objects
orbiting the nucleus of the atom, it becomes clear that the energy that drives
their active state (analogues to growth) must be vibrations in their structure.

51
Since these objects have a shape similar to the wick of an oil lamp; the
vibrations of their structure will be similar to vibrating strings and water
waves as shown in figure M12-1.

Vibrations within the structure of the

object orbiting the nucleus provides the
energy for its movement

Figure M12-1: Vibrations of the objects orbiting the nucleus of the atom.

The energy of the objects orbiting the nucleus can be increased by increasing
the amplitude of their vibrations. This can be achieved by an incident energy
weaved rope (the basic building block of all energy) from an electric,
magnetic, or thermal, etc. energy source. Incident energy weaved ropes will
cause an increase in the amplitude of the vibrations of the object orbiting the
nucleus by resonance energy absorption (i.e. perfect match between the
frequency of incident energy weaved ropes and the frequency of the structure
of the objects orbiting the nucleus).

An increase in the amplitude of the vibrations of the objects orbiting the

nucleus will cause an increase in their kinetic energy, thus increasing their
orbiting speed. Likewise, taking away energy from the orbiting objects will
cause a decrease in their kinetic energy which will lower their orbiting speed.
An increase in the speed of the objects orbiting the nucleus will increase the
spinning speed of the nucleus, and a decrease in their speed will decrease the
spin of the nucleus.

52
13. Radial movement of the objects in the heavens of the
atom
Allah (God) Almighty states in the Noble Qur’an that He knows what enters
the earth; what comes forth from it; what descends in the heavens and what
ascends to them in sorat Saba:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

2. He knows that which goes into the earth and that which comes forth from
it, and that which descend from the heaven and that which ascends to it. And
He is the Most Merciful, the Off-Forgiving.

Allah (God) Almighty describes the movement in the heavens as objects

ascending to, and descending from them. Thus the objects in the heavens of
the atom should be able to perform radial motion descending to a lower
heaven and ascending to a higher one.

Thus the objects in the heavens of the atom perform an orbital motion in
addition to the ability to descend and ascend between the heavens as deduced
from the Noble Qur’an. For an object orbiting the nucleus in the first heaven
to ascend to the second heaven it needs energy. And as stated in the Noble
Qur’an; the energy in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty is in the form of
vibrations. Thus the object needs to absorb vibrating energy weaved ropes to
increase its kinetic energy, thereby increasing its orbiting speed which results
in a larger centrifugal force. However, due to this increase in the orbiting
speed the spinning speed of the nucleus will also increase resulting in more
gravitational weaved ropes linking the object orbiting the nucleus to the
nucleus. The nucleus remains stable after the resonant absorption of incident

53
energy since the increase in the centrifugal force is met by an increase in the
gravitational pull on the object orbiting he nucleus.

In a similar manner, if an object orbiting the nucleus in the second heaven

loses some of its vibratory energy, its kinetic energy will decrease resulting
in a decrease in the orbiting speed of the object which will cause a decrease
in the spinning speed of the nucleus which in turn will reduce the
gravitational weaved ropes emanating from it and thus the pull on the object
orbiting the nucleus also decreases resulting in a stable configuration for the
atom.

14. Are the objects in the heavens of the atom matter or

energy?
The question arises to whether the objects orbiting the nucleus are matter or
energy? The answer can be found in the Noble Qur’an where Allah (God)
Almighty describes the objects in the heavens as matter having the shape of a
wick of an oil lamp. Thus the answer to the question is that these objects are
matter having the shape of waves. The objects in the heavens of the atom can
behave as particles since they are matter and can behave as waves due to
their wavy structure.

15. Stable configuration of the atom

Allah (God) Almighty created the atoms in stable configurations. Each atom
is in a state of balance between the weight of the nucleus, its spin, number of
objects in the heavens of the atom, and their orbital speed. Let us take as an
example an atom having one object in its heaven which is termed hydrogen
atom. The mass of the nucleus is in just the right weight so that when the
object in the heaven of the atom starts performing orbital motion there is a
balance between the pull of atomic gravity weaved ropes produced due to the

54
spinning of the nucleus and the centrifugal force resulting from the orbital
motion of the object in the heaven of the atom.

Every atom will attempt to maintain this balance by giving away the
absorbed energy or harnessing energy from the environment (if energy is
taken away from the object in the heaven of the nucleus).

16. The orbiting speed of the objects in the heavens of the

atom
The question now arises whether all the objects in the heavens of the atom
have the same orbiting speed or different speeds? The answer is to be found
in the Noble Qur’an where it has been established that the energy that
governs the dynamics of the atom is gravitational energy in the form of
weaved ropes emanating due to the spinning of the nucleus. Figure M16-1
shows a plot for the density of these ropes. Which shows that the density of
these ropes is highest in the first heaven. Thus an object in the first heaven
will be subjected to a larger number of atomic gravity weaved ropes which
cause it to feel a stronger pulling force towards the nucleus. For this object to
be stable (as it is the way of Allah (God) Almighty in creation) it should have
a faster orbiting speed to generate a larger centrifugal force to counterbalance
the gravity force. Likewise an object in the seventh heaven of the atom will
experience a smaller number of gravity ropes; thus its speed will be lower in
order to generate a centrifugal force in the right amount to counterbalance
the gravitational pull. Table 1 shows a comparison between the orbiting
speeds of the objects in the heavens of the atom as deduced from the Noble
Qur’an.

55

17. The importance of the weight of the atom

Allah (God) Almighty states in the Noble Qur’an that not even the weight of
an atom is hidden from Him in the earth and the heavens. When Allah (God)

56
Almighty states a promise in the Noble Qur’an with a reference to a certain
object such as the weight of an atom the object linked with the promise of
Allah (God) Almighty is always of paramount importance. It will become
clear Allah (God) willing that the weight of the atom governs all of the
properties of atoms and their mechanics. It is worth noticing that Allah
(God) Almighty linked the weight of the atom when describing the atom and
not any other property like its shape, color, etc. Thus it can be concluded that
the weight of the atom is the most importance property that governs atomic
dynamics.

The importance of the weight of the atom can be stated in the following
points:

1. Stability of the atom:

The weight of the nucleus is in just the right amount such that as the
nucleus spins it generates gravity weaved ropes in the right number to
generate a pull on the objects orbiting the nucleus which is equal to the
centrifugal force trying to push the objects out of their orbit.

2. Atomic bonding:
Allah (God) Almighty states in the Noble Qur’an in sorat Al-Baqara:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

256. There is no compulsion in religion. Verily, the Right Path has
become distinct from the wrong path. Whoever disbelieves in the lies of
Satan and believes in Allah (God) Almighty, then he has grasped the most

57
fixed knot that will never break. And Allah (God) Almighty is All-Hearer,
All-Knower.

In this verse Allah (God) Almighty describes the bond that is created in
His creation either spiritual or physical bond is like the tightening of
ropes to create a knot. Thus it can be concluded that the bonds between
atoms to construct matter is what Allah (God) Almighty describes as
knots created by linking of ropes as shown in figure M17-1.

Figure M17-1: Atomic bonding between two atoms by the creation of knots between
atomic gravity weaved ropes of each atom.

Atomic gravity weaved ropes are arranged in a hexagonal pattern which

means that every knot that is created between atoms has a minimum of three
ropes involved in its creation. The heavier the atom is, the more gravity ropes
there are in its heavens and thus when this atom links with another the knot

58
will be stronger because of the increased number of gravity weaved ropes
involved in making the knot.

Once a knot is created as described in the Noble Qur’an it will be strong and
stable such that it will resist any force that attempts to break it such as a
tensile force trying to pull the two atoms apart. The resistance to the tensile
force trying to break the knot can be understood by saying that a certain
amount of force is needed to break the link between atomic gravity weaved
ropes involved in making the atomic bond.

3. The amount and rate of energy flow from and to the atom
A heavy atom indicates that the number of electrons orbiting its nucleus is
large and the size of the nucleus is large as well. The large number of
orbiting weaved ropes means that the atom can harness many of the incident
energy weaved ropes and thus a material made up of heavy atoms can absorb
large amounts of incident energy. Similarly heavy atoms can give off large
amounts of energy due to the large numbers of orbiting weaved ropes (i.e.
electrons).

The rate of energy flow (i.e. number of energy weaved ropes per unit time) to
and from the atom depends mainly on the weight of the atom. Such that
heavy atoms give off large number of energy weaved ropes compared to light
atoms and thus if the rate of energy flow to and from light and heavy atoms
is measured then heavy atoms will generate larger energy flow rates
compared to light atoms.

18. The flow of matter

It is stated in the Noble Qur’an in sorat Ghafir:

59
The translation of the above verse (s) is:
7. Those (angels) who bear the Throne (of Allah (God) Almighty) and those
around it glorify the praises of their Lord, and believe in Him, and ask
forgiveness for those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah (God)) (saying):
"Our Lord! You comprehend all things in mercy and knowledge, so forgive
those who repent and follow Your Way, and save them from the torment of
the blazing Fire.

That the mercy of Allah (God) Almighty is the basis of His creation such that
the requirements to achieve mercy are the basic specifications for the
creation of Allah (God) Almighty. As a mercy requirement matter should
flow along the easiest path. This conclusion is further strengthened in the
verse in sorat Al-Nahl:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

69. "Then, eat of all fruits, and follow the ways of your Lord made easy (for
you)." There comes forth from their bellies, a drink of varying color wherein
is healing for men. Verily, in this is indeed a sign for people who think.

60
Which states that the Almighty made the ways of the bees easy for them.
Linking this verse with the one that states that the way of Allah (God)
Almighty is constant, thus it can be concluded that matter should always
flow along the easiest path.

The question now arises as to the definition of the easiest path for the flow of
matter. The answer to this question is found in the Noble Qur’an by linking
the following verses. The first being the one that states that Allah (God)
Almighty created everything in a predetermined measures in sorat Al-
Furqan:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

2. He (Allah (God) Almighty) to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens
and the earth, and Who has begotten no son (children or offspring) and for
Whom there is no partner in the dominion. He has created everything, and
has measured it exactly according to its due measurements.

Applying this to the distribution of matter which is known to have a

hexagonal distribution pattern as concluded from the previous discussion, the
predetermined measures in this case are the distances between atoms
comprising the hexagonal structure of matter. This predetermined measure all
matter strives to maintain it.

Thus the easy path for matter is the one that keeps the distances between the
atoms at the predetermined measure (i.e. the distances on which matter was
created) such that no squeezing of the atoms occurs.

For example if a stream of atoms is flowing within a conduit and it reaches a

branch where the area of one side of the branch is two thirds that of the inlet

61
and the other side is one third the area of the inlet then the mercy mechanism
integrated in the creation of matter in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty
necessitates that two thirds of the quantity of the atoms flow within the
branch whose area is two thirds that of the inlet because in this case no
squeezing of the distances between the atoms will occur.

Thus the stream of atoms can sense the easy path by the squeezing of the
atoms and so the path that does not reduce the distances between adjacent
atoms is seen as an easy path for the flow of matter. The example given here
is shown graphically in figure M18-1.

Figure M18-1: Mercy mechanism in the flow of matter in the creation of Allah (God)
Almighty.

62
Derivation of the law that governs the flow of energy and matter in the
creation of Allah (God) Almighty

The law that governs the flow of energy and matter when branching occurs
can be derived from the verse 69 in sorat Al-Nahl which states that Allah
(God) Almighty made His creation to follow the easy paths laid down form
them. Thus energy and matter will flow along the easiest paths which are the
paths that do not distort the hexagonal structural arrangement of energy and
matter. This distortion can occur due to various reasons such as, if the path
compresses the energy or matter that flows within it or if the path skews the
arrangement of the atoms.

Referring to figure M18-1 the ratio upon which the flow divides when
branching occurs is composed of two main ratios; the first being the ratio due
to the squeezing of the hexagonal structure of matter and energy. This ratio is
mainly determined by the change in the cross sectional area which the matter
and energy see. The flow divides proportionally to this ratio. The second
ratio is due to the distortion that the conduit introduces to the hexagonal
pattern of matter and energy. The flow divides inversely proportional to the
second ratio. In mathematical terms the above discussion is shown below:

1
Ratio governing flow division = Ratio due to squeezing ×
Ratio due to distortion
Area of branch 1
= ×
Area of inlet Re sis tan ce of branch
Re sis tan ce of inlet
Area of branch Re sis tan ce of inlet
= ×
Area of inlet Re sis tan ce of branch

Applying the above equation to the case shown in figure M18-1, the ratio of
inlet flow entering branch 1 is given by:

63
A1 Rinlet
Ratio of flow entering branch 1 = ×
A in R1
A2 Rinlet
Ratio of flow entering branch 2 = ×
A in R2

The resistance of the path stated in the above equations can be a resistance
due to friction, fluidic friction, electrical, magnetic, etc.

Example: Suppose that the area of the inlet branch (Ain) = 1 m2 , the area of

2 2 1
branch 1 (A1) = m , area of branch 2 = m 2 , resistance of inlet branch (Rin)
3 3
= 1, resistance of branch 1 (R1) = 2, and the resistance of branch 2 (R2) = 0.5.
Calculate the ratio of the flow of matter or energy governing the flow of
matter and energy in branch 1 and 2?

Answer: The flow through the first branch can be calculated as follows:

2
A R 1 1
Ratio of flow in branch 1 = 1 × in = 3 × =
A in R1 1 2 3

The above ratio indicates that one third of the flow will go in branch 1. The
ratio of the flow through the second branch is given by:

1
A R 1 2
Ratio of flow in branch 2 = 2 × in = 3 × =
A in R2 1 0.5 3

Which means that two thirds of the flow will go in branch 2.

19. How to derive the laws that govern energy and matter in
the creation of Allah (God) Almighty from the Noble Qur’an
Allah (God) Almighty states that He has disseminated, explained, and
detailed everything in His creation in full in sorat Al-Isra:

64
The translation of the above verse (s) is:

12. And Allah (God) Almighty has appointed the night and the day as two
signs. Then, Allah (God) Almighty has made dark the sign of the night while
He has made the sign of day illuminating, that you may seek bounty from
your Lord, and that you may know the number of the years and mathematics.
And Allah (God) Almighty has disseminated, explained, and detailed
everything in full.

From the above verse it can be concluded that everything in the creation of
Allah (God) Almighty is governed by a law. This law disseminates and
details the behavior of the system. The basic technique to derive laws that
govern any phenomenon in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty is given in
the Noble Qur’an in sorat Al-Rahman:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

7. And the heaven He has raised high, and He has set up the Balance.

Also it is stated in the Noble Qur’an that everything in the creation of the
Almighty is in a state of balance. Thus from these verses it can be concluded
that all the inputs to a system must equal all the outputs from it for the
system to be in a state of balance. For example if the input to a system is in
the form of mechanical vibrations then the sum of the outputs which could be
mechanical vibrations, thermal energy, acoustic energy, etc. must equal the

65
amount of energy contained in the input to the system for the system to be in
a state of balance. This is shown graphically in figure M19-1.

Figure M19-1: The method to derive any law that governs any phenomenon in the
creation of Allah (God) Almighty.

The factors that affect the relationship between the input and output can be
thought of as the weight that balances the two sides of the scale as shown in
figure M19-2.

Figure M19-2: Basic technique to derive laws governing various phenomena from the
Noble Qur’an.

66
The technique shown graphically in figure M19-2 to derive the laws that
govern any phenomenon in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty can be
explained as follows:

Firstly the input(s) to a system and output(s) are identified, and then the
parameters affecting the output are placed on the side of the scale containing
the input(s) to the system. If the parameter increases the output then it is
placed in the numerator and if it decreases the output it is placed in the
denominator such that if a parameter increases the output by say 10% and a
parameter decreases the output by 5% then dividing these two parameters
results in a net increase in the output which is equal to 5%. The basic premise
of this technique is that once a phenomenon is fully understood then the
parameters linking the output to the input can be fully identified and the
relationship between these parameters can be established.

20. The concept of a constant and variable energy fields

Allah (God) Almighty states in the Noble Qur’an that He created every living
thing from water. Thus matter and energy will flow in a similar manner to the
flow of water. Thus to understand the flow of energy it is necessary to study
the flow of water.

With respect to the flow of water; water can flow with a constant flux which
means that water molecules which are arranged in a hexagonal pattern flow
at a constant rate while keeping in mind that each water molecule is
performing a vibratory motion similar to the vibrations of a string. This
constant rate does not mean that water is continuous but rather it means that
it is discrete (discrete molecules) flowing at a constant speed.

Water also can flow at a variable speed such as water waves in the ocean
resulting from wind energy. Such that according to the speed of the wind the
speed of the flow of water molecules can vary.

67
Energy behaves in exactly a similar manner to that of water. Such that energy
flux can flow with constant and variable speed. Keeping in mind that energy
is always discrete and the constant and variable rates of energy flow
represent the number of energy packets (quanta) crossing a certain distant in
a given unit of time. This discussion is illustrated graphically in figure M20-
1.

Figure M20-1: Constant and variable rates of energy flow.

21. Why atoms take in and give off energy (thermal,

electrical, acoustic, etc.)?
Allah (God) Almighty created everything in a predetermined state as stated
in the Noble Qur’an in sorat Al-Furqan:

68
The translation of the above verse (s) is:
2. He (Allah (God) Almighty) to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens
and the earth, and Who has begotten no son (children or offspring) and for
Whom there is no partner in the dominion. He has created everything, and
has measured it exactly according to its due measurements.

Also Allah (God) Almighty states in the Noble Qur’an the following
regarding His creation in sorat Al-Rum:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

30. So set you (O Muhammad SAW) your face towards the religion of pure
Islamic Monotheism Hanifa (worship none but Allah Alone). Allah's Fitrah
(i.e. Allah's creation state which He has created humans upon). There is no
alteration in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty, that is the valued religion,
but most of people do not know.

In the above Qur’anic verse Allah (God) Almighty states that He has created
His creation in a state which can be best described as a creation state. Then
Allah (God) Almighty describes that there can not be any alteration in the
creation of Allah (God) Almighty. The creation state for any creature consists
of the design, function, energy levels, color, and other parameters which
describe the creature.

In order to ensure that there are no alterations in creation, Allah (God)

Almighty integrated certain mechanisms into all of His creatures such that if

69
a certain parameter is altered these mechanisms will start to function in order
to return the parameter to the value it was created in. For example if there is
excess energy in the creature (i.e. more than the energy level the creature was
created in) then these mechanisms will ensure that the creature gives off the
extra energy to return to the creation state.

These predetermined states of the atoms can be understood as that atoms

have creation states with certain predetermined parameters such as:

a. Vibration amplitude and frequency for weaved ropes (i.e. electrons)

orbiting the nucleus: Allah (God) Almighty when He created the atom
gave each weaved rope orbiting the nucleus a predetermined vibrational
amplitude and frequency which in turn determine the orbiting speed of the
electron and the centrifugal force trying to derive the electron out of its
orbit.

b. Rotational speed for the nucleus of the atom: The nucleus of the atom is

given a predetermined rotational speed which determines the vibrational

amplitude and frequency of atomic gravity weaved ropes within the
heavens of the atom. This in turn determines the pulling force the nucleus
exerts on the orbiting electrons.

There is a perfect state of balance between the pulling force of the nucleus
and the centrifugal force of orbiting electrons such that the pulling force is
equal in magnitude and opposite in direction to the centrifugal force of
orbiting electrons. Atoms are always striving to maintain these creation or
reference states such that:

- If there is an increase in the vibratory energy of the electrons then this

would cause an increase in the orbiting speed of the electron and an
increase in the centrifugal force. This would cause an increase in the
rotational speed of the nucleus due to the exchange of atomic gravity

70
weaved ropes between the electron and the nucleus. The increase in the
rotational speed of the nucleus causes an increase in the vibrational
energy of atomic gravity weaved ropes emanating from it which causes an
increase in the pulling force of the nucleus on orbiting electrons. Thus the
atom remains stable. However, atoms always strive to return to the
creation state which necessitates that the orbiting electrons give off the
excess energy (excess compared to the creation state) and return to the
creation state.

Likewise, if energy is taken away from the atoms by cooling for example
then the atoms will strive to gain energy weaved ropes to return to the
creation state.

- If there is a loss in the electrons orbiting the nucleus of the atom then the
atom will strive to gain an electron to go back to the reference or creation
state. Likewise, if there is an extra electron in the heavens of the atom, the
atom will strive to lose this electron to go back to the reference state.

- If a material is acted upon by a compressive force then the atoms will

cause a reaction force equal in magnitude to the applied force and
opposite in direction (i.e. a tensile force) in order to restore atomic spatial
distances, organization, and to maintain the creation state. Likewise, if the
material is acted upon by a tensile (pulling) force then the material will
respond by generating a compressive force within the material to
counteract the applied force in order to return to the creation state.

22. Balance of the lattice structure of materials

Allah (God) Almighty states in the Noble Qur’an that His creation is in a
continues state of balance. Thus the lattice structure of materials should be in
a state of balance. From the knowledge presented so far from the Noble

71
Qur’an it is known that atoms link to each other using their atomic gravity
weaved ropes which causes an attractive force between the atoms.
The attractive force between the atoms comprising the lattice structure of
materials is balanced by an equal and opposite force which results from the
magnetic field generated due to the spinning of the nuclei of the atoms. Such
that the north and south poles of neighboring atoms repel each other and thus
this force works in an opposite direction to the pulling of atomic gravity
weaved ropes as shown in figure M22-1.

Figure M22-1: Balance between repulsive and attractive forces of atoms in a crystalline
lattice.

An increase in the weight of the atom means more atomic gravity weaved
ropes (i.e. larger pulling force between the atoms). This force is balanced by
an increased generation of atomic magnetic fields which leads to a larger
magnetic repulsive force between the atoms and thus the crystalline lattice
remains in a state of balance.

72
Similarly a decrease in the weight of the atom results in a smaller attractive
force between the atoms and a smaller magnetic repulsive force, which
results in a stable configuration for the crystalline lattice.

The ability of the law of everything as derived from the Noble

Qur’an to explain and predict the outcome of observed
phenomena

Gravitation ( )

1. Understanding how gravitational energy interacts with

matter (i.e. the phenomenon of gravity)
Observations:

1. Objects on the earth feel an attractive force pulling them towards the

earth.

2. Force is needed to work against gravity in order to lift weights.

3. The attractive force an object feels due to gravity depends on the mass of

the object and the mass of the planet. Such that the gravitational pull on
the object increases with the increase in its mass and/or the mass of the
plant.

4. The attractive force an object feels due to gravity depends on the distance

between the object and the planet, such that the gravitational pull
decreases as the distance between the object and planet increases.

Explanation of observed phenomena from the Noble Qur’an:

Explanation for the above observations is found in the law of everything as

derived from the Noble Qur’an as follows:

73
Explanation for observation number 1:

Energy in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty is composed of weaved ropes

being able to develop tension between objects. Thus the attractive force an
object feels on earth is due to the gravity ropes existing between the object
and the earth pulling the object towards earth and the earth towards the
object.

Explanation for observation number 2:

Regarding the observation that force is needed to life weights and in general
energy is needed to work against gravity this can be explained by the fact
that energy weaved ropes comprising the fabric of gravitational energy exert
tension on the object within the sphere of gravitational energy and such a
pulling force develops between the object and the earth.

Thus to move an object in a direction opposite to that of the pulling

gravitational force external energy is needed. Such that if the density of
energy weaved ropes of the external energy is equal to the density of
gravitational weaved ropes then the object will be held in equilibrium in a
fixed position and if the density of the external energy is larger than gravity
then the object will move towards the source of the external energy.

The example is now given to the force produced from the activation of
skeletal muscles. Such that when skeletal muscles are activated they produce
energy in the form of weaved ropes opposing those generated by gravity and
in this case two cases can occur which are:

a. Muscle force is equal and opposite to gravity ropes: in this case the
weight is held in space in a fixed position.

b. Muscle force is larger and opposing gravity ropes: in this case the
weight will be lifted against the action of gravity.

74
Explanation for observation number 3:

If the mass of the object increases this will result in more gravity ropes being
harnesses by the object and thus it will feel a larger attractive force by the
earth as shown in figure P1-1.

Figure P1-1: Attractive pull of gravitational energy on an object placed in its field.

The increase in the mass of the plant generating gravitational weaved ropes
will increase the density of weaved ropes and thus increasing the attractive
force an object placed in the gravitational field experiences due to the
increase in the number of weaved ropes in a given volume of space.

Explanation for observation number 4:

As the object is placed further from the center of the earth the attractive force
it feels will decrease. This can be explained by referring to figure P1-2 where
the density of gravity weaved ropes is shown such that as the distance
between the energy source and the object increases the density of gravity

75
weaved ropes decreases and thus the number of gravity weaved ropes acting
on the object will be reduced which will result in a reduction in the value of
the attractive force the object feels.

Figure P1-2: Variation of gravitational force as the distance of the object from the energy
source changes.

Derivation of the law that governs the phenomenon of gravity from the
Noble Qur’an:

As explained earlier the methodology to derive any law that governs a

phenomenon in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty is to construct a scale
where on one side the input is placed and on the other the output. The input
should be equal to the output as deduced from the Noble Qur’an such that the
creation of Allah (God) Almighty is in a state of balance.

The factors that affect the input are then evaluated whether they increase the
output of a system and in this case they are placed in the numerator and if
they decrease the output then they are placed in the dominator. Applying this

76
procedure to the phenomenon of gravity the law that governs this
phenomenon can be deduced and is shown below:

The first form of the law that governs the phenomenon of gravity is given as:
FOn object = N × FSingle gravitational weaved rope ......................... (1)
Where :
N the number of gravity weaved ropes acting on the object

However, the number of gravitational weaved ropes acting on the object is a

function of a number of parameters which are, firstly the mass of the object
and the mass of the planet such that an increase in either or both would result
in more gravitational energy weaved ropes acting on the object placed in the
gravitational field of the planet. Secondly, the distance between the object
and the planet such that an increase in this distance would result in a
reduction in the number of gravity weaved ropes acting on the object. Thus
the number of gravity weaved ropes can be given by the following equation:

77
mobject × m planet
N= ......................... (2)
d

Where:

mobject Mass of the object

mplanet Mass of the planet

d Distance between the object and planet

Substituting equation (2) into (1) the following equation results:

mobject × m planet
Fon object = × Fsin gle gravitational energy weaved rope
d

The force generated from a single gravitational energy weaved rope which is
equal to its pulling force depends mainly on the vibrational energy of the
rope, which is determined mainly by the frequency and amplitude of the
vibrating strings within the weaved rope as shown in figure P1-3.

Large pulling force due to large amplitude of vibrations of energy weaved ropes

Small pulling force due to small amplitude of vibrations of energy weaved ropes

Figure P1-3: Vibrations of energy weaved ropes and resulting pulling force.

78
2. The relationship between mass and shape
The definite relationship between the mass of an object and its shape.

Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

The mass of an object is the summation of the masses of the atoms of which
the object is composed of.
n
mobject = ∑ matom , where n = number of atoms
n =1

Each individual atom has seven heavens in which there are atomic gravity
weaved ropes. These ropes create a knot with the ropes generated from the
earth and thus each individual atom in the object feels an attractive pull
towards the earth. The sum of earth weaved ropes acting on the atoms of the
object comprises the total number of earth gravity weaved ropes acting on
the object. Figure P2-1 shows a model for an atom being acted upon by the
gravity weaved ropes emanating from the earth.

Outward centrifugal force

Model for the atom

Pulling force
towards the earth

Earth gravity weaved ropes

Figure P2-1: Interaction of earth’s gravity weaved ropes with an individual atom.

79
If the pulling force acting on the atom is equal to the centrifugal force then
the atom will be held in space in that location. Figure P2-2 shows a model
for the interaction of a collection of atoms with the gravity weaved ropes
emanating from the earth. As seen in figure P2-2 this interaction results in
the formation of a weaved net of gravity ropes which generates an energy
skeleton working on the object.

Figure P2-2: Interaction of earth’s gravity weaved ropes with a collection of atoms within
an object.

The number of gravity weaved ropes acting on an object is equal to its

weight and that is independent of the size of the object, which means that the
atoms comprising the object can be stretched or squeezed however the
number of gravity ropes acting on the object will be same, since this depends
solely on the number of atoms of the object.

The shape of the object dictates the shape of the weaved net of gravity ropes
acting on the object (i.e. it dictates the shape of the energy skeleton working

80
on the object). Comparing figure P2-2 with figure P2-3, the effect of
changing the distances between the atoms can be seen such that the shape of
the network of gravity weaved ropes acting on the atoms changes.

Figure P2-3: The effect of changing the distances between the atoms on the distribution
of gravity weaved ropes.

Thus it can be concluded that the gravity pull on an object is determined by

the number of atoms comprising the object and the shape of the object
determines the shape of the network of gravity weaved ropes acting on the
object.

3. Perfect match between the stability of the earth and that of

the atom
The observation:

Objects on the face of the earth are stable with the existence of a rotational
motion of the earth which generates a centrifugal force that attempts to push
these objects out of orbit.

Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

Allah (God) Almighty states in the Noble Qur’an in sorat Al-Talaq that He is
able to do all things and that He has encompassed everything in knowledge:

81
The translation of the above verse (s) is:

12. Allah (God) Almighty Who created seven heavens and from the earth
likewise. The matter descends among them such that you know that Allah
(God) Almighty is able to do all things and that Allah (God) Almighty has
encompassed everything in knowledge.

As a sign of the mercy of Allah (God) Almighty that He shows humans signs
that testifies to the truthfulness of Allah (God) Almighty words. One of this
signs is that the mechanisms governing the stability of the objects in the
heavens of the atom are the same mechanisms governing the stability of the
objects in the heavens of the earth. This sign shows that ability of Allah
(God) Almighty to create two worlds with the same mechanisms, whereas
one of these worlds is something that can not be seen by the human eye and
the other is larger than the size of the mountains.

In figure P3-1 the mass labeled mass 1 lays in the heavens of the earth and
thus it is linked to the earth by the action of gravity weaved ropes. Due to the
rotation of the earth, mass 1 rotates with the same angular velocity as that of
the earth due to the weaved ropes connecting mass 1 to the mass of the earth.
As a result of the angular rotation of mass 1 it experiences a centrifugal force
which would result in a force trying to push the object out of the earth’s
heavens.

At the same time the object feels an attractive force pulling it towards the
earth. The magnitude of this force is directly proportional to the mass of the
object (i.e. the mass of the atoms comprising the object) which determines
the number of gravity weaved ropes which will be pulling on the object.

82
Line of action of centrifugal force

Line of action of gravity

weaved ropes

Figure P3-1: Balance between gravity weaved ropes and centrifugal force.

Allah (God) Almighty states in the Noble Qur'an that He has created
everything in predetermined measures and in this regard the pre-determined
measures are the rotational speed of the earth which generates the centrifugal
force on the objects experiencing gravity weaved ropes of the earth, the mass
of the earth which dictates the number of gravity weaved ropes emanating
from it, and the mass of the objects within the sky such as air components
(Nitrogen, Oxygen, Carbon dioxide, etc.).

The predetermined measures for the above components create a perfect

balance between the centrifugal force experienced by oxygen for example
and its weight, rotational speed of the earth, and the mass of the earth. Such
that oxygen remains at certain levels within the sky. Thus Allah (God)
Almighty dictated the above parameters such that every object on the earth
and within its sky is in a perfect state of balance between the previously
mentioned parameters such that it maintains a certain elevation. This fact is
mentioned in the Noble Qur'an it is stated that Allah (God) Almighty created
everything in a state of balance, in sorat Al-Hijr:

83
The translation of the above verse (s) is:

19. And the earth Allah (God) Almighty has spread it out and placed there is
anchors (such as mountains) and brought forth from it everything in a perfect
state of balance.

The perfect state of balance of the objects on the earth and within the sky is
exactly analogues to the state of balance between the weaved ropes (i.e.
electrons) orbiting the nucleus and the nucleus. Such that Allah (God)
Almighty for the Hydrogen atom for example created it in predetermined
measures which are the mass of its nucleus, its rotational speed, and the mass
of the electron orbiting it, which results in a perfect state of balance between
the centrifugal force acting on the electron and the number of atomic gravity
weaved ropes acting on it.

This analogy between an object which is thousand of meters in diameter (i.e.

the earth) and an object which can not be seen by the naked eye and has
dimensions in the order of 10-9 of a meter is a testimony to the ability of
Allah (God) Almighty to do anything. As Allah (God) almighty states in the
Noble Qur'an in verse 12 of sorat Al-Talaq that He shows you His signs such
that you are certain that He is able to do anything.

4. The concept of the center of gravity

The observation:

In current engineering sciences a point is defined which is called the center

of gravity. The practical use of this point is that the mass of the complete
object from a dynamical point of view could be considered to be located at
this point. It is worth mentioning that no explanation for the physical nature
of the center of gravity in any engineering textbook.

Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

84
Allah (God) Almighty gives the believers in the Noble Qur’an the best of
science that is the science that explains every single aspect regarding any
phenomenon in the creation of the Almighty. From the understanding given
in this book from the Noble Qur'an regarding the interaction of energy
weaved ropes and matter it is possible to construct the energy skeleton which
is formed due to the interaction of gravity energy weaved ropes emanating
from the earth and the atoms comprising the object. Figure P4-1 shows a
model for three objects acted upon by gravity weaved ropes. It can be seen
that there exists a plane (shown by the red line in figure P4-1), such that the
pull of gravity weaved ropes (i.e. the number of gravity weaved ropes) on the
right of is equal to the left.

5 gravity weaved ropes 5 gravity weaved ropes

Figure P4-1: Energy skeleton resulting from the interaction of energy and matter.

Also there is a plane perpendicular to the one shown in figure P4-1 which
divides the energy skeleton into two halves; such that the pull of gravity on

85
one of them is equal to the other. This plane can be visualized by rotation the
geometrical object the three masses form by 90 degrees and examining the
energy skeleton of gravity weaved ropes when this is done. This case is show
in figure P4-2.

5 gravity weaved ropes 5 gravity weaved ropes

Figure P4-2: Energy skeleton resulting from the interaction of energy and matter (plane
rotated 90 degrees).

The intersection of the two planes defines a point where the pull of gravity
on the object is balanced. This point is called in current engineering sciences
as the center of gravity. Thus from the Noble Qur'an the center of gravity is a
point where the pull of gravity on its right is equal to the left in all planes.
This is the physical meaning for this point which can not be found in any up
to date engineering book.

1. Various types of atomic bonds

In water molecules oxygen atom which has 8 electrons in its heavens links
with hydrogen atom which has 1 electron in its heavens. From the difference
in the weights of the mentioned atoms it can be concluded that the pulling
force of oxygen atom is larger than the pulling force generated from the
hydrogen atom. Thus the electron orbiting the nucleus of the hydrogen atom
will experience a large pulling force from the oxygen atom and so its orbit
will become elliptical such that the electron will come closer to the oxygen
atom.

This will result in the fact that the oxygen atom will experience the effect of
8 electrons in addition to the slight effect of the shifted electron from the
hydrogen atom resulting in the appearance in a slight negative charge on the
oxygen atom. While as the hydrogen atom will have a slight positive charge.
As seen, the mechanics of atomic bonding depends primarily on the weight
of the atoms creating the atomic bond.

The other type of atomic bonding that can occur is when the weight of both
atoms is equal (i.e. having the same number of electrons). In this case there is
no shift in the path of the orbiting electrons and thus the atoms will not show
an increased or decreased charge due to the creation of the atomic bond.

2. The concept of stress

The observation:
The concept of stress is commonly used in structural mechanics which is
defined as the force applied on a material divided by the area perpendicular
to the direction of the force.

87
Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

It is stated in the law of everything that energy flows in packets organized in

a hexagonal packing arrangement as shown in figure SP2-1. Energy density
from the law of everything can be defined as follows:

Number of energy weaved ropes

Energy density =
Area perpendicular to flow direction

Energy density is now referred to as stress (σ), the number of energy weaved
ropes is represented by the amount of the force (F), and the area
perpendicular to flow direction (A).

F
σ=
A

As the magnitude of the force applied to the material increases this means an
increase in the number of energy weaved ropes thus the energy density
increases. Likewise if the area through which energy weaved ropes flow
decreases it will cause an increase in energy density. The energy density of
mechanical force is what is referred to in structural mechanics as stress.
Energy flux within the material is
proportional to:
1. Number of energy ropes )‫(الحبك‬
2. The area containing the ropes

Mechanical Energy

Energy

88
Figure SP2-1: Transmission of energy packets within matter.

Energy weaved ropes cause mechanical displacements within the material

they act upon. The law that governs the relationship between the stress
applied on a material and the mechanical deformation a material experiences
which is labeled as strain (ε) is derived as follows:
The input to the system = Stress (σ) (i.e. density of energy weaved ropes)
The output from a system = Strain (ε)
The weight that makes the input to equal the output is the weight of the
atoms. Such that a material composed of heavy atoms will have a large
number of atomic gravity weaved ropes involved in atomic bonding and thus
a stiff connection between the atoms. This results in low displacements upon
the application of mechanical force upon the material.

3. Density of materials
The observation:

Some materials contain a larger number of atoms than others for the same
volume of the material. This phenomenon is termed the density of a material.

Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

Allah (God) Almighty links the weight of the atom in the Noble Qur’an to
the atom and not other properties such as color for example. This highlights
the importance of the weight of the atom above all other properties. It turns
out that the weight of the atom governs all of the mechanics of matter.

A heavy atom will contain many weaved ropes in its heavens (orbits) and
thus heavy atoms link together with a large number of atomic weaved ropes.
This large number of connecting ropes will exert a large force on both atoms
involved in creating the bond thus pulling them closer to each other. This

89
closeness between the atoms will reduce the space the two atoms occupy
which in turns allows more atoms to be packed in a given volume. The
material which is composed of heavy atoms according to the explanation
given from the Noble Qur’an should have high density.

Light atoms on the other hand link with a small number of atomic weaved
ropes, thus the pull on the atoms involved in the bond is weak which results
in the fact that the two atoms occupy a large space which does not allow
many atoms to be packed in a given volume. Thus light atoms should have
low density. This is exactly what is observed from experiments as shown in
table 2.

Table 2: Density value for selected materials. (Callister, 1994)

Silver Ag 107.87 10490
Molybdenum Mo 95.94 10220
Copper Cu 63.54 8940
Nickel Ni 58.71 8900
Iron Fe 55.847 7870
Titanium Ti 47.90 4510
Aluminum Al 26.982 2710
Magnesium Mg 24.312 1740

4. Stiffness of materials
The observation:

Materials deform by different amounts due to an applied force. The quantity

that defines this property is termed stiffness.

90
Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

As stated in the law of everything that the weight of the atom is the most
important property which governs its mechanics. The following comparison
is made between two groups of atoms which would clarify the stiffness of
various materials:

a. The nucleus of light atoms such as aluminum which has an atomic

weight of 26.98 will produce a small number of atomic gravity weaved
ropes. A bond is created upon linking of these gravity weaved ropes
with another atom but since the number of gravity weaved ropes for
light atoms is low thus the bond strength will not be high. Which
means that upon the application of external force the material will
deform easily and thus this explains the low stiffness of materials
made of light atoms and in this case the material is said to have low
stiffness.

b. The nucleus of heavy atoms such as Tungsten having an atomic

weight of 98.91 will produce a large number of atomic gravity weaved
ropes. Thus when a bond is created the number of linking ropes will be
high and when an external force is applied, deformations of the
material will be small and in this case the material is said to have high
stiffness.

The above example demonstrates that the stiffness of materials depends

primarily on the weight of the atom. The heavier the atoms that make up the
material the stiffer it will be. This is the physical mechanism of stiffness
according to the Noble Qur’an.

Derivation of the law governing the stiffness of materials from the Noble
Qur’an:

91
The input (s) to the system = The weight of the atoms (the parameters
describing the result of the weight of the atoms is called Young’s modulus
(E))

The output (s) from the system = Resistance to mechanical displacements

(Stiffness of a structural member which is given the symbol k)

The weights that make the input (s) equals the output (s):

1. Cross sectional areas of structural member (A): as the cross

sectional area increases the density of energy weaved ropes
decreases the thus mechanical deformations also decrease.

2. Length of structural member (L): as the length increases

mechanical deformations also increase.

Based on the above parameters the law governing the stiffness of a structural
member is given as follows:

A
×E =k
L

5. Fatigue of materials
The observations:

1. Materials under cyclic loading experience fatigue (i.e. large deformations

and fractures) when the stress is above a certain value called the
endurance limit.

2. If the stress is reduced below the endurance limit the material will not

fracture due to fatigue regardless of the number of load cycles.

Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

Matter in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty is made up of atoms linked

together by the linking of their gravity weaved ropes as shown in figure SP5-

92
1. Such that when a tensile force is applied to a material two cases are
possible, which are:

1. The value of the applied force causes breakage of the link between

gravity weaved ropes of the atoms within the material. In this case in each
load cycle a certain number of gravity weaved ropes are torn which
results in larger deformations and after a certain number of cycles all
linking gravity weaved ropes are torn and material fracture occurs.

2. The second case is when the value of the applied force is not sufficient to

cause any tearing of linking atomic gravity weaved rope. Thus the
material will not fracture due to cyclic loading and thus no fatigue will
occur.

These two cases are illustrated in figure SP5-2.

Stress σ2 causes 1 rope for
example to break
- Thus every cycle 1 rope
breaks with increasing
number of cycles, after a
certain number of cycles all Thus stress σ1 if applied to the material won’t
ropes will break and thus fracture it due to fatigue regardless of the
material will fracture number of cycles.
While stress σ2 will cause fatigue fracture
after a number of cycles.

Figure SP5-2: Fatigue of materials as explained from the Noble Qur’an

A curve representing the dynamics of fatigue can be deduced from the Noble
Qur’an as follows:

Step 1: The stress is plotted against the number of cycles as shown in figure
SP5-3.

Step 2: The trend of the relationship between the value of the stress and the
number of cycles till fatigue occurs can be deduced from the law of
everything such that a large value of stress indicates that the number of
linking gravity weaved ropes torn in each cycle is large and thus the number
of cycles to fatigue will be low in number. Likewise a small value of stress
means that small number of linking gravity weaved ropes is torn in each load
cycle and thus a large number of cycles is needed to cause fracture of the
material due to fatigue. The resulting trend is shown in figure SP5-3.

Step 3: There is a certain value of stress that will not cause any tearing in
linking gravity weaved ropes indicated to in figure SP5-3.

6. Strength of matter
The observation:

The ability of a material to resist the applied load prior to fracture is termed
the strength of the material.

Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

As stated in the law of everything on how a bond is created. A bond is

created by linking of atomic gravity weaved ropes from one atom with
another thus a heavy atom will have more gravity weaved ropes in making
the bond. Taking a heavy atom like Tungsten for example the bond that is
created is very strong and thus the material containing Tungsten has a very
high strength because large force is needed to break the large number of
gravity weaved ropes making the atomic bond.

A light atom like Aluminum for example needs a much lower force to break
the bond due to the small number of linking atomic gravity weaved ropes
between Aluminum atoms and thus the material that Aluminum is part of has
a much lower strength than materials containing Tungsten.

7. Stress concentration phenomena

The observation:

Stress concentration is the phenomenon of local increase in stress due to

geometrical variations within a structure as shown in figure SP7-1 where
local increase in stress is seen in the area labeled by the red circle. This local
increase in stress is generated due to the reduction of the cross sectional area
of the plate.

96
Applied force

Stress concentration
phenomena

Figure SP7-1: Stress concentration phenomena due to a reduction in cross sectional area.

Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

The phenomena of stress concentration can be explained fully from the

Noble Qur’an where it has been established that any form of energy in the
creation of Allah (God) Almighty flows in the form of energy weaved ropes
following lines of action exactly like the flow of water in a channel. A
reduction in the area of a structural member will cause a concentration of
energy weaved ropes due to the curvature of the lines of action of these
weaved ropes as shown in figure SP7-2.

The curvature of the line of action of energy weaved ropes will cause a local
increase in the number of energy weaved ropes and thus an increase in the
local value of stress. This is the physical mechanism for how stress
concentration occurs.

8. Prediction of material behavior under load

How a material behaves under load is of major importance in engineering
sciences since it is a main requirement in the design of load handling
members. Allah (God) Almighty states in the Noble Qur’an that He did not
leave anything out of the Noble Qur’an. Thus it can be concluded that a full
description for the behavior of materials under load should be found in the
Noble Qur’an and here is the method how:

It is known from the Noble Qur’an that the weight of the atom governs all
the mechanics of matter in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty. It is also
known from the Noble Qur’an that atoms link together by linking of weaved
ropes found in the heavens of the atoms which creates a bond between the

98
atoms which could be thought of as a spring. Atoms also tend to stay in the
state they where created in and so when a load is applied to a material the
material resists the load by generating a force equal and opposite to the
applied force.

With regards to the magnitude of the applied force three stages could be
identified in the response of materials, which are:

Stage (1): The first stage is when the magnitude of the applied force is not
large enough to cut any of the connecting weaved ropes between the atoms
of the material. In this case the force the material resists the applied force
with will increase in a proportional manner to the applied force and when the
applied force is removed the material will return to its original undeformed
shape as shown in figure SP8-1.

Stage (2): In this stage the magnitude of the applied force is large enough to
cause cutting of a number of weaved ropes connecting the atoms of the
material. In this case the force the material resists the applied force with will
decrease due to the reduced stiffness of the spring connecting the atoms of
the material. In addition to this effect upon removal of the applied force the
material will not return to its original undeformed shape which means that a
residual strain will be seen in the material as shown in figure SP8-1.

Stage (3): Upon increasing the magnitude of the applied force all weaved
ropes connecting the atoms will be cut. This will cause the material to
fracture as shown in figure SP8-1.

99
Figure SP8-1: Load – deflection curve as predicted from the Noble Qur’an.

Load – deflection curve shown in figure 50 which was predicted from the
Noble Qur’an is in perfect match with what is observed from experiments as
shown in figure SP8-2.

experiments.

9. Phenomenon of friction
The observation (s):
- A force opposing the direction of motion is generated when two surfaces
slide on each other. Light material has lower friction and lower opposing
force for motion than heavy materials.
- Parts of the material are peeled off due to friction. This is seen sometimes
as dust composed of the atoms comprising the material.
Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

The weight of the atom governs all of its dynamics and behavior and the
phenomenon described here is no exception. Two cases are presented which
will be used to explain the above phenomenon from the Noble Qur’an.
Case 1:
Two materials which are composed of heavy atoms are attempting to slide on
each other as shown in figure SP9-1. Heavy atoms will have large number of
atomic gravity weaved ropes and thus when two materials composed of these
atoms attempt to slide on each other then a large number of gravity weaved
rope of one material will link with the atomic gravity weaved rope of the
other. This will necessitate a large applied force to break these linking ropes
and causing the two materials to slide onto each other.

Thus the phenomenon of friction results from the linking of atomic gravity
weaved ropes of both materials and thus an applied force is needed to break
the link of these weaved rope and initiate motion.

101
Direction of motion

Direction of motion

Figure SP9-1: Explanation for the phenomenon of friction as derived from the Noble
Qur’an.

Case 2:

If a material made of heavy weight atoms attempts to slide on a material

composed of light weight atoms. In this case a smaller number of atomic
gravity weaved are involved in the sliding process between the two
materials. Thus a smaller force is needed to break the linking gravity weaved
ropes and initiate motion.

The other observation regarding the peeling off some of the material due to
friction can be explained by the fact that friction is due to the pulling force
exchanged between the two materials due to their atomic gravity weaved
ropes. This pulling force can cause some atoms or even complete lattice
structures from one or both materials sliding onto each other to be peeled off.

Derivation of the law that governs friction phenomenon from the Noble
Qur’an:

The input (s) to the system = Applied force perpendicular to the direction of
motion (Fn)

102
The output (s) from the system = force resisting motion (Ffriction)

The weight that balances the system = weight of the atoms of the two
materials sliding onto each other (called nowadays coefficient of friction
(µ)). Such that as the weight of atoms increases the friction coefficient
increases. Thus the weight of the atoms increases the output and should be
placed in the numerator.

The equation describing the system is given as:

F friction = µ × Fn

Fluidic ( )

1. Fluid flow in conduits

A complete understanding of the mechanics of fluid flow in conduits can be
deduced from the Noble Qur’an. For example the behavior of fluid flow in a
narrowing tube can be explained as follows:

When a stream of water atoms enters a narrowing tube the distances that are
predetermined between the water atoms are squeezed as shown in figure
FP1-1. The way of Allah (God) Almighty in creation necessitates that water
tends to return to the state upon which it was created and to achieve this the
atoms create a pressure on the side walls of the conduit to try to expand and
return to their original dimensions. This explains the observed phenomenon
of an increased pressure on the walls of pipe upon the flow of a fluid within
it. In other words water is trying to return to the predetermined distances
between its atoms by causing an expansion in the walls of the conduit.

The reduction of the distances between the atoms sideways is accompanied

by an increase in the distances between the atoms lengthwise. This increase
in the longitudinal distances causes an increase in the velocity of the fluid in
the narrow conduit as shown in figure FP1-1.

103
Figure FP1-1: Explanation of the mechanics of fluid flow in a narrowing pipe as
explained from the Noble Qur’an.

2. Resistance of conduits to fluid flow

The observation:

Conduits that channel the flow of fluids within it generate a resistance on the
fluid flowing within them due to the friction between the fluid and the walls
of the conduit.

Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

As explained when discussion the phenomenon of friction that friction

occurs due to linking of atomic gravity weaved ropes between the two media
in contact with each other and friction in fluidic applications is no exception.
Friction between the fluid and the conduits in which the fluid flows occurs
due to the linking of the atoms of the flowing fluid by their gravity weaved
ropes and the atoms comprising the conduit.

104
It is the prediction from the Noble Qur’an that if the conduit is composed of
heavy atoms then it would generate high friction on the flowing fluid. Also if
the fluid is composed of heavy atoms then it will generate large friction on
the flowing fluid.

Derivation of the law that governs friction in fluidic applications:

The input (s) to the system = The fluid flowing in the system represented
by its density (ρf)

The output (s) from the system = Resistance to fluid flow (Rf)

The weights that balances the system (i.e. makes the input to equal the
output)

1. The weight of the atoms of the conduit: As the weight of the atoms

comprising the conduit increases, the number of atomic gravity

weaved ropes increases and thus a strong bond is created between the
atoms of the fluid and the conduit. Which results in the fact that more
energy is needed to break the weaved ropes involved in making the
bond, thus more resistance to fluid flow. This parameter is represented
in current engineering sciences as the friction factor for that specific
conduit (f).

2. The density of the flowing fluid: As the weight of the atoms the fluid is

made of increases, the atomic bonding between it and the conduit gets
stronger and thus larger resistance to fluid flow.

3. The length of the conduit: As the length of the conduit increases the

area exposed to the linking of fluid atoms and conduit atoms increases
and thus more energy is needed to break the increased number of
linking atoms. This results in increased resistance to fluid flow.

4. The diameter of the conduit: Increasing the diameter of the conduit

results in the majority of the fluid flowing in the conduit not to be in

105
contact with the walls of the conduit, this reduces the resistance to
fluid flow.

Based on the above discussion the law that governs this phenomenon is
given as follow:

fL
Rf = ρf
D

3. Diffusion of matter
The observation:

Matter suspended in a medium diffuse to another medium through a barrier.

Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

The weight of the atom controls all of the mechanics of matter in the creation
of Allah (God) Almighty as deduced from the Noble Qur’an. Thus it is
logical to assume that the weight of the atom can explain the phenomenon of
matter diffusing from one medium to another through a dividing barrier.

As shown in figure FP3-1 the two media contain atoms and when a material
is put into medium 1 for example part of the atoms of the material introduced
into medium 1 will bind with the atoms of medium 1 due to the attraction
created by atomic weaved ropes in the heavens of both atoms. The other part
of the atoms of the suspended material will feel the attractive pull of the
atoms in medium 2 through the barrier due to the weaved ropes of the atoms
comprising medium 2 and the atoms of the suspended material.

Diffusion
flow

Medium 1 Medium 2

Figure FP3-1: Diffusion phenomenon.

This attractive force will pull the atoms of the suspended material from
medium 1 into medium 2 across the barrier and mass will flow across the
barrier. This phenomenon is termed mass diffusion. Having this knowledge
from the Noble Qur’an the law that governs this phenomenon can be easily
deduced as follows:

The rate of diffusion of matter between medium 1 and 2 will depend on the
following parameters:

1. The difference in the concentration of the suspended material in the

two media: The media containing a higher concentration of the

suspended material will have a higher portion of atoms suspended in
the medium and weakly linked to the material of medium 1. Thus it
can be concluded that the suspended material will flow from the
medium with the higher concentration to the lower. The speed of this
transfer increases with the increase in the concentration of the
suspended material which means that the rate of diffusion is
proportional to the concentration gradient.

107
2. The thickness of the barrier: Diffusion occurs due to the attraction of

the atoms in medium 2 to the atoms of the suspended material in

medium 1. Thus the thickness of the barrier plays a major role in the
rate of this process and whether diffusion occurs or not. Two cases can
result from the value of the thickness of the dividing barrier between
the two media:

a. Case 1: The thickness of the barrier does not allow the atoms in

medium 2 to see (i.e. attract) the atoms in medium 1. In this case

diffusion won’t occur.

b. Case 2: The thickness is such that atoms comprising medium 2

see the atoms of the suspended material in medium 1 which

results in the flow of matter across the barrier. As the thickness
of the barrier increases the rate of diffusion will decrease.

Thus the rate of diffusion is inversely proportional to the thickness of

the dividing barrier between the two media.

3. The area of the barrier perpendicular to the direction of atom

movement:

As the area of the barrier between the media increases the number of
atoms involved in diffusion (i.e. pulling the atoms from medium 1 to
2) increases and thus there is an increase in the flux of atoms traveling
from medium 1 to 2.

4. The weight of the atoms in medium 1 and 2: Depending on the weight

of the atoms contained in medium 1 and 2 three cases could affect the
rate of diffusion which are:

a. Case 1: The weight of the atoms in medium 1 and 2 is the same.

For this case 2 sub cases would result, which are:

108
i. The two media have heavy atoms: In this case diffusion

rate would be high while taking into account the level of

saturation of the medium into which the external material
is added.

ii. The two media have light atoms: The rate of diffusion

would be generally low. Also taking into account the level

of saturation of the two media.

b. Case 2: The weight of the atoms comprising the two media is

different. Two cases can occur in this case

i. The weight of the atoms in medium 2 is larger: In this

case the attraction of the atoms in medium 2 to the

suspended material in medium 1 will be high and thus
this will increase the rate of diffusion.

ii. The weight of the atoms in medium 1 is larger: The

attraction of the atoms comprising medium 1 would be

high and in the same time the attraction of the atoms of
medium 2 would be small. This will result in a reduced
rate of diffusion.

5. Density of the barrier: If the barrier is composed of heavy atoms then

it will have a high density and this will lower the diffusion rate since
many of the atoms of the external material inserted in medium 1 will
be attracted to the atoms comprising the barrier and thus less atoms
will be transferred to medium 2. Similarly, if the barrier is composed
of light atoms then the attraction of the atoms comprising the barrier to
the atoms of the external material will be weak and thus a large
number of the atoms of the external material will be transferred to
medium 2.

109
6. Density of the two media: As a general rule as the density increases the

amount of material that can bind with the either medium 1 or 2

increases. This is due to the fact that more atoms are available to
attract suspended atoms. Two cases can result from the density of the
two media, which are:

a. Case 1: The density of medium 1 is larger than 2 which results

in the binding of more atoms of the external material with

medium 1 and thus the rate of diffusion decreases.

b. Case 2: The density of medium 2 is larger than 1 which results

in an increased rate of diffusion.

7. The state of the fluid in media 1 and 2: Allah (God) Almighty states in

the Noble Qur’an in sorat Fatir:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

9. And it is Allah (God) Almighty Who sends the winds, so that they
cause turbulence in the clouds, and Allah (God) Almighty drives them
to a dead land, and revives therewith the earth after its death. As such
(will be) the Resurrection.

Clouds are formed by a process of mixing and such Allah (God)

Almighty describes that turbulence is used in the process of mixing
and keeping in mind that Allah (God) Almighty created everything in a
perfect state. Thus the conclusion would be that turbulence is the
optimal method to mix constituents.

From the Noble Qur’an it can be concluded that to enhance the rate of
diffusion, the fluid within the two media should be in a state of

110
turbulence which causes the refreshing of the boundary layer along the
barrier. Such as atoms that bind to the suspended material are washed
away from the surface of the barrier and new atoms are placed near the
barrier which can bind with new suspended material.

Derivation of the law that governs diffusion phenomenon from the Noble
Qur’an:

The output, input, and parameters affecting the output to the diffusion
process are shown in figure FP3-1.

4. Evaporation and condensation of water

The observation:

Upon heating of water (i.e. supplying energy weaved ropes to water) it turns
from a solid state (ice) to liquid (water) and with continued heating it turns
into gas (water vapor). Similarly upon cooling of water (i.e. removal of
energy weaved ropes from water) it turns from a gaseous states to liquid and
finally to a solid state with a noticeable increase in volume.

Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

Cooling of water:

Water molecules are composed of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom
as shown in figure FP4-1.

Figure FP4-1: Schematic diagram for water molecules and assembly of water molecules.

The attractive pull of gravity weaved ropes on a single water molecule can be
visualized as seen in figure FP4-2.

Figure FP4-2: Energy skeleton of earth gravity weaved ropes acting on a single water
molecule.

If each water molecule feels the attractive pull due to the weight of its atom
only and this occurs if there is sufficient energy weaved ropes within the
atoms such that the repulsive magnetic fields between the molecules is
higher than the attractive pull due to atomic gravity weaved ropes. Then

113
water will be in its gaseous state which means that the centrifugal force on
the molecule due to the rotation of the earth balances the gravity pull at a
certain elevation in the sky. This is the reason gaseous states are seen in the
sky and not touching the face of the earth.

Cooling of water which is the process in which energy weaved ropes is

removed from orbiting electrons, in this case the magnetic field causing the
repulsive forces between the molecules is reduced and thus the molecules are
attracted to each other due to atomic gravity weaved ropes and thus the bond
gets stronger which results in the formation of aggregates of water molecules
as shown in figure FP4-1. This state is known as the liquid state of water.

The question now arises as to why water in its liquid state is not hovering in
the sky? The answer can be easily answered by knowing that due to the
attractive pull between the molecules each water molecule does not see only
the gravity pull due to the weight of its atoms, but it experiences the
attractive pull of gravity weaved ropes of neighboring atoms as well. Thus
the effective weight of each water molecule is equivalent to the weight of
three water molecules and thus it gets heavier and the centrifugal force acting
on the molecule is not sufficient to overcome the gravity pull of the earth and
thus liquid water is attracted to the earth and is seen to be attached to the face
of the earth. This case is shown in figure FP4-3.

Figure FP4-3: Energy skeleton of

earth gravity weaved ropes acting
on a three water molecule.

With continued cooling of

water the magnetic field
generated from the nuclei is
reduced further and thus the

114
distances between water molecules are reduced. This cases water molecules
to be formed in clusters having the shape of spheres as shown in figure FP4-
4. Thus each water molecule feels the attractive pull not only of its gravity
weaved ropes but also of the pull of gravity weaved ropes of neighboring
molecules and thus it rests on the surface of the earth. The increase in the
volume of water when it becomes in a solid state can be explained by the
formation of water molecules into spheres which occupy a bigger volume
than sheets of water molecules as shown in figure FP4-4.

Electricity and magnetism (

)

1. The nature of the electron

The observations:

115
1. The electron in some experiments behaves as a wave showing diffraction
and rarefaction.

2. The electron in other experiments behaves as a particle.

Thus the question arises regarding the nature of the electron is it a wave or a
particle?

Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

The answer to the nature of the electron which is referred to in the Noble
Qur’an as the object orbiting the nucleus of the atom is given in clear terms.
Allah (God) Almighty describes these objects as lamps (light producing
elements) and protectors (maintaining the structural integrity of the atom).
The internal structure of these objects is described as similar to the wick of
an oil lamp.

Thus it is understandable why the electron can exhibit the behavior of waves
due to the wavy structure of the electron as the wick of an oil lamp and can
exhibit the behavior of matter since it is matter confined in a certain space.
Thus according to the Noble Qur’an the electron is matter having a wavy
structure which results in the ability of the electron to exhibit both wave and
matter phenomena.

2. The concept of an electric current

The observation:

Electricity is the flow of electrons in a conducting media.

Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

As explained in the law of everything that the shape of the objects orbiting
the nucleus of the atom (i.e. electrons) is similar to that of a wick of an oil
lamp. These objects are energized by resonant absorption of energy weaved
ropes. Such that as an energy source is applied across a conducting medium

116
energy weaved ropes energize the electrons thereby increasing their orbiting
speed. When the energy of the electron reaches a certain value it leaves the
atom and starts propagating within the conducting medium as shown in
figure EP2-1.

Transport of electrical current

• Electrical current is the movement of

electrons Electric wire

Electron current
direction of propagation

Figure EP2-1: Flow of electrons within a conducting medium.

As the electron flows within the conducting medium it encounters a

resistance to its movement. The resistance to the flow of electrons within the
medium can be explained fully from the Noble Qur’an as follows:

As shown in figure EP2-2 the electron as it flows it encounters the pulling

action of the atoms along the top and bottom layers. This pulling force is a
result of the attraction of atomic gravity weaved ropes of the top and bottom
layers on the electron. This force will case a reduction in the speed of the
electron by removing energy from it and this energy will be absorbed by the
nuclei of the top and bottom layers which will increase their spinning speed.

Thus energy weaved ropes are needed from an energy source to keep the
electrons flowing such that the electrons will absorb the energy weaved ropes
from the energy source giving them the energy needed to overcome the
gravitational pull of the atoms and to continue flowing, otherwise the current

117
will stop. The resistance to the flow of electrons will cause an increase in the
temperature of the material due to an increase in the vibrations of the
electrons of the atoms along the top and bottom layers, which then give off
this extra energy seen as thermal energy.

3. The phenomenon of superconductivity

The observation:

Upon cooling some materials to very low temperatures they can reach a state
where electric current flows with no resistance.

Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

A complete explanation for this observation can be deduced from the Noble
Qur’an; cooling of the material is the process of the removal of energy
weaved ropes from orbiting electrons of the atoms. Thus the orbital speed of
the electrons is reduced thereby reducing the spinning speed of the nucleus.
The reduction in the spinning speed of the nucleus will reduce the

118
gravitational radiation emanating from it thereby reducing the pulling force
of the top and bottom atoms on the flowing electrons. Thus an electron
flowing within the medium will feel a very low pulling force from the top
and bottom atoms which would result in a very low resistance.

Continuous cooling will reduce the spinning of the nucleus more and more
and thus a condition is reached where the flowing electron will feel a very
low pulling force and thus a very small resistance close to zero. This state is
termed superconductivity. The mechanism of superconductivity explained
here is shown schematically in figure EP3-1.
Electron orbiting speed is Cooling – removing of

Figure EP3-1: Achieving superconductivity by cooling of a conducting medium.

4. Production of a magnetic field

The observation:

Certain materials generate a magnetic field having a north pole where

magnetic field lines emanate and south pole where magnetic field lines enter.

Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

119
All forms of energy in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty are composed of
energy weaved ropes and thus the magnetic field is composed of energy
weaved ropes which explains why there is a pulling action between magnets.
The question now is how magnetic fields are generated?

The answer can be deduced from the Noble Qur’an where Allah (God)
Almighty states that you won’t find any deviation in Allah’s way in sending
revelations and creation. Thus the central object of the atom (i.e. nucleus)
must be performing a spinning motion like the earth, furthermore, the
spinning of the earth produces a magnetic field, likewise, the spinning of the
nucleus should produce a magnetic field exactly like the earth does.

Thus it can be concluded that the nucleus of each atom will have a north pole
where magnetic energy weaved ropes emanate and a south pole where they
enter. One of the reasons the nucleus has a magnetic field is for the purpose
of alignment of atoms to comprise matter. Such that if the north pole of one
atom comes close to the north pole of another they will repel each other and
thus the two atoms will be parallel. Also, if the north pole of one atom comes
close to the south pole of another the two atoms will attract each other and
they will form a line of atoms within the material as shown in figure EP4-1.

It is clear that the magnetic field in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty has
the primary role of alignment such that atoms know how to arrange
themselves in matter by the interaction of their magnetic fields as explained
above. Atoms will arrange themselves in equilateral triangular arrangement
because this arrangement is the most stable configuration for three magnets
such that each atom will experience the same repulsive force as shown in
figure EP4-1.

5. Classification of materials according to their magnetic

properties
The observation:

1. Some materials react to an applied magnetic field by generating a

magnetic field equal in strength and opposite in direction to the

applied field. This type of materials is referred to as ferromagnetic
materials.

2. Other materials react to an applied magnetic field by generating a

magnetic field opposite to the applied one but with a magnitude lower
than the applied magnetic field. This type of materials is referred to as
paramagnetic materials.

3. The third type of materials also react to the applied magnetic field and

generate a field opposing the applied one but with a much lower

121
magnitude than the applied field. This type of materials is referred to
as diamagnetic materials.

Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

6. The concept of light

The observation:

Light is emitted from atoms when exited by a thermal energy source or by

other means.

Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

Atoms contain seven heavens and in each heaven there are objects (i.e.
electrons) which are described in the Noble Qur’an as lamps and protectors.
Protectors as they maintain the structural integrity of the bond that is created
between atoms to construct matter. The other description for electrons in the
Noble Qur’an is lamps (i.e. light producing sources). Thus according to the
Noble Qur’an electrons should be able to generate light and the mechanism
in which they achieve this can be deduced from the Noble Qur’an as follows:

1. The atom is composed of seven heavens and electrons in the heavens of

the atom have different energies such that electrons in the first heaven
will have the maximum orbiting speed to balance the strong gravitational
attraction of the nucleus and thus electrons kinetic energy will be a
maximum. Electrons in the seventh heaven will have the minimum kinetic
energy since low orbiting speed is needed to balance the weak
gravitational pull of the nucleus.

2. Excitation of the electrons in the heavens of the electron by thermal or

electrical sources will cause incident energy weaved ropes to be absorbed

by orbiting electrons thereby increasing their orbital speed causing higher

122
spinning speed of the nucleus and increased gravitational radiation. Thus
the atom will remain in a stable configuration but with higher temperature
due to higher nucleus spin and higher energy for orbiting electrons.

3. Every atom will try to return to the state which Allah (God) Almighty

created it in which means that the energy gained by orbiting electrons will
be released as radiated energy weaved ropes. Radiated energy weaved
ropes from the electrons is seen as light.

4. The structure of light can be deduced from the above point such that since

the electron has the shape of a vibrating weaved rope thus energy radiated
from it will have the same shape and so light must have the shape of
weaved ropes.

5. If the electrons in the seventh heaven of the atom are excited then the

light produced from them will have low energy since these electrons
posses the lowest energy state compared to electrons in other heavens.

6. The electrons in the seven heavens of the atom have different energies

which mean different vibrational frequencies since the energy in the

creation of Allah (God) Almighty is linked to vibrations of the object.
This means that there will be seven different energy weaved ropes
vibrating at different frequencies and thus there will be seven colors that
can be generated when an atom is excited.

7. Excitation of the electrons in the seventh heaven will produce light with

low energy (i.e. red light) and the excitation of electrons in the first
heaven will generate light with high energy (i.e. blue light) and in
between the different colors of the visible spectrum. Excitation of all the
electrons in all the heavens will produce a light which is a mixture of all
seven colors which is known as white light.

123
7. Production of light by the sun
Allah (God) Almighty describes in the Noble Qur’an the sun in several
places by a glowing wick in sorat Al-Naba:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

13. And Allah (God) Almighty made a glowing wick

The description for the sun as a glowing wick fits perfectly with the material
presented in this book. Such that as stated previously energy in the creation
of Allah (God) Almighty is composed of weaved ropes which is exactly like
the shape of a wick. Furthermore, the vibrations of these weaved ropes
produce light, a state which can be describes as glowing.

Thus the energy produced from the sun is composed of glowing (i.e.
vibrating) wicks which explain the description of the sun in the Noble
Qur’an. This is shown in figure EP7-1.

124
Figure EP7-1: Glowing wicks generated from the sun.

8. Optical properties of materials

The observation:
Materials according to the ability of light to penetrate through them can be
classified into three main categories. The first is transparent materials which
allow the majority of the incident light to pass through. The second category
is semi-transparent materials which allow some portion of the incident light
to pass through and lastly materials that do not allow the passage of light
through them.
Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:
As stated previously that the weight of the atom controls all of its properties
and mechanics and the optical properties of materials is no exception. The

125
atoms according to their weight can be classified into three categories, which
are:
1. Heavy weight atoms: in this case the number of orbiting weaved ropes

(i.e. electrons) is large and thus materials composed of heavy atoms

can harness most of the electromagnetic energy (i.e. light energy)
incident on them by resonant energy absorption between incident
vibrating weaved ropes and the orbiting weaved ropes (i.e. electrons)
of the atom. Thus no or very little energy weaved ropes can pass
though the material and in this case the material is not-transparent to
light. This case is shown in figure EP8-1.
2. Medium weight atoms: the number of orbiting weaved ropes in this

case are smaller than the first case and as such a medium number of
incident energy weaved ropes (i.e. light) can pass through the material.
In this case the material is labeled semi-transparent.
3. Light weight atoms: In this case the number of orbiting weaved ropes

(i.e. electrons) is small and thus most of the incident energy can pass
though the material and the material is labeled in this case as a
transparent material. This case is shown in figure EP8-2.

Thermal Energy ( )

1. The concept of thermal energy

The observations:

1. Thermal energy is transmitted as electromagnetic radiation like light

waves.

2. Color of matter changes with increased heating for example the color of a

metal changes from red to blue with increased heating.

Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

Allah (God) Almighty states in the Noble Qur’an that the sun is like a
glowing wick of an oil lamp and since the sun is a source of thermal energy
thus thermal energy produced from the sun must be composed of vibrating
energy weaved ropes as shown in figure TP1-1. Which explains why thermal
energy is transmitted as vibrating strings.

‫– انا كل شيء خلقنه بقدر‬

The structure of
The sun thermal energy

Figure TP1-1: The structure of thermal energy as deduced from the Noble Qur’an.

Regarding the color of matter changing upon heating it can be explained as

follows: At the beginning of heating low number of energy weaved ropes
are incident on the atoms comprising matter and thus the electrons in the
seventh heaven are excited and red color is produced. With continuing
heating more energy weaved ropes are incident on the atom and electrons in
lower heavens are excited and produce blue light.

2. Modes of transport of thermal energy

The observation:

Thermal energy can be transported by conduction (need to have contact

between two materials), convection (by flow of fluids), and radiation.

Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

The production of thermal energy follows the same mechanism described in

the section about light generation. Three modes of heat transfer are possible
which are:

128
1. If materials are touching each other then energy weaved ropes generated

from one atom will be absorbed by the neighboring atom and so forth.
This mode of heat transfer is called conduction.

2. If a fluid flows on the surface of a material then the atoms of the fluid will

pick up the energy weaved ropes generated from the atoms of the material
at the surface. This mode of heat transfer is called convection.

3. The surface of a material radiates energy weaved ropes generated from

the atoms at the surface. This mode of heat transfer is called radiation.

The various modes of heat transfer are shown in figure TP2-1.

Modes of heat transport

• Conduction: When
adjacent matter is
present.

• Convection: When
matter is flowing pass
original matter.

• Radiation: When no
matter is adjacent to
the original matter

Figure TP2-1: Modes of heat transfer as explained by the law of everything.

Derivation of the law that governs conduction heat transfer phenomenon

from the Noble Qur’an:

The method developed to derive physical laws from the Noble Qur’an will
be utilized here. The factors affecting the transfer of thermal energy are as
follows:

129
1. The weight of the atoms comprising the conducting medium:

As explained earlier the weight of the atom is the main factor governing all
of its dynamics including its ability to transport thermal energy. As the
weight of the atom increases the number of electrons orbiting the nucleus
increases and thus the material can harness a large number of incident energy
weaved ropes. Thus the atoms when they return to their creation state and
release the absorbed energy, the material will generate a large number of
energy weaved ropes and the neighboring atoms will absorb this large flux of
energy and then the neighboring atoms and so forth. So it can be concluded
that materials composed of heavy atoms will transport thermal energy in a
faster time than materials composed of light atoms.

2. The area perpendicular to the direction of heat flow

An increase in the area perpendicular to the direction of heat flow will

expose the surface area of an increased number of atoms and thus the amount
of thermal weaved ropes exchanged at the surface increases and thus heat
transfer increases.

3. The length of the medium

As the length of the path the heat is transported through increases the time
thermal energy weaved ropes take to travel this path increases and thus the
rate of heat transfer decreases.

4. The temperature difference between two regions in the medium

As stated previously all atoms in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty tend
to go back to the state they were created in (i.e. fitra). Thus the larger the
temperature of a certain region is the more thermal energy weaved ropes are
generated from it in order to go back to the creation state. Likewise the
colder a certain region of the material is the more thermal energy weaved
ropes it tends to gather to go back to the creation state. Thus it can be

130
concluded that the larger the temperature difference between two regions is
the higher the rate of heat transfer would be.

Taking all of the previous parameters into account, the law that governs heat
transfer can be deduced and is shown below:

A
q =γ × × ( T1 − T2 )
L

Where:

q Rate of heat transfer (energy per unit time)

γ Ability of the material to conduct thermal energy (depends on the weight

of the

atoms comprising the medium)

A Area perpendicular to the heat transfer path

L Length of medium conducting the heat

(T1-T2) Temperature difference between two regions in the conducting

medium

Derivation of the law that governs convection heat transfer phenomenon

from the Noble Qur’an:

The input (s) to the system = Temperature difference between the surface of
the material and the fluid (∆T)

The output (s) from the system = A specific rate for the transfer of energy
waved ropes (i.e. heat (q))

The weights that balance the system (i.e. make the output to equal the input)
are as follow:

1. The weight of the atoms of the flowing fluid: As the weight of the

atoms comprising the fluid flowing increases it causes an increase in

131
the number of orbiting weaved ropes (i.e. electrons). Thus it increases
the ability of the flowing fluid to absorb energy weaved ropes gave off
by the atoms of the material the fluid comes in contact with. This
results in an increase rate of heat transfer. In current engineering
sciences this is represented by convection heat transfer coefficient (h)

2. The area exposed to the flowing fluid: Increasing the area which is

exposed to the flowing fluid causes an increase in the number of atoms

radiating energy weaved ropes. This results in an increase in the heat
transfer.

Based on the above parameters the law that governs the phenomenon of
convection heat transfer can be stated as:

q = h × A × ∆T

Derivation of the law that governs radiation heat transfer phenomenon from
the Noble Qur’an:

The input (s) to the system = Temperature of the surface of the material (Ts)

The output (s) from the system = A specific rate for the transfer of energy
waved ropes (i.e. heat (q))

The weights that balance the system (i.e. make the output to equal the input)
are as follow:

1. The weight of the atoms comprising the surface of the material: As the

weight of the atoms increases the number of orbiting weaved ropes

(i.e. electrons) increases and thus the flux of radiated energy weaved
ropes will increase. This results in an increase in the heat transfer rate.
This is expressed in current engineering sciences as the emissivity of
the surface (ε)

132
2. The area of the surface of the material: As the surface area of the

material increases the number of atoms radiating energy weaved ropes

increases and thus heat transfer also increase.

3. The temperature of the surface (Ts): An increase in the temperature of

the surface means that orbiting weaved ropes (i.e. electrons) have a
larger number of absorbed vibrating weaved ropes (i.e. energy quanta).
This means that the atoms will radiate a higher amount of energy
weaved ropes to return to their creation states which will increase the
rate of heat transfer.

Based on the above discussion the law that governs the phenomenon of
radiation heat transfer can be stated as follows:

q = ε × A × Ts

3. Speed of heat transport in matter

The observation:

Different materials transport thermal energy with different speeds for

example steel transports heat much faster than air.

Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

The bond between heavy atoms like iron for example will have a large
number of gravity weaved ropes and thus a strong bond is created. This
means from the transport of thermal energy point of view that energy weaved
ropes radiated from one atom will be quickly harnessed by the neighboring
atom and so forth until thermal energy weaved ropes exit the material.
Comparing this with air for example which is composed of light atoms like
for example nitrogen, in this case thermal energy weaved ropes generated
from one atom will take a longer time to be harnessed by neighboring atoms

133
due to the weak bond between the atoms and because more than one mode of
heat transfer might be involved in the transport of thermal energy in weak
bonded material.

In addition to the above discussion, heavy atoms will have a large number of
orbiting weaved ropes (i.e. electrons) and thus the atom can harness large
amount of incident energy weaved ropes (i.e. thermal energy) and when it
gives off this energy it will generate a large flux of energy weaved ropes and
thus thermal energy transport in materials composed of heavy atoms will be
fast and large. Materials made of light atoms will harness small amount of
incident thermal energy and likewise it will generate small amount of
thermal energy and thus thermal energy in this kind of material will be slow
and low.

The speed of the transfer of thermal energy is referred to as thermal

conductivity (k) which is equal to 16.6 W/m.K for a certain steel alloy at a
temperature equal to 400 K and it is 0.0338 W/m.K for air at 400 K. These
values indicates that steel can transport thermal energy much faster than air
which correlates with the prediction of thermal conductivity for various
materials as derived from the Noble Qur’an.

4. The concept of heat capacity of materials

The observation
Materials differ in their ability to store thermal energy.
Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

The weight of the atom governs all of the behavior of matter, a heavy atom
contains a large number of orbiting weaved ropes (i.e. electrons) which are
capable of absorbing incident energy in the form of vibrating weaved ropes.
Thus a material composed of heavy atoms can absorb a large number of

134
incident vibrating energy weaved ropes (i.e. thermal energy) and so the
material is labeled to have large heat capacity.
A material made up of light atoms will not be able to absorb a large number
of incident energy and thus it can be labeled as having low heat capacity.
Thus it is predicted from the understanding of the Noble Qur’an that
materials composed of heavy atoms will have large heat capacity compared
to materials made up of light atoms. This conclusion from the Noble Qur’an
is further reinforced by the fact that gases which are composed of light atoms
have very low thermal capacity since they have low number of orbiting
weaved ropes and thus a reduced ability to harness incident energy, whereas
water for example which is composed of medium weight atoms has large
thermal capacity since it has a medium number of orbiting weaved ropes
capable of harnessing a large number of incident energy weaved ropes.
Table 3 shows a comparison between the predictions from the Noble Qur’an
regarding heat capacity of materials and what is experimentally found.

5. Thermal induced displacements in materials

The observations:

135
Heating of certain materials results in mechanical displacement of the
material. Increased heating causes the material to become in a somewhat
liquid state. Further heating of the material causes it to become in a gaseous
state.
Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

Subjecting a material to thermal energy (i.e. to energy weaved ropes) will

supply weaved ropes orbiting the nuclei of the atoms comprising the material
with energy. This will cause their orbiting speed to increase and consequently
it will cause the nuclei to have higher orbiting speeds. This in turn will
increase the magnetic field generated from the nuclei which will increase the
magnetic repulsive forces between the atoms comprising the material and
this will cause mechanical displacement between the atoms comprising the
material. This is seen as mechanical displacements in the material.

Supplying more thermal energy to the material (i.e. more heating) will
increase the magnetic repulsive force between the atoms until a state is
reached where the magnetic force causes repulsion between the atoms is
significantly larger than the attractive force between the atoms due to atomic
gravitational forces. In this case the material will flow in a liquid state.
Increasing the heat supplied to the material still further will cause the
magnetic repulsive force between the atoms to be much larger than the
attractive force and in this case the material will be in a gaseous state.

Removal of thermal energy from a material (i.e. cooling) will cause the
mechanism described above to work in reverse. Such that upon removal of
energy weaved ropes from the electrons orbiting the nucleus the orbiting
speed of the electrons will be reduced which will cause a reduction in the
spinning speed of the nucleus and thus the magnetic repulsion force between
the atoms will be reduced. This will cause the spatial distances between the

136
atoms to be reduced and this is seen as reduction in the dimensions of the
material.

5.1 The relationship between the weight of the atom and

the amount of thermally induced mechanical
displacements
It is the conclusion from the Noble Qur’an that light atoms will have a small
number of linking gravity weaved ropes between the atoms. Thus when
heating of a material made up of light atoms like air for example, the
magnetic field produced from the nuclei of air atoms will increase and due to
the fact that small number of atomic gravity weaved ropes link these atoms
the increase in the spatial distances between air atoms due to atomic
magnetic repulsive forces will be large. This means that according to our
understanding from the Noble Qur’an light atoms will generate large
thermally induced mechanical displacements.

Heavy weight atoms like iron for example on the other hand have a large
number of atomic gravity weaved ropes linking the atoms of the material.
Thus when thermal energy is supplied to the material, thermally induced
displacements due to atomic magnetic repulsive forces will be small.

The following table shows a comparison between the predictions of the

magnitude of thermally induced mechanical displacements in various
materials as predicted from the Noble Qur’an and what is experimentally
found.

137

predicted from the Noble Qur’an and as is experimentally found.

Derivation of the law that governs thermally induced displacements from the
Noble Qur’an:

The procedure for deriving any law which governs a physical phenomenon in
the creation of Allah (God) Almighty is obtained fully from the Noble
Qur’an as follows:

1. The fact stated in the Noble Qur’an which states that Allah (God)
Almighty created everything in a state of balance. Thus the input (s) to a
system must equal its output (s) for the system to be in a state of balance.
Thus the first step to derive any law is to define the input (s) and output (s) to
the system. In this case the input (s) and output (s) to the system are as
follow:

Input = Temperature difference (difference between creation temperature

and current temperature) = ∆T

Output = Change in length of the material = ∆L

138
2. The second step in deriving the law that governs this phenomenon is stated
in the Noble Qur’an where it is stated that a scale balances the creation of
Allah (God) Almighty, so if we put the input (s) to a system on one side of
the scale and the output (s) on the other. Then investigate the parameters that
increase the output and put them in the numerator and the parameters which
decrease the output and place them in the denominator.

The parameter that controls the relationship between the output and input to
the system in the case of thermally induced mechanical displacements is the
weight of the atoms comprising the material. Such that an increase in the
weight of the atoms comprising the material will reduce the amplitude of the
induced mechanical displacements. The equation that describes this
phenomenon is given as follows:

1
f( ) × ∆T × Linitial = ∆L
Watom
Where :
1
f( ) Parameter which is mainly affected by the weight of the atom (currently
Watom
known as coefficient of thermal expansion (α ))
∆T Tempreature difference
∆L Change in length
Linitial Initial length of the material

6. Behavior of materials upon heating and cooling

The observation (s):

Materials when they absorb energy weaved ropes, in other words when they
absorb energy in all its forms which include thermal, light, acoustic, etc. they
expand and with further heating they turn into a liquid state and then
gaseous. When cooling (i.e. removal of energy weaved ropes) it is noticed
that materials shrink and if they are in a gaseous state they become liquid and
then solids.

139
Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

It has been previously concluded from the Noble Qur’an that the crystalline
structure of materials maintains its structural integrity by the perfect balance
between the attractive force of atomic gravity weaved ropes and the repulsive
force of nuclei magnetic fields. From this science the behavior of materials
upon heating and cooling can be easily predicted.

The following flow chart describes what happens to the crystalline structure
of materials upon heating (i.e. exposing the material to incident energy
weaved ropes). Energy weaved ropes can be generated from any of the
following sources:

• Fuel combustion

• Light energy

• Acoustic waves

• Mechanical vibrations

• Electrical and magnetic energy

Material behavior

Increase in the magnetic field generated

from the nucleus

Increase in the repulsive forces between

the atoms due to nuclei magnetic field

Increase in the distances between the

atoms, which results is:
-Expansion of the material
-Turning into fluid and gaseous states

140
Thus upon heating of any material the atomic magnetic repulsive forces
increase and causes an increase in the distances between the atoms of the
material which is seen as an expansion of the material and if the heating is
continued the material can turn into a fluidic state where the magnetic
repulsive forces are high and then into a gaseous state where the repulsive
forces between the atoms are very high.

The following flow chart shows what happens to the material upon removal
of energy weaved ropes (i.e. cooling).

Material behavior
Removal of energy Decrease in the orbiting upon cooling
weaved ropes (i.e. speed of the electrons
cooling) (i.e. removal of
energy weaved
Decrease in the spinning speed of ropes)

from the nucleus

Decrease in the repulsive forces between

the atoms due to nuclei magnetic field

Decrease in the distances between the

atoms, which results is:
-Shrinking of the material
-Turning into solid state from a fluidic
and gaseous states

Upon removal of energy weaved ropes (i.e. cooling) the magnetic repulsive
forces between the atoms decreases and the material deceases in overall
dimensions.

Biomedical Engineering (
)
1. Biocompatibility )‫(التطابق الحيوي‬
The observation:

141
The human body seems to accept certain materials and reject others.
Accepting a material by the human body means that the body does not react
strongly to isolate and dispose the material and the two can coexist for a
certain period of time.

The reason why the human body accepts certain materials and rejects others
is unknown in current bioengineering sciences.

Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

Allah (God) Almighty states in the Noble Qur’an that He created everything
on fitra (i.e. creation states defined by Allah (God) Almighty) and from the
following verse it can be concluded that everything in the creation of Allah
(God) Almighty strives to preserve its creation state.

Also Allah (God) Almighty integrated certain mechanisms in His creation

that ensures the creation state is preserved. For the human body to be
assembled in the shape it is in there is a need for a guide which is something
that directs every molecule to be arranged in a certain way to link with
another. In the human body this guide is the electromagnetic field. Such that
the details of the most abundant molecule in the human body can be derived

142
from the following Qur’anic verses in sorat Al-Thariat and sorat Fatir,
respectively:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

7. By the heavens which have weaved ropes and paths within it.

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

43. And you will not find any switching in the way of Allah (God) Almighty
and you will not find any deviation in the way of Allah (God) Almighty.

From the above verses it can be conclude that the basic unit of energy in the
creation of Allah (God) Almighty is weaved ropes and since the way of Allah
(God) Almighty in creation is constant, thus the basic structural and most
abundant unit of the creation of the human body need to have the same shape
as weaved ropes (i.e. matter waved ropes).

This is found exactly in the human body in the fact that the basic structural
unit and the most abundant molecule in the human body has the shape of
weaved ropes as shown in figure BP1-1. This molecule is called collagen.

Figure BP1-1: Energy weaved ropes and collagen molecule in the human body.

These molecules must be arranged in the human body in a hexagonal

packing arrangement since this is the arrangement of water molecules and
Allah (God) Almighty states that He created every living thing from water. In
addition since Allah (God) Almighty created everything in a perfect state,
this hexagonal arrangement ensures that maximum volume is covered with
the least amount of material.

The question now arises as to how these collagen molecules know to arrange
themselves? The answer can be found in the following Qur’anic verse in
sorat Fussilt:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

39. And among Allah (God) Almighty signs that you see the earth barren and
when Allah sends down rain it vibrates and grows.

From the above verse it can be concluded that the molecules in the human
body to be in a vibrational state is a must for growth. Thus it can be

144
concluded that collagen molecule must be in a vibrational state. The next
question is about the source of the vibrational energy energizing collagen
molecules?

The answer can be found in the Noble Qur’an in sorat Noah:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

17. And Allah (God) Almighty has grown you from the earth exactly like
plants.

Thus the source of the energy that energizes the human body is the earth and
more precisely it is the gravitational field of the earth. Since any energy in
the creation of Allah (God) Almighty is composed of energy weaved ropes, it
follows that the vibrations of gravitational energy weaved ropes will cause
collagen molecules to vibrate.

Since the shape of collagen molecules is exactly like the shape of the energy
that energizes it, it follows that energy exchange between gravity and
collagen molecules occurs at 100% efficiency in the sense that all of the
energy contained in gravity weaved ropes is delivered to collagen molecules.
In present engineering sciences this is termed resonant energy exchange. The
mechanical vibrations of collagen molecules will give energy to electrons
orbiting the atoms of the collagen molecule, which will cause an electric
field in the molecule. This electric field will generate a magnetic field as
shown in figure 14-2.

The magnetic fields generated from collagen molecules will align them in a
hexagonal arrangement both lengthwise and width wise as shown in figure
BP1-2.

Figure BP1-2: Hexagonal organization of collagen molecules in the human body.

So it can be concluded that the mechanism Allah (God) Almighty utilized in

the human body to guide the organization of molecules in the human body is
the interaction of the magnetic fields generated from the molecules. This
represents the creation state of collagen molecules and there tendency to stay
in a hexagonal arrangement utilizing their magnetic fields.

In other words it can be said that these molecules see each other and other
materials using their magnetic fields. Thus if any material causes a change in
the magnitude and/or direction of collagen molecules magnetic fields, this
will be seen by the body as an unwanted material and body mechanisms
start to isolate the foreign material.

The question now arises as to what are the materials that can affect the
magnetic field generated from collagen molecules? The answer is stated in
the following points:

1. Magnets: Materials that generate a strong magnetic field when placed

in a close proximity or inside the human body can cause alterations to

the magnetic field generated from collagen molecules.

146
2. Ferromagnetic and paramagnetic materials: This type of materials

reacts when an external magnetic field is applied by generating a

magnetic field opposite in direction to the applied one. This can affect
the structure of the magnetic field produced by collagen molecules in
the human body. The difference between in ferromagnetic and
paramagnetic materials is that the latter generates a weaker magnetic
field than ferromagnetic materials.

Figure BP1-3 shows the case when an implant made from iron is placed in
human bone. It is known that the main organic constituent of bone is
collagen molecules and they are laid down in specific directions along the
curvature of gravitational weaved ropes upon their interaction with the
human body. Analysis of what occurs when the iron implant is introduced
into the human body is given in the following points:

1. The orientation of the magnetic field generated from collagen

molecules is as shown in figure BP1-3.

2. The iron material generates a magnetic field which is equal in

magnitude and opposite in direction to the applied field.

3. Since energy flows like water waves, the quanta of the magnetic field

generated from the body which can be thought of as water droplet

collide with those generated from the iron material.

4. Thus the magnetic field generated from collagen molecules can not

continue on its path and it is blocked. The region in the body

containing only the magnetic field of the iron material is shown in
figure BP1-3.

5. Thus the mechanisms Allah (God) Almighty installed in the human

body start to function to isolate the material that is causing a
disturbance to the creation state of the human body. The mechanism in

147
this case is the formation of a fibrous layer in the region containing
only the magnetic field generated from the iron implant. Thus isolating
the implant from the rest of the body.

Figure BP1-3: The reaction of the human body to ferromagnetic material.

Figure BP1-4 shows the reaction of the human body when a diamagnetic
material is introduced. Steps to analysis this reaction are listed in the
following:

1. The orientation of the magnetic field generated from collagen

molecules is as shown in figure BP1-4.

2. The Titanium material generates a magnetic field which is

significantly smaller in magnitude compared to the field generated
from the body and opposite in direction to body field.

3. Since energy flows like water waves, the quanta of the magnetic field

generated from the body which can be thought of as water droplet

collide with those generated from the Titanium material.

4. Thus the magnetic field generated from collagen molecules can

continue on its path to a very close distance to the implant and then it

148
is blocked. The region in the body containing only the magnetic field
of the Titanium material is shown in figure BP1-4.

5. Thus the mechanisms Allah (God) Almighty installed in the human

body start to function to isolate the material that is causing a

disturbance to the creation state of the human body. The mechanism in
this case is the formation of a fibrous layer in the region containing
only the magnetic field generated from the Titanium implant. Thus
isolating the implant from the rest of the body.

6. It is worth noticing that the thickness of the fibrous layer formed when

a diamagnetic material is introduced is substantially smaller that when

a ferromagnetic material is introduced. The thickness of this layer is
directly proportional to the strength of the magnetic field generated
from the implant material. Paramagnetic materials will generate a
fibrous layer which has a thickness larger than the one produced with
the Diamagnetic material and smaller than the layer formed when a
ferromagnetic material is placed in the human body.

Applications from the law of everything as derived from the
Noble Qur’an

Structural applications

Application )1(: The design of load handling structures from

the Noble Qur’an:
This section describes the procedure to design load handling structures from
the law of everyting as derived from the Noble Qur’an.

General procedure:

Allah (God) Almighty states in the Noble Qur’an in sorat Al-Zumur:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

150
9. Is the one who is praying to Allah (God) Almighty during the hours of the
night by prostrating and standing in prayer and he fears the hereafter and
hopes for the mercy of his Lord. Say are those who know equal to those who
do not know? It is those of understanding who remember.
In this verse Allah (God) Almighty states the fact that those who have
knowledge are not equal in stature to those who do not. Thus the importance
of knowing and understanding the physical mechanisms that govern a certain
phenomenon comes forth from the Noble Qur’an and so before attempting to
design load handling structures it is important to know the physical
mechanisms of load (energy) transfer in the creation of Allah (God)
Almighty. From the law of everything it can be stated that energy in any
form flows in a hexagonal packing arrangement as shown in figure SA1-1.

Energy in Energy out

Figure SA1-1: Energy flow within matter in a hexagonal pattern.

The energy density in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty is defined as the
number of energy weaved ropes divided by the area perpendicular to the
propagation direction of energy weaved ropes. Thus the energy experienced
by a material depends on two factors, which are:

151
1. The number of energy weaved ropes: This factor depends primarily on the

magnitude of the applied force such that a large force will produce a large
number of energy weaved ropes.

2. The area perpendicular to the propagation direction of energy weaved

ropes: As the area increases the energy density experienced by a material

will be reduced.

Thus the stress on a structural member can be reduced by either decreasing

the applied force and thus decreasing the number of energy weaved ropes or
increasing the area of the structural element to reach the optimal ratio of 1:1
between the energy source and the area handling this energy.

Application )2( How to reduce friction? as derived from the

Noble Qur’an
This section describes methods to reduce friction as deduced from the Noble
Qur’an. Friction occurs due to linking of atomic gravity weaved ropes
between the atoms of the two sliding materials. Thus the conclusion is that
reducing the number of atomic gravity weaved ropes between the two sliding
materials will reduce friction. The following is suggested to reduce friction
based on the understanding of this phenomenon from the Noble Qur’an.
Method (1):
The use of a material made up of light weight atoms to be sandwiched
between the two original sliding materials. In this case atomic gravity
weaved ropes exchanged between the sliding materials and the sandwich
material will be lowered and thus there will be lower friction between the
sliding surfaces.
Method (2):
The use of an extremely light material between the two sliding materials
such as liquid or gas. This would result in extremely low friction due to the

152
reduced number of atomic gravity weaved ropes of the sandwich material
which would result in a small pulling force between the original and
sandwich materials and thus low friction force.

Electrical and magnetic applications

Application )1(: Achieving superconductivity at temperatures
above room temperature )i.e. above 25 degrees centigrade(
From the understanding of the law of everything as derived from the Noble
Qur’an an understanding for the mechanisms to achieve superconductivity at
a temperature which is above room temperature (25 Degrees centigrade) is
possible. Referring to figure EA1-1 the mechanism is explained as follows:

The electron will feel the attraction due to the gravitational pull of the top
and bottom atoms and this will cause a loss in its energy, radiated as energy
weaved ropes which will be gained by the upper and lower nuclei, which will
in turn increase their spinning speed. At the same time the energy lost by the

154
electron due to the gravitational attraction of the top and bottom atoms will
be recovered due to its attraction by the atom directly in front of it. Whereby
the nucleus of this atom will lose some of its energy due to this action.

It is evident that the energy lost by the electron due to the attraction of the
top and bottom atoms will be gained by the attraction of the electron by the
atom directly in its path and thus it does not need an energy source to
maintain its flow. It will keep flowing with the initial energy it is provided
with. Also the temperature of the material will remain constant since the
energy gained by the nuclei will be lost due to its attraction for the electrons
in their path.

Thus by the hexagonal arrangement of atoms within a material the energy

lost by the electron will be gained and also the energy gained by the nucleus
will be lost which would result in a super state where the electron does not
need an energy source to keep it flowing and the net resistance for the flow
of electrons is zero. It is worth noticing that this super state is independent of
the temperature of the material and thus by this design superconductivity can
be achieved at temperatures above room temperature.

Mathematical applications

Application )1(: The main function describing the form of

energy and matter
Allah (God) Almighty states in the Noble Qur’an that He created every living
thing from water. This fact has many dimensions; one of them is that energy
and matter in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty have exactly the same
structure and function of water as seen in this book. Another dimension for
the fact that every living thing is created from water can be seen in the fact
that input and output signals to and from all living systems have the shape of
water waves. Such that these signals form from the interaction of water
waves. The characteristic shape of a water wave is given in figure MA1-1.

156
Figure MA1-1: Characteristic shape of a water wave.

The basic shape that forms the basis of all the signals of living systems is
shown in figure MA1-1. The basic signal of all living systems shown in
figure MA1-1 can be described by the following parameters:

1. Amplitude: It has a peak of 1, which means that water molecules rise

and fall below the surface of the water (represented by level 0) by a

full amplitude which is taken to be one.

2. Frequency: Which is the number of time the shape repeats itself in a

unit of time. The frequency of the basic signal is one.

3. Phase shift: Which is whether the signals initiate at the same time

instant or not. The initiation of the basic signal is taken to be the

reference for other signals.

The above parameters describe fully the basic signal. The shape of the basic
signal which is exactly like the shape of a water wave will be called the
water function and will be given the symbol (W). Whenever this symbol is
used it means that the shape of the function is as shown in figure 66 having

157
an amplitude of one, frequency of one, phase shift of zero (i.e. reference).
The mathematical equation describing the basic signal is given as:
A × W ( ft + phase)
For basic signal the above equation becomes :
1 × W (1 × 1 + 0) = W (1)
W (1) means the shape of a water wave, amplitude = 1, frequency = 1, phase = 0 (reference)

It will become apparent Allah (God) willing that all other signals are
combinations of this basic signal. The following examples are taken to
explain this point.

Example 1: Suppose that a signal has the shape shown in figure MA1-2.

Figure MA1-2: A signal that repeats itself six times in 1 sec.

The shape shown in figure MA1-2 is an assembly of six units of the basic
signal (W(1)) along the time axis. The mathematical formula which describes
the signal shown in figure MA1-2 is given as:

6 × W (1) along time axis

Example 2: Suppose that a signal has the shape shown in figure MA1-3.

158
Figure MA1-3: A signal that repeats itself one time in 1 sec and having an amplitude of
6.

The signal shown in figure MA1-3 is composed of six units of the basic
signal along the amplitude axis. The mathematical formula which describes
the signal shown in figure MA1-3 is given as:

6 × W (1) along amplitude axis

Example 3: Suppose that a signal has the shape shown in figure MA1-4.

Figure MA1-4: A shape of an output signal from a system.

159
The signal shown in figure MA1-4 is composed of six basic signals arranged
along time axis which means that in one unit of time six water functions span
that time interval and six basic signals arranges along amplitude axis which
means that six water functions are added along the amplitude axis, however,
the functions repeats itself one time in the unit of time the other signal
repeats itself six time as shown in figure MA1-5. The newly generated wave
due to the addition of the two waves described previously is shown in figure
MA1-4.

Figure MA1-5: Addition of two waves to generate the wave shown in figure 69.

The mathematical formula which describes the signal shown in figure MA1-
4 is given as:

6 × W (1) along time axis + 6 × W (1) along amplitude axis

Example 4: Suppose that a signal has the shape shown in figure MA1-6.

160
Figure MA1-6: A shape of an output signal from a system.

The mathematical formula which describes the signal shown in figure MA1-
6 is given as:

[W (1)] + [ 5W (1) along amplitude axis + 5W (1) along time axis] +

[10W (1) along amplitude axis + 10W (1) along time axis] +
[15W (1) along amplitude axis + 15W (1) along time axis] +
[ 20W (1) along amplitude axis + 20W (1) along time axis] +
[ 25W (1) along amplitude axis + 25W (1) along time axis] +
[ 30W (1) along amplitude axis + 30W (1) along time axis]
Any signal in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty can be decomposed into
linear combinations of the basic signal (W(1)). As stated in the Noble Qur’an
in sorat Al-Infitar that the creation of Allah (God) Almighty is made in a
process of assembly and signals inputted to and outputted from His creation
follow the same rule of being an assembly of basic units.

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

8. In whatever form Allah (God) willed He assembled you.

161
It is worth noticing that the output shape of all the signals in the creation of
Allah (God) Almighty can be seen in the interaction of water waves in the
seas. Such that in the seas water waves of different frequencies, amplitudes,
and time instances they were initiated at interact and result in new waves
which can be decomposed to linear combination of the basic signal shown in
figure MA1-1.

Biological applications

Application )1(: A new testing medium for biological

experimentation
Allah (God) Almighty gave the believers in the Noble Qur’an a book, which
they will not need any other book. A strong demand exists when dealing with
bio-systems which is the need for a testing medium having the following
characteristics:

• Easy to interact with.

• Ability to get quick results from.

• Inexpensive.

• The same experiment can be repeated with the same conditions (i.e.
repeatability)

• Ability to the control the conditions of the experiment (i.e. controlled

conditions)

In present biological sciences such a medium does not exist at all. What is
used now a day consists of animal experimentation which is expensive, time
consuming and difficult to control experimental conditions. Tissue culturing
is also used which consists of placing cells in a dish and examining the

162
response of these cells. This technique lacks a very important aspect which is
that the environment of the dish is far removed from that which exists in bio-
systems.

A testing medium which satisfies all the requirements described previously

can be found in the Noble Qur’an, in sorat Noah:

The translation of the above verse (s) is:

17. And Allah (God) Almighty has grown you from the earth exactly like
plants.

Where Allah (God) Almighty states that He has grown humans form the
earth exactly like plants. From the understanding of this Qur’anic verse
comes the optimal medium for testing of biological experimentation, since
humans are brought forth as plants it is reasonable to concluded that what
affects the structure and function of plants will affect in the same way the
structure and function of the human body. Table 5 shows a correlation
between the systems of plants and those of humans.

Table 5: Perfect match between the function and structure of plant and
human systems.

System description In plants In human body

Structural Root, stem, and The skeletal system
branches Feet, trunk, and arms
(Wood material) (Bone material)
Augmentary Plant leafs Human skin
Circulatory Water vessels Blood vessels
Protein factories Plant cells Human cells

163
Thus the conclusion is that if a certain input condition such as foreign
material, environment, etc. affects the plant, the same response should be
seen in the human body since Allah (God) Almighty has grown humans from
the earth exactly like plants. For instance, if phosphorus is seen to increase
the strength of the wood material in a tree stem then it can be safely
concluded that it would in crease the strength of human bone. Also if iron is
seen to increase gas exchange in the plant and increase metabolic functions,
it can be concluded that it would have the same effect in the human body.

Scientific proof for the above discussion and conclusions:

The following experiment is done to demonstrate the perfect match between

the response of plants and that of humans. The experiment is in the field of
biocompatibility. A main question when dealing with the human body lays in
the acceptance or rejection of the human body to a foreign material. This
issue has been previously discussed in this book. From the Noble Qur’an it
has been concluded that diamagnetic materials will be accepted by the body
since they cause minimum disturbance to the mechanisms active within the
human body. Ferromagnetic materials will cause the body to isolate them
since they cause large alterations to body mechanisms.

To prove the above conclusions there is a need to study the response of the
human body to a diamagnetic and ferromagnetic material. As derived from
the Noble Qur’an, plants should exhibit the same response as the human
body. To prove this point as well as the previous conclusions regarding
biocompatibility the following experiment is done:

1. A plant is made available (apricot tree)

2. Screws made of (Titanium, Aluminum, Copper, and Steel). The screws

are selected such that one of the materials is ferromagnetic (Steel),

164
another is paramagnetic (Copper) and the remaining two are
diamagnetic (Aluminum and Titanium).

3. The screws are sterilized using heating and wiping with alcohol.

4. The screws are inserted in a thick branch of the apricot tree and left for
a period of two weeks.

It is known from previous experiments that Titanium is accepted well in the

human body, which is seen as strong bony growth within the threads of the
implant and formation of a very thin fibrous layer around the implant. It is
also known that the human body formed a very thick fibrous layer around
implants made primarily from steel, which is a sign that the body is trying to
isolate the implant. This also indicates that the steel implant is causing large
interference with the mechanisms active within the human body.

The response of the tree to the insertion of the implants was checked using a
microscope to investigate the growth of wood material on the implants. The
results obtained from placing the implants within the apricot tree are as
follow:

• Results obtained from the Titanium implant (Diamagnetic material)

Figure BA1-1 shows the response of the tree to the implant, as seen in the
figure there is a large bony growth within the threads of the Titanium
implant. This is exactly as seen in the human body when Titanium implant is
inserted in bone; this is shown in figure BA1-2.

165
Figure BA1-1: Response of apricot tree to the Titanium implant.

Figure BA1-2: Bone growth around a Titanium implant.

• Results obtained from Aluminum implant (Diamagnetic material)

Aluminum is a diamagnetic material; however, it reacts stronger to an

applied magnetic field than Titanium. Thus it is the conclusion from the
Noble Qur’an that the growth of bone material around the implant would be
less than Titanium. Figure BA1-3 shows the response of the tree to
Aluminum implant. As seen from the figure the growth of wood material is
less than the case when Titanium but still there is a large growth of wood

166
around the implant which is in a perfect match with the predictions derived
from the Noble Qur’an.

• Results obtained from the Copper implant (paramagnetic material)

It is the prediction from the Noble Qur’an that paramagnetic material would
interfere with the magnetic field guiding the growth and organization of
weaved ropes molecules (for example collagen and cellulose). Thus the
prediction is that no or very little wood material would be laid down adjacent
to the implant. The results show exactly the stated prediction as shown in
figure BA1-4, where no deposition of wood material is seen around the
implant.

• Results obtained from the steel implant (ferromagnetic material)

It is predicted from the Noble Qur’an that no wood material would be

deposited adjacent to the implant. This is seen exactly in the results obtained
for the steel implant as shown in figure BA1-5, where no wood growth is
seen at all adjacent to the implant.

The importance of the previous experiment:

The previous experiment demonstrates the following aspects:

1. The response of the structural system of plants (i.e. wood material) is

exactly like the response of the structural system of the human body (i.e.
bone material). This opens new grounds for testing on plants and carrying
the results over to the human body.

2. Scientific proof supporting the conclusion from the Noble Qur’an with

regards to the magnetic fields generated from weaved ropes molecules

(for example collagen and cellulose) being the mechanism by which these
molecules see each other and by which they are organized and guided in
their growth.
