If youre ambitious with a can-do attitude and willingness to venture off the traditional path, this could be the place for you. You will be an important part of the team with both internal and external facing responsibilities. JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS: As a Jr. Associate, you will have the opportunity to learn more about Gray Street Solutions and our unique Fearlessly Agile approach to delivering results for our outstanding clients in a startup environment. Upcoming projects that you would be assisting with include: Tracking and analyzing breaking news on the most important international issues of the day such as Syria and global climate change. Our clients do things that matter. Live tweets, blog post and video interviews at local technology events. Assisting with preparation and execution of client pitches. Updating and evaluating CMS and CRM systems such as Wordpress, Nationbuilder, Drupal for clients on a case-by-case basis.

QUALIFICATIONS: Enrolled in a real bachelors or graduate degree program for something other than under-water basket weaving or zoo and aquarium leadership. Our quotas in those areas have been filled. You can work independently with guidance and instruction, but little direct supervision. COMPENSATION: Unpaid, but you are eligible for spot bonus and can participate in optional company outings. Our next trip is to NYC on Oct 26th for the Urbanatholon. Travel stipend at completion of internship package. Expenses for approved events. LOCATION: You will spend your time working out of the hottest startup accelerators (Uber Offices and 1776). Research and Development Internship, Research and Development Gray Street Solutions POSITION TYPE: Internship DEPARTMENT: Research and Development REPORTS TO: VP of Development POSITION SUMMARY: Position requires the development of strategic and creative ideas to help partners leverage their relationship to create a positive return-on-investment. Responsible for maintaining social media monitoring (daily basis), proofreading and writing documents, administration work when applicable, some basic frontend development work (should have a good foundation of HTML/CSS and understand terminology for layouts and problem solving with little guidance). Requires out of the box thinking to develop unique, creative solutions for todays complex business challenges. During your internship, you will have tangible responsibility on a client project and have an opportunity to learn in a Startup environment. As an intern, you will gain exposure to the role of a research and development consultant in the worlds most powerful city. The Research and Development intern will be responsible for managing and expanding existing client relationships by diagnosing business problem, and understanding and deconstructing the business model of a client organization to identify underlying issues. QUALIFICATIONS: Enrolled in a 4-year, Bachelors degree-seeking program (preference of Junior or Senior) Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communication effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization Strong Customer Service skills Follow-through skills a MUST

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Self-starter, with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML and CSS LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY
