1 Features
25 kV High Speed Section Insulator
25 kV High Speed Section Insulator for speed up to 200 km/h with 2 Teflon coated glass fiber rods, revolvable in case of wear, runners made of copper, arcing horns of stainless steel, with contact wire clamps for up to 193 mm contact wire, with 4 turnbuckles for adjustment of the height and 4 suspension cables of bronze 10 mm, all parts are made of non corrosive materials, in accordance to the following summary drawings.

2 Advantages of the HS25

Jig available for a very short installation time, easy to install and to regulate. (Usable for Installation and Maintanance) For speed up to 200 km/h with exelence dynamic performane All parts are made of non corrosive materials Revolvable insulator rod in case of wear, which gives a service life of more than 4 million pantograph passages The arcing horn layout guarantees a quick extinguishing of arcs Teflon coated glass fiber rods are more than 20 years in service, excellent long term behaviors The guaranteed breaking load of each glass fiber rod is more than 100 kN The sealed end fittings and the PTFE guarantee that absolutely no pollution and no ultraviolet radiation will enter to the Epoxy resin glass fiber bar Breaking load of the Section Insulator 120 kN Breaking load of the insulator rod 100 kN/each Recommended service load 22.5 kN (for 1 contact wire) Resistant against short circuits
