9:30 – 10:30 a.m. Good Morning Yoga A variety of poses to create flexibility, strength, and improved balance. Classes vary depending on experience level of attendees. Starfish Studio, at Kingfisher Spa. $12.00 for 1-hour class, which includes use of pool, hot tub, sauna.

9:00 – 10:30 a.m. Hatha Yoga Mixed Level class (not for beginners) with some Sun Salutations; strength & flexibility poses; breathing & meditation practices; yoga philosophy. The Asana Room, 2440-2 Rosewall Crescent, Courtenay. 13 classes: $143.00. 9-class punch card: $117.00 Drop-in: $14.00 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Gentle Yoga A good class if you’re new to yoga, or if you want a meditative practice which is soothing to your nervous system.
