After removal of cinder, cinder mixed with earth has been found. This material is required to be removed up to rail top level. Quantity shall be calculated on the basis of pre & post joint site measurement(by DSP & Contractor) and duly certified by the Engineer in charge. This shall be treated as additional/supplementary item as per Contract clause Diversion of 11KV feeder and other cable was required to no.- 12.0 (Special Condition of Contract). be done after removing huge quantity of overburden.
