Aspirations to join the creative industry led to a degree choice in BA Design and Colour Technology at the University of Leeds. The third year of the course facilitated the opportunity to undertake a 10 month industrial placement at one of the UKs most creative integrated marketing agencies and t heir sister global innovation management consultancy Company. Co-managing a successful shopping scheme launch event on a minimal budget of just 9K, for a blue-chip property development Company, was just one of many invaluable experiences that enhanced my transferable skills and consolidated my decision to pursue a career in marketing and innovation.

Identified the top influencers and approached them with a request to publish a blog on their site to ensure maximum online coverage. Enriched social media marketing expertise through content generation and Facebook Advertising; increased page likes by 1,600+ in the initial four days of the shopping scheme launch campaign with many online interactions that, in turn, catalyzed the Word of Mouth marketing process.
