EXECUTIVE MBA RESIDENCIES

The Executive MBA includes three residencies: Go! Week Orientation; Leadership; and International Management, a 10-day residency in Shanghai, China, in conjunction with our partner school Fudan University. Go! Week Orientation The Executive MBA experience begins Sunday, September 15, 2013, with GO! Week, a weeklong residency hosted at the Charles F. Knight Executive Education and Conference Center on the Washington University campus. This is an intensive introduction to the curriculum, your classmates, and the Olin community and a deeply personal, memorable experience. During this required weeklong, live-in stay, you will meet your first study team, commit to personal and team goals, and engage in rigorous academic exercises designed to lay the groundwork for the 20-month journey through the program. Leadership Residency Leadership requires the capacity to manage a variety of relationships up and down the hierarchy, within and across organizational groups, and internally and externally to accomplish goals. This weeklong session beginning July 13, 2014, helps you better understand executive leadership and relationships between and among executives, boards of directors, shareholders and other stakeholders. International Residency This required residency offers a unique opportunity to study international business in the worlds fastest growing business center. Travel to Shanghai to study global markets, observe the cultural differences in business practices, and learn more about the challenges faced by international corporations. The residency gives you the opportunity to interact with executive students and alumni of the Washington University-Fudan University Executive MBA Program. In addition, meet with executives at foreign owned companies, joint venture operations between the United States and Chinese firms, and multinational corporations that compete in the region. The educational component of this residency is included in program tuition. Students are responsible for airfare and personal expenses for this residency.

TUITION
The program cost for Executive MBA students entering Class 43 in September 2013 is $108,500. Meals, textbooks, study materials, on-campus parking and lodging for the residencies at the Knight Center and in Shanghai are included in the tuition. Airfare for the international trip, which takes place in March 2015, is the responsibility of each student. As the Executive MBA program is a paperless environment, executive students must also have a tablet of their choice. Upon receiving an offer of admission into the Executive MBA Program, executive students must submit a $2,500 nonrefundable deposit to secure a place in the class. Tuition is payable in five equal installments and the first invoice will be issued in October 2013. The deposit will be applied to the first tuition installment. As an added benefit and to reinforce Olins commitment to lifelong learning, our executive students are invited to enroll in full-time MBA or Professional MBA (PMBA) elective courses tuition-free. This continuing education benefit is only offered on a space-available basis and is in effect during the Executive MBA program and for two years following. After two years, Executive MBA alumni will receive a 50% discount on the cost of PMBA elective classes.

FINANCIAL AID
Executive MBA students may be eligible for non-need based student loans. Additional financial aid information is available at www.olin.wustl.edu/EMBA.
