General Event Guidelines

A) We must all remember that we not only represent No Limit R/C of Atlanta Georgia, but also the various hobby stores and businesses that host and sponsor the events. Therefore, senior participants of the hobby are expected to set good examples to assist the newer participants of the hobby. B) All decisions made by the No Limit R/C Track Official will stand. Staff and participants are required to maintain self-control and good sportsmanship at all times. The use of foul language, stealing, fighting or arguing with No Limit R/C Track officials and other participants is prohibited. C) The presence or uses of any alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs at any of our events are not permitted. Operation of nitro R/C vehicles while under the influence is dangerous. In the event that a participant is suspected to have consumed any alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs, he/she will be bared from further participation and will be dismissed from the event. Such participants will forfeit their entry fee and accumulated points. The appropriate Law Enforcement authorities will be called to assist any participants that refuse to leave the events when asked to do so under the listed circumstances. D) Grievance Reporting: Any participant may file a grievance if a rules violation is suspected. 1. Participants must submit a written statement with explanation of grievance to a No Limit R/C of Atlanta Georgia Official along with a $20 non-refundable fee. 2. All grievances must be reported by the end of the event in question. NO EXCEPTIONS. 3. The vehicle owner in which the grievance has been reported against will be advised by a No Limit R/C Official that impoundment and inspection of the vehicle will be required. If disassembly is required, the owner will be requested to do so under the direction of the Official. 4. Race results will be reviewed by the No Limit R/C Track Officials. All decisions are FINAL. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------Racing and Pulling Truck Class Guidelines : 4x4 Nitro Small Block Monster Truck A) Engine - Any readily available production nitro engine with a displacement no smaller then .12 cubic inches and no larger then .20 cubic inches. B) Tires - Tires are to be any readily available production tire with dimensions no smaller than 5" high x 2.5" wide. Tires may be changed during competition as long as they meet the size requirements. Buggy tires are prohibited. C) Transmission - Each truck shall be equipped with a functional gear driven transmission to propel the truck. Direct drive gearing is prohibited. D) Weight - Small block pulling trucks shall weigh no more then 15 pounds. This rule only applies for pulling there are no weight requirements for racing. E) Chassis - Chassis is to be any readily available production or custom Monster Truck type chassis. Flat Buggy and Truggy type chassis are prohibited.

4x4 Nitro Big Block Monster Truck A) Engine - Any readily available production nitro engine with a displacement .21 cubic inches and larger. B) Tires - Tires are to be any readily available production tire with dimensions no smaller than 5" high x 3" wide. Tires may be changed during competition as long as they meet the size requirements. Buggy tires are prohibited. C) Transmission - Each truck shall be equipped with a functional gear driven transmission to propel the truck. Direct drive gearing is prohibited. D) Weight - Big Block Pulling Trucks-Sportsman Class which consists of single motor shall weigh no more than 16.5lbs., Pro modified which consists of 2 or more motors shall weigh no more than 20 lbs E) Chassis - Chassis is to be any readily available production or custom Monster Truck type chassis. Flat Buggy and Truggy type chassis are prohibited. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------4x4 Modified Electric Monster Truck A) Truck - Tamiya Clod Buster, Tamiya Super Clod Buster, Tamiya TXT-1, Tamiya Juggernaut 1 & 2, G - Made Dragoon are examples of trucks that are permitted to run in this class. Custom built 4wd electric monster trucks with solid axels and 4 link type suspensions are also permitted. B) Tires - Tires are to be any readily available production tire with dimensions no smaller than 5" high x 2.5" wide. Tires may be changed during competition as long as they meet the size requirements. Buggy tires are prohibited. C) Transmission - Each truck shall be equipped with a functional gear driven transmission to propel the truck. Direct drive gearing is prohibited. D) Chassis - Chassis is to be any readily available production or custom 4- link suspension based Monster Truck type chassis. E) Motors & Batteries - Trucks must run 2 brushed 540 can motors. Trucks may use a maximum of 14 Sub C and C size NiCd or NiMH cells. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------4x4 Brushed Electric Monster Truck A) Truck - HPI E-Savage, Traxxas E-Maxx, Hot Bodies E-Zilla, and Kyosho Twin Force are examples of trucks that are permitted to run in this class. Custom built 4wd Electric Monster Trucks with independent or ladder bar type suspension similar to the production trucks stated above may run in this class also. B) Tires - Tires are to be any readily available production tire with dimensions no smaller than 5" high x 2.5" wide. Tires may be changed during competition as long as they meet the size requirements. Buggy tires are prohibited. C) Transmission - Each truck shall be equipped with a functional gear driven transmission to propel the truck. Direct drive gearing is prohibited. D) Chassis - Chassis is to be any readily available production or custom Monster Truck type chassis. Supporting independent or ladder bar type suspension. Flat Buggy and Truggy type chassis are prohibited. E) Motors & Batteries - Trucks must run 2 brushed motors with 540 or 550 cans .Trucks may use a maximum of 14 Sub C and C size NiCd or NiMH cells. Young Guns 4x4 Monster Truck A) Truck - Any readily available hobby-grade RC Monster Truck, big block, small block, or electric. B) Tires - Tires are to be any readily available production tire with dimensions no smaller than 5" high x 2.5" wide. Buggy tires are prohibited. C) Transmission - Each truck shall be equipped with a functional gear driven transmission to propel the truck. Direct drive gearing is prohibited. D) Participants in this class ARE NOT eligible to run in any other class (Small Block, Big Block or Electric). -------------------------------------------------------------------------------Novice Monster Truck A) Truck may be ANY 4x4 Monster Truck B) Class-This is a beginners class to introduce new competitors into RC Monster Truck Racing. C) Sportsmanship -This class is set up to be a fun class for everyone and is a good way to teach good racer etiquette and sportsmanship. D) Move up-Once a driver has placed in the Novice class he or she will be moved into the appropriate class per No Limit Officials. E) Participants in this class ARE NOT eligible to run in any other class (Small Block, Big Block, Electric or Young-Guns). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2wd Electric Short Course Tuff Truck
1. Trucks must be considered a 2wd Short course truck to enter this class. Examples of vehicles permitted to race in this class are: HPI Racing Blitz, Traxxas Slash, Team Associated SC10, Losi Strike, Losi XXX-SCT, Venom Gambler, and the Thunder Tech Pro-2 Short Course Pro-2wd Racer. If the truck is not 1 of these vehicles, or another readily available factory produced 2wd electric short course truck, it will not be allowed to run in this class. Converting any other vehicles is not permitted. 2. The Body on the truck must remain a short course style truck body that covers the tires. Cutting the fenders off will not be allowed. Aftermarket bodies are permitted as long as they are considered “Short Course” style replacements. 3. Tires and wheels MUST remain short course style sizes listed below. NO BUGGY TIRES! 4. Chassis - Chassis is to be any readily available production Short Course chassis resulting in the following specs. 5. Motors & Batteries - Trucks may only use 1 brushed or brushless motors with 540 or 550 cans Trucks may use a maximum of 7 C size NiCd or NiMH cells or up to a 3 cell LI-Ion or LiPo battery. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Mixed Class (Run Whatcha Brung) 1. Any Hobby Grade off-road R/C vehicle that doesn't fit in any other class. (i.e. buggy, truggy, etc.com) Qualifying and Elimination Bracket Racing Guidelines

A. In order to form a class, the minimum number of trucks must be 6 total. B. Transmitters must remain off in the pits unless that participant is racing. If found to be using controller while not competing controller will be confiscated by a No Limit of Georgia R/C official, and will be returned upon 5.00 violation fee. C. The race course and event format will be discussed in the drivers meeting. Each participant is required to be present during the drivers meeting. Any and all questions can be addressed during that time regarding the events and scoring. D. Once a participant has "staged" his/her truck at the starting line you have one minute to stage. E. A one minute grace period will be allotted only if the participant encounters a problem at the starting line. Each participant will be allowed to receive only 1, one-minute grace period per run. F. If the truck moves across the staging plane before the green light is illuminated, then red light will illuminate, indicating a false start. G. Trucks are required to come in contact with the obstacle (e.g. crush car ramps or ramp) with either the front two tires or back two tires. If only one tire of either side of the truck contacts the obstacle, a one-second penalty, for each occurrence, will be added to the participant's final time. H. The truck may not hit or come in contact with any part of the timing system or its barricades during the run, which will result in a disqualification. I. When trucks are competing and one or both completes an illegal run, the first truck in violation will be disqualified. In the event that a time is unable to be recorded due to the violation, the remaining participant will be assessed the slowest time of the day. J. In the event that any portion of a participating truck goes out of bounds, or drives into the other competitor's lane, it will result in a disqualification of the truck in violation. K. Competitors will be allowed to run only 1 truck per class per driver. L. Track officials have the right to impound and inspect any truck at any time.

M. All drivers will have to pay a $10.00 entrance fee and a 5.00 fee for every additional truck.

N. Five truck limit per driver. Freestyle Freestyle is open to anyone that wants to enter depending on the number of drivers partaking in the event there can be up to two like vehicle’s on the course.
