Work in an investment team of four people responsible for investing a multi-million dollar fund, focused towards providing growth capital to private companies in Bangladesh. Build dynamic financial models to value companies and present valuations to the investment committee. Research private companies targeted for potential investments and write investment memos that are distributed to our foreign investors. Coordinate different types of due diligence involving legal, financial reporting, compliance and regulatory standards.
