Work included: secondary research of mobile trends, competitive analysis of the mobile landscape, conducting and synthesizing stakeholder interviews, development of success criteria and strategic roadmap. Asthma Care Management Project, 2010 In collaboration with Mayo Clinic, looking into the use of technology for remote monitoring and management of chronic diseases. Specifically focusing on young asthma patients during transitional life stages, the goal is to propose innovative opportunities for new models of healthcare support that will lead towards self-care. Online user research platforms, 2010 Exploring online platforms that allow user researchers to gather data anywhere, anytime. Learning what those platforms are, when and how to use them and how to communicate the findings. From online journaling and posting of photos, to online focus groups, users share their stories and researchers gather rich real time data. Communicating research, 2009 Analyzed research findings and developed three distinct projects visually and spatially communicating the findings over one semester: a fresh from the field display, an end of project exhibit, and a datapersistence piece.
